Decided to get a bag of chips on way home.. opened them within 1 minute of leaving shop, they were cold, horrible and greasy.. feel cheated out of my £2.20, disgusting food and service.. how hard is it to provide a bag of hot chips.. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS..

Just moved to Pailey and thought I give Napolitanos a try. Horrific mistake. I hope you don't make the same. SOnly three customers are allowed in the shop, but not to worry. The staff, all ten of them, are basically feeling each other up behind the counter. So I ordered a single hamburger and a roll. Which was apparently almost £5. Girl took my money put it in the till and walked away. No change from £10 for me. After pointing this out. She got my change, rubbed her hand all over her exposed nose and handed it to me directly. Then without a blink of an eye, or some sanitiser, hell not even a wipe on her trousers procceded to over handle my roll, I mean over handle. Needless to say. It went straight in the bin. If Renfrew has another outbreak, we know why.

Starving after long car journey home , stopped here for fish supper. Paid nearly £15 for 2 fish suppers. Reheated dried up chips, soggy batter, tasteless fish, lukewarm!! Most of it went in the bin. Disappointing! Come on Napolitano up your game! Also no social distancing screens, staff not wearing masks or gloves but can’t get your money quick enough! Won’t be back

Used just eat app. Ordered for around 18.05 20 mins later I spent a further 5 minutes trying to get through. Eventually someone picked up only to say can you hold. Ridiculous. So at last I spoke to someone this now getting to almost half an hour late. The response. We're busy. That guy needs some training. No customer care skills. If you order your food an hour in advance. The restaurant should stick to or around time requested. When the food finally arrived (note delivery driver used my driveway to park) it was pretty poor but so hungry forced as much as I could. Normally this is a really decent place for takeaway but I guarantee they will loose customers if they continue in this manner. For me, I'm going to look for a new chippy.

Was desperate for something to eat after flying home Googled this place .Food tasted nice portion was decent and good value for money .

Called a delivery 2 hours ago and still not came even though I was told 30 mins ago it would be leaving in 5 to 10 mins. They did say they were very busy but 2 hours and counting is a fkn joke , wee tip maybe try hiring more delivery drivers if you know your gonna be busy on boxing day .

Went in recently and ordered a spaghetti bolognese,as I was seriously hungry.Got home and removed the zillions of wrapping layers to reveal a forlorn ,petite tin foil tray containing my "food".Consisted of a few anorexic spaghetti strands,and needed an electron microscope to spot any mince.Would've got more meat from macerating a flea's foreskin! This rubbish for £4.70? Should be reported to trading standards! Looked as though they'd bought a 30p tin from Lidl's/Aldi's and heated it up.Will never revisit.Utter muck.....

Ordered a pizza after an hour and twenty minutes called back as no delivery as yet. Told he would be a couple of minutes called back again twenty mins later to say he had left and it was definetly on the day meaning it was out in his car cold for over twenty minutes. Turned up with not all of my order. So I’ve refused to take it. A bunch of inept idiots. I would urge everyone to go elsewhere

We had heard that their fish and chips were really good. When we arrived and ordered, we had to wait whilst they cooked our fish, we didn’t mind and cheekily asked to sample the chips and quick as a flash there was 1/2 a box. They were good. When we got home to eat the goods it was wonderful. Tip for other chippies take away bag that are used here really keep the goods hot for the 10 minute journey. One point please change your supplier of tartar sauce as it was not a nice taste.

Ordered a home delivery at 17:50 on Sunday; nothing complicated, just a veggie pizza. Asked when I should expect it and was told about 45 mins. An hour and 10 mins passed - no pizza. Phoned to find out what was happening - told it would be delivered soon as they were just waiting for the delivery driver to return. After another 30 mins or so I phoned again as it still hadn't arrived. I was told that my order would be next to go. Unsurprisingly, I was NOT impressed as this was more than AN HOUR after the original time I had been given, and about an hour and a half after placing the order. I asked why nobody phoned to tell me about the delay, as they took my phone number with the order and the delay was getting beyond a joke. The girl on the phone at Napolitano's HUNG UP! How RUDE!!! The pizza was eventually delivered a couple of minutes before 20:00, i.e,TWO HOURS after placing the order. Given that I live 10 mins drive from the shop there is simply no excuse for this. No verbal apology, no suggestion of any cost reduction by way of goodwill - and from me to Napolitano's NO GOOD REVIEW re their attitude to home delivery. Would NOT recommend, unless you want your food to arrive slower than a seriously slow thing with a degree in slow from Slowtown University - which is a shame, as the actual pizza was not bad. AVOID.

