Waited at the counter to be served at the shop for 25 mins. No one else in there around seven staff working. Was told someone will take the order in five mins twice. No one spoke to me but plenty of staff taking about holidays etc. This was on Friday around 6pm. Got fed up walked out the shop drove to flint and got a pizza for my daughter within 10 mins. Awful place and dirty.

Ordered at 8:40pm, we were told to expect food between 60-70mins after placing order, thats not th issue, the issue is my food was at the quality check stage by 8:50, the food was sat at that stage until 9:45pm, turned up stone cold so had to put the oven to heat it up, thought the whole idea of ordering a takeaway was so a person didnt have to cook. Not the 1st time this has happened, and have left feedback on the surveys sent by email but obviously not fed back to the store. Found the later we order the better the food but cannot order at 11pm everytime we want a pizza. SORT IT OUT DOMINOS!!!!!!!

I know someone evil would have to invent dominoes if it didn't exist but- this- was an affront to pizza. And I'm not even close to some snooty Italian. I have enjoyed student pizza hellholes at times- at least they managed cheese and toppings on top of their grease. This was the dreariest desert of a doughty doughy drought I've come across yet. And that is by dominoes own standards; of deciding sauce and flavour and cheese are just simply in the way of all that lovely dry dough everyone wants to spend 20 quid to get in their face without any other supplementary flavour. It's like the anti- Atkins diet- more carbs than your body could absorb while carb loading on chargrilled carbonara. And nothing else. Lest we might cheat on our regimen with some tomato sauce or a grain of cheesey flavour. I've never heard of a business so obsessed with gp since my local newsagent got diagnosed as a hyperchondriac. But enough of the jokes. Go to macdonalds and buy 20 triple cheeseburgers for the price of a pizza- you'll get more protein, veg and flavour by a doughty mile.

After waiting over an hour decided to ring for an update on our order, we were told they were short on drivers with no time frame. Ended up having to go and pick it up ourselves, a quick phone call to us and we could have picked it up a lot sooner had we been made aware! So ended up with cold and disappointing food. Definitely not worth the 62 quid.

Absolutely awful service this evening the pizza turned up cold, rang the store to let them know. Lady that answered was polite enough, passed me through to someone else who could help. The man refused to believe they were cold, telling me I'm wrong and they're hot as he quality checks them himself and they go straight out for delivery once they've been cooked. I explained the tracker was on quality control for over half an hour before it updated to out for delivery so how could that happen if they were cooked then sent out. He talked/ mumbled over me telling me they're not cold, he checks them himself and they don't sit under any heat lights or hang around before being delivered then rudely said bye and hung up on me before I could even get a word in. Don't know if it was the manager but if it was he's probably in the wrong profession to be dealing with customers.

Gone downhill. Used to have no issues with this dominos however we have had multiple issues this year. Multiple times toppings have been missing from the pizza(s) which we paid extra for. One delivery was held on it's side instead of flat which resulted in the pizza being a total jumbled mess. And the most recent order took 2 hours after ordering to arrive and arrived cold and with a sauce topping missing. Not the quality or experience we expect from dominos especially when you spend nearly £50 on it.

Mayhem. Waited 40 minutes more than should of. Told 12 minutes when arrived which was 15-20 mins later than should have been. Ok fair enough I thought probably busy. 25 minutes later am told its just gone in be 5 mins another 20 mins till it came. Shambles. People shouting at each other. Very unprofessional. Some charity cancelled there order over phone as they said they could no longer deliver. Obviously annoyed customer hung up. Someone commented argh well not really bothered whether they come or not. Total shambles. No real apology when Pizza actually sorted almost just thrown over counter. Kids running the place zero organisation. Owner prob sipping Cocktails in Barbados. Won't be contributing to his life style anymore. £40 out of pocket due to missed appointment because of lies that was nearly ready.

