Pizza Hut in Renfrewshire

Everytime we eat at pizza hut braehead,the food,service and cleanliness of the place are absolutely top notch! The manager is also a real credit to the place,I've never caught his name,the guy with the beard and glasses,he is an absolute gentleman! On our visit today he went above and beyond when He helped a blind customer not only place his order but collected his food and sides from the salad bar and also helped the man get to his taxi outside the centre. Can't speak highly enough of the place or the staff.

Slow service, base of chicken supreme was slightly undercooked, no apples in the salad bar.

We popped in here for dinner before heading to the cinema. It was our first ever visit to this branch and we weren't overly impressed. Firstly, this is now the nearest pizza hut to us as they closed our locals down which we find hard to believe because our locals were always mobbed with ques out the door but this branch was practically empty. The service was a bit hit or miss, we were served by 3 different people, only given 5 minutes to read the menu and order this was even before getting our drinks? Our mains didn't take long to arrive and some were a little undercooked. No staff member ever approached us to see if everything was OK, we then ordered desserts but these took forever to arrive! They didn't taste the same as they used to and definitely not worth the price! Then we asked for the bill but this again took about 20 mins. The atmosphere of pizza hut definitely wasn't there, for example yhe ice cream factory was just sitting on a table, bowls of sweets sitting on the table, not like it used to be attached inside the wall with all the dispensers. The salad bar wasn't great either many things have disappeared. Pizza hut used to be a favourite but its easy to see why they are closing down everywhere...

Prices are extortionate for the food you get. Tasted like a frozen pizza. Not worth £23 then 3.50 a can of juice. Won’t be back

Good pizza and a great deal with the daily all you can eat menu. Clean and nice place to grab a quick meal ok celebrate something with the kids. You can eat all the pizzas they serve with the menu deal so you can test them out. The salad bar has a lot options too and including the cheaper all you can eat menu till 3 pm daily. The ice cream and soft drink also am an be added for some extra with the all you can eat menu for that it is all you can drink 😁. Comparing to pizza places not fast food category it holds up pretty well I would say. Tasty and fresh.

Food and staff are amazing, my favourite place to come for food! Highly recommend, Served by Liam many of times, nothing is ever a bother, he’s always happy to help and all staff are lovely always had the best experience!

Breahead Glasgow branch is the best by far

I had PREBOOKED at table for 1:30 and in the special request part of the booking told them to be on the look out for a 5'11 mental defective with brown hair and blue-green glasses wearing a SUNFLOWER lanyard. when I arrived there was a HUGE line and no one supervising it, I also made it VERY clear in my booking that the person in question is SPECIAL NEEDS and requires a PHYSICAL menu but either they don't have the brains to be bothered with folk like me or they just don't read their damn booking list. Guy didn't even look at the stupid booking when I handed the bit of paper over then the pudding-headed child "manager" didn't give the freak it was "serving" a menu like had been asked for. If he'd bothered to read the idiot's paperwork he would have realised what a fool she is and dealt with her accordingly. To make matters worse, about 5 minutes after the first member of “staff” arrived a second one comes to take the oaf’s order… it was at that point that I decided enough was enough and told him that there was NO WAY I was going to stick around to be treated like a buffoon when I had done the right thing, pre-booked, given CLEAR instruction and brought the paperwork with me STATING what those instructions were. It was bad enough trying to get your useless stupid website to cooperate in the first place. You need to realise that 1 When A Person Books A Table They Expect To Be Dealt With Separately To People Who Have Not Booked 2 Not Everyone Is Capable Of Using a menu on a phone screen or App Or Whatever. 3 When You're Pre-Warned About An unaccompanied Person With Learning Difficulties Visiting Your Establishment Heed The Warning! NEVER EVER AGAIN. It was absolute mayhem A 4 year old child could have run it better. get a grip! Seriously Pizza Hut! you need to do a lot better. The ABLEISM is beyond disgusting. Don't bother telling me I'm barred, I'm PERMA-BANNING myself from all of your restaurants and that includes for take away. Shape up or ship out!

Decided to pop Into Braehead shopping Center for a bite to eat. As Pizza Hut looked inviting we thought we’d give this branch a try. I’m pleased to report the service from the staff was very good , as the Manageress was on the ball…..! Food was presented well, although the dreaded salad bar could have been presented better ! All in all , a pleasant enough dining experience !

Friendly atmosphere and helpful

We decided to take a nostalgic trip back to Pizza Hut after many years and it was awesome. In fact, I'm not even sure why we never returned so many years ago. The pizza was excellent, better than what we've eaten recently in other establishments. Just goes to show that you don't know what you've missed until you get it back. Will deffo be making this a more frequent thing once again!

