Delicious food always. Kebabs are banging. So are the burgers and chips. Why show so much hate to Flames as they are the only ones that do it correctly everytime 💯💯💯

Wasn’t a lot for a large kebab. Most of the box was salad. Thought I’d be getting a kebab that was made but they just threw a naan bread on top of the box.

Absolutely the most vile slimey fried chicken I have ever been served what a waste of money every piece was gone in the bin we would rather stay hungry than eat the uneatable

The chicken under cooked, gave me food poisoning. Never again

Food was very nice however my drink was missing aswell as onion rings what I ordered but was delivered quickly just a shame items where missing I will try them one more time hopefully won’t be missing bits 😊

Ordered meat feast pizza and chips....pizza was awful, tasted of nothing...clearly poor quality ingredients. Chips were mushy....avoid.

I’ve used this takeaway for a number of years but after this evening NEVER again. They failed to deliver part of the order and absolutely REFUSED to acknowledge they had made a mistake. As the value of the missing item was £10+ I will on principle never use them again.

Awful after being overcharged "by accident" the food was inedible the chicken was definitely not fresh, soggy batter on the inside and bone dry chicken. My partner and I have since woken up in agony with our stomach. Avoid like the plague folks!!!

Unfortunately, since flames have gone down hill in my opinion. We always have cheesy chip and have for years but since they have had new containers for the chips it's terrible. The cheese sticks to the container and paper rips off with the cheese and chips. It also means everything gets cold quicker. The portions have also gone smaller. Really disappointing.

ALWAYS SUPERB! Never had a bad meal, always early, always hot & and freshly made. 5 stars as always.

There just wasn’t a lot at all,half of the box was just salad and there was about 12 chips in total

Ordered from here a few times and never had an issue however restaurant didn’t update about delayed order. When arrived was missing 2x chips, 1x large bottle of coke and pizzas were completely wrong. Rang to inform them when they said when driver returns will send out missing items and correct pizzas. However this didn’t happen. Very disappointed.

It's just our favourite takeaway! The delivery driver was annoyed/rude that we didn't hear the door knock, but we do have a doorbell. Busy road and can't hear the door. Hence, the 🔔. Non the less...amazing food everytime! 😋

Got lamb chops as a takeaway tonight and it was a complete disappointment. It was tough and had no seasoning on it at all. Ended up throwing most of it away. What a waste of money.

I ordered just before 9:00 they were supposed to be here by 9:20 to 9:40 I rang them just before 10 to see where they were they said they would be a few minutes away but they never turned up and I rang them later on and their phones said busy everytime I tried calling it kept saying line busy this is the first time they've done this I won't be ordering from them especially when the delivery guy turns up and then just walks off

Rather a doughy and stodgy Pizza. Topping underwhelming. Not a great experience.

Food got here abit late, they charged us for a meal deal with drinks and sent no drinks when we rang they said yes they don't do drinks anymore. But is what it is delivery guy was helpful

Last had food from here 30 years ago was real quality then ,had a take away recently was absolute rubbish ,not edible was shocking and went straight in the bin vile ,tasteless,cheap rubbish,but not a cheap price avoid the place

Poor customer service and not received what I paid for on the discription and although it states it comes with a salad I was ment to confirm I want this in a comment otherwise they don't bother giving it you. Lovely....... Don't advise this take away at all

Ordered a chicken tikka pizza with extras and got some basic cheeses on toast with a few opinions and mushroom 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Order arrived nearly two hours after ordering. When arrived order was wrong. They suggested i waited half an hour for the correct order to be delivered, i suggested a refund on the incorrect order instead as i had waited long enough already. They agreed i could have a refund. No refund recieved.

Pizza, chips and burger stone cold, chips gross, pizza like rubber, over 45mins late from estimated delivery, delivery driver didn't even know we had ordered a pizza and we were also missing a portion of chips.

Most 1star reviews are due to delivery orders being late and they're right, so slow to deliver ordered over an hour ago.

