Ice blast was watery rather than icy, chips was cold

Only had 5 pieces of chicken tikka on my kebab. For the price, I’d expect more.

First and last order from here, I'm sore their other foods are perfectly fine, yet the kebabs we ordered were not of quality or portion of all other locations I've used, they arrive with a little warmth remaining and one of the items missed the salad requested. Maybe this is normal here it's just more noticeable when you don't expect this using others. The cans were cold that's a bonus

although food was late,it was worth the wait.

Ordered a pizza and chips with some mango, also a couple of other things. It has taken 2 hours and the food is cold. Poor service and poor attitude when we rang up asking. Will never go back again.

Food was missing when it was delivered, tried to call the shop multiple times, they didn't even answer. Shocking! Even called the next day just to be fobbed off!

People behind the counter seem busy, food is a little hit or miss great portions though

Every time we've ordered from here it's been at least half an hour later than quoted. Most recently it was over an hour from the quoted time and when we called to get an update, we were told 5-10 mins. 25 mins later I called with no answer, straight to voicemail.

Took two hours to come and was cold when it arrived. Wouldn’t order again.

Placed order at 7.37pm order arrived at 9.45pm my partner had enough and went to sleep so had nothing to eat, i enjoyed my food but delivery time is a joke said between 8.50-9.20 but still not impressed with the deliver time

we ordered about 7.15 and received it around 9.40 which is a joke, been using them for about 20 years and the deliveries have started to get pretty bad

My sons meal was stone cold and the rest of the food was barley warm.

Onion barge was rock hard and very burnt, chips were cold, curry was lukewarm and one curry was spilt over everything and was swimming at the bottom of the bag

Typical curry from a jar mixed with a bit of dry chicken from last night. Absolute waist of money, they should be embarrassed, the “food” was disgusting.

absolutely disgusted at the state of our food! it's freezing cold, took 2 hours, and given the wrong food. and 13 quid for a kebab with 5 pieces of chicken and the tiniest bit of salad when it was supposed to be chicken and seek kebab. DISTGUSTED IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I 100% WOULD.

Don’t know if it’s changed hands or not it used to be alright but these days every order there’s either something missing I.e drinks, sauces,food or the food isn’t what you order I.e receiving chicken burger instead of cheese burger or even forgetting to put cheese on a cheese burger 🤷🏼‍♀️ happened like 4-5 times in a row now so won’t be using anymore for this reason

unfortunately the food was only like warm on delivery. the bag burst once taken from the courier as it had become condensed and must have been like that for a while. burger was tasty once warmed.

Absolutely the worse kebab I have ever had . I was passing through Stalybridge and ordered 2 kebabs. Both absolutely rank and dry meat and weird sauces that are supposed to be mayo. It tasted more like mint sauce. I was sick after eating mine and my son refused to eat it just by looking at it 🤢 AVOID

These guys are normally fantastic and food is always on point. But tonight the food arrived and it was freezing cold. inedible without trying to reheat it which never quite works. delivery driver seemed to sit around for a while in the vehicle which won't help with food quality and he was quite rude too...

rang restaurant twice to see where it was. chips were soggy, doner had a weird taste and was chewy. the best thing was the cheese garlic bread which was nice. Everything cold and soggy. will not be ordering again.

Ordered at 4:50pm and didn’t receive food until just before 7pm, over an hour late with no message to late it was going to be late, tried ringing multiple times to no answer at first, I then tried one more time to which a gentleman answered and he said my food was 2-3 minutes away but didn’t turn up for another 10 plus minutes, I said it’s ridiculous with how late it is with no message regarding it and he then decided to put the phone down on me.

zero star, but you have to click on them to submit review. lied after call being 15 mins late stating on way.. only live 9 mins from place.. 30mins after initial call, finally got an answer and challenged if food was cold would be returned. staff hung up.when it arrived turns out we were 3rd delivery and items I have been charged for are missing. Use another take away, dreadful service, have little thought for customers. Pathetic service and only mediocre food.

The chicken looked as if it had been reheated many times it was hard and smelled.The whole order was freezing cold it was just in a paper bag so not sure if it was in a heat bag to keep it warm.We won’t be ordering from here again.

We ordered on a Monday night and it took 2 hours to arrive, I phoned the restaurant after hour and half to chase up to be told it was on its way but it still took another 30 minutes and I love 10 minutes at most from the shop. when arrived the food was hot but the burger looked like it had been sat on it was that squashed together, one positive I can give is that the chip portions are good so we could have shared one had we known. Won't be ordering from here again due to delivery time.

Chicken in wrap was still frozen on the inside, desserts tastes like coffe and we're solid, old dripping from the pizza and wrap. Asked for no salad on wrap, but came with it anyway.

Originally delivery was between 8pm and 8.20pm then they changed delivery time to 8.45pm. Finally delivered at 8.56 says delivered but still not here. 21.00 and was stone cold.

wish it came a bit faster but in reality only took an hour. no complaints.

First they forgot part of the order and had to bring that back, pizza toppings were stuck to top of pizza box. when the eventually brought the missing item back the delivery driver said we'd get a refund for pizza. then when I rang to sort it was told no refund but they can resend pizza. this was 2 hours after I ordered. Will not be ordering again

Nothing wrong with the food.. but I have put a complaint in about your delivery driver who delivered to me last night. I was not happy with him, he was EXTREMELY inappropriate and I will not be ordering from you again due to what he tried to do to me after saying I was not interested in him.

was a delay in delivery but it is a Friday night so understandable.burgers were nice,donners were nice,pizzas were a little soggy and didn't taste great could of done with cooking longer and meal deal was missing a bottle of Pepsi.was told they would deliver it on their next delivery but waited and it never turned up.also I wrote and asked for sauces on burgers but these are never read so adding these are pointless
