Think its acceptable to write on a pot of gravy and mash ( no mash sorry) and charge £2.99 for gravy

2 hours late, phoned restaurant 3 times , had phone put down on me on the 3rd call by a rude member of staff. Always order from this restaurant, never had a problem, will think twice about ordering again.

Both kebabs arrived cold spoke to restaurant they were nice on phone agreed to send another two kebabs and those arrived over an hour later after i called and both cold aswell.

Food was cold , chips were all soggy and the donner was cold so we're the chicken wings.

Kebabs one of the best I had in derby. Will also be stocking up on the chilli sauce! Banging

I ordered Last night to which this restaurant then proceeded to call me saying they at unable to deliver so I asked for a refund which they replied with this is a just eat issue you need to contact them for a refund which I have but no reply yet and instead of cancelling the order it says the order was delivered

Large kebab was probably the smallest kebab iv ever had also came with no salad. The donner was tasty tho cant fault the taste but based paying for a large donner an getting what i got will haunt me forever.

The chicken looked over cooked, in my donner wrap there was a random piece of tandoori chicken

Very disappointed when you order a pizza called Desi special, first of all desi pizza does NOT have pepperoni which I can’t stand the sight or smell. Mine had pepperoni, I could not eat it. When you order hot chilli sauce and get sweet chilli, everything gone in bin as I can not stand pepperoni on my pizza or sweet chilli. If just eat want pictures I have taken them I will forward them on to you. Last order was fab, today was a disgrace.

Wrap: Food was okay but no sauces for the wrap or on the wrap, so it was rather bland, not much of a salad really, loaded with lettuce and red onions.. no cucumber or tomatoes... as there was no option to add sauce, it would have been nice to receive some to add/use with the fries. Pizza: The pizza was VERY spicy, but I could not eat it, unfortunately. Should have stated the spiciness on the ordering area.

VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY, UNBELIEVABLE TASTE. VERY POOR QUALITY TASTE. FROM WINGS THERE WAS A VERY BAD SMELL COMING, LEFT ALL WINGS 02 PIECES OF CHICKEN CHIPS ORDERED XL DESI PIZZA JUST EAT 02 PIECES LEFT COMPLETE. I ordered food from Delizia after a long time. Both the pizzas I ordered were really good. The doner and Tikka mix was really good too. Really happy with the order as have had a few disappointing experiences with Delizia in the past but it was brilliant and fresh this time :)

Food was cold. First bite of chicken tikka kebab had bone in. Put me off, never ate the rest. V disappointed.

They sent me 2 small pizzas instead of a large and yes it makes a difference. Also. Don't order a large burger if you actually want a large burger. A beef patty isn't a large cheeseburger.

Food is lovely ,delivery very fast. The the only problem I have they keep putting hot chilli sauce on my meal instead of mild ,so in future I will stop having the sauce & stick to mint sauce, other than that excellent

Kebab meat and chips- about 15 microwaved chips and 2 pieces of chewy kebab meat

Every time I order they get my order wrong. Seems like they aren’t too bothered tbh. Really put me off from ordering again. Having to wait twice as long for them to send out the right food in the end I lost my appetite. Won’t be coming back. Wouldn’t recommend.

Rude staff very unprofessional customer service. Orded a chips on nan via just eat. Clearly stated on the menu it comes with sauce and salad. When arrived it came without salad and sauce. Rang up to be told to send " a screen shot" of the just eat menu. (These guys are obviously clueless). No response so called again to be spoken to by a very rudely by a member of staff. He told me to "take it up with just as its there problem". Wont be ordering from here again. They need training in how to deal with complaints.

Gorgeous hot tasty food.We ordered the chicken pasta deal,a chicken burger deal and chicken strips.You get so much pasta you could easily feed 2 people,was really tasty too.Daughter said the chicken burger was amazing.Only thing I would say is fries could do with being a little crispier.Will definitely be ordering again

Pizza was inedible as it was rammed with green chillies and tasted foul, had to be thrown in the bin. The SFC was completely dried out and inedible, it should not have been sent out to a customer. The pasta was disgusting, oil was floating inside of it and the pasta wasn’t fully cooked, the sauce tasted very sweet. I don’t think we will be ordering from here again, this is completely unacceptable and a waste of £35 as it all went in the bin!!! Pictures have been taken and will be sent to just eat…

Was supposed to get a bottle of drink with the order. Didn't order extra drinks because of this but didn't get the drink. A little disappointed with that but the rest is good and fine

Disgusting food nan looked like it had water spilt on it! Tikka looked washed no flavour! The food looked like it had been in a washing machine absolutely vile! Had food before gone very down hill paid 10.50 for a kebab my 2 year old wouldn't have got filled on absolute joke!

Poor service. What’s the point of using special instructions if they don’t follow them? Call up to tell them my order isn’t how I want it to be and they staff member was so unreliable and rude, talking over me, telling me they charge extra for half diff topping on my pizza when I order regular and that’s never been the case. I don’t mind paying extra but just eat usually allows me to order this way. The man didnt offer anything to me? Not even bothered to correct their mistake. And send my pizza out how I’ve asked. Poor service, wouldn’t go there again after this. Food was cold when it arrived also. Shocking.

I have to be totally honest! This was not a good meal at all. Asked for all salad and sauces to be separated and came with the 2 kebabs drowned in chilli sauce to the point of the nan bread was soggy? Hardly no meat on any kebab, for saying they cost 8 pounds they was tiny! Irrelevant really as we didn't eat it. I have had other food from here before and was fine ( pizza ) This experience was awful this time around.

Although ordered 4 hours in advance for a set time, food was over an hour late, and the excuse given was they are too busy. I think it was the distance. They should not take orders if cannot complete on time. Reviews about how long they take is correct. Had to ring 4 times to chase up order. Food was OK not outstanding as hoped

Food had to be resent after delivery driver gave to wrong people. Took 2hrs from ordered to delivery.

Driver could not locate my address and eventually called me to enquire. Even though I gave him the most simple of instructions from where he was supposedly parked it took him over 10 minutes to get to me all the while he was on the phone with me as I gave instructions and drove past me several times. Driver was constantly saying he didn’t understand the directions I was giving him to get to my address. Drivers need to be educated. As a consequence of this my food arrived eventually but was cold and inedible. What a waste of time and money unfortunately. Especially as this was the first time I had ordered from delizia.

Absolutely hate onions and you put onions in the burgers and the kebabs. Especially when we specifically stated no onions in the order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't been there for years. The place where I went was closed so thought I'll go to Delizia because it was very good kebab years ago.Unfortunately not any more. Portions good size and taste quite ok. I had a doner with chips and my missus kebab. However next day we both had diarrhea for a half day.I don't recommend this place unless you want to feel sick next day.