If I could give zero stars ⭐️ I would, after asking them to change the cheese for a diary free one due to allergies they refused point blank. My 6 year old son was left devastated as a result as he likes and can eat meat without being poorly but not diary. Worst part of the service was they refused to put a manager on who then we could clearly hear screaming across the store in the background. A manager should be able to manage the store and customers support. While the person was rude on the phone they should be able to pass a request onto a manager at the customers request. They they refused to give names so we can’t name them while making a complaint. If it’s policy then there should be no issues if you will be backed up by head office. Definitely a issue with with the individual store and mentioned staff as it had not been a issue in the past. Avoid at all costs. Neo Pizza on the other hand a quick phone call and all sorted!! they will now get our business in future.

So hit and miss all the time. Have used this dominos for 7+ years. Pay extra for double decadence. Get what appears to be no sauce in the layers. Have come accustomed to calling and asking for extra usually not getting it. Make changes to the pizza and they’re ignored. Toppings missing from the pizza. No call. Crazy difficult to get a refund even when offered by the manager (took 12 weeks and several phone calls). So much potential. Management really need to crack down and improve customer relations.

After over an hour waiting we’ll over an hour and several phone calls later I get told that my order has been delivered (which is had not) I was asked if I would like my order redoing which to the point I said no,could I have a refund which they said do t worry we’ll make sure you are refunded Anyway over two weeks later I’m still down £39.98 I’ve tried emailing them to ask for a refund and still nothing. Made a collection on the 9th of January 2021. The app told us to collect so we travelled there to pick up our order. Once we arrived the store assistant couldn't find our order at first. After 10 minutes eventually he found the order ticket and apologised. I assumed the pizzas were going to be out pretty sharpish after our wait, but I was wrong. I had a 45 minute wait for my order, if they had explained this I would have just gone somewhere else. Once I finally received my order they said they would issue a full refund, this never happened. Once I got home, I realised my order was incomplete. Absolutely terrible service.

Ordered a delivery of two pizzas, two sides which arrived on time which is the only plus in this whole saga. Pizzas where not exactly hot even warm just tepid. One of the sides ordered was totally wrong. Having started to eat one of the pizzas, getting 2/3 through,I stumbled upon, and nearly choked to death upon, a rock hard 2cm black item which certainly was not meant to be inside any pizza let alone mine. Having called the shop several times to report this the attitude by everyone I spoke to was simply shocking and somewhat unbelievable with a request being made by one person to see the "whole pizza". Had I have swallowed the suspect item I would have duly complied by throwing the pizza I had eaten right back up and returned it them in a box. However this would have probably been boxed up and sent out with the next delivery. They simply where not interested even putting the phone down on me. Having eaten Dominios around the world this has to be crowned the worst store. At a time food outlets throughout the UK are closing down how this one survives I do not know. Stay well clear

Absolutely fuming. I ordered a meal which had a Chicken Mix missing, I called the store at 6.34pm to be told it would be 15 minutes so I left it 25 minutes because I know you are busy. I got told the driver had left the store and would be 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I called again. There was no answer for a good while. I got through about 10 minutes ago and spoke to a young lad who said he was still out on delivery, couldn't tell me which driver it was because the Store manager Catherine was busy, she had the passwords to get into the computer. She declined to take my call because she was busy?? You do not pay near on £50 to be treated in this manner. It's now nearly an hour since I ordered my food. I have cold pizza and still no chicken. The young lad on the phone told me Catherine didn't have a surname??? And then when i asked him what his name was he slammed the phone down on me. Absolutely LIVID!!!

Ordered online for a 7pm delivery got other kids food ready phoned at 7.20 asking where food was got someone just saying it will be another hour with no explanation other than we are busy? So why let me order it for 7pm? His attitude was that he couldn’t give a **** really so I asked how long it would be if I went down? Oh it will be ready straight away so went down upon arrival I was ignored by the two lads on the tills then I eventually told them who I was and he said oh we’re just re cooking it now so obviously my order has been prepared then sat there for no one to deliver so they ha to reckon it?? I asked to speak to the manager who happened to be the other guy that had ignored me I tried to explain that this was no way to run a business and no wonder they had bad reviews they could have at least rang me to say it won’t be ready it will be another hour or would you like to collect it sooner? He didn’t really care just said he would refund my knee and still give me stuff, will Wait and see if that happens but no way to run a business then while I was there they ran out of large boxes and were low on cheese blaming the store manager it’s a complete disrespect of what I assume is a good named company will be sticking to Pizza Hut in future the young guys definitely need some customer service skills !

