I placed an order for pizza with extra cheese to collect in store.I went to collect my pizza and it looked like there was no extra cheese and I requested for them to add cheese and the lady who was in store that day said that’s our standard extra cheese! I have attached the photo, please tell me if there is extra cheese on that pizza!!!

Terrible service delivery guy never turns up three times. I’ve had to drive myself after ordering delivery to pick the food up as the delivery drivers won’t get out the car to buzz flats I was literally stood at gate waiting half hour and got told he has been and rang you lies they went to wrong block then blamed me

Deal from this place are a rip off. Any large pizza £12. Buy 1 get one free deal £23? How does that work if 1 pizza is £12????

Absolutely crap. Asked for extra sauce on my cheeseburger pizza and it came with no sauce at all. Phoned the shop to report to be told the ovens off and I can have a free pizza next time. Told them I didn’t want a free pizza and what am I supposed to do with the pizza I’ve got here to be told nothing I can do we are shutting now. Livid is not the word. I’m stuck with a chees pizza with onions and pickles on only. Disgusting. Will not be ordering again

Waited for half an hour after the app had said that it had been delivered, rang the shop and they said it should be there soon, 10 mins later its still not here, so I rang again and got hung up on due to apparently shouting at the guy on the other side, pizza finally arrived mid warm 40 mins after the app had told me it had been delivered.

Lazy delivery drivers. Every time you order refuse to deliver to your door. Phone you and expect you to go and meet them while there sat there in the car! Absolute rubbish!

As a regular customer of dominos in Ashton-under-Lyne my experience as always been great, the delivery men are always prompt and nothing is to much trouble on one occasion an item was missing, a quick call and they were straight back to me with missing item plus cookies for their error the delivery men work so hard and always show up at my door with a smile # one happy customer

This has happened today, June 14th. I placed an order to be delivered at 11pm through the app, for when I got back from a prior commitment. Only to realise that when I tried calling the shop, they'd closed at 10:55 and it went through to the Oldham store! Unable to get in touch with the store I had ordered from, to find where my order is and not receiving my meal is not the end of my day I needed. Outrageous and poor form dominoes.

Waited over 30 minutes longer than delivery was expected, no apology. Poor customer service staff seem uninterested.

We ordered from this branch of dominos and we ordered incorrectly. I rang the branch to cancel the order. The woman on the phone repeated back to me what she was cancelling stated that it would be fine to just reorder and that the order has been cancelled. After putting the phone down. I reordered with the correct details and coupon. This happened within 10mins of each other. There should of been no confusing as it was two totally different and the woman confirmed the order was cancelled. We rang back approx an hour later and they said that the driver was on the way to the delivery but had taken the wrong slip and to let him know and he can ring his manager with the correct ammount. Then we rang back a half an hour after that they said they tried to ring us again (which they had not) about our order. We said that we want the delivery and they stated they will be with us shortly they are just getting in touch with the driver. We rang back a further 15 mins later because there was still no delivery. We cancelled the order and went to pizza hut. Total waste of time.

We order takeaway from here on a regular basis and there is a reason that we always re-order! The food is always delivered hot and on time by a friendly driver. The online order process is easy and the 'Track your Pizza' facility enables you to see when your food is being prepared, cooked, quality checked and delivered! A great big thank you to all the staff at Dominos Ashton for making our Friday night treat so enjoyable.

So, we was expecting a Refund on Friday 26th February due to our food arriving VERY LATE. Our food was in Quality Check for 45 minutes then our food was out for delivery for over an hour. We rang the store and asked them what was happening with our order as we had payed on card. The women said she is surprised that he isn't there yet and that told us to call back in 10 mins if he still hasn't arrived. So 15 minutes later as he is still not arrived we called again. So she told us she would ring the driver. After waiting a couple of minutes, she told us that the driver didn't even know where our address was! Even though we was based in Ashton and was a 5 minute Drive away! Its funny that the Dominos in Denton had no issues finding our address and that is a lot further away! So he was driving around for almost an hour looking for our address! So she offered us a full refund in which we accepted, she said it will be transferred within 3-5 working days. 16 WORKING DAYS LATER it still hasn't gone in. And before i get into that part. When the driver arrived, he told us that he had 3 other deliveries. So yeah, we had 2 VERY COLD Pizzas, with 2 drinks in which they didn't get right. We asked for 1 Diet and 1 Full Fat Coke and we ended up having 2 Full Fat Cokes . So anyway, we have contacted them NUMEROUS times asking where is our refund. The owner of the store said he was sorry for the poor Customer Service and that he will issue the refund himself. A long with a Voucher. The voucher arrived on Thursday. But the refund still has not been delivered. This has been by far the worst Customer Service i have ever experienced and it is safe to say that i will never order from this place ever again. Thanks a lot for wasting my time.

We tried the domino pizzas.. It was delicious and tasty., I like the fact that you track your order down and see what location they are.. We will be using domino pizza again And recommend any pizza lovers out there!!!!!

Ordered here a number of times since we moved to the area a year ago, never had an issue with our orders and always been very fast delivery and good, hot, tasty food

Delivery is always quick and the pizzas are spot on. Think the cookies area favourite thing though, wish they made a cookie pizza! :)

time and time again i dont know why i order from dominos, they mess the order up every single time to send out a new pizza to be completely wrong again, i call to make another complaint about the replacement pizza being wrong and as i am furious and decided to have a pot noodle instead!!!, i demand my money back, only to be spoken rudely by every single staff in the heirachy, from assistant to, tl, to manage, to be put on hold for over 5 minutes every time!!! appauling service for a so-called big name restraunt.

Las pizzas son cada vez más y más salada y en mi opinión sincera creo que es rechazar con el tiempo. Hay una buena variedad, pero aunque las ofertas son exactamente iguales y a veces puede ser muy engañoso. Me puede regresar, pero tengo que pensar mucho si quiero poner mi estómago en mucho dolor.
