Chapati 9 in Renfrewshire

Absolute joke, were happy to accept my order and take my money, but didn’t deliver my food, I get I ordered late(about 21:50) but the shop doesn’t shut until 22:30, so there’s no excuse to take my money and not send my food out.

Yummy. Very warm and tasty. Will order again!

King mixed kebab was delivered stone cold. Also not much of a MIXED kebab. 3 bits of lamb and a few bits of chicken. Naan was decent. Waited over an hour to receive cold food and meagre amounts of chicken and lamb. Disappointing

Worst donner kebab I’ve ever had…..tiny shreds of meat… far too much sauce and not enough salad… completely different from any other kebab I’ve ever had.. swimming in sauce and grease… strange

Didn’t give me rice with my meal which was meant to be included. Bit disappointed as it’s usually spot on.

Couldnt pay for our order online, some issue, tried again, didnt work, called by delivery driver with an attitude who was promptly told to f off. Apparently he now knows where I live and will be round to put my windows in...is this seriously how a take away company does their business. Threatening customers really isnt a good look at all. Needless to say windows are still intact and we still dont know who we are dealing with, funny to me but intimidating to my Mrs, disgusting behaviour

Fast service delivery was much quicker than expected time. Pizza and kebabs were fantastic.

2 curries tasted the exact same disgustingly Sweet. Pakora rubbery and tasteless. Real waste of money to be honest

The food came 40 mine late i called the shop multiple times too cancel my order and no one answered i eat from here quite often i would appreciate a refund of my money as it was cold damp and non enjoyable

ordered the chicken pakora and chips cheese and donner, the chicken pakora was dry tasted like it was a week old the donner was the same avoid plenty better takeaways local with better food quality

Been using Chapati 9 for years but over the last few months it's gone downhill. Donner pizza now has small shredded bits of meat and is tasteless. Items missing from delivery, although they did drop the missing items off. donner kebab meat (kebab) appears to be cheapest 1 going and is horrible. Won't be going back.

Delivery was garbage, more than double the time it said on the app, just shy of 1 hour 40 mins, then discovered a missing item which was a childs dinner who’s usual bedtime is just coming up. Phoned restaurant and nobody picking up. Managed to get the delivery driver who will try and sort it.

The veg pakora was the best I’ve ever had! So crispy and fresh. Delicious

The time of the order went it came was before the time stated however I waited for over an hour for the worst pizza I have ever had for £17 wow appalling

Love the curry and chicken kebab, always hot, tasty and fresh but when we were first recommended years ago even the chips were really good ..... now they are a bit hit and a miss, still one of our fave and the delivery drivers are so nice

The best there is in bishopton. It's always busy so that tells you it's good. Staff are friendly and the food is good that's all that matters.

An hour and three quarters to receive coold food that had to go in the oven. Paid £27 for poor service. This place used to be good, looking at the other reviews, not sure what's happened?

Food received on time but was not hot

The last 3 times we’ve ordered from them they have forgot something, so disappointing. Forgot our garlic dip this time and last time they forgot my rice for my korma.

Great takeaway in Bishopton probably the best out of them all in the village. Great curry and kebabs it really is second to none. Price wise not too expensive. Food always warm and cooked well. Would highly recommend. Having ordered from this place this evening 18/11/23 my review must change I once thought that the service and manners of this place was second to none but tonight changed my mind having waited for over a hour and a half for my food it turns up well not really warm but look warm I called the shop to find out the status of my order and was passed to 3 people within the shop and a phone call of 14.5 mins to eventually told to order elsewhere and they would do nothing to help solve the situation. The rudeness of the staff of which one was claiming to be the manager is nothing short of disgraceful and disgusting and unwilling to short the situation out. I will never in my life use this place again it isn't the place it used to be and honestly for the price it's hardly worth the manner you are spoken to. The customer isn't always correct but to try and resolve an issue instead of saying we are too busy is a start and not rude.

Ordered take away meal for 3 cost £30.90 had pakora and 3 curries and pakora and Nan I have not been there for some time and will not be returning the chicken pakora was chewy and the batter was not tasty the Nan was the worst I have seen it was flat like a chapatti and tasted like cardboard the lamb madras was delicious as was the lamb curry but the garlic chicken curry tasted of I will try the new curry restaurant in bishopton it certainly can’t be any worse

Think this is the best Indian in Bishopton and always ordered my deliveries from here but now the minimum order amount is £20, I’ve moved elsewhere. I get having a minimum order amount for outside the village but within Bishopton just seems odd. A shame as the food is great.

The pizza i ordered was cold. As were the chips but i didnt mind that as i had ordered salad on them. The pizza was supposed to have mushroom, onion and peppers. Added on as extras at cost. Non existent. I ended up with basically a cold cheese pizza. Had to eat tho as i was really hungry. Waste of nearly 20 quid!

Kebabs were good but veg pakora was the size of pork scratching pretty poor not the usual quality

Ordered a pizza,two BBQ chicken kebabs and an extra portion of cabbage salad. The food was delivered on time, on opening the parcel I noticed the extra kebab salad was not included. I called chapati 9 to explain and told them I didn't not expect the driver to come out to deliver just salad and I would get it next time from them. All ok, until Chapati 9 called back to inform me that the salad portion is very small and he just lumped two portions in the one container. By this time we had started to eat the food, pizza was ok, chicken from the kebab was very dry so much so it was sticking to the roof of my mouth, the owner attempted to persuade me this was normal and that if I was not "happy I was to try somewhere else", shocking response, I will definitely take his advice and will not return.

Disgusting food and shocking service, will definitely not be back. Had to throw the food out . They have not got a clue how to talk to customers

Ordered from here for years but tonights pizza wasn't the greatest. Surely Donner meat should be strips of meat not some hard chopped up stuff. Disappointing

How hard is it to read a piece of paper that clearly says 'NO SALAD' ?? Been going here for years but recently these stupid mistakes are happening more and more frequently and again the last night.... king chicken kebab covered in salad! that was the final straw and we will now drive an extra 5 mins to Renfrew for our Indian food.

The Prawn Patia was awful. Tiny frozen prawns in a sauce that tasted like plastic. It was horrible. Would not order from here again.

Fabulous hot food,well delivered

Food was great when it eventually arrived. Delivery was already between one hour & one hour twenty minutes, so being 15 minutes late, we waited one hour 35 mins for delivery which is pretty poor.

Took over a hour for delivery food was cold and order of pizza was wrong !!

This was their last Chance ,poppadoms not crispy,spiced onions a chemical taste Garlic Naan no taste of Garlic ,Dhansac was tasteless gloop I think it was Lentil soup thickened with cornflour no spice of any kind ,shocking,a New Indian opened up across the Road might shake them up it is too late for me £17 that cost Never Again

Ordered food and came nearly 2 hrs later and was cold. Phoned up was told food was on its way at 7:45pm and it eventually arrived at 8:15pm. On the app showed as delivered at 7:30pm when it wasn’t
