Everything was amazing we come for breakfast and the poppy seed bagel the big apple stack was very beautiful

Delicious mocktail and food, attentive server and great speed of service.

There was a mix up with a voucher and Jason (shift manager) went above and beyond to help me and my 4 children have a great experience. The other staff were kind and friendly too, atmosphere was great for a busy period. I am blown away with the service, will definitely be coming back - thank you everyone

Alex displayed excellent customer service.

Alex greeted & served us and he was very welcoming and accommodating. The food arrived promptly and was all piping hot and really flavoursome. Alex checked in that everything was ok and asked whether we needed anything else such as additional sauces etc. Really pleasant experience. Nice restaurant with a good vibe and attentive staff.

Jason was a helpful, friendly, efficient waiter. We were served very quickly and the food came extremely quick. Very impressed.

Great food, great service and the carbonara is amazing! It was our daughter’s birthday and they suprised her with the “Happy Birthday Song” and brought out a brownie and ice cream with a candle in it. A lovely gesture from the manager!

Worst food i had, very few choices as most of the items are unavailable and the worst is that you pay way too much for scraps of food

The two stars are for the food, which was great. I was slightly worried seeing one person looking angry and with earphones in, in the open kitchen. But the food was perfect to be fair. Service was non existent until paying with the card machine at the second time of asking. Managed to have my entire main meal before I gave up on the second drink I ordered and had to chase it up with the staff. Took my child to the toilet and used the accessible one to make it easier with room, but had to have him waddle through the corridor anyway so we could scout out some toilet paper in the men’s room instead. Overall I would say that it’s the expected experience for the brand, and the only person to blame really is myself for trying again every few years and thinking ‘can’t still be that sh te if it still exists. But it is. An enigma of the industry I’d say.

A really lovely meal. I have a vegan husband and son and it's so hard to find places to eat out that offers choice on the menu. We had booked a table at Joshua Bradley's but found my son couldn't eat anything. I was googling to find another restaurant and yours popped up and had vegan options to suit their tastes.

Came in for breakfast on valentines day. We really enjoyed it! We had the NY stlye breakfast with the pancakes and a bagel! Served by Charlotte who was lovely!

Came last night for Valentine’s Day, food was nice however service was shocking. we was left waiting far to long in between the starter & the main course. He did give us discount from 1 set of drinks for the inconvenience however had to get up and ask for the bill aswell as they were just stood talking and couldn’t catch anyone’s attention….. we come here a lot but last night was a real let down for us. Especially it being valentines and also my birthday.

Mine and my partner’s food was sensational. We ordered on Valentine’s night. Our food was piping hot and was so tasty. Not one single complaint. 10/10

The Waiter we had was fantastic!! Great customer service, was humorous with our child making her laugh. Her comment was “he is really nice nana friendly” We was in between 5pm-7pm 18/01/24 He needs a raise!

Wonderful service tonight! Our waitress, Charlotte, was incredibly polite and had a captivating aura that filled the room with positivity. She truly appreciated the tip, more so than most waitstaff I’ve encountered, which added to the pleasant experience. The food arrived promptly, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Been here afew times and had Charlotte serving us who did an amazing job as always and makes us feel very welcome every time without fail. My partner loves the chicken carbonara whilst my favourite dish is the chicken arribatta 😍 Fantastic service

Cold food not as ordered service shocking

Totally disappointed with the food. The lasagne was the worst I have ever eaten. A bowl of slop, totally tasteless, and unable to eat. The staff were friendly but very disappointing visit it was a complete waste of money.

It wasn't great. The garlic bread was like cardboard and cold. The burgers were just OK at best and not worth the money. I will definitely 100% not be getting anything from this place again, McDonald's do better food and that's saying something... Don't waste your money, go somewhere else. Thank me later!

Ordered food at 4pm expected delivery time kept changing every 10 minutes x after hour and half phoned restaurant couldn’t fault the manager Oliver very helpful gave us just eats number eventually received our order at 6pm garlic bread was like a brick and cold not happy

Cold, no delivery hot bag or anything. Said at first 20:40 came at gone 21:30 waste of money

Very dissatisfied. Wrong food served. Long waiting time. All the food was bland and tasteless. We ordered a few things off the Christmas menu which they had just introduced but a lot of the food on there, they didn’t have in. It’s fair to say that we will never be eating here again. The only shining light was our table waitress who was called Charlotte. She was great and very understanding and helpful. She is far too good to be working at Frankie & Bennys. She gets paid the minimum wage and works her socks off for it. She would be more suited at a high class hotel/restaurant. 5 stars for Charlotte.

On a recent visit to this chain, i must admit that i ordered what i think was the best chicken burger i have ever had....It was the BBQ chicken burger.....YUM YUM The cheesy garlic bread to share was also very nice but the service could have been slightly better considering it was very quiet

They have changed the menu to a more New York style menu. We did not like it at all we live in Denton not New York. The sausage patty was tasteless. Why not just fry 2 sausages on a bap which we used to love. Blueberry pancakes can't be eaten by people on bloody thinners so they were a no go also. You used to do red berries or strawberries and raspberries which were lovely. Thank you to the Manager however, for the discount given.

Just left after one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a Frankie and Bennys. Charlotte was extremely friendly & is an absolute credit to the restaurant!

Kids menu excellent value for the money.

As always, excellent service, and the friendly and kind interaction shown to my Granddaughters, especially my slightly cheeky, but very adorable 4 year old Grand daughter is lovely, and leaves a lasting impression, that always wants us to return again.

Staff were really welcoming and friendly. Mains took a while to come out which the staff repeatedly apologised for. They also forgot part of our order which we didn't realise until we were ready to leave. But there was no big issue about that apart from the issue with the till when trying to remove the none appearing item. Food was nice and the staff were friendly. Will be going again 👍

Only 2 members of staff and the kitchen had 2 chefs one being the pot washer but Phil who is one of the staff was great

Where do I begin! There were around 20 - 25 covers in the restaurant (including a party of 18) and 2 members of staff!!!! One general Manager and 1 server. Kitchen had 1chef, one sous chef and a pot washer. There were no tater tots, no pollenta for pizza/ Garlic bread, the potato skins were dry and the salted caramel milkshake was more salt than shake 🤢 The general manager was mostly managing the bar / making drinks and that left one server to try and actually serve and placate all those people sending back food!! He (Phil) was overall the best bit about the experience! Made the slow service and poor food an enjoyable 2hours 🙄
