Not the best, got the order wrong for a walk in order, slow service.

Ordered via app for collection, arrived when it was ready to be collected, saw my order under hotlight, was not busy in store, stood at the counter for 10 mins whilst 4+ members of staff were too busy talking to each other, ignored multiple times, then was given the wrong order after being asked my name, staff can barely understand a word of English, took order home and received the only 2 cookies in the box, which were overcooked and the wrong pizza bases after paying an extra £3.50 each for, not happy about this as I only get dominoes for the 'double decadence' base had issues before with them months ago, as they don't put enough toppings or cheese on, and they don't put any cream cheese between the DD base - just 2 tortilla wraps stacked on top of each other, (I can see from other reviews people have had the same issues) but thought I'd give them another try as I live only 2 mins away in Nantwich, but I always go to the Crewe one because its always consistent and never fail to make a decent pizza, staff are always friendly too and can understand what your saying. If you live in Nantwich and still like domino's, I suggest you try the one in Crewe instead, as its night and day better over this one. Hopefully new management will take over this branch soon as still an absolute Sh1t show, Won't be returning here again, Shame.

Pizza was undercooked and there was barely any cheese on it I don't think I will be ordering from here again the dominos in wrexham is 10 times nicer

Best pizza I have ever had in England it was well cooked and evenly distributed topping the chips were also very nice as they were perfect

Unfortunately experienced food being stolen, I.e eaten by someone else before being delivered or what I am assuming to be as on two occasions 1/2 a garlic bread missing and clearly taken either from the store or during delivery (due to grease stain from the other side) This is unfortunate as have ordered from this site a few times and the quality is generally good. Only order here for the convenience, late night etc but due to this will avoid from now. Sorry.

Just had my dinner at work from domino's.....pizza was perfectly cooked....lots of toppings. Good deal from the app as well.

Came in with my friend to get a quick pizza on our lunch break and told it was a 7 minute wait which was completely fine to then have people that had come in 5-7 minutes after us had been given their food and are currently sat eating whilst we're still waiting

Cute food as such but somehow I ordered 2 pizzas and instead I only received one and a flatbread which I didn't order it. Staff is not trained enough to issue a refund in a timely manner.

ordered here by accident. Spoke to the store 1 min after the order was placed and they refused to cancel the order and proceeded to say the pizzas were already made!

No longer take cash, good dominos to be fair and friendly staff so don't take this as a knock against them.

Ordered delivery for a few times and I can conclude that some reviews are exaggerating, it really isn't that bad. I personally have not experienced any late deliveries (I live around a 10-min drive away). But surely, there are certainly some down-sides. The pizzas are unevenly cut and kinda oily, so I always press a kitchen towel on it before eating to soak up the oil. Besides that their texas bbq are getting worse and worse for some reason, it has been my favourite pizza from dominos for a long time but lately it tastes kinda bad, leading me into thinking that the sauce recipe has changed. One thing I really recommend though is their garlic spread, it never disappoints, strongly recommend to switch one topping out for the garlic spread, it really adds that depth of flavour to the pizzas.

Got the order wrong and wouldn’t rectify it after the mistake.

I ordered pizza payed over £30 and delivery driver was lazy to go on first floor. Call me and waited even I told him to go on first floor. I thought about disability people who has issues with moving. Very disappointed.

Not ashamed to go Karen on this one! Had two previous bad experiences with this place but give them their due they sent out fresh pizzas on both occasions. (£3 for a double decadence and not received. Both times!) Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and have another go, even calling the store after placing the order online to make sure I wouldn’t be a mug spending £60 here again. Low and behold they got the order wrong yet again. Couldn’t be bothered to call this time to complain. Simply won’t use them again and use the Crewe store. Whoever took over this franchise clearly has no idea what they’re doing.

I placed an order this evening for delivery at my normal, specified, address where there has been no issues before. 1hr passes (30mins of this showing the driver in the same spot on the wrong road) I call the Nantwich branch. The driver answered and told me the sat nav took him the wrong way and tried to cal. I’ve just reviewed the number I supplied, it was the correct one with no calls made, I was told I was wrong and it was a different number. I was refused a redelivery after advising the above and told it was my fault and a refund would be issued once Head Office could do it. I’m now £30 down through driver and app errors, with no food after waiting for over an hour while a member of staff attempted to deliver to the wrong address stating it was my fault. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and service and this will be raised internally.

