Delizia Fast Food in Derby

Absolutely disgusting i ordered food when it was delivered my bell rang went to the door it was left on the floor with the driver in the car and driving off . For how much it costs now days for a take away this should be better service. Food was fair wasn't great for the price i expect some sort of taste and not slop will be thinking twice about ordering from here again.

I order for the kids one is day 24th November 24 at 17:30 the pizza and chips arrive at 18.40 they just sent a magrita whilst we other chicken tikka then rang them and they said they want the old pizza back and they sent the correct pizza after multiple calls at 19.40 absolutely horrendous service and the person answering the phones was rude. The delivery driver said it was the owner himself moods (farooq) who made it wrong surely should have sent fresh chips as well and taken these ones bk as they went soggy by the time the right pizza came

As it says in the title. Has a kebab could not eat any. Of the meat hard lumps in Dona and bones in chicken tikka. Nan bread disintigrated as soaked in grease. Save your money both our meals ended up in bin.

Food was old. Chips reheated and doner was not fresh. Gone downhill. I used to tell everyone was best but no more. Its dangerous

Ordered donner kebab and when it arrived 1hr later it was old meat. Called the takeaway for them to tell me they will send a new one and then the delivery driver arrived with the new one but refused to give it. Called the takeaway again and they said the driver will come again and he did. The manager said he was sorry and will sort me out next time. Couple weeks later called to order and was told the address is blocked. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Staff were rude over the phone and refused to let me speak with manager. Food and customer service is definitely not the way it used to be.

I went for a chicken Shish kebab on Saturday 4th June 2022 The Kebab was great but cost me a whopping £14.60 Might have fish and chips next time

Order vegetable pizza with chicken. If you don’t want it too spicy ask for it to be mild. Best pizza ever. Also tastes amazing when you have it as left over the next day. We have been getting it for years and it never fails to impress.

I haven't been there for years. The place where I went was closed so thought I'll go to Delizia because it was very good kebab years ago. Unfortunately not any more. Portions good size and taste quite ok. I had a doner with chips and my missus kebab. However next day we both had diarrhea for a half day. I don't recommend this place unless you want to feel sick next day.

Ordered a large chicken fillet burger meal, what I got was a plain hamburger meal, no can of pop as advertised, a friend ordered a kebab and was full of bones. Couldn’t call the shop that night as by time food arrived it was closed, won’t be ordering again

We ordered food at 9:00pm. They said it would come at 10:00. It came at 10:30. It was stone cold. When we asked the driver about this, he started being arsey and saying ‘it’s not my fault we’re busy’. Extremely rude and unapologetic. They are happy giving cold pizzas to its regular customers. Avoid this place. Spend your hard earned money where it is valued.

Best donner in Derby imo. Friendly bunch in the shop. Delivery available direct and via Just Eat. Recommended.

I visited here on the 23/9/19 and ordered a regular chicken tikka and shish mix. I think the price point on this was around £6.80. I had all the salad, hot chilli and mint sauce on the kebab. The first thing to note is the naan is lovely and fresh it had a really good taste to it and was able to hold the large volume of meat very well. The chicken tikka was absolutely sublime and I'd go as far as saying the best I've had in Derby. It was really tender and very flavoursome also complimented nicely by the hot chilli sauce. The hot chilli sauce tastes homemade and packed a serious punch which was nice. The shish had good flavour again complimented by that chilli sauce however it just wasn't as tender as I'd of hoped. The portion was of a good size for a regular mixed kebab was was very filling. Although the naan could hold the food very well they put just that bit too much sauce in so the naan in the middle went a tiny bit soggy. That being said don't be fooled by the 3 star rating it was a very close 4 and I would definitely go again.

We waited an hour and a 45 minutes for food. When it came it was barely warm and the chips were soggy. One of the kebabs had a 1.5 inch bone in that was nearly swallowed. I called the restaurant to try and resolve the issue and they wouldn’t offer part refund, they said all they could offer was a free kebab next time, even though I said I would not be ordering from here again. The man on the phone hung up on me and I called back to basically be told I am a liar about the bone because the meat apparently comes in boneless. I told them that I would have made a complaint even without the bone and was hung up on again. Don’t order here as they will not attempt to help when there is an issue with the order.

we ordered chilli con carni for two when it got here finally after we waited over and hour already. the food was toooo hot we couldn't even eat it. we have ordered this meal many times before and its never been as hot! I called the shop explaining.... I got passed to 3 different people on the phone two of them claiming they was the manager. all I got was oh my god I don't no what to say. he then said have you eaten any of the food I said yes one mouth full he said he couldn't do anything as the food had been touched.so now I have to order from another takeaway and spend another 12-13 quid its a joke will never in my life order from delizias again.

Mostly order the pizzas every now and then. Always quite satisfied as the pizzas are good. Can get busy when ordering for delivery but worth the wait.

Stayed at the holiday inn and rang for a pizza arrived hot and to perfection delivery driver very pleasant highly recommended

Have been visiting the same kebab house for 20 years but went here after a few drinks. Special kebab was amazing. Highly recommended.

Un pedido a través de comer solo y me dijeron que la comida estaría con nosotros a las 8:35. El añadido para llevar 10 minutos a este tiempo. 9.05 pm el pedido no había llegado y a pesar de llamar varias veces no contestan el teléfono. Me puse justeat y se comunicaron con el director, quien les dijo que estaba en su camino y sin conseguir un descuento en efectivo. A las 9.10 pm llegó y era grosero, no sabía nada de descuento y salías sin ni siquiera una disculpa. De hecho, él dijo que fue a tiempo! Me dijeron que el gerente se pondría en contacto conmigo, pero eso no sucedió. La comida estaba fría y poco comestible debido a que era tarde.
