Worst pizza I've ever had. Hardly any topping just dough

Every time we have had a takeaway from them it literally has been superb!

I have just eaten chicken doner kebab it was the best ever. Also the best service, thank you Superb!!!

Shame you have to give a 1 star to post a review as they don't deserve it. Horrendous, the worst ever, our order was, small kebab with onion, coleslaw and chilli sauce, a 1/4 pound bacon and cheese burger and 2 chips, we got 2 chips, kebab with a teaspoon of coleslaw, no onion, no chilli sauce, burnt burger, no cheese, no bacon, avoid this place at all costs

The service was awful! Not very informative when I asked for the price of the item, the order taking was very slow likely that the item didn’t exist but say it did on the menu, waited over ten mins for something very simple and straightforward, when I arrived I was shocked how little they gave me and not what I was expecting! Either they thought wrong of me or didn’t want me there in the first place. Wouldn’t want to go there again!

Amazing kebabs and pizzas, firmly recommend!!

2 minutes drive away literally. Got it home and found the meat in the kebab stone cold heated it up in microwave to find it tasteless. Never again.

25-45 minutes delivery? 2 hours later, no food, told 30 mins after the first call to be told 15 minutes for a second time? Get new delivery drivers

6years of having a 5* review, 2 consecutive bad orders from here, tonight all leuk warm food, things missing, 1hour30mins and kebab and chips so burnt making it totally not enjoyable, wont be back again unfortunately.

Went there for a chicken burger takeaway and it was the best one I had in years! - bit salty, but amazing! Fries were also crispy and the portion was really good.

Totally disuscting what we recieved tonight.. Ordered a mushroom burger ( no mushrooms) arrived on burger . Chips was stone cold and hard totally inedible ( vile ) no salt or vinegar either .! Ordered chilli sauce with kebab ( no chilli sauce so was completely wasted and rubbery We called and called and called but could not get through. Website had a problem saying it was closed 😕 Please avoid this place and don't waste your hard earned money . 1* is only because I couldn't leave a fat 0

Terrible. Placed an order, waited over an hour with no info. When I called up was told the order went missing and would be a further 20-25 mins. At that point I just cancelled!

Always missing something ie pitta bread, or no salad at all. Order a mixed kebab and get a lamb doner instead.

Asked for plain chicken burger but you could see where they had onions in it and scrapes them out and chips were awful reheated

Out of 3 orders, I have had only one that wasn't warm enough. The first 2 were much quicker than the previous one (last night, Tuesday) ... I would give a 5* otherwise. I have had 3 times, Chicken doner, Chicken Nugents, Lamb doner, Chicken wrap, onion rings, side salad, garlic mushrooms. It was tasty! I will try out more and definitely going to use Superb Pizza in the future! Mind you, I did order through the website! Very convenient, easy to use. Also, you gain loyalty points then you are free to use at any time! They are sending you a text message and call you when your food at your doorstep. And you have the invoice by email. On the website you can have a look your previous orders so, if you lazy just click to order the same again. Love it! Keep up the good work guys! (It's impossible to please everyone!) ;)

The food is well flavoured but the smallest medium I’ve ever had. My chillies were mushy and I was all round underwhelmed.

Ordered my food last night. my food took nearly 2 hours. i constantly called the restaurant and they told me it was on its way for an hour, they are about 10 minutes from me. i ordered it around 10.40pm and it arrived at 12.20am. doner arrived stone cold and the shish was so bloody i couldnt eat it so none of it was edible and most likely got food poisonig. this is not acceptable and i want a refund

AVOID !!!!!!! simply the worst takeaway. COLD...... lamb donner burnt and cremated. grated cheese melted and not. No onion, chili sauce, mint sauce separate. chips cooked to begorrah. no potato left in them. Bread had mould on the underside. Rang takeaway to complain and they hung up on me. Told me " I'm just closing - what do you expect??" refund requested and formal complaint made via justeat

This would be a 5 star if the lamb in my lamb shish kebab wasn’t frozen first. Appreciate it might be the time of the year (2nd Jan) but the lamb was almost mushy. Correct me if I’m wrong. Wouldn’t order again because of this.

Ordered through ubereats And cannot fault this place at all! The I ordered the chicken shish and doner mixed kebab the meat so tender and tasty. Generous portions! So much flavour the salad was very fresh They don’t skimp on the chilli peppers and sauce! And food was hot. Ordered the burger too and omg it was better than a bk whopper!! It was unreal! The pizza is delicious too the base isn’t a thick nasty kebab shop one chips were spot on too. We love this place! Keep up the good work!

