Absolutely vile!! I wish I’d had beans on toast instead!! Never had a pizza so dry in my life!! Was like eating a stale piece of bread, don’t waste your time or money domino’s all the way!!!!

I’ve always had amazing memories in Pizza Hut as growing up I was taken to Pizza Hut often by my parents. It’s been a few years where I’ve felt it’s not the same and it’s not down to the food but it’s more of the customer service side of things. The manger in the Feltham leisure center and Hayes Lombardy center restaurant is the same and alternates between the two. He is exceptionally rude and makes you feel so uncomfortable as soon as you enter. The staff in both places never want to help and look for ways in not getting you seated. Recently my visit to the Feltham restaurant was the final straw. I came across the same manager I dread every time I visit and immediately felt I had made the wrong decision by visiting. The food was brought out late even though it was meant to be a buffet and should have been available constantly. The pasta was barely enough for 2 people both the times it was brought out and burnt the second time after waiting 15 minutes each time. When I mentioned it to the staff she ignored me and walked off which I thought was extremely rude as I was already uncomfortable with the manager being around.

The order was never delivered and the person told me to collect this order since no one is available. I didn’t even wanted to give one star but there is no option of that or else would have given them negative. I hope this restaurant closes soon atleast people won’t get fooled by these burgulars

Visited Pizza Hut, which we haven't been to since the pandemic, but won't be going to again. It was just a total rip off and Pizza Hut are cashing in. Me and my husband usually share a large pizza half and half, but were told that they weren't doing that anymore!!!!! so we had to have an individual one each instead, which were dearer. The salad bar was closed, which I understood that individuals couldn't crowd around the salad bar. We were offered a green salad which consisted of a very small bowl of a couple of lettuce leaves, a little shredded carrot and a couple of cherry tomatoes!!!!! If you wanted more salad you had to pay £1 for exactly the same again. Surely they could keep the salad bar open and the waitress gets you what you require. Plenty of places are doing this. The waitress was lovely, but sorry Pizza Hut I understand times are hard, but I won't be paying more money out for less food.

Visit 02.11.24 On arrival had to wait for a table was told around 15 minutes, however after around 5 our table was ready. Easy to order through the QR code on table. Staff are on hand if needed for help. Drinks arrived quickly after ordering. Food arrived quick and was hot. Great service.

Poorly lit restaurant and awful print contrast on menus. Bizarre ‘deals’ and offers made it challenging to work out whether to order separately or get a deal. Service with a smile? Not today. Clean & tidy? Not today. Tasty food? Far from it. Value for money? Not likely - bl**dy expensive for two adults and two under 10’s. Under 10 yes but did they look like the sort that would like crayons & a colour sheet? Before composing this report I had a look through the previous ones - there’s a common theme, this place is not worth visiting. If you are thinking of going and reading these reviews, do the right thing and go somewhere else.

Was I. Unos tonight gent was taking photos of the staff when asked why he was taking photos of staff got very angry and started shouting at staff saying he would give a bad review I was in the shop when this happened and the staff where nothing if not professional and still served this man he had a very bad attitude towards the staff and was quite racist as well he also was very drunk and was arguing and offering other customers to go out side the staff still remained calm and very polite in spite of all this happening well done to all the staff for staying calm and being so nice he did not even give the correct money for his food staff just let him leave

Bought 4 lrg pizza, got them home to find them completely under cooked, not even the cheese melted, phoned up to complain, they sent out another 4 pizzas that were again completely under cooked, 4 hungry teenagers don't lie !!!!!
