Really really bad pizza, I think they have cut the size of the dough back on the base along with the topping as the pizza hardly fills the box. Ordered a delivery and the pizza was so thin and cremated I thought the driver had handed me an empty box. Phoned up and complained and they sent me another of the exact same wafer thin pizza which is a shame as it used to be nice however, I wont be back and would advise you to save your 25 quid and spend it elsewhere!

Absolutely shocking telephone manners. Called up for a delivery & don't take cash I was told. I then said go ahead & I will pay with card. I was asked for all my card details including security number 🤔 When I said I wasn't comfortable with this she hung the phone up. Great customer service. NOT

That harley who answered the phone is an absolute fruit bowl never again after a long shift do I wanna hear that squeaky voice.

Ordered on the app, said it was delivered but didn’t turn up. When I phoned the shop about it the worker passed me onto the manager, Kelly to figure out the situation. She walked about with the phone for a good few minutes then hung up on me before even talking and then when I phoned back proceeded to talk very rudely to me and was not helpful at all. She was talking to other people at the same time. A very unpleasant experience all round.

Not impressed. Genuinely didn't know what was in the boxes when I opened them. Bank have been contacted for a refund. noticed their walk in fridge at 20c and left open, at this temp bacteria multiplies rapidly so no doubt there is food spoilage. Great dinner after 14 hours cooking for others! Whole order is in the bin.

Ordered off the app. While my order was being prepared I realised I'd picked the wrong address. Spent exactly 14 minutes calling the store to have the address changed...noone picked up in that length of time. Order was made and sent out for delivery....still noone is answering. Absolute joke.

Yes they have a seating area but it was not the best. However Domino's don't usually have a seating area so this was a nice touch. Staff were kind and friendly.

John wasn't every helpful or interested in helping with a Renfrewshire gift card, he was treating us like an inconvenience because the shop was pizza and he didn't want to deal with trying to get to to work won't be back again due to the service

Very friendly staff, good atmosphere as you can smell fresh dough and ingredients. If you ask them nicely they will give you extra garlic & herb sauce. 😉

Dominoes worker Nathan that takes the calls has the biggest attitude iv heard this year from any takeaway.got order wrong,gave me attitude for it when pointed out,then hung up when pointed out.he should be in back out of sight.no self awareness and manager should have listen to his phone calls. Apparently no one at the shop can read everyone knows the only reason you order is for the garlic dip everytime I order not once have they got everything right how hard is it to read the bloody slip it's just a joke don't work in a god dam takeaway if your unable to read a ticket rewined the full thing !!!!

Can b a hit or miss at times. this one was o.k. , pricing structure is a bit of a con IMO , they could sell pizzas cheaper all the time and still make good profits

Worst dominos I've had and I've had them all over the UK. The pizza was covered in grease, burnt and dry pepperoni and very bland. I called to complain - staff were difficult. Manager was stroppy. He tried to give me some excuse that pepperoni made the entire pizza covered in grease and assured me that he's been making pizzas for 25 years and knew best. Clearly not mate because your review page is filled with people making the same type of complaints. In the end I got a refund but don't waste your money here :)

We ordered domino’s and it was meant to arrive at 8:30 still waiting now and it’s 9:00. Ive been to this domino’s before and the food was delicious, hope it’s not cold

Just had an order delivered and yet again, my son's Cheese and tomato pizza with extra cheese is drier than an old flip flop with barely any cheese on it. This has happened more than a few times now. I ordered a Meaty one and toppings really sparse too and sauce missing from top of pizza. After spending £35 on a way below average order, we won't be back again! Over priced crap!!

Just had the most awful pizza delivered. The sizzler dry as an old stick. Hardly any cheese or topping on it. Freezing cold when I got it,even worse when I tried to heat it up. Seriously never again I spent £22 odd at Dominos. It's an absolute rip off never again. Cutting down on the toppings now as if it wasn't bad enough before. Stay well clear yuk!!!!

