Literally turned up on time as in the time slots they give you, good deals on at moment, quality ingredients, food arrived very hot.

Philly steak papadia and bacon cheese stick were lovely. Chicken was cold though and didnt taste of peri peri at all.

Good quality at reasonable prices.

Really enjoyed my food, really tasty and quick collection time, will definitely order the Papadilas again

Disappointing we asked for plain chicken wings ended u p Bbq, dip missing, driver was very nice, 1st time ordering also...

Potato tots were a little soggy and the pizza was kind of meh. Not worth paying triple the cost of a small local pizzeria. Delivery driver scolded me because he said he'd been calling but I had no missed calls, and he said he'd been ringing the doorbell but the dog and I had been listening and heard nothing until he knocked. He said he'd been outside for ten minutes which couldn't have been true as the dog would have gone insane. Overall, I won't order again.

We just got the £20 deal 2 pizzas garlic pizza rolls( literally greasiest garlic bread) tata tots and pop, never had a pizza so greasy before it masked the taste of the pizzas couldn't taste anything but grease, tata tots really squishy like they hadn't been cooked properly they to was greasy barely taste them either. We won't be ordering again this was the first time trying aswell. We was looking forward to it too.

Truly, overpriced bog standard pizza really. You could get this standard of pizza from anywhere, nothing special about it apart from the price. Save some money and go to Asda, you will get the same quality! Plus’s you won’t have to look at the miserable delivery guy who regrets every life choice he ever made

Awful. Ordered food for 10pm. No delivery. Answered phone at 11pm. Then nothing. DO NOT ORDER. RATS.

Expensive for a pizza. Not very crispy thin base. Free potato totties didn't arrive.

This pizza was awful it was freezing cold hardly any cheese on both I ordered three garlic dips received one and both pizzas cost me £40 I will not be ordering from here again

Absolutely disgusting customer service we ordered for 20.30 and was relieved at 19.15 now my friends food when they arrive will be freezing WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. when I tried to speak he laughed at me saying nothing we will do! I'm contacting the papa John's itself. WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THESE

6+ quid for cauliflower wings, jesus christ almighty man.

Placed an order online, when I got my delivery there were items missing and when I rang the store they told me I had to pay extra for them but when I’m store ordering they will do it for free.

Very poor customer service experience. When I called the staff were quoting the incorrect price which required prompting for the staff member to check the menu prices themselves. I was told it would be ready to collect after 10 minutes. When I arrived after 15 minutes my order had yet to be initiated or put in the over. At no point did they offer any apology or explanation for the incompetence and their attitude was rude from the very beginning.

Very delicious and good value for money

this has happened a multiple times now, whenever i call for delivery the person that picks up never understands me and decides to hang up with a rude attitude and the service is absolutely appaling compared to other pizza places for example their competitor Pizza Hut. i do not recommend this place to anyone with a right mind as this will not only ruin ur apetite but also ruin ur day by how disgusting service and bear in mind this has not happened to me once or twice it has happened multiple times and that is why i was forced upon to make this review. most of their reviews are probably bots or some people with some kind of relation to the people working their or maybe its the employers themselves.

⚠️Trigger warning ⚠️ If you are a woman don't support this business, tonight I witnessed and broke up an assault on a young lady infront of her young child. When I asked the gentleman at this shop they declined to give me the address to relay to the police potentially putting myself, the lady and her child in further danger. I asked for the address directly after they had given the address to the perpetrator. A male taxi driver in his 50s. I called them on it and could see them all in the shop shouting and pointing at me minutes later after the police had come and gone.
