Good place, they forgot a milkshake so the next day I rang up and they sent 2 out, they didn't have to send 2 but they did, the guy on the phone was the 1 who sorted my order out last night aswell and knew I was a milkshake down because the drive said he 4got it and was going to drop it off later. it was late tho 11 maybe half 11, but the problem was resolved. I've had worse experiences at mc Donald's and that's a multimillion pound business

Rung up and asked if I could pay by card over the phone. Told to ring jalfrezi bloody same shop. Made orders Said my card was declined twice. No way. Its not like the food is that special. Ordered from King's Cross kebab order sorted in 2 minutes

I would not recommend this place one bit to anybody was a complete shambles chicken burger was so thin didn’t even fill the bun the lettuce was vile to top it the Mayo was just cheap with a soggy ass bun . The wings were vile no taste whatsoever so overpriced gave me less than I paid for, chips were nasty, Best part about the meal was the can of coke. AVOID THIS PLACE RANKEST FOOD RESTAURANT IVE BEEN TO IN A GOOD FEW YEARS

AVOID THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE ABSOLUTE MOST HORRIFIC RESTAURANT. Zero taste. As in the taste was non existent, you could buy plain chicken breasts and rinse under the tap for 72 hours and still have more seasoning than here. Paid for 5 hot wings and got 3 plain wings. The burger was a shambles and just slapped together. The chips were stupidly soggy with no salt. Please don’t make the mistake I made. Stay woke. Ps garlic Mayo was not garlic Mayo.

Absolutely mega mega fuming, I order a zinger burger thinking it was going to be some lovely, juicy tender chicken, what did I get instead? Practically the live chicken itself, I felt like I murdered the poor thing myself, disgusting.

Used twice now and had two terrible meals this being the latest one. Food arrived luke warm. Ordered a burger value box with salad and garlic mayo. No salad, no garlic Mayo and 4 strands of donner meat! What made it worse was I payed extra for extra donner meat! AVOID

Absolutely disgusting £30 down the pan the one in Newcastle is really nice this one should be avoided at all costs the worst food I can ever remember this is my honest opinion

Donner meat not cooked, cold, that went in the bin, and the other half had a chicken wrap and was up all night being sick!

We went jalfrezis last night on in the recommendation of my brother, who had been here last week.We ordered for 4 of us (my brother and his wife) Me and my partner,We had popadoms - chutney - best ever, a starter each, 2 mains, 2 chips, 1 rice, Bombay potatoes, everything was perfect, I can honestly say one of the best Indian takeaway We have had, there was absolutely more than enough for us all, It was ready in 20 mins we picked it up 20% off the price, all what we had was £30.40p amazing!!!!The staff were all so lovely and helpful, pleasant, smiling really lovely,, we can recommend this to all of you and we shall certainly be going back again for our next Indian take away, well done lads keep up the good work .

Went in the other day and a delivery man was unloading boxes and a staff member gave him a drink for his hard work. As he was leaving the owner came out, stopped the driver and accused him of stealing and was going to call his boss and get him fired. He pointed out a staff member gave it to him and offered to give back just to receive more insults and threats from this horrible individual. Imagine trying to take someone's livelihood over a Coke which he was given. Don't give this place a penny of your money.

great food , good portions very friendly staff and reasonable. will go again. the food was hot and generous and on time

I literally cannot believe the service and food I got from Red Roosters. I ordered some peri wings, chips, garlic bread and pizza. I have ordered from red roosters 2/3 times before so I knew the food was good however this time round the food was shocking! The wings had weird off smell, were cold and just looked not fresh. Everything else was cold and really low standard and I was so shocked as previously the food was good.I rang the shop and told the manager i wasnt happy with the food and was horrified with his agressive and rude manner in the way he spoke to me and called me a LIAR and said he doesnt believe me and wont do anything about it. not to forget they also forgot our drinks!! I would never order from here again as i wouldnt even serve that food to my dog!

Superb meals everytime, Excellent service every visit, Wish this place was closer to my home. Deffinatley worth the effort to visit Red Rooster. Delivery available Excellent food. cheers Lads Andy

My partner and I have ordered from here twice now. My peri peri chicken and chips were delicious, no complaints. My man hand doner meat and chips, meat was tasty and the chips were hot. Will definitely go back.

Pedimos por teléfono y nos trajeron con 20 minutos. Lo que es bueno. La comida estaba bien así caliente y bien lleno, así que no se veía como un sobreviviente de un acidente de coche a la llegada. Mucha variedad en el menú, y el personal cortés, hay un aparcamiento detrás de la tienda si desea llamar a la orden, tienen una zona de estar, que es limpio y se puede comer en así como comida para llevar.

Aunque hay un par de mesas para comer, este es principalmente un restaurante de comida para llevar. Abrió hace unos meses y el éxito evidente puede medirse por el número de personal empleado aquí ya (c. 8 o 9).La variedad de comida que ofrecen es muy amplia y ya hemos probado varios platos que no habían tenido antes. Todos ellos han sido excelentes. Las comidas se preparan rápidamente y siempre listo a tiempo, y las ofertas especiales de la semana y los domingos son muy buena relación calidad-precio.En general este es nuestro favorito para llevar en el momento y con buena razón.
