Domino's Pizza in Bromley

Received a notification that our pizza was on its way, but 20 minutes later still hadn’t arrived, and we are only 5 minutes away at most by car. Rang the store, who said our order hadn’t been cooked, and all notifications were wrong. While I was on the phone to the shop my order arrived, despite according to them, not having been cooked. The food was mediocre at best, chicken strippers barely cooked and hardly warm, wedges over cooked, pizza really dry and nasty. The cookies were decent. All in all, not the best we’ve had from this shop.

I am STILL waiting for my pizza 2 hours after ordering. What a waste of time and money. Will not be ordering from here again. Very rude person on phone when tried to chase order

La delicia de pollo apareció sin pollo (al azar) y cuando llamé para quejarme me dieron la opción de una gratis la próxima vez que pedí. . . . . no es una oportunidad, pero aparentemente están enviando un reemplazo. . . . . . Las cuñas estaban frías, la pizza de pepperoni estaba seca, rancia e insípida y obtuvimos el suministro mundial de salsa de salsa BBQ. Valor de la basura por dinero en> 25, no volverá a ordenar.

La pizza no es nada especial y, con poco cambio de una nota de 20 para una margarita, básicamente está tomando la patada.

Teníamos pizza y galletas. Ambos asombrosos. Prueba las cookies te sorprenderá gratamente. Siempre a tiempo y rápido Gracias

Use the delivery service probably on a bi monthly basis. Again we have waited in excess of an hour and been informed by the App that the pizza has been delivered when not ! Daughter’s sleep over with school friends ruined by shoddy customer service and really poor communication. Poor management is the only excuse for this .

Had pizzas delivered to our house. Quality is average and really overpriced for what it is, do not recommend this place as cheaper local take aways for better quality food. Waste of money

Ordered pizza and 14 chicken wings plus 7 chicken wings - delivery was quick and food good but I only got 2 x 7 chicken wings and can't get hold of store - need to check in future before paying driver - surely someone should check the order against the delivery note and price. Had been a big fan but your only as good as your last order and that is not very impressive.

My order took over an hour to come and when I called to see where my delivery was the man who answered the phone was rude, defensive and hung up on me. Bare in mind I live only 5 mins away from the actual branch, there is no reason for it to take over an hour. The man on the phone said I am in a cute and just will have to wait. This kind of service is unacceptable. The pizza is cold and I am highly dissatisfied. I will not be using them in the future

I order from this online dominoes regularly and the food always arrives in good time regardless of the day of the week, it’s always hot and the order is always correct...apart from the last time I ordered; I got the wrong starters and called to see if the issue could be remedied...the person I spoke to was very polite and immediately resolved my issue. I don’t mind it when mistakes happen, what I think is important is how they are dealt with. Would 100% recommend this branch of dominoes.

Awful branch, DO NOT USE! My order arrived 45 minutes late and cold. I lodged a complaint and was accused of abusing the driver and staff! Absolute joke!!

Ordered from St Pauls Cray Dominos and it was over 30 mins late from a 9 minute car ride to my house! At first the store were not acommodating, very rude and the shrugged it off and said the driver will be with me soon so i rang again and spoke to "the manager" who said my money would be refunded within 3 days. Hmm i wait to see if that happens!! My order came STONE COLD!! The driver didnt apologise for the lateness nor did he even explain why he took over 30 minutes late to get to me when its a 9 minute car ride!! I am very appauld with the service and i shall not be using dominos in st pauls cray again!

Rude staff, unwilling to fix problems when they get the order incorrect. Quality of the pizzas has gone downhill big time. I used to like Dominos, but this place is an absolute joke. Would never get a pizza from here again, as the last 3 orders have either been late or incorrect and they find it funny when you complain!

Bought pizza for a group of mates all pizzas were hot and tasty wit various toppings. and side dishes.

Great customer service and food is always hot, sometimes a little soggy but still tastes yummy. Delivery is super quick. Mistakes have been made but always happy to correct them and were very understanding. Cannot complain and always come back :D

Our order has always been on time / before expected time and we have never had an item missing. Always understanding of what deals we want too - and even offer advice as to what deals we are entitled to. Great service and friendly drivers!

Not sure what to say - it's a Domino's and so you know what you get. What I would mention is that they've never got it wrong with us - unlike the Pizza hut in St Mary Cray - which is hysterically bad.

He pedido mi pizza en línea le caminando por High Street. Ir a la tienda y pagar. 8 m de modo mi pizza sobre pero es incorrecto. En lugar de corregir, la señora de poling quería discutir conmigo y me dicen que vaya a través del servicio de atención al cliente. Tuvimos que esperar hasta la gestión salió a conseguir ordenar y esperar otros 15 minutos para pizza. Si han hecho podría así mucho más fácil. Pero no quería discutir. Mala atención al cliente de lo que hizo mi último viaje a orpington domino's. Se b tomando otras también.

For a takeaway pizza joint, still the best. Not cheap unless you get an offer, but cleaner, quicker and better than the others in the area
