Sanchos in Wealden

Never had any issues in the 8 years we have been ordering. Food is always fresh and delivery always quick. More expensive than it used to be, but what isn't!!

I wasn't like I was expecting. They gave me the kebab for me to put together. The salad, meat and bread separate on different wraps 😔

This evening a delivery was made to our Neighbours we were disturbed at 9pm at night with the Doors of the delivery drivers car wide open blaring loud innapropriate music, we do not appreciate this with two young children sleeping, we called the shop and they were rude unhelpful and dissmisive!!! No apologys were made and I am not surprised they are rated this LOW!!!

we used to love Sancho's for 10,50 the Donna chips and cheese wrap used to come fresh bulking with the amount in the wrap... This last few times the wraps have been more expensive thinner basically not worth half what we payed and the taste is just lower quality .. delivery cost has gone up too I hope you go back to higher quality in future i don't want to have to fnd a new kabab place

XL doner and chips came in at around 14 quid. Quantity was good for an XL, but meat was out of the tin, chewy and very salty but did taste of lamb. Would like to try it straight off the spit and re-evaluate. Chips were fair but could have done with an extra minute or 2. Salad average.

lamb was good as it can be eaten, the doner was absolute slop, not sure it was even edible. not happy at all

ordered beers for lads , when arrived they were warmer than the hot weather, must say not impressed , but food ok

Didnt look at the notes again so no burger sause with the chips and wings. Asked for garlic on the pizza didnt see or taste anyway

Order took 3 hours and 10 minutes to deliver. The Xtra Large chicken kebab was a Small one but paid almost £14. The food was cold too

The shop looked pretty much closed when I arrived to collect it. The chips were cold and soggy, the “large kebab” was a few chunks of chicken covered in sauce - no pitta, not exactly worth £11. The pizza wasn’t cooked properly and was therefore inedible. Won’t order again

Only one portion of chips, paid for two, knock it off the bill next time 👍

only 1 pitta a small salad and minimal sauce provided. not what I'd expect for their extra large kebab was much better last time I ordered

I have always absolutely loved the taste and I have been multiple times, however I doubt very much I will go back. Their portion sizes are very questionable. I ordered an XLRG multiple combination of 3 meats. What I was given wouldn't feed 3 at all. It was £15 for the meat we got. With that we got a very small salad which was included and just 1 pitta bread. You would think an XLARGE with 3x meats means more than one person eating so 1 pitta isn't good enough. I definitely think our next pay day treat will be looking for a different place to eat. Shame really because the taste is lovely, just the price doesn't reflect the size of the meal.

Have had acceptable kebabs from here regularly over the last two years but the last two doner kebabs.. One bite in the bin, probably the cheapest greasiest doner I've experienced. They either have changed their supplier or changed their chef. I won't be using them again until I see some reviews showing improvement.

Lovely food, delivery fast and early food always hot

Absolutely terrible, kebab ok, can’t really go wrong, Shish doner I had 3.5 pieces of meat! Not returning, you pay quite a lot more for mixed meats, never again

Originally delivery time was quoted as 25-40mins which once purchased turned into 1hr and 20 mins before it was actually delivered. I wouldn’t have bothered if I had known. Chicken kebab came with no sauce as requested and wasn’t much chicken. Disappointed as usually better than this.

Used to have delivery direct. Just used just eat. Food is stone cold.

We ordered wraps specifically with salad and there was no salad inside, very dry… also not a lot of sauce inside…

The egg burger was amazing . So tasty and one of the best burgers I have had. 💯 recommend it. 👌 kebabs are all so packed with meat and fresh salad. I would say if you have never tried Sancho then you definitely should. you will not be disappointed. xx

Ordered a x large donner with chilli sauce what I got was small possibly a large donner which was cold the chilli sauce was a very dark colour and was definitely not the red colour of fresh chilli sauce will not be using this shop again very very dissatisfied

Food very good as always but doner meat in a box was missing the salad and the mayo that was requested..

Worst doner kebab i have ever had in my life . The meat was dry and hard to swallow , chilli sauce was revolting. Waste of money. Gone down hill Never again

Just ordered 2 meat and chips should be simple bit wow!!! What a load of dis tastless dry old food chips soggy and greasy meat cheap and dry !! Don't bother with this mess

Order took over 2 hours to arrive when it was only supposed to be 40 mins, then arrived completely incorrect, nothing but inconsistent excuses, will not be using again, Avoid !

Driver did not attempt to make contact food was left at front desk of hotel

Supposed to be ready for collection at 6, I received a notification it was ready at 5.35!

