Price was average for derby. Portion was small for the price and pitta bread was from a packet not fresh. Took 90 minutes to deliver to DE1 postcode will not be ordering from here again

Arrived cold with driver sitting outside for 5 minutes before coming to door , no wings with order and zinger burger was no sauce or salad , they never asked what I wanted in it so put out nothing in it , said will give me refund next time , 11 pound it cost and won’t be going back

Takeaway pizza - always delicious generously topped pizzas delivered hot. We have tried other pizzerias but have always come back to ordering from Mama Janes. Really good value, tasty and delivery within 3/4 hour even on busy weekend nights - they've never let us down.

NOT VEGETARIAN/VEGAN FRIENDLY. INCOMPETENT. WRONG PRODUCTS. Would review 0 stars if i could. I ordered the OG Vegan Bun from Chick'n'buns on deliveroo. What I received was real chicken. When I opened the burger, I immediately rang the restaurant to confirm it was infact vegan and was told 'yes it is vegan' and to 'check the website for ingredients' I then ate the burger which confirmed to me it was not vegan at all. I phoned back to complain and received an empty apology and an offer of another burger, which I declined as I do not trust them to provide the correct vegan item. I have not eaten meat for 15 years, this will make me incredibly unwell, I have already been physically sick multiple times and has caused a large emotional ordeal. This is incredibly incompetent.

Very surprised with the pizza, was really good

1hr and 45 mins later still waiting for an order that said 40 mins. Was told several times the driver was 5 minutes away and the food did not appear. Very rude staff on the phone. Want my money back

Brought chicken and chips last night, service was awful, chicken was tasty but within 30mins both my partner and I were vomiting, never having food from there again!

Forgot my drinks so I rang up they wasn’t very cooperative and polite they brought the drinks and still got the wrong drink and told me they can’t give me the right ones as there closing don’t recommend

Not bad really, food was nice and a good price, no problem there. Fast efficient service. The place could do with a lick of paint and the staff aren't exactly smilers, but hey, its not the Ritz, what you see is what you get.

Awful food the portion sizes was terrible and the kebab we selected the no sauce option cause my boyfriend’s allergic to it and there was sauce covered everywhere very disappointed

I ordered I’m just eat which said it was open till 2.30 so I rang them to see how long delivery was going to be but they was very arrogant on the rang and said they was closed but they was happy to take my money will never order from here so they need to change the times on just eat

IF I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD !!!! Yesterday I ordered large pizza 18 inch ,chicken feast and onion rings and jalapeño cream cheese Pizza was terrible to much pizza tomato sauce , onion rings terrible quality, jalapeño cream cheese I COULD NOT EVEN EAT YOUR LOST NOT MINE BYE BYE

We got a donner kebab. The donner was a day old. When confronted about it, they denied denied denied and it slipped out it was old. The chicken wings we ordered weren't even chicken wings they were drumsticks which were incredibly salty. Food was a disaster! Once we got up after eating there were dead flys all over the wall and ceiling. When we had visited previously the food was average nothing too special. But you get what you pay for.

Order was made by mistake twice I will say , first order cancelled second order didn't giv me option too cancel , so had to ring had phone rudely put down on me told wasn't there problem rang back was spoken too utter disrespect being called brother ?? Told am not getting a refund you my friend should not being running a take a way , up side delivery driver was a nice guy so thanks to him maybe owner should get some lessons on manners

What a load of rubbish, sea food pizza not a hint of anything fishy, they dump a pitter bread on kebab meat must be to hard to put it in it, limp cold chips as for southern fried chicken I think I found a breadcrumb sticking to taste less chicken, delivery was not to bad, never again I'll order

Very poor service. First we ordered online and chose delivery option but one hour later someone rang me and said they don’t do the delivery before 5pm and we have to collect it however we collected and in my burger was only meat and little but mayo as you can see from the picture. I don’t recommend them

Ordered after receiving a menu in the post. Stayed 20% off when ordering online but this didn’t happen. Food arrived and when I opened it there wasn’t the salad I selected and it was all cold. I phoned up and was verbally abused !! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE !!!

This place gave me the stomach issues, ordered a fillet burger meal with a portion of wings. I received a burger with 2 strips and the wings were hard and un edible. The fillet burgerhad chicken strips in the burger!!!!! and the wings were over cooked or was from the night before or something and refried. I had stomach issues all night only thing good was the cold can of drink. Need to improve food quality!!! Oh sorry forgot to mention the chips waaahay xtra xtra xtra crispy tasted the outer shell only.

Slow service, dirty store, burger came with a piece of meat in it, without any salad, mayo etc. When I asked what happened to this burger, he said I didn't ask for anything in the burger. (I never had to do that)

Ok, so this dump is literally that. Anyone who orders from here and never been in should do so, they would not order again. I went in for a simple chicken wrap meal and cheese burger meal, both large, however the wrap didn't have freshly cooked chicken, instead it was from the glass thing that they use to keep things hot, they placed the chicken in the wrap along with salad and put in pizza oven to... well I don't know why, the chips which was actually fresh tasted if disgusting old oil, and there wasn't many, I don't mean like they wasn't very generous, I mean there was virtually none, my spouse tedious counted all 16 of them, then there's my burger, cooked in the deep fryer (explains the chips taste somewhat I suppose), it was hard, the burgers had horrible hard bits in them, like grisly bits, the buns were a special charcoal black colour for additional taste I reckon, and the large burger meal also contained a large portion of chips, 18 I think, rip off, shouldn't even be in business. Was just over a tenner which is about par from other places I visit, they even had the cheek to ask me to hand out menus at my work place saying I get a discount if people order. I would have to look for another job if my colleagues ordered from this dump because of me recommending them. Honestly guys, I'll stick with Letz eat, it is an extra quid or so but the difference in quality and hygiene is much better.