3 NASTY HAIRS !!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE , I was HORRIFIED & TRAUMATIZED by our pizza , 1st the box was covered in chicken peaces as we EAT HALAL MEAT ONLY, 2nd I bit tip off of a CHEESE ONION slice only to see a ginger/blonde curly hair sticking out from under the cheese , then as I checked the rest of pizza found further 3 hairs baked into the surface of it ! I WAS VIOLENTLY SICK FOR 2 HOURS

Freindly delivery driver but by far the worst dominos pizza I've ever had. I've eaten them all over the world, including 3rd world countries. Paisly branch is an utter joke. Pizza was burnt and dry, like it had been reheated. The manager is obviously useless

Used the darnley and barrhead branches regularly with no issues with quality, first time using paisley, felt let down.. sorry paisley

Guaze Street Domino's is my local shop. Usually its OK, but on this occasion the pizza was dry and over cooked. Toppings were burnt.

Ordered the £21.99 deal that was sent to my phone..ordered it , it got delivered minus the cookies....sad show Domino`s my granddaughter was looking forward to her cookies!!

Disappointed when I phoned looking for the same deal that I've had for months and told it was no longer there . So I was going to cost another £10 .. Poor !!

Couldn't really complain, I was a bit skeptical ordering from here as hasn't been the best in the past and generally a bit pricey for what you get. But everything was really well cooked, pizzas were great and the cookies were delicious. Didn't take too long for delivery, I wasn't actually keeping track but under an hour anyway. Good for a busy Friday night

Placed an order for delivery with Paisley Dominos only to phone back after an hours wait to ask where my order was. They apologised that my order went through as collection which is fair enough - mistakes happen. I was informed that a fresh order would be made and they would get that send out ASAP. On arrival, the order was clearly the same order that had been sitting waiting in collection. The sauce on both pizzas were dry, both were barely warm and sauce on the hot wings had dried up too. I phoned up to complain as it’s a lot of money to pay for such poor quality food - the manageress was adamant that she herself had disposed of the collection order and there had definitely been a replacement order sent out to me. When I explained the state of the order and said what I thought might have happened. She then credited £40 to my account which I thought was brilliant and I did get an apology eventually so all was well. Tonight I phoned up to claim that credit to be informed by the Manager George that there was no such thing. His attitude from the minute I explained what had happened last week was absolutely ridiculous. Not only was he rude and oddly defensive but he was completely argumentative - telling me that I got a replacement order sent out. I assured him he was wrong and asked him to check with whoever promised that credit. Afterwards, I stated his attitude was now the real issue. He then blamed the whole thing on the manageress who supposedly ‘didn’t put it on right’ and he will speak to her next time he is on duty. If she’s reading this, I apologise but it’s something you did say you would credit to my account. I can see from previous trip advisor comments that the customer service and poor quality food from Paisley Dominos is a consistent problem. This is the first time I have ever complained on a social platform - sincerely because I have never been spoken to like that before. Genuinely can’t believe that a Manager has the audacity to speak to a customer in that manner and be so disrespectful.

Always had good, reliable service and tasty food from here. Never disappoints on flavour and value for money.

The last 2 times ordered from them order was wrong. So 2nd time called and compiled told me it would take up to 5 days to refund my card. Which wasn't happy about. Asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager. I waited 5 day still no refund so I called them they still had not refund my card its sitting on account. 😡 so to get a refund I have to give them my card detail again. I'm now waiting on a so call manager of the place to call me back. My suggestion to anyone that use them check your order before leaving the place. I never had this problem with any of the other shops. We see how long it will take for this so called manager to call.

This store owner needs to get a grip of his staff. 2 pizzas and sides ordered. One pizza was so undercooked it couldn't be ate. Garlic bread the same also. Second pizza under done but at least we could eat it...... Giving up with this place. Last time we ordered the pizzas were cold.. well done Domino's!

Good pizza,friendly staff..drivers and counter staff have great sense of humour.well worth a visit ,especially evenings..some of the antics and banter between the young and older staff is hilarious..two drivers ..known as the Brigadier and Sgt Major should be on a comedy act..Dads Army does not compete when these two get going..

Made quite a large order to feed 10 girls as my daughter was having a birthday sleepover. Large dips omitted from order. Delivery guy was lovely and came back with dips but in the meantime we realised that 3 other things had been omitted from the order. Phoned and asked for a refund of these items. Told it would take between 3 and 5 days to go back into my account!!! Got an apology from the delivery guy when it wasn't his fault but absolutely no apology when I was on the phone to the shop where the mistakes had been made. I understand saturdays will be busy but an apology goes a long way and that is basic customer service! Will think twice about ordering from here again.