Not good this time. Had a kebab which was swimming in grease, the pitta was soaked in grease and inedible. The garlic bread was badly burnt and inedible. Chips tasted old. Usually go here quite a lot, but will rethink in the future.

Always been a big fan of sanchos.. delivery always good and tonight was the same... sadly that's the only plus 2night.... burger fell apart with the grease like picking it off my lap... chips soggy... jacket potato with tuna no tuna... maybe u got new staff but it was pretty pants 2night sadly

Last few times we've ordered from them, there was always something missed out from the order. (salad from our last two orders, drinks from order before)

Missing the onions and green peppers and a bit too much sauce but the meat was really nice!

Our food was delivered in good time. It was well packaged and warm. I would definitely order again.

Pita could be bigger but very nice and good amount of sauce.

Although the food arrived early it was cold and missing items. The one item that had salad was swimming in beetroot juice that was leaking out the bottom of the box. Vety disappointed

Food was delivered on time. We realised the order they sent was incorrect. We ordered 3x combo Kebabs. 2x chicken and 1x lamb. They sent 1 chicken, 1 lamb and 1 donna. They were nice and understanding when I rang them and nicely arranged to get the right one sent with a swap of the incorrect one. New one arrived on time however this was also incorrect. They had sent 1 chicken and 1 lamb. The rest of the box was packed full of salad to make it look like we had more. My partner and i were left with 3 bits of chicken and 3 bits of lamb each. We also ordered a large chips but it was clearly a small that was sent. I'm not impressed with their service today and unfortunately as this wasnt the first time i will not be going back.

Food tastes good and always turns up quick. But always something missing, either the extra cheese on the chips, or the extra pita bread etc. Happened the last few times now.

Delivered bang on time. Didn’t have phone signal and the delivery driver made sure I got my food.

Please never order from here. Worse kebab I have ever had in my life. 11.50 for 2 strops of donner meat and 2 pieces of chicken so please stay away

Once again there website failed and said it was to be collected!! Then they say it will be 20-30 mins?? Turns up in 6mins clearly just microwaved

Easy to order. Great communication. Kids really liked their burgers. Wedges good too. The Mozzerella sticks x 7 were a slight disappointment.

Lovely chicken kebab. Large was really filling, small would of been ample with fries. I collected, the shop is a bit tatty plus loads of people socialising behind counter, but friendly atmosphere.

The food was hot when it arrived and the delivery guy was very polite.

Sanchos are normally excellent but I received my burgers with hardly any salad in them and the farmhouse Burger was missing its egg, one of the main ingredients and the reason I chose it. Very disappointed.

Food always comes quickly and is hot. If you want a kebab, and you don't want a slimy disappointment, this place will sort you right out. Proper chilli sauce too. They're a friendly bunch in the store too, if you go in there.

Kebabs arrived hot and on time, was delicious only draw back was there was supposed to be salad on one of them but we didn’t get any not the end of the world still my favourite kebab shop

Always decent service, tasty food, and fairly priced. We came in person this time, and my daughter (4) was unsure of what to have. The guys offered her a taster of donner meat to try. She ate something new, and enjoyed her dinner as a result. Fantastic, thank you .

Last 2 ordered and things missing both times , first order I order a chicken burger with donner meat , no donnor meat with it, and last night I ordered a mixed kebab and didnt get a pitta with it, never had these issues before but very disappointing

I go here alot and unfortunately today put me off, the food came, the meat in the box was hard and over cooked! garlic bread was burnt. & When delivered to me, I got told there may be blood on there “the bag” because he tripped over!

Food was nice . Took time to deliver once the driver had it .

I ordered double chicken and only received single with no additional sauce or salad

ordered 2 pizza's and 2 burgers. both pizza's were burned on top (black 85%), pizza base sauce was not spread out well at all. some parts were sauceless and other parts were thumb thick sauce. Beef burger was OK. Chicken burger was OK, salad that came with the burgers was 45% red cabbage?, 29% white cabbage?, 25% union, 3 stans of iceberg lettuce. all for 30+ quid.

Paid for a large my wife had a small and she had more meat than mine

Every time I order food from here it’s either burnt or under cooked .chips freezing cold and soggy chicken shish was cremated today and the pitta was so hard you couldn’t eat it everytime I ask for salad I don’t get what I asked for today I asked for tomatoes and didn’t even get a half of tomatoe .we had soggy wet burger buns and burnt burgers we tried to eat as much as we can because we didn’t want money to go to waste .as have told them before and got an attitude answer back won’t be ordering food from there again and the card machine never works either
