Domino's Pizza in Wealden

Ordered this evening 27/01 @ 18.30. Said it would be 30 minutes.....turned up at 19:30. One pizza had been boxed completely wrong, phoned up got told they've found my pizza and it'll be sent out. I had to ask for a fresh ones considering the correct one was probably sitting for half hour 40 minutes. Fresh one delivered a little later. I could only eat 2 slices, the bbq sauce I think they split the container over the pizza, it was literally weeping though the box!!!!!!! Not only that, it was missing toppings, phoned up got told they run out of toppings yet wasn't told on the phone. So two wrong pizzas, one was nearly inedible. The only thing they'd do is send a box of cookies nothing else. Ordered two pizzas, I have two pizzas that are wrong, and all they do is send £5 cookies for a without the deal......£70 order. This is the second Time in 2024 Heathfield dominos has sent our order wrong. And I got told "staffing issues" How's this my problem!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had pizza delivered today, terrible looked like a 4 year old had made it. Topping all over the place. Would never buy from here again. Staff no manners at all. Delivered by a right old miserable bloke. If he smiled his face would crack 👿

On the website it says that my food is with me for 10 minutes when it isn’t. Just tried to call them twice to find out what’s going on just to have no one answer. Definitely the worst service in the area. Will not be using again

Nice pizza. Just your average dominoes. Fast delivery. If you want quick pizza delivery this is the place for you.

Useless service management is extremely poor. I’m not sure who manages this place as they clearly don’t have a clue what they are doing. I think better training would benefit.

This used to be a reasonable (if inconsistent) take away based in an area with little choice, but has gone down hill badly. I ordered on the website, it took over 2 hours to arrive when it did arrive it was cold. I phoned up to complain to the manager; I found him to have an aggressive attitude, he was extremely rude and unhelpful, seeming to blame the problem on lack of drivers (not my fault but I seemed to be blamed). He didn't care about the product or service and apparently has now banned me for having the audacity to complain. Domino's need to sort this site out as the manager is affecting it's reputation.

Always turns up cold! Hardly any toppings. Rather eat a shop brought pizza. Poor customer service aswell. They state reason its cold and disgusting as its busy. Won't be ordering again now.

Just arrived at air b&b in heathfield. Really fancied donner meat and chips but only place open was dominoes. Walked in asked what I can get for under £10 as on a budget. To my surprise I got a medium create your own for £6.99. All thanks to Matt my server. Big thanks Matt 👍

Easy to order via the app, was easy to collect from the store.

Order placed online for 8.15pm delivery. Not arrived by 9.15pm. Phoned them to be told they do not know what has happened and they would call back tomorrow. They would not send anyone out to meet the order, it is not their policy. Paid but no delivery.

2 hours for a delivery when it states about 45 minutes not very pleased at all

This was honestly the worst takeaway experience I have ever suffered. Firstly the pizza took absolutely ages to make due to them being "short staffed". It had been over an hour and me + my friends had not heard anything from them even though the website said the delivery would be 40 minutes. We decided to ring them and were greeted by the rudest manager ever! Richard proceeded to tell us it was our fault that we had not got the pizza due to not reading the terms and conditions which states they are allowed to be late. I am not an unreasonable person and can understand if someone is late by a bit however by the time that it was sent out for delivery it had been over 1 hour and 45 minuets. To me this seems absolutely ridiculous and then to be treated rudely by a manager who is definitely out of place managing a store made the whole experience worse. We had tried explaining to him that we ordered the pizza for when we would of liked to eat it but apparently were still not "eligible" for compensation. To top this whole experience off when the pizza finally arrived over 2 hours after we had ordered it, it turns out they had missed some of our order and it was lukewarm. The driver told us contact the manager again as he was not in a position to help us. With regret we tried contacting the rude manager Richard one more time. Again he insisted that we were wrong and our pizza was "boiling hot" and only agreed to give us £5 compensation for next time we order that was for some missing sauce. Quite frankly i am disgusted by his attitude and mannerisms to customers and feel like there is no way they should have a man like that managing a store when he isn't even able to speak politely to a customer. This experience has been so awful i dont even want to go back to this store to redeem my £5 credit!