The first time we had a take away from here it was amazing! That’s why we went back, but the last 2 times we’ve used them delivery took 1.5 hr on a Wednesday and less than half a mile up the road. The food was only ok. I’m now hesitant to order anything else from here

Food was cold from delivery as i only live around the corner and i was charged for extra chips on reciept that was scribbled out but total amount wasnt amended so i rang them i could have credit for chips on next order i said no id like cash back he said hell send it still waiting and when i placed the order over phone he was very slow on taking the order i would not use here again

For the last 6 weeks they have charged 60p extra per meal for delivery i only found out as live near by and went in on my way home for food. They lied on 3 occasions saying someone was coming in the next day to change prices in the shop I understand you pay more for delivery which is the 50p charge on their website but tonight I rung wanting delivery for the price in their shop as still 6 weeks later not changed and I have a phone recording of the guy saying he still has to change the boards but will give me £20 back tomorrow so knows they are in the wrong will go to trading standards as I am tired Of them ripping people off

Delicious food, have came here and ordered multiple times but sometimes the staff do get a bit rude.

Ordered from here expecting quick delivery via Uber eats… never used this take away before so it’s always nervous when trying somewhere new to eat from. After about 5 phone calls 4 of which were ignored and went unanswered someone picked the phone up, at first didn’t have our name down for an order and then found us. Said give me 12 mins… that was at 20.16 and food arrived at 9pm having already waited over an hour and a half for food to arrive. Food is not hot hot but hot enough to eat. Hadn’t researched enough before ordering and noticed this place only has a 2 star rating. Having been through food poisoning elsewhere years ago I’m terrified I’m going to get sick! Staff were polite. Delivery driver was very apologetic for being so late. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Food was good generally but a green mouldy pitta wasn't what we ordered or wanted. Manager dealt with with it ok ... but could have been better

Incredibly rude. They said "it would be an hour". I replied "will it be longer than that?". He replied "do you want to order or not". I said "yes". When going through their website list of salads etc he said "on the second one". I said hadn't finished the first one yet and that would be confusing". He said I asked for everything on the first one which I said I didn't. "Yes you did!" (The old saying of "the customer is always right" means nothing to them. There's plenty of other places. Try them instead

I work as a waiter for a multi national chain. On Sunday 2nd Dec after a very long shift at work outside my resturant in covid serving in the rain till 11pm... I got home tired and hungry. I ordered here first time and the delivery driver asked me to pick it up. My gf I thought had gone outside to pick up the order. After 20 minutes I rang her to ask where she was and she was almost a mile down the road. The driver could not find my address apparently. I live in Boscombe and at almost 1am I personally found it unacceptable that delivery driver has not turned up at your address and you have to walk around to find him. However I rang up speedy pizza. And I was put through to the manager called Dennis. Working in the industry myself I try to be polite when these problems go wrong. He completely understood and completely more than rectfied the problem. He offered me free food for the next time available and to ask for him personally. My next day off work was on Wednesday 12may. I called up expecting it to be a hassle. I spoke with Dennis and half hour later the same food I had ordered on Sunday turned up free of charge at my door within half an hour. I would like to write this because sometimes in the industry we get it wrong. I think it’s important to let people know that we can always get it wrong but let the brand know when we get it wrong. Dennis has more than rectified The mistake and for that I credit his company but personally him. Many thanks to you Dennis! I hope to see you at my establishment some time soon! X

Got the doner meat with chips, and kids chicken nuggets, through Uber Eats. Massive portions especially the kebab, fresh and good quality would definitely order again. Delivery was quick and friendly driver. Would recommend.

I am a regular customer of Superb Pizza, but their customer service is horrendous. I complained one time after receiving a mashed up and ruined pizza - and was told to my face that I ruined the pizza, even though I complained upon delivery. They didn't refund me or offer a replacement. I will never order again from this place.

Every time we order from this place it takes nearly 2 hours! Each time I think oh it won’t be that bad again! I’m wrong! They always forget sauces and the special notes. When calling about their mistakes we are met with.. oh well!

Ordered through uber eats, The meals were very small for the price and it was cold when it arrived, possibly due to it taking nearly and hour and half to be delivered first time ive ordered from here. Delivery driver was very polite the only good thing i can say.

We have been ordering here for 4 years and spent £1000s as the chicken burgers are the best. They never check their special instructions and often mess up the side orders however we decided to let this go. However this all changed today when they sent tortilla wraps instead of naan bread and when calling to query, was met by a defensive, rude cretin who told us “it says naan on the packet” and told us that we can go up there and look in the freezer if we didn’t believe him! We will not be lining Superb Pizzas pockets again and warn anyone whoever calls due to an incorrect order as you’ll be met with the same horrendous reception as us. Really really bad!