Food always delicious and great service from the excellent staff. The special fish is especially tasty.

Well well were dose the big man start, on rare occasions the big man craves a fried onion pizza first choice is napolos but I was utterly disappointed with the service my pizza was below average soggy with what the big man can only describe was pubic hairs. The delivery driver was grumpy which the big man dose not appreciate i like to be presented my food with a smile as the big man is spending his hard earned money at the establishment I will not be ordering again until the big man gets some free food presented with a smile PS THE BIG MAN MCNULTY

Last week l order a pizza from the shop, the taste is Ok, price is acceptable, clean shop, Service is good.

The food at this chippy is great, I've stayed in Paisley all my life and use it on a regular basis. It's the best of the rest. The only downside to going in to the chippy is, according to the local press recently one of their delivery drivers James Moore was recently convicted of assaulting two women on a night out. According to the article the attack was totally unprovoked. It's kind of put me of going in. I don't know if Napolitanos management even know. In my opinion it tarnishes their good name quite a bit.

Went in for something simple ie chips at 1050pm, we were only ones there with about 3 staff behind the counter,after deliberating over the menu we asked for sausage and chips, the young girl behind the counter said you can only have what's left there's no chips and they are closed , smirking, why didn't they say that in first place and why were they still open!?! She thought it was funny, just really rude, don't bother people rudeness is the worst don't care about the food

Its one of the better ones in the local area for food. Decent food and always quick service, can't complain.

He visitado esta noche porque tenía Napolitanos visitado antes y estaba contento con el servicio. También me acordé de ser un cliente habitual feliz en el pasado. No era nada especial y la comida estaba bien, pero era mejor que mi más cercana que no chippy mencionar aquí. Por desgracia, la experiencia de esta noche significa que estarás buscando otro "fish and chips" de ahora en adelante.

Great choice of pizzas in terms of type but you can also get a small individual size which goes great with a bag of chips! Always busy which is a good sign. Good quality.

This place has delicious pizzas, great choice on menu and good service all in all a great chippy with great food also delivers and is handy for locals

Great chippy with friendly staff.. Always clean and always tasty. Love the special fish supper and the pizzas ate always lovely. Mostly there is a long wait for a delivery but worth it. When you collect food there is usually a wait also but you can see ypur food is being made fresh so not an issue to me

Placed an order at 5.30pm on a Saturday evening, expected to wait an hour maximum, after 2 hours we phoned back to be told it was on its way. Eventually got food at 8pm !!! and lo and behold it was cold. Sent it back, got fresh food sent out, which arrived 30 minutes later. Food was nothing to write home about, bland, not much flavour. Would have got more flavour out of the pizza box than the pizza itself. Wont be back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Great wee chippy with friendly staff . Good value for money . Good choice . Good location. Got parking near the shop . Clean

Best fish & chips in Paisley.Service is slow but cooked freshly and worth the wait, chips are not at all greasy and the fish tastes fresh...the special fish supper is superb.

Have eaten here before most staff friendly however sometimes a bit frosty. Can't fault the pizzas they were gorgeous. Have not tried fried food but the place was busy with people ordering fish etc.

Takes forever to get your order. Never anything ready and staff never apologise for the long wait. Its a real shame the service is so pooras the food is quite good.

I stay locally and frequent many local chip shops. This one is on my way home so have used it a few times. This is the only chip shop take away I have ever known that NEVER has chips ready. After the sixth or seventh visit it became a standing joke in our family...are we hungry? No? Then let's go to Napolitanos...by the time the chips are made we will be. lol many places serve similar food and much, much faster.
