First time in this restuarant, excellent service from Chris, very attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Very professional. Food was very tasty and good sized portions. There was 6 of us and not one of us could find a fault with anything, will certainly return.

This is the place for pizza lovers they have never failed us yet in coming up with amazing flavours of their Romano pizza range.just tried meatball italiana absolutely delicious.

Pizza was amazing as ever. All staff were on the ball and very welcoming and helpful with the exception of the manager. The place was only 40% full when I went in on my own. The manager said the only seat available was the one right next to the door. She did give me a table at the back when I asked for something else. But couldn’t get my plate cleared and the bill over quick enough as soon as I had finished.

Driver showed up with 1 out of 4 items. Told me he would leave and come back in 10 minutes. I have contacted the restaurant directly who confirmed they give him the whole order.

Pizza tastes nice but very overpriced. Calamari disappointing. Doesn’t travel well

30 mins late and pizza is not even like warm it was cold.and cheese hardened !!

Food was cold and not the best quality

My wife and I popped in to the venue on Friday for Dinner, it was very quiet, however the waiter on duty was very attentive. I opted for the Calzone and my wife had Lasagne with Garlic Bread. Both came well presented and very warm! For desserts I opted for the Chocolate melt in the middle which was disappointing, however my wife's roulade was very tasty! Nothing exceptional to wite home about and it was not exactly cheap.

if its a pizza you want don't bother ,dry ,hardly any base sauce or cheese, better going to a kebab shop ,for a pizza food chain total shamble ,won't ever order from here again

Went for a pizza at 1900 today restaurant less than a 3rd full was turned away said can't take anymore customers, I was liked doesn't even look busy, would hate to see how a full restaurant would operate, needless to say won't be back

We often visit Pizza Express when out and about as it's a reliable restaurant chain with a great vegan selection. The Braehead branch always excells though in no small part to its exceptional staff. Chris has been our waiter several times and we're always assured a warm, friendly welcome along with great service. Outstanding.

Before I headed south for a work course, our family went to Pizza Express at Braehead for lunch. Extremely quick service, although we did have to wait a while to get shown to our seats. Managed to use some Clubcard vouchers as well, so our meal only came to around £21. I chose the American Hot (Romana), my wife had the Padana (Romana), our eldest got stuck into the £7.95 three course kids menu and our youngest (10 months old) even managed a Garlic Dough Ball or two. No complaints with the food (no Ketchup or Mayonnaise in case you like these with your Pizza). The food went down well and the Pizza was filling, but not in a way to make you lounge out on the couch for the rest of the day. An enjoyable lunch overall.

I ordered the new heart doughballs starter which you get 2 portions for £12.75 and only got 3 hearts per box for 13quid thats unacceptable and they were stone cold when i got them. wont be ordering again too expensive for poor quality and hardly any food dont waste your money.

Waited over an hour before the order was processed. Receipt on order says 13:54 and I received delivery at 13:54 so almost an hour the pizza was left, by the time I got it it was freezing cold.

I ordered to the wrong address (next door) by accident. I called the restaurant, they said they’d tell the driver. They did and he delivered to me. A big thank you to the restaurant and driver for their excellent customer service. The food was yummy too!

Never showed up and after waiting for more than 2 hours it showed as delivered even though I didn’t get my food. Apparently the driver didn’t showed up.

My pizza was cold on arrival. Not lukewarm, but cold. I appreciate it’s -1 outside but surely this should have been delivered in a food bag to try and retain some heat. The drive from the store to my home should not have resulted in this level of heat loss. It arrived within the stated time so I really don’t understand it.

Lovely New year's eve meal with wife and daughter, pizza excellent, perfectly cooked, friendly staff, we've been eating there for years and will be back again soon.

Excellent friendly service and tasty food.

The restaurant is very smart with a relaxed atmosphere and disabled friendly for my friend in an electric wheelchair. The food was delicious but more expensive than what I would normally pay but it was Boxing Day. I had the Leggera Christmas Wreath (foremost in the photo) and my friend, the more traditional large thin crisp Romano. He really enjoyed a margherita and I a sparkler (non alcoholic cocktail). The service felt a little slow but the waiter was friendly and asked if we wanted water at the table which doesn't happen often. It set us up nicely for our movie in the Odeon Imax. Both are situated in the large multi entertainment complex of Xsite.

Great little party night for my daughter’s 6th birthday. Staff were lovely and tolerated half a dozen 6 year olds. Food was great and everyone left happy

Excellent food, service, and ambience.

There was a rather pretty Xmas tree and there was a new dessert called snowball doeballs witch are vegan as well as not vegan .

Recently had dinner here with 4 adults and 2 young children. The service was ok if am being honest. We asked for some fresh orange juice which they said they didn’t do. Ordering our food was straight forward until we asked if my mother in law could have the kids meal due to poor health and the waiter just said no even though we explained she had issues. The pizzas came and they were superb. Good portion size and very tasty! Will definitely return very soon but the service could be slightly better and try accommodate the customers to their needs.

Burrata was hard and smaller than expected, pizza was cold and the Romana base was tougher than usual.

All the food was cold, after an 1hr being late I am very disappointed along with family who were all hunger and looking forward to hot food.

