Pizza Bella in Wealden

The pizza was at the highest level, the chef is a master!the burger was very tasty, the products are natural, not like at other pizza places, the man who delivered it to me was very kind and respectful, everything was as if it had been taken out 3 minutes ago from the oven, I recommend it to everyone

Ordered for specific time (1:30 after order time) and turned up half hour late barely warm ! Delivery man didn’t even speak just pushed pizza at me and walked off! Mediocre pizza at best

I just paid 20 quid for dog food. It was cold, food was disgusting. The platter is NOT a platter, not homemade garlic sauce either. I would have had better with Birds Eye

Yes you’ve had a power cut but it would be nice if you let your customer know rather than just refunding them. Sat here Hungry waiting!! Then when I ring up you’re sarcastic and rude. An apology wouldn’t go a miss.

Ordered online, all delivered hot and on time

Ordered from here for the first time and it will be my last solely on the way the owner spoke to me when I picked up the order. When I picked it up after received a phone call ten minutes earlier to say it was ready, the Owner snapped at me saying he called three times and left a voice mail, throwing his hands about. I assured him he called once and left no voicemail, even showed him my call history which he decided he didn’t want to see as he was so adamant he called over and over. Not sure what the actual issue was there as we had already paid. Guy seemed to have a right chip on his shoulder. Got my back right up. Don’t expect to be spoken to like crap. Food was average. Burgers were ok but a bit salty. Chips were meh, chicken wings were dire. Avoid!!!

Always use pizza Bella for pizza and burgers, best in town wouldn’t go anywhere else

Complaining of how they don’t have delivery drivers… and I’m not surprised. If they speak to everyone the same way they spoke to me, it won’t just be delivery drivers they don’t have, it will be customers too, especially now that they’re competing with not just dominoes but also the new Papa Johns Restaurant. Manners go a long long way and a few lessons in customer service wouldn’t go a miss.

One of the only places that deliver to us in the sticks. Almost always punctual and food is good compared to other similar take aways

Delicious pizza, great service especially under such extreme conditions. Yes you may have to wait a while but that's standard these days for a take away.

Wow just wow. This place has really really gone miles down hill. Burger was OK. Chips cold. Ribs well burnt I've done better microwave ones from Iceland. The chicken meal went in the bin after one mouthful so Did the chips and actually half the ribs. So 70% of the meal went in the rubbish. What happened has the owner just given up. If I had a dog I wouldn't feed him half this crap. Will never order again. And it took 60 mins for this dispointment

Ordered stuffed crust. They took the order on the phone. Called back when it was received without stuffed crust, they totally denied the conversation and said if I want stuffed crust, then order again. It's only human to make mistakes, but admit it when you do, don't ignore it and lie about an order with your customer when you make a mistake. This isn't the first time we've had problems with this company, but it will be the last time!!

Very lucky to be getting one star. For a start they too a life time to get to me, my food was cold and the burgers looked like pressed rat! The milkshakes were absolutely abmismal and I don't think I can say much more than that, apart from the fact the deliveryman was also rude!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!

The food is absolutely lovely and the service was very quick, reasonable price aswell! Definitely worth the money!

We are regular customers but we've had enough now the 15% online discount is not worth the hassle We ordered our at 17:55 was told 60 minutes for delivery 19:25 I phoned was told food was cooking and be leaving the shop in next 10 minutes our food arrived at 19:50 no offer of discount no bottle of drink thrown in dispite spending £31 This isn't the 1st time this has happened the food is very hit and miss from soggy onion rings to cold chips This is the last time we order from here 😠😠😠

pizza Bella does great food and has friendly staff, been getting food from pizza Bella for year's. food quality haven't changed in all that time and you get food made with care and love because they care about their customer's.

As a loyal customer I am very disappointed with the service from Pizza Bella (PB) this Tuesday evening. I placed an order for delivery and was told that it would be 45 minutes. An hour later I telephoned PB to be told that there had been a delay due to a staff shortage, the order was being cooked and it would be with me within 10 minutes. An hour and a half after placing the order it eventually arrived. No apology and no offer of a reduction. It's Dominoes for me in future …….

I got a chicken cheese burger with salad and coleslaw, garlic bread and cheesy chips. The burger was huge and really tasty. Really enjoyed my meal and be back soon

Good food reasonable prices good deals

Ordered burgers and pizzas online a couple of weeks ago for delivery. After about an hour no sign of any food, and my kids were getting really hungry by this point. My husband to phoned to chase our order at this point and got snapped at by the person that answered the phone that it was cooking now and we needed to just be patient and wait a bit longer. Food eventually arrived about 20 minutes later and was cold (we live less than 5 minutes drive away so must have been cold when sent out). No apology or explanation was given. Worst take-away experience we've had in a long time.

Ordered our food at 6.30 got told delivery would be 45 mins to an hour, once an hour had passed I phoned them asking how long it would be and got told it was on its way, called again 20mins later and got told that it had only just left

The food was cheap and cold despite the price I paid for it. The sides were shop bought and the pizza was dull and heavy/stodgy

We waited over an hour for our food to be delivered for it to arrive cold and underwhelming. Wouldn’t order again or recommend to anyone. Stodgy pizza, cheap cheese and shop bought sides.

So much better value than Domino's or Papa John's, always check for double deals as these make it even cheaper. The pizzas are always fresh and the toppings plentiful. This is the only takeaway I've ever had with chips that arrive crunchy! And very importantly (and rare) is they do vegan cheese which is perfect for those with dairy allergies or vegans.