Ordered online. Have ordered from here before and have liked the food. Today is a different story. Ordered a donor calzone, which was cold upon delivery. Also ordered a small chips, which were very stale and unedible. Very disappointed in the standard of the food this time around. Wont be ordering again.

Food is consistently good, best kebab takeaway in Alsager.

Pizza and burger were 10/10. Arrived hot and on time. Chips were not great and the portion wasn't very big for what was supposed to be a large.

Disappointing! Our food was cold, chips tasted like cardboard they were so stale and our coca cola wasn't delivered with the meals.

I asked for an order update by text when my order was 15 mins after estimated delivery time, a reply never came. I called the takeaway and got told the order was on its way. When it arrived there was items missing and no sauce when I had asked for it. I called the takeaway back and they said they had closed!?

Ordered at 6.05pm for delivery at 7.05pm. They phoned at 7pm to say running late be with me at 7.15pm. I phoned at 7.40 to say where are u. Told be there in 2 mins. They finally turned up at 7.45pm. This isn't the first time so I won't be ordering again. Not good if u have a child waiting.......

Ordered a mixed donner and kofte kebab and there was no donner in the box! Just 2 little kofte sausages and a separate naan for £9.50. They wouldn’t answer the phone either so it went in the bin

Ordered chicken, it was absolutely terrible, it’s literally chicken breast covered in too much seasoning, over cooked on the outside and not enough on the inside. Was also weird to receive 1 leg and 4 boneless breasts. Seriously guys chicken is fairly easy to get right… won’t be ordering ever again the lot went in the bin

Delivery was really quick considering we did order just before midnight. Didn’t wait long at all & food was nice.

Quality of food has dropped dramatically recently. Last time in store I noticed the public area had been revamped and I didn’t recognise any of the staff. The previous policy of packing the pitta bread separate to the rest of the kebab seems to have been stopped. Let’s face it, a kebab ship is unlikely to get a Michelin star, but producing good fresh tasty food should be top of their list. Sadly it isn’t here any longer.

Ordered vegi burger and garlic bread was ok but vegi burger a dry taste ' the garlic bread was lovely

Really disappointing. I visited my mum in rode heath and decided to get a take away from here as when i lived up north and when i was a child it was the best food ever for a take out. So disappointed. Went on just eat and for my kebab it only gave me an option for one sauce when i always have mayo and chilli. So i put on end of prder a pot of chilli sauce please which never arrived. The kebab was tasteless, watery stufff coming from the chicken, he salad was just onions and no mushrooms at all. I ordered a large but it was a small, the chips were just soggy and my chicken wings tasted like tasteless dough. Never again.

Quality of food was poor. Poorly presented, Salad was requested and 3 bits of cut up onion and pepper was given. Children commented they didn't like the taste.

Tried here as we are new to the area, wasn't impressed the pizza fell apart and the kebabs weren't very tasty. The chips were well over done, not returning.

We ordered two chicken kebabs. They were delivered promptly but one was I think, lamb....we do not eat lamb. Salad consisted of of onions and some lettuce, no tomatoes cucumbers or anything else with colour! Future reference, chicken, two legs, wings and a beak. Lamb, four legs and wooly.

Food was lovely but lack of reading notes on our order led to missed sauces which spoilt takeaway slightly

Absolutely disgusting food. Like a vomit in a box. Called to complain ask for our money back... we will call poice because you are abusing us because you are complaining!! Do not order their food. We waited almost 1hour, tipped the driver, then when we called back, just put phone down on you.

Fishing locally and they deliver to the door. Good quality food. Donner and chicken was spot on

Normally use Foodbay or papas but have to say this was really good compared to the others in the village would definitely use again

Haven't ordered and won't order from Flames. Delivery driver posting menus on our street to tread through our flower beds and break our garden ornaments. Didn't even pick up our kicked ornament after knocking it over. Thanks 👍
