Sanchos in Wealden

Originally delivery time was quoted as 25-40mins which once purchased turned into 1hr and 20 mins before it was actually delivered. I wouldn’t have bothered if I had known. Chicken kebab came with no sauce as requested and wasn’t much chicken. Disappointed as usually better than this.

Used to have delivery direct. Just used just eat. Food is stone cold.

We ordered wraps specifically with salad and there was no salad inside, very dry… also not a lot of sauce inside…

The egg burger was amazing . So tasty and one of the best burgers I have had. 💯 recommend it. 👌 kebabs are all so packed with meat and fresh salad. I would say if you have never tried Sancho then you definitely should. you will not be disappointed. xx

Food very good as always but doner meat in a box was missing the salad and the mayo that was requested..

Just ordered 2 meat and chips should be simple bit wow!!! What a load of dis tastless dry old food chips soggy and greasy meat cheap and dry !! Don't bother with this mess

Order took over 2 hours to arrive when it was only supposed to be 40 mins, then arrived completely incorrect, nothing but inconsistent excuses, will not be using again, Avoid !

Driver did not attempt to make contact food was left at front desk of hotel

Supposed to be ready for collection at 6, I received a notification it was ready at 5.35!

Lots food available, delivery is fast

Food was good but the delivery driver should have looked at delivery point and instructions that I gave.

The order wasn't complete as the Salad was missing.

Always been a big fan of sanchos.. delivery always good and tonight was the same... sadly that's the only plus 2night.... burger fell apart with the grease like picking it off my lap... chips soggy... jacket potato with tuna no tuna... maybe u got new staff but it was pretty pants 2night sadly

Last few times we've ordered from them, there was always something missed out from the order. (salad from our last two orders, drinks from order before)

Missing the onions and green peppers and a bit too much sauce but the meat was really nice!

Our food was delivered in good time. It was well packaged and warm. I would definitely order again.

Ordered a wrap with garlic sauce, came with just meat and salad, garlic bread was burnt to a crisp, 3/10 at best

Pita could be bigger but very nice and good amount of sauce.

Although the food arrived early it was cold and missing items. The one item that had salad was swimming in beetroot juice that was leaking out the bottom of the box. Vety disappointed

Food was delivered on time. We realised the order they sent was incorrect. We ordered 3x combo Kebabs. 2x chicken and 1x lamb. They sent 1 chicken, 1 lamb and 1 donna. They were nice and understanding when I rang them and nicely arranged to get the right one sent with a swap of the incorrect one. New one arrived on time however this was also incorrect. They had sent 1 chicken and 1 lamb. The rest of the box was packed full of salad to make it look like we had more. My partner and i were left with 3 bits of chicken and 3 bits of lamb each. We also ordered a large chips but it was clearly a small that was sent. I'm not impressed with their service today and unfortunately as this wasnt the first time i will not be going back.

Delivered to the wrong address. So I received cold food when the person who accepted the order finally brought it around 👍🏼

Food tastes good and always turns up quick. But always something missing, either the extra cheese on the chips, or the extra pita bread etc. Happened the last few times now.

Delivered bang on time. Didn’t have phone signal and the delivery driver made sure I got my food.

Please never order from here. Worse kebab I have ever had in my life. 11.50 for 2 strops of donner meat and 2 pieces of chicken so please stay away

Once again there website failed and said it was to be collected!! Then they say it will be 20-30 mins?? Turns up in 6mins clearly just microwaved

Easy to order. Great communication. Kids really liked their burgers. Wedges good too. The Mozzerella sticks x 7 were a slight disappointment.

Lovely chicken kebab. Large was really filling, small would of been ample with fries. I collected, the shop is a bit tatty plus loads of people socialising behind counter, but friendly atmosphere.

The food was hot when it arrived and the delivery guy was very polite.

Sanchos are normally excellent but I received my burgers with hardly any salad in them and the farmhouse Burger was missing its egg, one of the main ingredients and the reason I chose it. Very disappointed.

Kebabs arrived hot and on time, was delicious only draw back was there was supposed to be salad on one of them but we didn’t get any not the end of the world still my favourite kebab shop

Food always comes quickly and is hot. If you want a kebab, and you don't want a slimy disappointment, this place will sort you right out. Proper chilli sauce too. They're a friendly bunch in the store too, if you go in there.

Always decent service, tasty food, and fairly priced. We came in person this time, and my daughter (4) was unsure of what to have. The guys offered her a taster of donner meat to try. She ate something new, and enjoyed her dinner as a result. Fantastic, thank you .

Last 2 ordered and things missing both times , first order I order a chicken burger with donner meat , no donnor meat with it, and last night I ordered a mixed kebab and didnt get a pitta with it, never had these issues before but very disappointing

I go here alot and unfortunately today put me off, the food came, the meat in the box was hard and over cooked! garlic bread was burnt. & When delivered to me, I got told there may be blood on there “the bag” because he tripped over!

I ordered double chicken and only received single with no additional sauce or salad

ordered 2 pizza's and 2 burgers. both pizza's were burned on top (black 85%), pizza base sauce was not spread out well at all. some parts were sauceless and other parts were thumb thick sauce. Beef burger was OK. Chicken burger was OK, salad that came with the burgers was 45% red cabbage?, 29% white cabbage?, 25% union, 3 stans of iceberg lettuce. all for 30+ quid.

Paid for a large my wife had a small and she had more meat than mine

Every time I order food from here it’s either burnt or under cooked .chips freezing cold and soggy chicken shish was cremated today and the pitta was so hard you couldn’t eat it everytime I ask for salad I don’t get what I asked for today I asked for tomatoes and didn’t even get a half of tomatoe .we had soggy wet burger buns and burnt burgers we tried to eat as much as we can because we didn’t want money to go to waste .as have told them before and got an attitude answer back won’t be ordering food from there again and the card machine never works either

Absolutely shocking! When ordering a 2xl mixed kebab I would expect it to be overflowing. No, 3 pieces of chicken, 5 strips of doner and 3 pieces of other meat. Also missing salad as sauce as ordered. Kids meals missing meat, and chips weren’t cooked properly..most of them hard!! Shocking for the price!!! Will not be recommending!!!

All fine except the pizza looked burnt and over cooked. My son was very upset

Doner Mear wasnt hot and was quite chewy, pizza was overcooked and toppings weren't quite cooked for long enough. Chips were warm when they arrived.

It won’t put me off and to be honest there was nothing wrong with it but I’ll stick to kebabs. Thanks Sanchos I’m sticking with you

Onion and tomato missing from kebab No salt and vinegar on chips! Onion rings ok but not brilliant ,burger was fine Overall very average

First time ordering and spent £25 which included the excessive £3.70 delivery charge. Lamb kebab was horrendous. Meat was sloppy, salad wasn’t great - just cabbage and onion and pitta bread dumped on the bottom was soggy. Chips were reasonable but a lot to pay for what we received. Won’t be ordering again!

Donna kebab was horrible just didn’t taste right and the chips weren’t too great either, but the 1/2 pounder was amazing would definitely get that again.

The whole process from ordering, delivering and enjoying the food was pretty smooth. Many thanks guys.
