Placed an on line order which was delivered late at wrong, When called to get delivery corrected I was hung up on twice, Took the money ad we’re very rude. Never again.

The seafood pasta is basically tuna and bolonaise sauce pasta.

The worst takeaway experience for a long time. The chips were old, re-heated but probably cooked hours ago. Texture like cardboard. The chicken the same, cooked hours ago and reheated. Rubbery under the skin. We asked for thin base, instruction totally ignored on all pizzas. Delivered with the hot sauce we ordered all leaking inside the bag. Do Better Mama Mias. Absolutely terrible experience.

Had it a couple of times and been really good. Then the last one, kebab was dry our chicken burger was over cooked. Won't recommend at all

It was really nice, I hadn't had a kebab in years so ordered two, their large kebabs are really big and have lots of really nicely cooked meat and salad inside, the chip portions are pretty good and they were nice and hot when they got to me. :3

So we had a bit of a rollercoaster tonight ordering from here. My wife used to order all the time but hadn’t for a while, remembered she loved it so gave it a go. A blast from the past you might say. It didn’t quite go according to plan as there was a mis-communication between the restaurant and the driver. Without going into too much detail (and it’s a happy ending), after what felt like an age and disappointment, we were taken back by the response. The owner Farouk (apologies if I misspelled) was admirable. On the phone whilst my wife was respectfully voicing her dissatisfaction of the food once it arrived, a very empathetic person on the other end of the phone sincerely apologised and guaranteed delivery of our fresh order within 15 minutes. This was honoured, and to our surprise was delivered, in person by the owner himself. He was incredibly kind, gave us complimentary drinks and desert and could not be more accommodating. The food was (as my wife explained) exactly as she remembered and delicious. I have never experienced such considerate and amazing customer service as what I did this evening. Thank you immensely Mamma Mia and especially Farouk. You’re a true gentleman.

Absolutely disgraceful food.Fish was wet in a very soggy coating.Chicken wings were in a masala coating which was not advertised on the menu because if I knew it was masala seasonings I wouldn't of entertained it...false advertising, get your menu right please...25 quid and we ate thechips with some sauce...I would never eat here again, my husband point blank refused to eat this food.worst takeout in the last couple of years and I hope people take note of this review because the food really was that bad.

Ordered four milkshakes, two Oreo, Ferraro Roche and a strawberry milkshakes through Just Eat which were not up to scratch. They all just tasted like vanilla ice cream and not the flavours ordered. Was happily promised by Faiz he would sort it. This hasn’t materialised as he couldn’t remember the transaction so my loss and I happily won’t be ordering again.

Uber eats order- never again worst place on London Road. Donor was tasteless no flavour just lots of chilli sauce. Masala fish was fryed batter covered fish with yes again lots of chilli sauce to make it masala fish. Stick to MonMos or Delizia both on a different level. This low class place dont belong next to them👎

Best kebabs in Derby, been ordering from them for 10 years. On the rare occasion there's a mistake with the order they put it right straight away.

Been using this place since 98 and its been very good and care taken in a busy environment,hard working and fast serving,can rate the pizza's highly,not the doughy rubbish as in most fast food places,had a madras recently made to order and it was as good as any high priced restaurant,reasonable prices aswell,2 cable big TV's on wall and parking....sorted! (If you have a bad experience please let me know,as you shouldn't and i take it personally thanks)

Ordered a waffle it was dry, cold, not even delivered in a carrier bag let alone a delivery bag. There was barley any strawberry’s on it and the sauce was dry wasted my money.

One of the best kebab places to get a family kebab. However sometimes the delivery drivers forget an item or two.

Not good experience with them,in my burger meat was metal wire.Went to them and ask how it could happen,they said probably it's from where they buying the meat.Ask to owner contact me,never happen.

I ordered a small donner shish kebab , the shish was cooked to perfection and had really nice flavour , the donner meat was also cut very nicely and was juicy ! Naan bread was fluffy and fresh, also nice fresh salad , keep up the good work guys , excellent food very happy customer ! 👍🏽

We placed an order and was told it would be from 45 minutes to an hour but it took over an hour to come. The burgers were filled with sauce and the buns were slipping off. The food was not presentable and the packaging was just wrapped in anyhow. I was disappointed because the pricing is high and the customer service is rubbish. Did not enjoy.

Ordered chips and cheese & the chips are still frozen. Cheese smells like sick. Very un hygenic. Will not be ordering again. Worst experience ive ever had. Then when you ring them they just ignore the phone. Ridiculous.

