Well-made food, quick service, been going here for years and had 1 issue where they gave me hot wings instead of plain so they gave both, so no complaints 👌

Always great food, staff always busy so you don't get much interaction, like most takeaways the atmosphere is quiet.

We had hot and spicy but the beef was just lumps placed on the pizza , I think it should have been spread all over the pizza very disappointed sorry but we will not have another one

Delivery was fast, hot and fresh.

The "cheese" was congealed on the pizza, you could literally peel it off. It tasted foul, (no idea what's happened to the sauce) and the wedges, despite my best attempts to reheat them were still frozen and lumpy. Even the skin on them was grim. 🤢 The pizza dough was really tough to bite into around the edges yet weird and mulchy towards the centre. Don't think I've ever had such a poor quality experience of pizza. The amount of wastage was unreal! I am absolutely gutted to have spent so much on a treat. Even asked for one of the pizzas with light cheese, yet still received both with weird amounts of "cheese". Really didn't want to leave such a bad review but I have nothing good to say on this occasion. 🫤

Get order right every time, fast service, good food.

I've never actually visited here, but this is where I order my pizzas from via the app. Food is always with me within 20-30 mins, delivery drivers are always friendly and cheerful. Food is always top notch 👍

Ordered online and my chocolate cinnamon dough balls didn't arrive and when I called them they said it will take over an hour and a half to remake them. Very dissapointed

Just spoke to some one as my app said for 20mins it was in quality control so asked if it as sat there going cold or not his attitude was disgusting said i can cancel if i want i said why the attitude he said well we are busy so just cancel i replied by saying i dont want to cancel i just dont want cold food dont do a asap delivery if you cant do itbut i get its not asap all the time but the mans attitude was disgusting so poor ill not order again from allestree dominos

It's a Domino's so you know what you're getting. Quick, friendly service. Limited nearby parking - we went late at night so we parked in a nearby layby but during the day you'd probably have to park further away. Also; beware the directions on Maps which currently direct drivers to a location which isn't the closest road to the store.

Going to be honest, Ive never had a better experience. Every time the food arrives within 15 minutes, fresh to death, and is delivered by a friendly man

Home delivery Burned Cold Crap Absolutely disgusting. Ten times the price of a supermarket pizza that I could have burnt myself. Massive let down Never again!

Why can't you just bake a pizza until it's done?

Regular customers of Allestree Dominos and having been to (and worked at!) other Dominos, this is hands down the best. Deliveries are always rapid, pizzas piping hot and well made, and drivers always super friendly. 👌

Ordered 2 large pizzas and they were delivered ‘warm at best’. Complained and received the following response - “Our Store Managers confirmed that the delivery with done within 30 mins.” That makes it ok?? Terrible customer service. Have been using Domino’s at Park Farm for years but no more!

Basically took my money, said my order didn't exist and said they're too busy to help. Absolutely disgusting customer service

9.50 tonight i had a phone call from Dominoes at Allestree, I was asleep and so I did not answer it thinking it was a mistaken call. Dominoes rang again, i answered it and the Ill mannered man who spoke said that I was continuously calling him, I said he must be mistaken, he said no you keep calling me, then he put the phone down, I thought for a moment and called him back saying I really do not appreciate being woken up by a rude man, he continued to accuse me of calling Dominoes and then put the phone down. I got dressed and went to the allestree branch where this rude person had been calling me from and asked him where he gets off with accusing people of calling him and being so rude, he still accused me and was still very rude. I asked to speak to his manger and he said he was the manager!!!! Oh my god that says a lot for the rest of the staff. I told him to do a customer service course, as speaking to people like he does will not do much for the business. What a rude man.

Cheese burger pizza was fine. Also asked for a vegetarian pizza last night with no tomatoes, pizza was covered in tomatoes and had barely any sweetcorn or mushrooms, might as well have just been a cheese pizza. Disappointed as it's so expensive we wanted to treat ourselves, won't be ordering again if they continue to be stingey with the veg on a vegetarian pizza.

Within 2 mins. of ordering my pizza, I called and requested for less/ no cheese; the manager in an extremely patronizing tone informed me he couldn't do anything as "your pizza is already in the oven". Very bad way to treat a customer, will be avoiding Dominos in future (fell for it only coz of their "deal".) Horrendous attitude..even the driver was on the main road waiting for me to approach him..I was shivering wearing just a tee..just stood for like 3-4 mins and he brought it to the gate with a surly expression.

Best pizza delivery in TOWN by a country mile

Pizza up to usual high standards. Top stuff. Pleasant staff too considering I was drunk as a skunk at the time of ordering.

Very poor customer service for collection during the pandemic. The sign on the door says your order will be brought to you outside and 0 customers allowed in the store, so I waited outside in the freezing cold for 10 minutes. After no sign of acknowledgement, I went in to ask how long it would be and my order was sat there ready! Despite having seen me waiting outside, staff didnt gesture to come in, and when I pointed out the sign said to wait outside they claimed no knowledge and were not very apologetic, despite saying they put the posters up that day (how can you put a sign on your door without reading it?) No suggestion they would change the poster or process to save this happening to future customers. Very disappointed and pizzas were by then lukewarm. Will try Papa Johns next time.

Accidentally made a mistake with my order and when I rang up to discuss the issue- the person who spoke to me on the phone was absolutely disgustingly rude and patronising. Very bad customer service. Will not be ordering from here again. Wouldn't recommend, even the delivery driver was rude

Whole place seems to have an attitude problem, don't know how to knock doors considering I am sat 2 meters away from the front door and supposedly driver was knocking for 10 minutes but did not hear a thing, she also had an awful attitude and was very rude. Forgot drink and asked them to bring it, whoever answered the phone was insanely rude and insinuating I was lying about the person not knocking and said that the drink was left. I am clearly that desperate for a £2.50 bottle of coke. Took an hour for the drink to be delivered, 2 phone calls and serious amount of attitude. I work in the service industry and it takes a lot for me to complain but the whole service was absolutely diabolical.

