Domino's Pizza in Poole - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Ordered online, fast delivery but when opened up order it was clear that the large pizza wasn’t 13.5” as advertised. It was about the same size as my wife’s medium pizza, 12”.  I phoned the store and asked for the manager.  I started to explain the situation. He said ‘ I don’t think it’s 12 inches’, I stopped him and asked if he was calling me a liar, he said ‘yes  I’m calling you a liar’ and he said I had complained about the same thing previously and he hung up on me.  I tried calling again and he didn’t answer. So 2 issues - selling products that do not meet the description and then the poor customer service - calling me a liar and hanging up.  Even if I did complain before (though I don’t recall doing so) that’s unacceptable!  Perhaps he’s fed up of complaints - so perhaps he should ensure he doesn’t sell products that do not meet the description.  FYI food tasted good, but the experience has left a bad taste in the mouth - Pizzahut or Papa John’s  from now on I guess.

I'll give them their due their pizzas are nice and their chicken Kickers are amazing but despite that the prices are way to high no pizza is worth that, I would go much more regularly if not weekly if it was more reasonably priced instead I only go as a rare treat or with mates and even then we have to think about it.

I ordered a pizza on the Dominoes APP to parkstone for collection. I ordered gluten free as I needed this due to allergies, and I also have a dairy allergy - I have always called up after ordering online to get my cheese changed to vegan cheese. I phoned up and spoke to a lady who was super rude and said “I can’t do that as my head office told me not to” so I advised her this was due to an allergy, and she tutted and said regardless she wasn’t allowed - and cancelled my order and hung up. I phoned up another store and asked if this was possible (as it always has been) and they said yes this was fine. Disgusting attitude from the woman who I spoke to - who clearly has no knowledge of people with allergies! As a Coeliac, with a dairy allergy I will not be able to have pizza again! I’m gutted. Shame on you dominoes.

Okay.... so the pizza was missing half the cheese, accidents happen. Tried eporting it to the staff and wow!!!! Extremely unhelpful and rude. Waiting for the manager to call me back...

Although I really like their pizzas, I’m fed up with the number of cold or lukewarm pizzas that turn up at my door. Once the delivery guy has handed over the boxes, u either have no choice but to eat the cold food, or u call them & have to wait for another 45 mins for them to bring out another pizza. On their app it shows that your food sits in Quality Check for a long time before it’s put out for delivery. It would be nice if the app tracked the delivery driver in real time.

I went to order pizza at the shop. It was spacious and not overcrowded. There were two other ladies waiting for their order. Suddenly, a guy from the kitchen opened the door and in an exceptionally rude manner told us all to leave the place. "Leave now. It is Dominos policy" and showed us towards the door. We had to wait standing outside for over 10 minutes and nobody told us that our orders are ready. I could understand concern, but the space is big enough to handle 2-3 customers safely. Also, none of the staff was wearing masks including a person who was taking orders and the same rude guy who kicked us out. If you do not want to feel humiliated and disrespected - avoid this place.

Usually no problems at all but tonight our pizzas turned up Luke warm & in a shocking state! They had clearly been dropped as both were mashed up to one side of the box! Absolutely rubbish!

So went to this park stone dominos for no staff to even be in the store. (Out back). I asked if I could order for takeaway a garlic bread X2. And the staff member with sling arms, fair skin was advising I cannot be in store if not collecting and that I need to order online. Whilst I was stood ordering the app (baring in mind there was no customers in store) the guy asked me to leave. I asked the guy what the postcode was as I don’t live round here and again he asked me to get out the store. I asked for the postcode again and he said it’s outside on the window. As I walked out I shouted that the staff are rude asf. I then ordered to the Kinson dominoes because that was disgusting customer service from clearly lazy and unhelpful staff.

Ordered and collected from this dominos at 5pm on a Sunday, ordered via the app and collected due to the 2 for 1 on collection deal. Ordered 2 large pizzas, chicken and wedges and it came to a total of £40, would of hated to pay for the pizza without the offer. Collected within 10 minutes and it was ready when I arrived, all was hot and the cheeseburger pizza although different was nice. The wedges however werent great, they were undercooked and not worth the money.

Delicious pizza takeaway. Pop in before 8pm to get a large pizza with dip for £6.99. Can choose 4 toppings. Good value for money. Quick service.

Ordered online, was very easy to do and customise your own pizza, it was bout 2 in the afternoon so I'm not sure how busy the takeaway would've been but considering it's about a mile from my house delivery was quite long. Though saying that, the pizza was still hot and was very tasty (however I do not like their cookies but I suppose that's just personal preference).

quite expensive for a takeaway, not good value for money unless you want loads of side orders. Pizza was delivered quickly but was a bit greasy

Really not a fan of pizzas but while my kids have the pizzas from here I have the chicken wings and they are just so yummy I cant get enough of them. Also really enjoy their chocolate dessert it is so melt in the middle scummy. Service is quick for delivery. This isnt a restaurant but that fine. The deals they have are always handy for having way too much food so left overs for breakfast or just eat the lot as you may have a big gathering.

Pizzas have always been up to the brand names level of quality. Without any special deals or vouchers it can be very expensive. Delivery's can take over an hour for some reason. Otherwise staff are pleasant and efficient for the size of the store.

Good to go and pick up as it seems cheaper. Universal grub that does what it says on the tin. Good choice and the staff are lovely.

The staff were very helpful as I was unfamiliar with the area. Just a two minute walk from the viewpoint.