I went into Domino's last Tuesday for the buy one, get one free deal. I ordered two large Hawaiian and Pineapple pizzas. I would say they were doughy and there was hardly any cheese on the base. It was very tomatoy with not a lot of pineapple and ham. I know it was £17 for two and I would have been angry if I paid that for the one - they are vastly overpriced if this is the prices they are charging and yes, I was disappointed. Another thing I noticed was that none of the staff were wearing rubber gloves so therefore they all used their bare hands to handle the food and preparation of same, not very hygenic so I definitely won't be back.

All my visits to this pizza wonderland have been brilliant. The chicken and ham which I have is excellent, So are the wedges and garlic bread.

Normal dominos...cant put in same lane whit west end...good and nice anyway.

Have had multiple late orders and its a bit overpriced, pizza hut just up the road is doing large pizzas for 5.99 - more worth the money.

Just received our Pizza delivery today 21st January 2017 at a cost of £26.95 and the quality of the pizza was terrible when my wife contacted the restaurant to speak to the Manager Kevin Murray to explain that the pizza was uncooked she was fizzing about his unacceptable attitude he did not offer an apology or a solution stating that because we ordered extra sauce this was the reason???? not much of a chef but can tell when the pizza base is undercooked and the pepperoni is firm.As like many folk we will vote with our feet and never order another Dominos Pizza again avoid this restaurant if possible.

I have never had a problem with this place and I have been using it for several years now. Great pizza. Their mobile phone app is easy to use and tends to always have a buy one get one free offer :). Don't think I would pay full price here.

Manager needs a lesson in manors! Staff used my contactless card when paying for pizza and over charged me over double the original price. I stay over 40 miles from this store and only ate there because of work . He expected me to drive all the way there and back to receive a refund on my card with no compensation what so ever Horrid attitude and no customer service. Contacted head office to complain, let's hope it can be resolved. I can understand why the star ratting is lower than other branches

I've ordered from Dominos multiple times since I moved to Paisley in August, and from my past orders I can say one thing, the time you order will tell you the quality of your food and delivery time. The weekdays around college-end times, the pizzas will be nice, properly cooked and look nice, other days they'll look horrible ask take a while to arrive. On a good day it'll take between 20-30 minutes to get here, but other days I've waited up to an hour and a half. So it's good, depending on when you order.

Phoned and waited 2 hours? Called 1 hour in and was reassured it would be with us in 10mins ... No pizza? Called back at 2hours and was told the driver had been at the door? He definitely wasn't , never heard any knock or ring at the door! And no phone call!!Staff were so cheeky and we were basically called liars and told they would not be re-delivering!!!shocking!!!

Stay Clear Fowks this is not the place to come for Pizza, trading standards should get involved for this shower using Pizza in its name. I ordered 3 medium and one small pizza and a side of potatoe wedges and £37 was extracted from me, well over priced. The pizza bases were so thin the tomatoe base soaked through and you were left with a wet mix of dough and tomatoe puree mix. My pizza a medium contained two bits of mushroom, eight bits of sweetcorn and 10 pieces of ham. The cheese you could not see on any of the pizzas. Over all Rank, disgusting and tasteless. Never again shall i use this chain of take away restaurants, daylight robbery for a disgusting mess of a product.

El primer intento de nuestra orden tardamos más de una hora en llegar y lo aleatorio pollo tirarse por la pizza vegetariana. Llamado a quejarse a ser informado que estaban muy ocupados, pero que nos priorizar una orden de repetir! Durante otra hora más tarde, finalmente llegamos. Llamado a conseguir un reembolso, pero no gerente era alrededor de tomar acción. Tres días más tarde seguía esperando una respuesta a mi teléfono y e información de correo me dejé! Este lugar es un caos!

The quality control leaves a lot to be desired

Lo siento, pero pan de pizza de ajo estaba asquerosa, bastante pesado y tomate rezuman puré, despierto toda la noche con dolor de estómago, sin duda no es una buena relación calidad-precio, lo que an Absolute robo, no lo recomiendo para nada