Its dominos so you get what you expect, decent pizza but extremely overpriced. They also mess up orders around maybe 1/6th of the time in my experience so order so be prepared for that.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza at school at 1840 and on the tracker on the website it says it was out for delivery within 30 minutes but then I haven’t received any phone calls from the driver at all. I had to call the shop for three times to see what was going on and the response I got was terrible. Staff in charge was unhelpful and negligent. Apparently the driver left the school without calling me and he drove my order back to the store. The manager was rude and I received no apology. 👎👎

As far as a branch of Domino's goes this is a pretty good one. However like all Domino's it is incredibly overpriced and the pizzas are just bland.

They are useless can't even learn how to answer the phone. Waited for an hour and a half still nothing had to go up there to speak to them face to face. Clueless and rude. Dominoes as a company need to train there staff or do the world a favour and shut down

Last two orders, 2 & half hour wait and then 90 mins last night, no notification when booking that wouldnt eat for hours. Wont be using again

Very late cold pizza. Called to complain and offered a free pizza, which turned into £15 which by the time I ordered turned into £10 off. Spent 10 mins arguing the toss. Eventually given the £15 off but by that time had gone off the idea 😔 shame cause never had any issues before.

This doesn’t even deserve one star! In total I waited over two hours for my pizza to come! Firstly my pizza was delivered to the wrong address, they called and apologised and offered me a free side and said it will be within 20 minutes I waited an hour and ten minutes!

Just put an order in today. It took 55 mins to arrive. Just too late. Disgusting. Went off it by the time it had arrived. Not good enough.

What a great service, called up and ordered what I wanted, I was helped with the best deal to suit my order and not only that, the delivery guy was lovely, tall bald guy with beautiful eyes, looked like he could wrestle a bull if he had to. Placed my order on my doorstep and stood back to call me and let me know my dinner was here. 100% happy 😊 thank you domino's

Great customer service, staff are easy to talk to. Never fail to disappoint when your hungry for a pizza, fresh food which is delicious. Overall just an amazing place to get your pizzas from.

Never had a good experience with this place. Once given a massively wrong order and when i called up was told that's what i ordered and then hung up on. Recently wasn't looking at the time and ordered about 15mins before closing and was told to call them about it. Tried calling for 20 minutes before gave up - luckily I don't pay until I get my order as I've learnt from experience.

Based on today's experience only - quick and easy order online. Driver (very polite) delivered without a delay, food was lovely and hot.

Always far too much sauce on the pizza. Leaves a bitter/vinegary taste in your mouth and it's pretty much inedible. We've tried this Domino's at least a dozen times and it's always disgusting. Just drive to Crowborough, the food is much better.

ordered pizza for delivery, with specific details of which house included address and postcode, i get a call from the driver (who granted was on a moped which makes life more difficult) and he says he cannot find my house. after multiple attempts to give him the directions to get to my house, he turns left instead of right and tells me to meet him at the coop. usually i wouldn’t complain about something like this but i requested delivery for a reason. not to mention i was in the phone with him for 20 minutes trying to direct him but he continuously went the opposite way to what i said. furthermore, i contacted the store and they said they would call me back when they found the name of the driver who was intending to deliver my food. lol never got a call back did i? food was also super sloppy and my half in half turned into a mixture of all the requested toppings in the middle. tasted aight tho. also the garlic dripper strip things, not that great a must say.

Nice to sit and see your pizza being manhandled and germs neing pumped into it by other people’s hands. I want to have my pizza touched bupy noone. Ever. Then when I get the pizza looks like dis. I mean who wants pizza looken like dat.