Don’t order if your hungry. Pizza is fast food but the staff don’t know that it takes so long for them to prepare and cook. Come on guys pull your finger out chop chop

Myself and my boyfriend decided to get a pizza after a long day as he often will go to this dominos after work and its usually fine. This time however, the pizza couldn't have been worse, both pizzas were dry and basically inedible to the point we only ate a slice of each and one of the pizzas was wrong in the first place. As someone who works in fast food I totally understand orders go wrong sometimes so we weren't going to complain about the pizza being wrong, but the fact we could eat any of it really frustrated the both of us as we usually love dominos.

As usual order did not arrive they changed to order to pick up even after we showed them the email it's there scam can't be bothered no idea who manages it but the staff need education

Disgusted with the customer service from this Domino's franchise i ordered 2 pizzas which one had an issue with. Was given £10 off next order. When my partner rang a day after to retreieve the offer, she explained she couldnt leave the house due to just having an operation, they were adiment that they would still not deliver because it is protocol, but also cannot use the £10 when ordering online. She said she was not happy about this, but would still place an order and Frederick(the employee) put the phone down while she was still speaking. My partner rang back and asked for his name and at that time, he hung up again. She then rang back and asked for the manager and the person on the phone then said he was the store manager and said his employee was having a stressful day. This is unacceptable customer service and as a loyal dominos customer, I cannot bring myself to order dominos from nantwich again. I will be emailing the dominos office about this.

Pretty useless. I rang 30 mins after my order was due, to be told it was just around the corner. Another 25 mins and I call again. Ben tells me the order never actually was processed, and I would get my refund in 3 to 5 working days. He couldn't have cared less. Really poor.

Both times I've used this store I have been disappointed. 1st order was wrong and second order was stone cold. I returned the order while my family ate and had to wait 15 mins for a fresh pizza to be cooked even though I was told on the phone before I set off it would be ready when I got there to collect. Both times when informing them of problems I was made to feel awkward by the staff. Won't be using this 1 again. 😒

1 hour 50 minutes to deliver, no contact, no update. Pizza was out for 30 minutes as the driver was delivering to many customers, eventually arrived after nearly two hours, stone cold and they ‘forgot’ the drink I ordered.

Eventhough I had a message to say it was ready, when I arrived there was no chicken strips ready so I had to wait for them to be cooked fresh which meant that my pizza was cold when I got it. Also there was barely any cheese on the pizza

Nice and quick preparation, given we said we'd collect. Perfect timing for the Sunday night telly too (bit of Peaky B). So nice and still plenty for that cold lunch the next day....

Disinterested on the phone, disinterested in store. Deliveries are almost always seriously late. When we phone they just lie and lie...

Domino's in Nantwich has gone awful.The orders lately have been cold on delivery anyway last night I ordered a pizza at 6pm usually they take 40 to 50 minutes to get here as we don't live that far away so last night I waited till 7,30 p.m. and no Pizza had arrived instead of the shop ringing me to say that the order was going to be late I had to ring then so I was a bit miffed so I said I have an order where is it basically and they said oh I'll have to check anyway turned out that I would have to wait another 2 hours and my pizza so from 6 p.m. my with another two hours on the hour and a half I would have to wait 3 1/2 hours for a pizza coming up till nearly 10 p.m. at night I said no thank you I want a refund I was so angry I will not be buying off them again as they used to be really really good when I first started but the staff in there are so rude and no idea of what they are doing and the management well or can I say my advice don't buy.

The driver could not follow a simple direction. After I told him where the house was, he told me a blatant lie (that he had parked at a neighbour's house) when he car was clearly in the driveway. He then became abusive and threatening to me on my own doorstep before dropping the pizza boxes on the floor and storming off. Absolutely disgusting people. I will not order from Domino's again.

i am SO annoyed. not only did my cookies take 40 MINUTES to be given to us, we were ALSO harassed by roadmen, and the staff had the audacity to laugh at us. i am disgusted in this behavior.

Unhelpful staff, pay no attention to the waiting customers and instead banter amongst themselves. Pizza order was supposed to take 40 minutes, it’s been over an hour and I’m still waiting.

Not long ago we came in and we was waiting for about 15 minutes for the man he’s oldish with glasses on and he spoke to us like utter crap And he said we have to wait 15-20 minutes for a small pizza , which is ridiculous for a small pizza His attitude was disgusting the way he spoke to us , he shouldn’t be on the front. If that’s how he speaks to customers. We’re paying some of his wages. Cheeky sod

Went to collect my order last night which wasn't ready in spite of the fact that I had ordered an hour before. It wasn't especially busy in there either. I was served by a male employee who was wearing a t-shirt which was far too small for him, exposing his considerable stomach! Apart from being unhygienic it was very off-putting. When I got home one of the pizzas had been in the oven too long as the cheese topping was burned. I won't be rushing back any time soon!