The staff made the visit. Excellent communication and very attentive. The brand should be proud of their effort, especially in such a busy location. Well done to both the tall lad and blond girl who served us :)

All the staff are so friendly and helpful, this place is run really well. Food is always really enjoyable, never have to wait that long for food even when it’s mobbed, food is good value for the money. Always come here whenever I’m Braehead

I haven't been to pizza hut in ages but was so pleased with the visit. Pizza at the buffet was fresh and hot and crispy. Salad selection was great. The team were efficient and friendly. It was a really lovely visit

My pizza was literally inedible. The chicken just was not cooked properly. I reluctantly ate two slices and felt ill right after. So expensive for literally no reason especially considering the food was horrible

Pizzas really good, very different to a visit to a pizza hut a couple of years ago. However, service / order on the app situation was not easy to do and although everyone was friendly enough, for the cost of the total bill you'd expect a cleaner, nicer environment and proper table service.

We loved the value for money offered here. They do menus where you can have a set meal or a buffet food trying different food which includes unlimited pizza, salad, & pasta & ice-cream deserts. We got a kids meal and a kid buffet, that includes free refill drinks, small pizza & chips with a chocolate cake and ice cream for desert and the buffet was drinks, pizza, salad, pasta, & ice-cream, all for around £18.00. The only issue would be it's a very popular restaurant so you might need to wait a little for a table, but otherwise I would recommend. X

Overly familiar staff, pizza is a bit basic.

First time here and had a lovely Gluten free Hawian Pizza. My sister had a flatbread with Chicken and Cream Cheese and Salad. We both enjoyed it. The staff were very nice and helped me activate a gift card I had been given. They have really good deals for families on a Saturday. .

First time there & it was lovely staff were brilliant

This is the 3rd time attending this restaurant and on all occasions the buffet is very well managed. Constantly hot and variety of pizzas no waiting for restock. Generally a well run restaurant any time we have visited

I was waiting for a good minute for them to answer, they hung up on me. Absolutely horrible service, make sure to use Dominos instead! An utterly ridiculous waiting time.

Pizzas have got smaller and there's just not a great variety of toppings, kids portions are tiny, soft drink selection is very limited, also £3.99 for what amounts to around 10 fries is ridiculously overpriced, over £50 for 2 small pizzas and 2 miniscule kids meals mean we won't be returning anytime soon. (Staff were polite and service was quick, only plus points)

Who doesn't like pizzahut. Only thing that isn't great is the online ordering but staff are always available to help.

The staff in the Braehead pizza hut are absolutely amazing. Definitely some of the best customer service I have ever received! Everyone had a smile on their face and were all very happy to help! Outstanding service.

This was my first time at Pizza Hut and I will definitely return, staff really friendly and helpful, pizza's amazing and a great choice of salad and pasta and ice cream for dessert fantastic.

Went here for the lunchtime buffet. The place was very busy. A very pleasant young lady showed us to our table. Ordering via the QR scanned website was very easy, and paid by Google pay with no problems. The salad bar here is pretty good, and goes well with the pizza. The pizzas at the buffet bar were kept well stocked and there was a good variety. Great pizzas!! The pasta was also good. All in all, a good experience!!

Staff are friendly but need to use an app that don't work to order really

Service was good. Menu was easy to follow. The food was hot when arrived at table. The kids loved the nuggets and ice cream. The drink machine has the option to add a splash of flavours in the Pepsi. All in, had a great time at Pizza hut

Was meet at door and shown to table, after doing track & trace, we then had to order and pay of the app or website. Was easy to order, and pay, we were also given the code to use 2 for 1 meal offer. Ordered 2 pizza's , chips, a refill drink, water and 2 desserts... with vouchers... was £25.80. Drink came really fast, had a wee wait for the pizza's ( 1 arrived a bit burnt), chips were warm. We had to remind them we had ordered dessert, then they only brought 1 over, they then brought the ice cream over.. had to mention we ordered popping candy, we were then given smarties because they had no popping candy. Brownie was hard round the edges, and very mushy in the middle. All in all , was not the very best, and would probably think twice before returning.

The restaurant was struggling to take money as the card machine was broken. The online check in and order wouldn’t load on my phone so they just cleared the bill for us! Thank you to the manager for going above and beyond with customer service. We will be back for sure

The restaurant is located in the Braehead shopping centre, so there is plenty of adjacent free parking. Due to Covid, there were limitations on patrons inside, but I think it was all handled very well by the staff - good service. We were only there for a quick lunch and it’s fair to say that the whole process was very smooth. The pizza was a good standard too.

Post covid ordering is a bit of a shambles.

Excellent from beginning to end. Very well organised and an excellent system put in place during these difficult times. The manager kept everyone waiting for a table informed of the wait times and he was very welcoming. The restaurant was immaculate, service was great, and the new vegan pepperoni pizza’s we ordered were very tasty. Would like to say that the management and staff of this particular restaurant were working very well together to ensure the service and food was excellent. Well done everyone concerned.