We go here pretty regularly. It is standard across all Domino's Pizzas but you know what you are getting, the quality is always good whatever you have. No brainer.

Miserable manager, rushed the last pizza resulted in undercooked and now with been poorly last 2 days.

My son orders a lot from Domino’s in Heathfield for delivery, and every time there is always a problem. Wrong order, items missing, rude delivery drivers and tonight his pizza was cold as well as items missing. Very hard to speak to anyone on the phone. I’ve complained via their survey site, but nothing changes.

We have have this shop for years, however tonight I paid them £40 via PayPal and it never turned up, 2 hours later and the store are refusing to help!

If I could give this business zero stars I would. They operate a truly poor service

Shop was a mess, with old pizza boxes and did strewn around, which over the course of half an hour no one bothered to clean up. Customer service very slow. Pizza itself was poor by Domino's standards. Seems like they need to hire a decent manager to sort the place out

Ordered for delivery twice. The 1st time took nearly 2 hours to be delivered. The 2nd time nobody even showed up. No one bothered to call and just refused to answer their phone. Took a week to get my money back. Do not trust these idiots to provide a meal.

It's dominoes what more is there to say good pizza great value. Service was friendly and fast although it was quiet when we picked up.

Double decadence with no cheese in it. Complained and got a free pizza, which was exactly the same. Can't be bothered to complain again - order at your peril!

So many bad experiences we’ve now given up. The latest was waiting nearly 2 hours for pizza to be delivered only to be told the driver was already back at the shop and our pizza has already been delivered. Then told the driver must have delivered to the wrong address. No apology just a refund offered. 9pm with nothing now to eat - ordered at 7.15pm going to bed hungry. Last time we ordered it took over 1 hour to be delivered from Heathfield to Mayfield - the pizza was cold and didn’t turn up until 11.30 at night by which time we were ready to go to bed! Unfortunately this is the only pizza place that delivers to us in Mayfield so no doubt they will continue to take orders but we are so fed up with waiting hours for cold pizza that we will have to give up our beloved dominos. An embarrassment to the brand.

Incredibly pathetic delivery timing multiple times. Oh and it happened again, 1 hour late and counting.

Asked for a pizza to be delivered at 7:45. When it was 20 minutes late i called up to enquire and was told it left for delivery 20 minutes ago and was assured it would turn up in the next 5 minutes. I am a 2-3 minute drive from them. When it was 40 minutes late i called again and was told it shouldn't be long. It was out on delivery with multiple other pizzas. I didn't want a pizza that had been sitting in the car for 40 minutes so cancelled my order and ordered from Piazza instead. This isn't the first bad experience with them... never again.

2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my £9 change. I don't mind tipping but not £9 on top of a £31 order for just 2 people. Numerous phone calls and promise of change being dropped to my house guess what nothing received. Pizza was pretty poor as well to be honest delivery guy claimed he had no change as I was his first drop off that evening. Yeah of course lol

In a lovely small town with competition for other take aways you would think they would try to be at the least polite! Typical big chain too big for its boots. Hopefully will find itself with no customers very soon

You can only give a company so many chances. In the summer we cancelled a delivery after waiting over 2.5 hours, you can imagine the parental skills needed to calm an increasingly more hungry, autistic 10 year old. Promised a free pizza. Went to collect at a later date - no record! End of October we thought we'd give them another try, as we were told our previous order on a Wednesday had a different manager and they had lots of problems with Wednesday deliveries and this was a Friday. Again, after several phone calls our pizza arrived over two hours later! We were promised a free pizza again. I mentioned our previous problem so he assured me it was noted under my phone number. Today we phoned for our free pizza, guess what, yep, no record. No more chances. A shame as it's my daughter's favourite pizza.

We ordered a pizza tonight and paid for it at 7.30,still waiting at 8.30 and no sign of Pizza,called to say it's not been delivered only to find it's been delivered to.someone else. At 10 o'clock still waiting,won't use this service again,absolutely diabolical.
