Won't ever be ordering from here again. I used to order from here all the time however after my last ordeal with them I have no reason to stay loyal. I am highly allergic to sweetcorn and I ordered from them through Uber eats. I ordered the vegetarian sweet pizza, on Uber eats the description of the pizza says "mushroom, red onion, cherry tomato, peppers, pineapple." No where does it say sweetcorn! My allergies are so severe if I hadn't noticed the sweetcorn on the pizza I would have gone into anaphylactic shock from biting into it. Luckily I saw the sweetcorn, what is more terrifying is that I live on my own and if my airways were to close up I could have died! I called the shop and he kept insisting that the pizza mentions sweetcorn. I kept trying to read out to him what the description says on Uber eats and he just kept interrupting me and basically calling me out for lying. Don't get me wrong I started to shout however rightfully I couldn't get a word in edgeways due to their lack of care and ignorance. I told them I was ordering an Uber to return the pizza and to show them as proof what it says on Uber eats in the description to prove myself that I wasn't lying! I got to the shop and still he was not only blaming me for not knowing there was sweetcorn on the pizza but then blaming Uber eats even though you edit the description yourself at the restaurant (I should know as I work in the food industry myself and have dealt with the like of Uber eats, just eat and deliveroo.) yes they eventually remade my pizza after I stood there for 10-15 mins and gave my 2 free cans of Pepsi however his lack of care and lack of acknowledgement or taking any responsibility was horrendous. You'd think with a hygiene rating of 5 they would have done the same food and hygiene safety standards course as myself and many others in the food industry which goes into detail of the dangers of anaphylactic shock and how it's important to inform consumers the ingredients and list them clearly. To make matters worse as I'm leaving the shop he sarcastically shouts to me "are you happy now". Never again! I have been in touch with Uber eats and hopefully to avoid this from happening again to someone else and leading a serious life or death incident that the description is corrected immediately!

Went in store for a face to face order ,when home ,realised order was wrong ,contacted shop ,spoke with an abrupt manager who refused to deliver the correct order ,its your mistake, you should rectify, not expect customer to return to shop ,won't be going again

Picked up a kalizone and a garlic bread this evening, the garlic bread was hard as a break couldnt even cut it, the kalizone was uncooked and tasteless

Quality kebab, nice seasoned meat, great service and fairly priced. Looking forward to a return visit.

Order a pizza through just eat, was amazing and filled the box but when we opened the box thus is what it was like with topping stuck to the top of the box, also the chips were stone cold and onion rings weren’t even cooked

I order from here quite often. Usually very nice. This time, food arrives 15 minutes late and my drink hasn’t arrived. How do you forget a drink when it’s literally part of the meal?

Free item on orders over £10. Not delivered even though requested in additional notes(not a problem, would have ordered and paid for if we knew it wouldn’t have been included for free). Square slice special mix kebab- usually enough to feed 4 people in wraps with the extra garlic bread and chips- only half the amount of meat we usually receive in the tray and not enough to fill the bread wraps included in the order. Very very poor

Food arrived soggy and look-warm. They delivered the wrong pizza and refused to partially refund. Food that arrived was not up to scratch to say the least. I’ve eaten better left over pizzas.

I’ve always had no problems with this place but just ordered a munch box from here and half way through eating it noticed mould on the donner meat. Absolutely disgusting🤮🤮

Me and my friend Oscar went here last night after swimming the pizza was really good and the people were nice we only had 57p left for a can of pop and it was 70p so they let us off because the pound we had left we wanted to get a donut after our pizza we will be going again and when we move out when we are older and have our own house we can get them to deliver

Delicious pizza, stuffed crust yummy, free onion rings which also were delicious , recommended! Ordered ,and picked up was ready , and the staff polite 👍

Previously found this Take Away o.k. however last week found 2 short black hairs, (possibly beard) in a Calzone. May have already eaten some, urgh.

I ordered food last night for myself, my pregnant gf and my mum. The food came looking like it had been warmed up in the microwave tasted worse (a lot worse ) as was really hungry had no choice but to eat which since last night I have now been regretting I would definitely never use again I would choose dog food over this place and much prefer s*** in my hand and clap

The pizza is absolutely is the best I've had very friendly staff the Donner is great taste I recommend to everyone try and see the taste

Now there's not many places I would buy a pizza from, I know there are various pizza takeaways in Horwich but they don't do pizzas of quality like this place does.

My daughter order her tea from here..Order was £11.30 and she paid with £20 and received 70p back....When she and I said she was short changed delivery man became very aggressive and rude.......we was petrified so I got my husband to phone up take away.....All staff he spoke too was also very rude.....My daughter never received her correct change........

The food here is amazing. Care and attention taken in the prep as always well presented. Good value and much better than corporate dominos!!!!!!