Just had a chicken wrap meal and the only thing that was even edable was the can of pop that come with the meal. Chicken wasn't even right color and was absolutely disgusting. When I tried to eat the wrap my body was trying to refuse it by way of regurgitation, there was a small hand full of chips, was not even any good either, put simple zero star take away. It was bad, avoid at all cost, you will regret it, don't believe me, try for yourself. I want a refund

Went in after a night out, ordered CHICKEN FEAST x 2, we ate the first as we were having a good chat, on the second one we noticed there wasn't much chicken, we weren't going say anthing but of course we had too. The response we got its the vegetables that make up the feast, I'm sorry the name says different CHICKEN FEAST, there was another customer who intervened but we stopped him in his tracks and told him we didn't want our money back, as we just wanted to point out there was hardly any chicken, oh of course keep out of our complaint. Just wanted to highlight the food given should match the name. Wont be in a mad rush to return.

The food tastes okay. The place is relatively cheaper compared to similar shops in area but one of the main disadvantage is that the place doesn't accept card payments even in 2022.

Placed an order at 18.30 said delivery would be by 19.30.. 19.50 no food phoned they said it's on it's way. Garlic bread pizza cold asked for chocolate fudge cake got cheese cake ( allergic to cheese) The last time I ordered from here I got cheesy garlic bread (allergic to cheese). Thought I would give them another go. Will not order from them again...

Disgusting! Food is freezing, full of greece, paid 1.90 for a mixed salad to get a single slice of cucumber... waited an hour after the order time. Do not recommend and don't be fooled with the fake reviews! They're fake 5 stars!

Food arrived 2 hours after I ordered it despite being told the delivery driver was '6 minutes away'. Resaurant attempted to overcharge then dropped price back down after being confronted about it. Lasagne had no mince in it and the stuffed crust pizza that I specifically asked for cheese and salami....Turned up with nothing in the crust at all. Food arrived near on cold, the only part of the order that came as it should was the tub of ice cream. Wouldn't bother ordering from here again and if you do I would suggest putting a long film on to watch and get yourself a snack in the meantime while you wait.

Absolutely useless can't get there order rite tell you 1 price over the phone and try charging you another when the useless delivery driver gets to you stay well clear

Pizzas are good though the meats (especially the Turkey and Beef) taste spoiled and expired. Almost made me puke! Recommend it only for the Pizzas with vegetable toppings but stay away from the meats!

Friendly place, had 2 chicken burgers and a small margarita pizza.. all tasty and decent price.. I do have to add, however, that we had had a fair bit to drink.. Still tasty though!

So I order from here a decent amount the food is alright and decent price but every time and I mean every single time I put no salad or no tomato guess what it shows up with it 10/10 times currently sat here looking at my wrap that’s going to go in the bin last time I called about this problem they told me not to eat it send another but made me exchange it with the old one but this took over 1 hour they are 20 mins away from me

After a one off issue bearing in mind one issue in a few years isn't bad. I order at 03.10am it's now 04.50am and no food has been delivered. The shops closed no one answering either phone numbers. I paid by card aswell so I'm down on money and still hungry. Rang my bank I have to wait to speak to the takeaway when they re open which we all know isn't going to go well and then ring the bank back. I'll be reporting these to trading standards and giving them a piece of my mind on the phone. Robbing toerags!!

I ordered on just eat and explained I'm in a flat on 3rd floor with a baby, asked them to bring up to the door of my flat (who wants to leave an 8 month old baby alone). Driver buzzed door and let him in.....no food. Rang takeaway to be told driver had left and was coming back (I assumed with my food) driver arrived and I buzzed him in and he came up to 3rd floor to my door to tell me he had left my food downstairs and it had gone. (If he can come to my door to tell me that why couldn't he drop food off there?) Rang take away again to be spoken to like I was scum and have phone put down on me!! Used to order all the time. Not now....not EVER again. Disgusting behaviour. I want a full refund!!!! If not I will go to the papers. ONLY GETTING A 1 BECAUSE I CAN'T LEAVE ZERO!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Took 2 hours to deliver. When it arrived it was stone cold, chips under cooked and the burgers so dry we struggled to eat them, the 'side' that comes with the box meals none arrived (3 ordered). We also ordered a pepperoni sub which came in the form of a pizza!? At what point is a sub a pizza?? Even came in a pizza box.This place is a disgrace! 3 stars for nice vegi pizza. I couldn't hear server say the vegi supreme contained chilis though. Maybe it was garbled with ppe. Quite slapdash service from a guy who kept turning round and doing other stuff. Bad English too. Not good. 🤔😒 Tables are mucky too which is worrying. Horrible customers in when I came by. Mouthy, chavvy and large groups. Will never return....... Cleaning station is just a token gesture.
