Dominos Pizza Crowborough in Wealden

All the staff are unhygienic, especially one lanky tattooed boy who looked like he’s never seen a shower in his life, food was abysmal

Not impressed with the state my pizza arrived in. It is so smothered in BBQ sauce (overload). It was burnt too that the chees was crispy.

Service bad kept waiting 40 minutes due to shift manager not taking name Was asked by a member of staff what was i waiting for and got told it’s going to take time finally got it was not impressed got told by manager short of staff if I was told that when I ordered I would not minded the wait

Observed Bad female Staff hygiene standards when waiting for pizza to be done did speak to duty manager about what I observed

poor service, forgot parts of my order and then to top it off the food is actually rank, worst dominos I've ever been too and I'm not even one to complain, just shambles. Do not go here for your takeout

During Lock Down we have been attempting to "eat out" once a week using delivery and safe takeaway outlets in Crowborough. Dominos offers a deal of two large pizzas and two "sides" (I do hate that word!) for about £27. It sounds expensive but, for the two of us, that food lasted for two dinners and one lunch! So, quite good value for money. Their pizzas are lovely (even when heated up the next day). Good food, a tracking app and home delivery. Excellent!

My teenage son ordered a delivery, the pizza was as ordered however the wrong ice cream was delivered , bearing in mind it £6 a tub, so phoned them and they said they would swop it, when the guy arrived he tried to charge my lad again! So he said no thanks, when I got hone I phoned and they said sorry and they would swop. Bearing in mind the other 'rogue' ice cream has now been out of theur freezers at mine, my freezer, let's hope it was cold enough and I'm not some loon who tampers with stuff because I'm guessing it Fies not get destroyed thus cutting down on wastage!!

I’ve had many happy years using Dominos pizza in different cities I’ve lived but none have messed up my orders or been so late as the one in Crowborough. My last order they left food off my pizza and forgot my dessert. They’ve been slow to deliver too. However, that said, the standard of food is always good when they get it right and whenever I’ve had a problem with an order they have sent me vouchers for money off next time and have great customer service. P.S. I wish they did milkshakes like the australian dominos pizza!

Whilst the pizza was as expected, the garlic pizza was the worst I’ve ever had. The dough was uncooked in the main and drenched in oil. It was as if it had been deep fried. The pictured box shows how the topping fell off in the oil soaked box. The cookies were still awesome though.

Collected the order they easily found it and it was prepared on time. Pizzas were exactly as ordered and they tasted great.

Delivery takes forever, Driver was rude, food was warm and order was incomplete. Crowborough domino's is the worst I have visited, have been known to ignore calls (tested by calling from another phone)

Really gone down hill. Clearly don't care about their clients. Order screwed up - a 20 min round trip turned into over an hour as simples pizzas had to be remade. No apology. No contact to advise us. Children so tired they went to bed before the food got back and as it was for them the whole trip was futile. Drinks missing when paid for. Took me 30 mins to get someone to pick up and then transfer me to manager who didn't even seem to be on site and was too busy to deal with my complaint. Zero customer care and NO accountability in what is apparently a service industry. Every opportunity given to resolve this and we didn't even get an apology let alone a refund for missing items.....won't be leaving this here....ruined our evening. Apparently he was too busy with whatever and I should waste more time still emailing him....what an absolute joke

We decided to have a takeaway pizza whilst in Crowborough on holiday and thought we'd use Domino's, being a recognised brand. The service lacked a bit - I was ignored when I first entered the empty premises. However I found the staff member helpful once he did take my order, even managing to get right my bespoke requests. I would like to have seen Tuna as an option on the toppings menu (although my partner disagrees that this should ever be a pizza topping!). The 'Argos style' board that tells you where your pizza is, and how long it will be is a nice feature I've not seen before - although it did show up that the order before mine was for 'Staff' and that my order sat as 'Ready' for quite a while before anyone brought it to me (Staff order being consumed maybe?). Overall we were happy with the quality of the food and the offers are really good.

great tasting food , good value offers and only 15 minutes from order to collection. vary their menu regularly

Good pizza service have to order online. Delivery is normally on time. Not the cheapest pizza in town.

Pipping hot and tasty pizzas. Always delivered on time and with a smile. A little pricey but never disappointed with home order.

Just moved to crowborough , Meal I had was terrible , Pizza was dry and toppings looked liked they had just been thrown on ,Garlic looked the same, Delivery took over a hour to be delivered I have had pizzas before from this chain but sadly this branch was a big let down
