The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

Decided to get a bag of chips on way home.. opened them within 1 minute of leaving shop, they were cold, horrible and greasy.. feel cheated out of my £2.20, disgusting food and service.. how hard is it to provide a bag of hot chips.. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS..

I ordered 2 x Pizzas and a box of breaded chicken strips to be delivered. Chicken wings were delivered instead of chicken strips and upon phoning the store, I was informed that the breaded chicken strips were out of stock. I asked for a refund as my family do not eat meat from a bone and so they would be wasted. I was informed that as I had ordered online I would need to email customer care (there is no phone number to contact them on). I emailed customer care and asked for a refund to be told that they would offer be a £5 E-voucher as a "gesture of goodwill". I do not understand how they can call it a gesture of goodwill when they sent an alternative product that I had not ordered. They wouldn't even give me a voucher (not that I wanted one) for the full amount that I paid for the chicken strips which were £6.79! I have had numerous email correspondence since with customer care, who are utterly useless and needless to say I have not received a refund from them. I have now contacted citizens advice and will be taking this matter further.

I went in asked for "DESI MIXED GRILL" took home but impossible to eat as there were for too much chillies. Waist of £18.99. I will NEVER use this place again. Might as weel go next door in Turkish .

We ordered online and the pizza turned up without two of the toppings. Very annoying as you pay per topping. They told me to call up and get money off next time but this happened before and when I did call the next time they conveniently didn’t know anything about it. Frustrating as the food is good.

Terrible quality food, should not be in bussiness. Cheap ingredients used along with high prices. Food not cooked correctly, the food tasesed horrible. Pizza cheese was like an imitation cheese which would not melt?

Great customer service and pizza delivery. It was custom ordered for us in advance so we could have the pizza delivered to the beach and eat it amongst family. The pizza was very tasty and very hot which actually surprised my and exceeded my expectations.

Received a notification that our pizza was on its way, but 20 minutes later still hadn’t arrived, and we are only 5 minutes away at most by car. Rang the store, who said our order hadn’t been cooked, and all notifications were wrong. While I was on the phone to the shop my order arrived, despite according to them, not having been cooked. The food was mediocre at best, chicken strippers barely cooked and hardly warm, wedges over cooked, pizza really dry and nasty. The cookies were decent. All in all, not the best we’ve had from this shop.

All the staff are unhygienic, especially one lanky tattooed boy who looked like he’s never seen a shower in his life, food was abysmal

Ordered pizza from here and if you like long females hair inside your pizza then go ahead, please look at the picture also staff have no clue how to refund your money after 3 phone calls nearly a week later still no refund, and you can not even contact anyone at there head office to complain, will not be purchasing nothing from this place or company again absolutely disgusting 🤮

Awful, rude, dreadful service. Consistently wrong and late recently. Will not be buying from this store anymore. Such a shame but tonight was the last straw.

Our family visited this afternoon around 4.30pm and had some pizza. Service was quite slow, but staff were very friendly and helpful. We were seated quickly and order taken promptly. We enjoy Pizza Hut, but were disappointed to see so few people in the restaurant, hopefully not another food gain looking at closure in the near future.

Food was borned Not taste at all money was wasted ,can’t eat , it was cold And people complaint about the burning food before us

Absolutely dreadful ordered about 22:40 for delivery estimated time was 23:30-23:50 and went past that time with still No delivery. Ordered through Uber eats and then when I ask for help through it says no eligible for a refund which is a joke 20 pound and it never turned up and can’t even get the money back