Delivered extremely quickly. Guy I spoke to was great. Adjustments and accomodations made when I was fussy and everyone polite and helpful. 10/10 :)

Second weekend in a row that prepared the wrong pizza... and for a long time now not home delivering... very poor service and standards for a such huge company.

Awful service, ordered it for 7:30 an hour before and wasn’t ready until 8:15. Staff were very rude when collecting. Toppings were all around the edge and not in the middle. Only us waiting for pizzas and no collections so weren’t busy. Do not recommend

Got sent wrong order said they would refund still waiting two months on for refund tried talking to lad instore about it very rude put his head down and said you need to speak to head office errrrrrr no I brought it from nantwich they should sort it

Their vegan pizza is very underwhelming, most of it is just crust and that is like eating a stale baguette. But the service is undeniably great, speed and friendliness. Their covid precautions taken are very effective too

Clean, following covid, the new cookies are amazing, and the food was all prepped quickly and was delicious

The option of sitting in is great with the kids when they deserve a wee treat. Always a good friendly service both at the shop and from the delivery team.

Ordered two thin crust pizzas. One of them was burnt around the edges. The quality of the toppings were poor and tasted bland. The amount of toppings were also scarce. It was our first time ordering a pizza from this restaurant and it will be the last. Did not taste good at all. towebland.

Saturday night let down. Ordered domino's new burger PIZZA over the net. Left to pick the pizzas up I was rang by domino's to say sorry we've run out of beef. What a joke. When I got to the Nantwich branch I asked for a name telephone number of Head office. I was told we don't have that info look it up. All the staff were stood around chatting. My partner and I love the food from this Domino's. Always good quality food and a nice range of drinks. Been in there just now and was very happy with the service! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves pizza!

Every single time i change a topping to somthing else they just take the topping off and put nothing in it's place. Disappointing!! (Happened approx 8 times now!)

Very slow service. I ordered 2 pizzas on Tuesday (yes 2 for 1 deal) so maybe a little busier than usual. Although did wait until 21:30 so it was a little quieter. Told 30 minutes or so for delivery.........waited 50 minutes still no delivery called back and advised the driver left 5 or 10 minutes ago, again waited. after an hour I had to cancel the order. These guys need to get some delivery drivers who either know where they are going or not offer delivery... absolute joke will be using Pizza Parlour or Varietys in town in the future.

Expensive and dont do the same deals as dominos crewe bit silly when they are only 6miles apart! Shame!

Went in and ordered take away ( to be picked up later). Picked it up drove to daughters to share meal and guess what ? Half of it was not what we ordered, which should therefore be a one star, given three stars as in fairness what we did get was really quite good and we did get a full apology!

Very expensive for what you get asked for double mushrooms on one pizza and when I got home found 11 small slice won't rush back !!!

Usual dominos except the deals are rubbish. May as well make the drive to Crewe for the large choice in much better deals.

Dominos pizza is a good pizzahouse plenty of topping on the pizza and very good service

very inconsistent so far out of around 3 attempts one has been nice the other 2 times the food has been bellow standard misshaped in the box due to lazy attitude on delivery so for the much higher price than others not been good value for money

Ordered a pizza from here last weekend. The app was good telling you at what stage your pizza was at. When it arrived it was quite mushy and didn't taste great. I had a texan bbq pizza it was quite disappointing really.

First order was online for delivery, the pizza was OK ticked all the boxes lots of topping nice Base anddelivered quickly. We had large half bbq ranch half texan bbq on a regular base.Second time was an order for collection for a set time, a handy app tells you where your order is or so I thought... I waited until it said my order was ready slightly later than pre arranged know problem there and went into the shop to find my order wasn't ready and was told it would be 5 minutes. I then had to wait another 50 minutes enough time to remake the pizzas I presume they had been forgotten or missed. This time we had ordered meatilicious bbq stuffed crust and a hot and spicy on the double deccadence Base. I found the double deccadence Base to be over powering and took the taste of the pizza away and the bbq stuff crust didn't exist as they had given me a standard stuffed crust. I felt the meat on the pizza was nice and chunky but of poor quality and cheap tasting. It's fair to say that my first experience was nothing special and second was poor and Im unlikely to go back I will stick to pizza Hut delivery in future.
