Pizza Hut in Cheshire West and Chester

I am sick to the back teeth of these companies like Pizza Hut using Uber to deliver pizza that’s nearly cold. When you pay £28.52 you expect to receive it piping hot with plenty of toppings you paid. Plus the manager at christleton Pizza Hut was a bit rude and argumentative. If that’s how you treat your customers then I won’t be buying in future

Ordered a pizza from pizza hut the other day, I opened the box, and there was 2 slices of pizza missing, I was shocked, this has never happened in all my life ordering pizza. Now who could this be? May be the delivery driver!

The price for the small serving sizes is definitely over priced. The pizzas arrived cold so had to be reheated, felt as if I was eating next day pizza. The nachos arrived soggy and cold, coated in way too much sauce with only a few crisps underneath, ratio completely off. Ordered before and never been this disappointed, definitely put me off for the future

I've used this Pizza Hut many times before but now it's got a touch of the Brexits. Thier cutting corners on their quality. The deep pan I had and have had many times before as I've said was indescribable in its taste and content. Never again. I'm diapointed I've liked Pizza Hut over the years now messed up by cheap skating. I did notify them of my opinion, no reply sadly.

My family decided on ordering a Saturday evening treat after such a great day watching the grand national with glorious weather. We had some discounts come in the post with the free paper, our order came to around £39 and we got some discount. It's was the worst pizza I/we have ever had! The menu says 'stacked high wedges' costing £4.49. Thought it would be well enough for 4 people.? What a joke. It was more like a hand full of flat, warm, squashed wedges, lashed on grease proof paper. The pizza base was like cardboard and the ingredients on the pizza were shocking! Cheap purée, Plus it was WARM. Such a disappointment to be honest but yet a massive lesson. Stay away from this place and save your money. Put me off pizza for life.

Pizza took 55 minutes to be delivered and was luke warm when it arrived. I had to call twice to chase delivery-am pretty sure the first time I called (at the 45 minutes mark), the driver hadn't even left but I was told he had 15 minutes beforehand. When called again 10 minutes later, I was told he'd left at least 10 minutes ago. Not hard to do the maths. They simply don't have enough drivers. The driver who finally turned up just said "don't ask me I'm just the driver. They haven't got enough people on tonight". Totally shambolic, dishonest and lacking of any sense of customer service whatsoever. Never again.

Service not great and food really poor, tasteless and greasy. Won't be ordering anything from here again.

This is the second time I've ordered from Pizza Hut in Chester, Christleton Road and the same thing has has happened again. It took an hour for the pizza to arrive and once again it's cold and soggy. Disgusting Service and poor quality food. Called the manager and got him to collect it and refund was issued. I always use Papa John's or Domino's pizza and never have any issues with. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Absolutely Aweful.

Pizza had a long hair in it it was cooked in with the cheese yukk never again will i order from them

There was no cheese on the pizza brownies was burnt they forgot to bring the cookie dough and wen I phoned to tell them the manager of the store shouted at me never been spoke to like that over food in my life

The pizza was luke warm, and the base was overcooked on the bottom, and undercooked inside. a very un-satisfying pizza experience. i will not be a returning customer. on the up-hand, the man who delivered it was nice. but not the pizza.

Our kids love the all you can eat but. They can also top up their drinks as they like. Not the greatest food in the world, but for the price its pretty good value

Shocked!!!! I ordered a pizza over the phone at 7:25pm on June 3rd 2016. We were told it would be half an hour. 55 minutes later our pizza arrived!!!!! As if that weren't enough, the order was wrong! We had ordered two pizzas, both with a BBQ base, when the pizzas arrived only one had a BBQ base. We had also ordered Chipotle hot sauce on one and Habanero sauce on the other. They came with Habenero on the one we ordered chipotle for, and Naga Chili on the one we ordered Habenero for!!!! We phoned and they told us that there's bring us a new one with a BBQ base. We asked how long and they told us it would be 15 minutes. 40 minutes later my pizza still hadn't arrived. I phoned and I was told that it was 'on its way'. 20 minutes after that my pizza eventually arrived!!!!!! I was told I would get a free one next time and I was given a free bottle of Pepsi. I would have accepted this as compensation but as I ordered my food at 7:30 and was not eating it until 9:40, it is still unacceptable! And to top it all off, they forgot the chipotle sauce!!!!!

I spoke to a very helpful young man called scott who helped me find the best deal and served me with such politeness i was staggered! Such a change from the customer service i had had there before off someone called ashad (i believe thats how you spell his name) If i get the chance to thank him again for how nice and polite he was i will do so, however after waiting an hour and fifteen minuets for pizza you expect it to be the same as what you ordered and what it says on your receipt however one of the pizzas was wrong and much to my annoyance there were no potato wedges i called the store and asked for scott who arranged for it to be remade and resent he was so helpful and should be praised for this!

Food arrived- order incorrect (no problem right, it happens sometimes!) sent back for replacement. Called forty minutes later to check status and was verbally abused by store manager. Unfortunate.

I placed an order tonight, and received an email at 6.51pm to say the order is in the kitchen. I phoned 1 hr later to ask where the order was,i was informed it was with the driver. My husband then phoned back at 8.10 to enqiure where the order was to be told it had left 5 minutes ago. He told the man on the phone that i had been told it was with the driver 20 mins ago!! He was quite rude and said that they dont have trackers n the delivery drivers and that he had 4 deliveries in our area. The food eventually arrived at 8.30,the driver apologised and said he was waiting for a customer for fifteen minutes in chichester street, which is about 3 miles from us. Our food was stone cold, disappointed after nearly 2 hrs waiting my husband phoned them again. He explained to the phone operator who said he would tell the manager, my husband could hear him shout the manager who replied immediately ' they aren't getting anything, are tell um, and then came to the phone. My husband said before you start i have just heard your response and i am disgusted with the customer service. The manager said he said it because loads of people are trying to get free food!!So i am so disappointed, we ordered our food for a family treat in good faith to wait nearly 2hrs, get freezing cold food and to be insulted to boot!