The food was astonishingly disgusting and plain. It had clearly been microwaved and it showed. I ordered a garlic burger (1. Which was not even fully cooked through and 2. I had asked for cheese on the burger which I did not get and for the chips to be salted) these requests were ignored. And I also ordered a brownie. Within having taken 2 bites of the burger my stomach was rebelling and having painful cramps - having only finished half of the burger, nibbled on a few chips and had 2 bites of the brownie I had food poisoning symptoms. I had to go throw up and even then my body was still not happy with that and I was on the toilet waiting for my system to clear the food out not even 40 minutes after I tried the food. I do NOT recommend that you eat here least you with to experience food poisoning. As for the taste of the food, it was complete medioxracy. The chips were unseasoned and tasted like cardboard. The burger tasted of nothing but the garlic mayo (I couldn't even taste the beef). And the microwaved brownie... Covered in custard in a clear takeaway box. Having worked in catering before I knew that these are the kind of puddings you heat up from frozen however they could have at least tried with the presentation because it was mucky. It was passable but just barely. Overall the entire experience was revolting. Please do not eat here for the sake of your bowels.

This place is auful.I cant find words to describe how horrible the customer service in this place is.The food is quite nice actually,but only when they get the order right! If I had to rate this place from 1 to 10 , I would give it 1.

Looking for something affordable to eat in a small English city at around 23:00 without straying far from the train station is easier said than done. However, after browsing through several moderately priced and slummy-looking takeaways, we settled on this one because of the pizza, fries, and drink deal offered on the window outside. Most of the rest of the restaurant was occupied by a large and very loud group of locals who seemed to be friends of the staff and therefore were treating the dining area like they owned the place, but they didn't bother us once we ordered and sat down by the wall. Everything on the menu was halal, but the staff also didn't seem to mind us quietly drinking alcohol while we waited for our order as we weren't bothering anyone else. The wait time was about twenty minutes, but there was the large group immediately before us so this was understandable. The pizza was a bit greasy, but really tasty: standard British kebab shop pizza. Nothing special, but meaty, cheesy, and filling. The fries were completely unseasoned which was a little off putting, especially as we had no mixing bowl to season them properly ourselves, but at least they gave us some salt when we asked for it. The price was a little hith for what it was, but then again UK is a very expensive country by any standard. It pretty much reflected what could be bought in any kebab shop around the country: it's tasty, nothing special, but you know exactly what you're going to get.

I visited this takeawy today for the first time and Orderd a jacket potato with cheese and beans. The worst jacket potato I have ever had. The potato wasn't baked in the oven but instead microwaved which resulted in the middle half of the potato being hard and not cooked properly.

It's a shame I have to leave even 1 star. This business should not be running, I'm sure the food is fine but after ordering from just eat the expected time of delivery was 8.30pm. Rang at 9pm and was told the food left 20minutes ago and to call back in 5minutes if still there was no show. Called back 5 minutes later and was told he was literally literally literally just around the corner (I can see for 0.5 mile around my house so gave benefit of the doubt and told them I'll give him 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I rang back, after confirming the address again I was told the driver had an accident and another driver had my order, I'll leave you to make up your own minds but I never received my order. Got refund through just eat who was very helpful

Ordered food over the phone from these got every single thing we ordered was wrong phoned straight back up the bloke on the phone was very argumentative insisting that all the order was correct. Offered us a replacement but we would have to wait an hour bearing in mind this was at 12am after a nice day the effort put in was diabolical stay away from this takeaway , without a doubt you would be disappointed!!!

Went with a friend to this place on his insistence.. Ordered a extra large pizza.. Garlic bread with cheese.. And some fries.. Pizza wasn't cooked properly.. La hora prevista de espera para la entrega no era un problema en el momento de realizar el pedido.Cuando la comida llegamos:- la 2 mamma mias' especial hamburguesas consistía en los siguientes artículos ; cebollas fritas que no estaban bien pero todavía fueron clasificados como cebollas fritas, frito champiñones, rodaja de queso y Quatre libra. No había ensalada con las hamburguesas.- 2 pequeñas patatas fritas eran realmente seco y parecía que se habían preparado y nos estaban esperando para entrega por un tiempo muy largo.Me llamó mias' mamma para poner una queja inmediatamente después de recibir nuestra orden. Pero sí te da la opción que salsa desea en su hamburguesa.En segundo lugar, me gustaría aconsejar mamma mias' si es un auténtico razón algunas personas hubo disgustos ensalada de ahí que no lo coloque en el Burger, entonces ¿por qué no proporcionan ensalada por separado en un contenedor.Mi objetivo en escribir esta crítica y quejándose por teléfono no era para recibir cualquier tipo de compensación pero para detener ese error de re-ocurriendo. Nothing. Ordered cheesy chips on a garlic and chilli naan bread, they charged me for it, but sent me chips with no cheese and cheese naan bread

Great pizza and the price for the food is very good, phone order and picked up and had my hot fresh pizza and couldn't ask for more, great little place to get a nice munch from, well recommend.