If I could give this branch 0 stars I would.. the staff are extremely rude, the last time I went to collect my order, I stood there waiting for someone to even make eye contact with me, there was about 8 staff in there and not one of them came over to serve me. 5 more customers came in after me and still nothing. After nearly 10 minutes waiting I spoke up and someone came over and says ‘can I help’.. tonight we thought we would order some pizza and have a chilled night, I had received a 50% off code so decided we would get a pizza each and some cookies. Couldn’t find where to enter the promotion code online so googled it which said it’s at payment so I proceeded and turns out it wasn’t so I ended up paying nearly £50 for my food! If I would have known I would have done the buy one get one free on collection offer. I rang the store to explain to which I had a reply back saying there is nothing they can do which I was not happy with so the phone operator said to wait a second to which they didn’t put the phone on hold so I heard every word of what was said. The team leader (I assume) said that it was my ‘own fault not theirs’ they then realised the phone wasn’t on hold and put it on hold. They then came back to me with ‘we will refund you the 19.99 pizza’ it may take 3-5 days.. most unhelpful, unprofessional and down right arrogant people. I do not have much faith in the company if they’re employing these people! Will not be ordering from this branch again. I have never had a good experience with them and always find myself coming away from there angry.

Great service, and fast in making your food. I have had bad experiences in the past, like i order a pizza and they make it while missing 1 or 2 toppings and they do not inform me. I only realize it after taking it home and i did get refund or a free pizza, but it would have been better if they had informed about the stock availability of the pizza toppings. Just need to work on communication, otherwise fast food delivery, always hot and tastes amazing.

This Dominos used to be one of the best Dominos for quality of food. When I was working away, I would sometimes order a Dominoes and think to myself, "the Queensferry one is far better". The food used to be cooked right every time, waiting for delivery was rarely a long wait. Even if it did take longer than usual, it didn't matter, as the food would be enjoyable. The last few times I have ordered, the food has turned up luke warm and undercooked. I order from here about once or twice a month and every time over the last 3 months, I have been disappointed. But tonight, I was sent a cold pizza and that can not be forgiven. My order was on 'quality control" for 45 minutes. This tells me that my food has been sitting under a bloody light bulb for 45 minutes. Why wasn't the pizza just remade? It doesn't cost the business much to just remake the bloody thing if it's been sitting there for too long! I don't care if I have to wait a little longer! I just want to enjoy something I paid £15 for!!! How would Dominos like it if I was to walk into their restaurant and defecate on the food counter? Wouldn't be nice would it!? I would never do that, but that's what I feel you have done to me!

Unfortunately Domino's is quite let down by their franchise owners. This is the second Domino's that I have experienced where they just can't get an order right. You order the Franks Hot Wings and nearly every time they come as normal wings with no hot sauce. A real shame, as the food in general is fantastic.

Staff are very poorly trained. I've had loads of issues; wrong food order, you sometimes stand in there without anyone recognising you for ages, once was charged too much via the app and when rang up the girl said "well it's not my fault". Only reason they get 1 star is because the pizza is delicious.

Online tracking a joke and not accurate. Place is packed and they've moved the door to in front of the counter quick makes it hard to get in when it's busy

Ordered pizza at 20.15. Arrived at 22.09. Really terrible service. I tried telephoning multiple times after waiting an hour, no answer. The girl that delivered was very sweet but I did say to her that I will not be using them again, it has spoilt an evening with family which should have been a nice evening. Instead I spent the evening trying to get through to them on the phone with no answer and my guests went home much later than they had expected. Dreadful, stay away!

The food has gone downhill pizza burnt with pineapple all over it when we asked for only half pineapple the donna meat cut very small strands like it’s been through a greater very poor On the positive they did sort it out and replace all the food.

Really fed up with this place now! Hardly ever open. Whenever you fancy a pizza they are closed. Now that I've built up loyalty stamps on Just Eat they are just cancelling my orders completely and refusing to deliver. Given up on them now and won't order again. Keep your loyalty stamps. Really bad way to run a business.