I ordered ranch bbq with extra bbq sauce and it was awful all the topping was in one bit I ordered quite often and this is the worse pizza I’ve had 2/10

Just ordered quite a large order for the driver to leave it at the wrong address and then him clearly chucking it back in his car without putting it back in the bag to bring it to us for him then to get mardy and arsey at us and then him chucking the food at me x5 pizzas and 5 sides all in one big pile his attitude was horrific and shouldn't be aloud to do deliveries with an attitude like that .. Don't send that driver to us next time please and some freebies would be grateful after eating cold pizza that was all sliding out the box.

Absolutely appalling I brought a pizza from here it got delivered pretty quick but when it turned up the pizza had been dropped causing all of the cheese to stick to the box . Not happy at all. I called the shop no apologies at all!! I will not be going here again

Ordered pizzas for home delivery at a specific time and they arrived on the dot, great service and value, pizza's were hot and tasty and were soon devoured.

Went to parkfarm domino and brought 4 pizzas. I showed my NHS card as it was advertised NHS staff get a discount. I was told they did not give NHS discount so payed full price. I do not mind paying but why advertise you do.

Horrendous service! I am here for a conference which begins at 9 am, had ordered the food just after 12 am, it’s almost 2 am and the food isn’t here yet! Please shut this place down or have other people run it efficiently for God’s sake

Never had a bad meal from this place use it so often to order a pizza and ive had it delivered in 15 mins sometimes sooner even on busy nights, the pizza's are also red hot and tasty would recommend best pizza delivery in Derby

Ordered a few times. Delivery is generally always quite quick. Took 10 minutes last friday during peak times... which is pretty good! Toppings usually generous. One of our orders was incorrect and they sorted it straight away... can't really complain!

It's ok, ok at best. Papa John's is better

Absolute shambles Called a pizza at 12am - app said delivered at 1am. Called up to say it hadn’t been delivered and told it was an error with the app and would be 20 minutes Over 2 hours since ordered and still not here ?? Waste of time stay away

Phone rang for 5 mins so I think they are very short staffed. We did the Collection of Individual Pizza for £1.99 which was great for a work lunch. One of the orders was wrong sadly. The guy seemed a little rude but never mind. Pizza was tasty and hot.

Disgusting service. Ordered. Took 2 hours+ for food to be delivered. We wanted to come pick up but they don’t do collection after 11pm. Which is stupid considering we paid online. So instead we waited. After an hour and half and the pizza supposedly being still in ‘quality check’ we rang them up to be told the driver would be 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later he showed up. Was rude about the fact the order was missing items we had paid for. We phoned up and were promised a refund... that was a week ago and still haven’t received it. The food we did receive was cold, messy and undercooked. Far from the quality you’d expect from paying premium prices. Please do yourself a favour and don’t bother ordering from here. We were ignored and hung up on by different people and have filed a number of complaints in all the various ways and are still left empty handed by the refund we were promised. I don’t see why they’re in business when they have no care for ANYTHING they do. Outrageous. I also reckon they’re trying to tamper with their website to make themselves look better. As the online tracker said our food had been delivered, while we were still stood outside waiting for another half hour.

Took over two hours for pizza to arrive rang and they said would be within ten minutes it then took an extra hour for it to be deliver this was two pizzas, when deliver the delivery driver was very rude rang to say he was outside took less then two minutes for us to get downstairs he rang again asking where we was cameoursidw and he threw the pizzas on the floor causing box to open and pizza to hit the floor rang again and no one picked up the phone last time we all will be ordering from here again

Phoned after 60mins of ordering to be told that food hadn’t even been cooked and would be at least another 60-90 mins for delivery or we can collect and would be ready in 25 mins wouldn’t recommend at all... and no apology

Everytime I order from this one I have problems with the delivery drivers... Either trying not to give me change or trying to charge me more than what the confirmed price is.

Ordered from here. Food was delivered on time by a friendly delivery chap. Unfortunately the pizza was slightly undercooked. Then much worse around half an hour after eating I had stomach pains. Then for the rest of the night/morning after I couldn't stop going to the toilet. Deffinatly something dogy with the food as I hadn't eaten anything else.... maby one to avoid if you fancy a pizza....

Love the personal pizzas for 1 for £1.99 during 11am til 4pm. Great satisfying snack and makes a change from other fast food outlets. Good value, but may have to wait 10-15 minutes, worth it though!

We have ordered from this Domino' S pizza before. It is the one our post code is directed to. This time the pizzas didn't arrive dispite the delivery driver phoning. We chased twice more and they arrived 90 minutes after ordering not 30 minutes it should have taken. Level of service was awful. Get drivers who know where they are going.

Called before ordering at 2am to see if they could take cheese off everything and if it would be a problem with my flat intercom not working and if they could call me upon arrival. Person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and assured neither would be an issue. Neither has been a problem, no cheese in sight on my food, no problem with the intercom issue. Driver rang me and was incredibly friendly, the food is great. Good communication within the team there with both my issues. Will definitely be using again.

Only one nice old man that delivers the food, rest of staff are useless and rude. Ended up complaining about 2/3 times on separate occasions. Shall be ordering elsewhere in future

Nearly £40 for two large pizzas!! Which have always been delivered for £20-£22. Don’t understand the thought process here!! However I’m sure they’ll lose lots of loyal customers for trying to take advantage!! :......(
