What can i say the driver was appauling at first when i contacted the pizzaria the issue was dealt with very quickly and proffesionally the 2nd deliver driver was very polite couldnt appologize enough defo best pizza iv had in a very very long time

Let me start off by saying the food was tasty but the portion was child size i had chicken burger and chips and couldn't believe the size of the box of chips tiny is a understatement wouldn't recommend amd the price for 3 meals with baby size chips is ridiculous dont go there unless you can eat 7 chips and be full

Best pizza place, still, after all these years

Disappointed to say the least, often use Magic 7 but after tonight I'm not so sure. I ordered a kebab along with other things but where was the kebab meat? That was the worst 'Kebab' I've ever had from you. You also shoved whatever was there in the pitta, never have you done that before (maybe to make it look fuller). It's also took me 25 minutes to write this without my eyes 👁😭🫣

Absolutely terrible food, don't be fooled by the fake 5star reviews because I was n I got food posioning ! I don't even leave reviews, but it had to be done. I was so hungry and going to start a 15 hour shift but I would rather go hungry than finish this food, chicken n donner the worse I've had ina decade !

Food always comes late and when you phone them. they lie about when it's coming. the pizza was not good the last few times it was like it has been sat there for ages and the last one was burnt. It just didn't look that nice concidering they just made it the burger was nice tho.. needs a bit more toasting the bun thou ..

Ask for the "Latest Trick" - it's not on the menu anymore, but it's a garlic butter based pizza, one of my favourite pizzas of all time! The Donna kebabs are great too! Service has been great every time for me.

Absolutely dreadful, awful and pathetic service from pizza magic. 5 minutes down the road and it’s taken 2 hours to deliver a pizza which hasn’t even been delivered. Rude behaviour from the staff on the phone and silly excuses. Never again.

I am very shuck tonight with my experience with pizza magic, I have ordered food here for years always been happy but tonight.. I ordered looking forward to it after a long day. I ordered 2 kebabs and a pizza. When they arrived the kebabs was all different colours and not cooked when we rang to complain they said someone would come out and give us money back. I was impressed by this response and was happy to over look this mistake! (Mistakes happen after all) the delivery driver turned up and was very aggressive to the point I was scared in my own home I thought he was going to force his way into my home over a kebab. I heard later this is now not owned by the same owners and it really shows. I have contacted trading standards with pictures of this food.

Ordered on phone, one hour later we were told the driver will be leaving. He never turned up

Gone down hill, was really good when I first starting using here. Orders come out wrong to your house. Takes over half an hour for them to correct the order and bring it back out to you. Food is cold at times. It ok when you go into the shop and pick up but take away is when we have issues.

The chicken kebabs that were delivered were absolutely shocking. Hardly any meat just chicken skin and fat. What a waste of money as they both were binned. Disgusting food.

This place offers nice, comforting takeaway food at a good price. I'd say it's best value pizza place in Deeside. I get "Sooty and Sweep" whenever I want pizza, and have been going here for a few years. They are also open late, which is great too.

3 days of food poisoning kindly provided to myself and children by Pizza Magic. After 3 messages through their chat system, no response and I have now contacted and raised a case with the Food Standards Agency. I've kept the completely uncooked pizza, and also videoed the slimey dough that was delivered to us. Tips for you. Stop selling your deep pan pizza. Your ovens are obviously not calibrated in such a way to cook them safely.

Always amazing deals from here and brilliant food, only down side its the pizzas are deep pan and they are SUPER THICK its almost like a pizza pie haha! I'm not sure if they do thin crust. The food is really good though, delivery is good too, never too much of a wait. Highly recommend.

Small donner kebab, priced as a large kebab ..... absolutely disgusting. Rang them up to complain, said they will bring another kebab. 60 mins later, still waiting. Chicken wrap was nice, but ordered salad with it. No lettuce, 1 piece of tomato no cucumber, but overloaded with onions ..... 😢😋

The Best pizza's in town by far... Blasts pizza hut and Domino's out of the water. Not Just on Quality but also on price as well. I'l never order from elsewhere now and highly rate Pizza magic 7 Queenferry. There fries and chicken dippers are also Banging as well 10 out of 10🍕🍟🍗👌🏼

This is the second time now we have had pizzas from here always asking for lightly baked NOT overcooked dark and horrible the garlic bread read that hard never had that before it looked like one reheated from the previous day!!! The only thing that I paid £32 for was a very expensive coleslaw!!!! I actually went in to make my order and they just about understood what I was saying ....the bin ate the lot as I couldn't be bothered going back as I don't live that close...

just now My pizza was missing toppings that I had paid extra for and some of the cheese was stuck to the box because there wasn't a plastic thing in the middle of the pizza they sent a replacement pizza but it was still missing the beacon and mushrooms iv worked in a pizza shop myself so I know exactly how there made and if someone asked for extra toppings we would make the pizza as normal then add the extra toppings it looks like they have made the pizza with the toppings that Iv asked for but not as extra toppings if that makes sense there is ham on the pizza that is not beacon and it was 20+ minutes past the delivery time I was given after the replacement pizza was still incorrect I will not be ordering from this restaurant again I do appreciate there effort then the manager decided to call me back and say that I was lieeing because he could see the toppings that where missing on the pizza so I explained ham isn't beacon and there where next too no mushroom on the pizza I had ordered extra toppings so you expect a full loaded pizza not what I received the manager then thought it would be a good idea too call me and say that I wasn't telling the truth about the pizza and wasn't happy that I had eaten half of the pizza when I tryed to explain he kept trying to talk over me so I couldn't say what I needed to say ham is not beacon and there where next to no mushroom on the pizza in the end we decided to agree to disagree even though the pizza was missing toppings it still tasted good and that's what really matters but after how I was spoken to I will not be ordering from this restaurant any time soon