The kebabs are nuts too great but the chicken burgers and the normal burgers and ice I would like to see them to Hagen dies but most importantly get rid of those stylophone things use recyclable products vessels

fuming. Been given my order consisting of chicken pizza and a hanky panky cake. The Hanky panky cake out of my knowledge was switched out for a cheesecake, something i do not eat. Inform me before taking decisions like these into your own hands!!

If there were minus ratings I’d be using those. Visited tonight and thought for a second I was taking part in an I’m a celebrity bush tucker trial. Found an insect 🦟 in with the kebab meat. Returned the kebab to the shop and received a very half hearted apology. He then offered to make me another kebab which obviously I declined and was very reluctant to give me the £5.40 refund. Will definitely not be returning and will be getting a health inspector involved as this is frightening, considering we are under a pandemic and cleaning regimes should be stricter than normal. Dread to think what else is lurking in that kitchen.

5 star all the way, we have been using superb pizza for years, moved away from poole for nearly a year to come back to the same standard of service! The food is excellent, Customer service is excellent, quick and easy to order, they save you're address and contact number so there is no messing about, cant compliment the staff enough, we have never been disappointed!! 😍🙂 definitely recommend to all 🙂

First time ordering, my hubby and I are pescatarian and so the Ocean Supreme Pizza was perfect. I rang ahead and the order was all ready for me when I arrived. The staff were very freindly and helpfull and the pizza was delicious. Will definitely be using them again.

I have used this place for over 10 years and the last few occasions it has been well below par. The man taking my orders has been very rude, rushing me and getting agitated for no reason. The food as poor as the service.. soggy chips, way too much salt in chicken burger and really greasy onion rings. Won't be using again and nor will I send family and friends anymore after giving so much business for years.

First time ordering from this place and most definitely will be the last. Firstly me and my partner ordered the deal of two 10” pizzas, cheesy garlic bread, coleslaw, 1.5L bottle of drink and cheesecake for £20. We ordered a farmhouse with sweetcorn. And a bbq pizza with bacon, chicken, sausage ( not sure what it’s called ) and he added doner meat. The food arrived. My farmhouse didn’t have sweetcorn which we asked for we were confused and then we opened my boyfriends pizza box to see he had sweetcorn on his. He can’t eat sweetcorn so therefore he couldn’t eat his pizza. We rang up to be told it’s what I ordered when it wasn’t. He wouldn’t listen so I ended up hanging up. So that was ruined firstly, secondly the 1.5L bottle of drink was actually a small can of drink. Lastly the cheesecake was completely frozen .. so we can’t actually eat it until it’s defrosted .. it’s actually laughable how horrendous this was! Will never order again.

Disappointed. Obviously using very cheap ingredients for their toppings, ham was similar to Tesco value ham and sausage was a hot dog sliced up. Also chips had previously been fried and were then put back in the frier to reheat. Would not go there again.

It's really bad customer service.the guy was on the phone was so rude.if you run a bussiness you should keep some standard.you should concentrate on order and the most important thing is customer services.we customer pay for our food so we expect good customer service. They should know customer service is very important to run a business and they should keep some skilled worker.

Eaten here before at the take away and for fast food no complaints on the quality But try to get a delivery !,I tried to get a take away to Sandbanks for 15 people last week on Friday , we had had a bit of snow but roads we’re ok by the time I ordered , was told that I couldn’t have a delivery so went to Godfather Tonight ,Monday tried to order online on my phone from bh14 on way home went through the whole process ordered a 50 pound order only to get through to payment and told they don’t deliver to bh13Godfather has come through again , great online site Some businesses obviously don’t want to put themselves out for the money !,

Unfortunately this time. I m very disappointed of service. Delivery was late 1h (I living in 2 miles radious) Ours wraps were cold and horrible dry (no enough sous). Expecting better service. Delivery men has excellent manners.

La ensalada era perfecto, la carne no estaba grasienta, el pan de pita en la parte superior izquierda había sido atrapado bajo así que no todo lo demás.Terminé la comida y estaba verdaderamente impresionada con lo bonito, sabroso, y grasiento, que era. La mujer está lejos en sábado, así que se puede pedir de nuevo el 100% de estos chicos. Fácilmente el mejor kebab cualquiera puede comprar en la zona de Dorset. Amazing pizzas and kebabs and reasonable prices

We have been using this place for several years, it's changed hands a few times but still the best kebabs in Poole by far, pizzas are pretty dam good too.

The food is great and the staff are always willing to go the extra mile for you, what ever you want they will do :) it's great value too! Without a doubt my favourite place for pizza!
