Worst Domino's I have ever had. Wasted £40 wraps tasted burned and bland, pizza was miserable and dough balls where very overpowering with garlic. Wont be ordering from here again.

*** UPDATE *** I was advised I would get a call from an 'Area Manager', however, a week on, obviously still no call, no email and so forth. Did specifically state I wanted an email, and obviously to absolutely no avail. Disgusting! My negative review is in relation to 'Brian' who's APPARENTLY the Store Manager in Mold, Flintshire. I ordered some pizzas last night (obviously not cheap when you're paying almost £25 per pizza!) and my order said it would be delivered in about 14-20 minutes or something similar. Over 45 minutes had passed, and my pizza had apparently (according to the app) been sitting in "quality check" mode, for about 30 minutes. I tried calling the store a few times, and there was no answer. Eventually, after many calls, someone did actually answer the phone. I explained I had placed an order nearly an hour ago, and there was still no sign of my pizzas being out for delivery, nor any sign of a driver. The person I spoke to had the most APPALLING attitude; his attitude was basically "so what, it's not my problem, we're busy" and I was like pardon?! I then requested to speak with the Store Manager, and to my absolute horror, he said he 'was' (apparently!) the Store Manager. No idea why he thinks this level of customer service is acceptable - it's really, really not, and you should be ashamed of yourself. No apologies, no explanations, no reassurance, just a completely blasé attitude, which I can only assume he has with any consumer who calls up to query something. I wasn't rude, I just explained I was enquiring about my order, and the response was horrendous. I've then messaged their customer care on 3 separate occasions; 1) due to not being able to get through to the store, despite the store being very much open and working 2) to report his stinking approach and 3) to then report my pizza being completely stone cold on arrival, a pizza which arrived well over an hour of me placing the order, which is over 3 times the length of time it said it would take to arrive. Had I known, obviously I would have put my business elsewhere; there's SO many businesses in the local area that do good pizza and also provide excellent customer care! Safe to say, there's no way I would ever give Dominos my custom again, and quite why they allow this person to run a franchise is beyond me; he's simply tarnishing the Domino's brand, which is beyond unacceptable. Maybe try having people running franchises who do actually have an element of a 'humane' approach, people who do have prior experience in customer care, and people who're mature enough to apologise for their errors, not speak to consumers like dirt.

Had a delivery but it was not worth the money (even with a deal) pizza was pretty tasteless, sides were dry, doughballs were overcooked. Will be ordering from an independent pizzeria next time

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!!!!! Husband ordered a meat pizza for himself plus Cheese twisted dough balls for me to share as I’m vegetarian. The order arrived and I ate one only to discover that it was actually pepperoni ones and not the vegetarian cheese. Having been vegetarian for approximately 35 years, I was absolutely shocked and repulsed by this and immediately vomited once I realised. I cannot begin to explain how I feel now, having become vegetarian as a child based on moral principles. The only reason why it has 1 star is because if it didn’t have any star ratings, this review would not post.

Took advantage of the Two For Tuesday offer - me and my mum opted for the large Mighty Meaty & Tandoori Chicken pizzas. The pizzas were both delicious and certainly very filling. The only disappointment was Domino's were very stingy with the chicken on the Tandoori Chicken - a majority of the pizza slices didn't have any on them, so we were fighting over the slices that did have some chicken on it. Please make your toppings equal all round, even if it means breaking up some of the pieces of chicken.

visited last night 18th October pre ordered on line for treat for my 2yr and 3yr grandsons so disappointed l know they very busy 6.45pm however half and half one side just nearly all tomato and chicken feast sparse toppings not like previous orders l will give you another try as my grandsons love pizza for a Friday treat

Second visit tonight 1st was a waste of time order took too long was all wrong but shop was new so I gave them the benefit. Tonight I ordered online to collect app told me 15 mins I arrived to the shop only to find the order wasn’t even being prepared and would be atleast 45 mins. Other customers had been waiting over an hour and some told 2hours I asked to refund me and won’t be going again

Food wS good when it eventually arrived. Service was woeful. 15 minutes before they took our order and another 35 minutes before it arrived, there were less than 20 customers in the place. In the end we left without having a dessert as our film was about to start at the Cinema next door.

What can i say the driver was appauling at first when i contacted the pizzaria the issue was dealt with very quickly and proffesionally the 2nd deliver driver was very polite couldnt appologize enough defo best pizza iv had in a very very long time

The food has gone downhill pizza burnt with pineapple all over it when we asked for only half pineapple the donna meat cut very small strands like it’s been through a greater very poor On the positive they did sort it out and replace all the food.

Really fed up with this place now! Hardly ever open. Whenever you fancy a pizza they are closed. Now that I've built up loyalty stamps on Just Eat they are just cancelling my orders completely and refusing to deliver. Given up on them now and won't order again. Keep your loyalty stamps. Really bad way to run a business.