My girlfriend and I visited here yesterday. Despite being the only customers there for an early lunch, the staff were full of life and very pleasant. I believe her name is Angie (based on other reviews) who was absolutely wonderful as soon as we stepped in the door. Probably our favourite waitress of all time! Please send our best regards/thanks for making it such a wonderful experience. She brighten our whole day with her energy and kind words. Food was exceptional also. 👍

Although I was advised of a potential 30 minute wait for food it was super quick, I'd say no more than 10 mins for gluten free doughballs then only another 10 minutes for the gluten free pizza. Great service and friendly staff.

Kids meal was good but Sloppy Giuseppe was really disappointing. Since when did they stop dicing the onion and peppers??! Beef was in clumps, not evenly distributed and cheese has been substituted with large chunks of onion and pepper. The main attraction of pizza express pizzas for me is the lightness and evenness of toppings. This was just lumpy, heavy and patchy. Really disappointing.

Best pizza 🍕 this side of Milan. Mine was a Calabrese, which is a spicy square pizza topped with Calabrian and Nduja sausage 😋 Heavenly ! I had a lovely rosé to complement and an enjoyable Affogato to finish ☕️ 🍨 Big shout out to Peter and Chris 👏 Top quality staff. Really friendly and very informative. Pizza Express deserve praise for the quality of their training, the food and their staff. Highly recommended.

Well, my first ever Pizza Express and it was really good. Lovely clean restaurant with an open kitchen to watch them prep the food. The service was first-rate, as was the food. Hot honey dough balls were really tasty, then the Spicy Giuseppe pizza as brill. Didn't think I had room but squeezed in a chocolate brownie. 😀 The Peroni Grand Riserva beer was superb. Love the flavour. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I'm pleasantly surprised.

We had a Pizza Express party at Braehead for my son's 10th birthday and he had an absolute blast with his friends. Very, very well organised, kids just loved the pizza making. BIG shout out Angeles who did a fantastic job of entertaining the kids throughout. Her party games were superb! Her energy with the kids was outstanding. Another BIG shout out to Pizzaiola Omar who was brilliant in leading the pizza making with the kids, he made it a super-fun experience and had lots of patience with the kids. Would thoroughly recommend the kids parties! Great job Pizza Express :-).

Food was stone cold, literally without exaggeration, there was no heat at all left in the pizza at all by the time it arrived.

The order did take over an hour and half to arrive but I am not that fussy, food was good a solid 7/10. The driver was nice. I wouldn't really order from them again because of how long they took, and normally I may order for multiple people and the pizza wasn't really filling.

Best Pizza Express FULL STOP We occasionally use Tesco vouchers to go out for a wee treat at Pizza Express and nearly always choose this one as it is so good. Have been to others in other cities but the food and service is always a let down one way or another but this place is ALWAYS 5 star food and service. Had a lovely meal here tonight, served by a really nice guy who seems to really enjoy dealing with customers and makes them feel very welcome. There is also a lovely Italian/French/Spanish/Portuguese lady (sorry forgotten 🤷‍♂️) who we get served by and she also is very much a people person, always a smile and a good chat, very nice and welcoming. Food is always excellent as well so they have some half decent chefs here. 100% worth a visit if in the area, we will defo be back many more times in future. All the best guys 👍

Food was lovely, exactly what we know and expect from pizza express, not quite as hot as desired by the time it got to us it had cooled a little. Driver was excellent, the location tracking map didn’t work at all but he called my phone as soon as he arrived at our hotel and brought the food inside the lobby where I was waiting. Very friendly guy.

OMG best pizza have had eating out like ever no word of a lie it was demolished in like seconds lol and both kids ate it to like for me was praise in itself shows how good it was the fussy as. Staff amazing was to me a bit pricey maybe just not used to prices not been out in a while (buying bottled water not help either) I enjoyed this visit so much and I'm sure you and your clan will to.

Enjoyed burnt ends brisket BBQ pizza! Food good. Would suggest overpriced at the end of the day. Used vouchers to bring price down.

Very tasty. Cools down quickly. BBQ Burnt Ends messy: wear a bib! BEST SALAD EVER by home delivery. Excellent quality none of that cheap iceberg lettuce. Would not have known the dough balls were gluten-free, very well formed. Highly recommended.

8 polenta chips overcooked and uneatable,,a small box 6 tiny overcooked wings, 10 inch pizza with hardly any topping £30 total not happy at all, it looks like as it was near closing time, I got an order that was flung together

Best customer service! The guy who served us was very thoughtful, even realized that the coffee had gotten cold due to a timing challenge as we were being funny with our orders (a typical nightmare order: one person needing gluten free pizza, another person wanting coffee and dessert at the same time, one person had a nut allergy and just one normal person on a healthy diet having a Leggera). Anyway they were truly lovely (I wish I had kept the receipt or written down the name of the person serving us) and the food was just what each of us was looking for. Did I mention this place has a comfortable vibe, nice lighting and the menu has something for everyone. Always a good bet this place and a family go-to.

Excellent staff and swift service but ask for seat not under air vent or you'll need to keep coat on.

We gave it a try but the pizza was way overpriced and underwhelming for what we expected. Won't be ordering again. Nothing wrong with ordering or delivery service, just disappointing and overpriced food.