This is our third time coming here and every time it’s so disappointing. Will definitely not be back!!! Very expensive for what you actually get. Very hard to get a member of staff to actually acknowledge you. Overall very dissatisfied.

Absolutely loved it even with the covid restrictions, a bit disappointed that they removed the option to have creamy sauce on the create your own though.

All you can eat pizza, what could go wrong!

The staff where very disengaged, people at two of the tables next to us had there orders messed up and the person who appeared to be the superior on duty was on the tills and seemed to be ignorant to the rest of her restaurant.

Won’t be back , dropped in for lunch , had to leave my xmas shopping unattended while paying , collecting drinks cutlery etc Not a good idea folks , if you are paying over the odds you expect table service ! Will not return , it’s more like a motorway cafe now ! Very disappointed

Went here for my daughters 7th birthday party after a visit to build a bear, with 8 of her friends and 5 adults. We had booked months in advance and printed menus off from the website and held these in with what the kids wanted selected. Cannot recommend doing this enough because it was completely stress free for us and my partner being pregnant wee wanted something stress free. Staff where all very helpful and the kids had a good day it was very value for money and would do it again for future birthday partys.

Great variety, super hot food and friendly staff.

We ate here twice whilst we were staying nearby. On both occasions there appeared to be only 2 members of staff out front and both were doing everything: seating customers, manning the ‘order and pay’, delivering food, clearing up and sweeping the floor. Yet despite this, both were friendly, efficient and professional - whatever they are paid isn’t enough. I can’t agree with other recent negative posts; we received a very satisfactory level of service and I wouldn’t hesitate to eat here again.

It was very busy, a bit like upper-class McDonald's. I had a salad, it was nice.

Not the kind of food for me my small pizza was burnt I will not visit again .but the place was busy .why do they stop taking orders at the table .? I remember the old pizza hut was a good place for lunch but now it's not a place I would visit again.

Great that they have a vegan and a gluten free menu. Staff have always been very friendly and the food is great too.

Food was ok however avoid buffet as no staff check this kids frequently are left to wreck it there was not one thing that did not have crushed up Doritos through it so basically entire salad bar is a write off

We had lunch here yesterday. £42 for 3 buffet meals & 3 Pepsi Max. Salad bar was a mess. Pizza didn’t taste fresh & had to wait for fresh ones to come out. The ladies toilets were also broken. We definitely won’t be getting the buffet if we do come back as it’s not worth the £10.99 price tag!

Frozen pizza bases, staff member said they get X amount for £5, of okay quality but extremely greasy, honestly just look at your box once you've finished then imagine that running through your guts. Obviously on a fool would pay £17.99 for a pizza from here or Domino's (which is of better quality in general), worth it if it's on a deal. Otherwise find something better from a local place on TripAdvisor (and not pizza express, it's the same just more expensive).

There also aren't any labels on your buffet pasta like there is in the City Centre and Livingston branches. I don't expect this for the pizza, however it has always been the case for the pasta. The pasta at the buffet always used to be one cheese and one tomato however it appears this is now Bolognese! None the wiser, I happily put some on my plate only to take a bite and realise it was beef. Given the amount of vegetarians, vegans, those with food intolerance and those who don't eat certain types of meat due to religious beliefs it is not acceptable to not have labels explaining the dietary requirements. It was the worst lunch I've had, and I'm not fussy. I would not return to this restaurant ever again.

Great food, great customer service. Loved the spicy vegetable pizza. Stuffed crust was nice as well.

My favourite place to eat especially the buffet on monday till friday.

Went in for the Sunday pizza buffet which was £10.99 each. There were a total of 4 pizzas tins out for the whole restaurant.. that were empty. Then had to wait 15 minutes for them to put another 4 pizzas out but they were finished within minutes and we had to wait another 15 minutes. £22 and half an hour waiting for 2 slices of margarita pizza. At this point we gave up and went somewhere else which was a shame because the pizza itself was perfect. What a joke.

Amazing buffet, filled my belly

Understaffed and messy. Poor girls (really friendly and helpful) running about trying to keep on top of things, but tables being cleared as needed, so your table is cleaned, but stilled surrounded by pizza crust and half empty all you can drink refills.

Not sure if all places the same but had to order at desk and collect own cutlery and condiments which I found unusual at Pizza Hut as usually all brought to you

I really don't like the new set up in Pizza Hut. Having to stand in a queue to pay before meal ordered, buffet pizza left lying out (yuch) 3 different servers at my table instead of one and staff were run off their feet so much so that I had to request where part of my meal was 3 times. Get a grip Pizza Hut, treat your staff and your punters with more respect.