I've been coming here regular about a year now. It's one of the best pizza places around. Service and all the team are brilliant, always a warm friendly welcome. It's just perfect. Great value for money Thank you all (taz, The Bombay Sizzler)

Where do I start? Greeted with a smile by very helpful staff even though they were clearly busy. My calzone combo pizza was amazing, with all the trimmings and their chicken kebab is to die for! Very reasonably priced too. Great customer service and great food. Really happy customer here and I definitely will be returning! Thank you x

Tonight is only the second time we've used them as they were recommended to us. Last Tuesday we ordered 2 pizzas, waited 1 and a half hours for delivery, when we opened the pizza box's they were the wrong pizzas, not a meatball in sight, but they were tasty so tonight we tried again, after 2 hours waiting my wife phoned them, they went to the wrong address, so after another half hour I phoned up to cancel. Never EVER again.

I am extremely happy with the way they spoke to me and how well they all ways get my order right they are all always happy and always very polite I recommend this restaurant to any one I also must say they have a high quality of the food that they make which then also makes me want to go there more often

Worst piece of food ever to enter my mouth, what a joke of a ‘kebab’ hardly any meat and about 4 strands of lettuce. Plus dirty cabbage that tasted like aids. Absolute joke tony sort it out

We have had a couple of pizza's from this place, the first one was tasty and I couldn't complain. The second time, a little late on delivery and over done but the kids enjoyed the treat so I left it at that. Tonight, we decided to have a treat for supper, 8.15pm ( approx ) we ordered, we had been drinking, so decided to opt for delivery. 45 mins we were told, it has now been 2 hours and 15 mins since ordering and nothing has arrived. I personally think that is terrible service, I know the order went through as we had an email confirming this. My husband has now gone to bed as has to be up at 6am for work, so if it ever turns up now we will just turn them away, very disappointed.

I live like maximum 2 miles from restaurant and i dont drive so i ordered 2 chicken kebabs for me and my friend, the time was arround 12,20. When i ordered the food, they confirmed that i will have it at 13,15 but nothing, call them they say gonna be 13,35 but guess what nothing at that time! When finally arrived at 13,55 was giving us 2 cans of pepsi! Normally im understanding but i was starving and 40 minutes for a hungry man its to much to late!

We order from work once a week and I have never had an issue with their food. The menu is extensive and they are very accommodating to the fussy eaters! Delivery time is reasonable as are the prices.

Just had a lovely buy one get on free on Tuesday pizza from pizza magic queensferry. Lovely fresh ingredients hot and tasty. Try here before u go to others in queensferry, u will be surprised how good they are and reasonably price too. Thank you for a great tea from mancot !!!

Order pizza from here at least twice a week most weeks 1st started ordering from there about 3 months ago was gorgeous could not complain stopped going to my regular takeaway stared using this one . Wud of have it 5 stars even a month ago ordered tonight no cheese on the pizzas hardly looked like 1 of the pizzas the stuffing just thrown in the middle just tasted like dough with a bit of tomato sauce in not happy at all as I loved this place staff friendly Shame going down hill .

After recently having a bad experience at pizza magic we complained to their manager Hani and he couldn’t be more helpful. He apologised profusely for the incident and said he would investigate our complaint straight away. We thought this would take a couple of days, however he got back to us within ten minutes. He offered to reimburse our order and made us feel comfortable using pizza magic again. Lovely man with a great ownership attitude

I’d love to give this place a higher rating but due to the complete incompetence and rudeness of the staff I am unable to. After waiting an hour and half for 2 pizzas (which I could’ve grown the ingredients for, and baked myself in quicker time) I was greeted by the most unpleasant man possibly to grace the earth. After launching the pizzas at my sister, he was asked to wait approximately 2 minutes maximum for my sister to get some extra change, as for some reason the price seemed to have increased from the minute the pizzas left the shop to when they got delivered to me. Whilst waiting for 40p he decided to tell me again that he was waiting for more money to which I replied, I know she will only be a minute. The delivery driver then deemed it necessary and acceptable to swear at me and throw his delivery bag on the floor in anger because he had to wait, DESPITE the fact we had waited so long for him. I will not tolerate rudeness and crude language at my front door. I felt very intimidated in my own home. I also rang about the whereabouts of our order due to the amount of time we had waited and the person who answered the phone was also very rude and snappy. I will never be ordering food from here again, and expect some form of refund.

Easily some of my favourite Pizza in the world. The dough and sauce really is amazing! I actually only have a Margherita as I find toppings ruin it! The sooty and sweep is great value for money.

Ordered from here with the time of 17:20 as the delivery time, due requiring the delivery during my breaks at uni. They changed the time to 17:25 which was completely fine. However, when the food arrived it was really poor and an item was missing. When I phone them to point this out they didn't even apologise just said they would send the food up, after a discussion. When the food arrived, the delivery driver informed us that he was sorry, but the mistake was due to the chef wanting to leave early, therefore missed items off of the order. This then meant that while my friends had tea, I did not, therefore was pushed for time once the missing item had arrived. Will not be ordering from here again, due to the bad customer service. Since when did chefs wanting to leave early from a shift, equate to poor customer service.

I’ve always ordered kebabs from Pizza magic but not again, I ordered a kebab and it was SWIMMING in grease the pita bread fell apart an was soaked, it was disgusting.

Not impressed tonight! Ordered a tower burger meal for my brother in law and donner meat and chips for myself, I ate mine half an hour later when he Told me there was no burger whatsoever in the bun, just donner meat! I'm not one to complain but I called and they said they would sort it and I haven't heard back( 3 hours later)For £8.50 I expected a burger to have a burger in it! Overall not satisfied with the service or the food and will not be ordering from here again.
