Don't order from here, I ordered it mixed kebab with chips, I was told £2.20 to have salad and sauce separate! There was hardly any salad there and the lettuce was clearly cut up with a spoon! Not at all shredded, the lamb kofte was just a burger patty rolled into balls and not cooked properly and cold, the lamb shish tasted awful and was like rubber, and the chips were put in the same box and as a result greasy as he'll and soggy, the only nice thing was the lamb dinner! But overall really bad food, also really rude staff when you call!!! I won't be back

Ordered online. Delivery driver got to my door. ( ordered a 4 pack of corona) Delivery driver and shop charged me more money at the door saying the beers are expensive. They said they would take the food back of I didn't pay more. Think this is disgusting behaviour for a business. Been practically robbed. Will be spreading the word of how atrocious this service was

Food took ages to arrive with no update, possibly the worst tasting burger I’ve had in Poole.

Came across this place on the way back from picking up my partner some meds as she has Covid right now. Very nice food, had a chicken kebab and it was lovely. Nice staff and a pleasant place overall. Would recommend.

Food was cold , very salty, chips tasted if leather, over priced, there was more salad than chicken, we will not be using this takeaway again

Well, not quite sure what to say apart from what a beautiful kebab I just had. Walked in and greeted by a gentleman who knows exactly what people want. I asked for a donner mix and he wouldn't take any further order until he'd specifically got what salad and dressing I wanted with my kebab. He even surprised me with his own house dressing which has a lovely kick to it!!!! Great taste to the food, absolutely no grease in the kebab! Best one I've had for a few years.

Obviously this is an end of the night stop off and quality of food isn’t too important but I did find staff really rude (the man in glasses in particular) and we had to wait 16 minutes for a kebab (shop was empty otherwise).

Went in store with my boyfriend to get some munch to bring home and the main boss man gave us the best combination of sauces. I don’t really eat kebab but this just makes me want it all the time! Thank you 😁

5pm delivery, so not like we are ordering at the end of a long night, and we found it to be unusually poor quality tonight. The Kebab didn't come with any pitta, the salad (lettuce and tomato) was soft and old looking, the lettuce was limp and almost brown, no coleslaw. not up to the usual fresh quality we came to love from this place, unlikely to order again, which is a shame! chips were good though!

Scammers. I do not recommend it to anyone. I waited 2 hours for the driver, the food arrived cold. I didn't take it from him, I told him I wanted a refund. He took the food, and half an hour later I received a message from the restaurant that it had been delivered. In other words, no food, no refund. Outrageous. I reported the incident to my bank. I hope I get my money back.

I waited an hour and a half for delivery which is fine. I appreciate it’s a busy Saturday night. But I called 30 mins in and was told it was on way and then again an hour in and was told it was still in way. It’s a 5 min drive? I called again 1hr 30 later to say I’d just come and get it but couldn’t get through? Food arrived cold and soggy. I have used these guys before and loved them but sadly tonight it’s just put me off. Seriously thought I wasn’t getting my food

Food was ‘mid’ but would’ve been better if it was hot. Considering I waited nearly 2 hours for my food. After phoning the restaurant 3 times. Them cancelling my order so I couldn’t give the delivery driver my code. Absolutely awful. Wouldn’t recommend.

Just missing salad on the lamb kebab

Shish kebab was the chewiest I’ve ever had. Gave up after the first couple of chunks. Kofte kebab was also somehow very chewy. Clearly poor quality lamb used. Doner was OK, but no pitta bread, and Chicken was pretty tasteless. Chips were decent.

Too forever to come then was not warm when arrived

The only issue I have is that I ordered an added topping on my pizza of prawns which cost £2.10 I think and there was not a prawn in site, hidden or situated any place on my pizza

I highly recommend this takeaway restaurant to everyone. The food is fresh and tasty. They look very well after their customers and have a friendly, kind, and polite approach.

DANGER !!!!!!! I ordered food online, paid, it was supposed to arrive in 40 minutes max. After an hour I called to ask what was going on, they said the driver would be on his way soon, after another 30 minutes I called again and the same thing after 2 hours, 3rd call and the guy said he was so busy that he wouldn't talk to me and hung up the phone. They are crooks and thieves, I advise against any purchases from this place, lack of respect and complete ignorance for someone's time and money, of course they didn't want to return the money, I had to report the fraud to the bank and only because of that the bank recognized the transaction as fraud and returned the money.

Food was cold, the sauce was garlic yoghurt and not garlic mayonnaise. There was no pitta with the kebab (doesn't state on the menu if you get it with rice or chips there is no pitta.) Disappointed.

I appreciate the extra drink as it was forgot off my meal last time however I asked for garlic sauce and none was put in the wrap which was disappointing as left it a little dry. Will still order again.

"I ordered Lamb Sish Kofta with all salad plus a separate salad. I only received the separate salad and the Lamb Sish Kofta without any salad." For the price of 17.95, it was ridiculous and frustrating when I realised the order was incomplete. I will not recommend to anyone.

BBQ chicken pizza lovely chicken shish wrap very tasty but the small chicken shish kebab had 4 small cubes of chicken, for the price expected a bit more but also no chilli sauce was added when we asked for it chips nice overall it’s always very tasty food just a few errors

Appalling ordered £30 worth of food for it not to show up at all, no way of getting hold of restaurant either!

Every time we have had a takeaway from them it literally has been superb!

We ordered the day before for the first time and had 2 kebab wraps which were the nicest we ever had so decided to order a chicken wrap and chips but was late by 30mins and cold.. very dissatisfying. I will definitely order the kebab wrap again as it was perfect I find kebabs greasy normally so never have them but these wrap were actually banging. I don’t know if this time it was because of Friday rush hour traffic but wasn’t impressed. I got a partial refund so made it a little better.

Horrendous, the worst ever, our order was, small kebab with onion, coleslaw and chilli sauce, a 1/4 pound bacon and cheese burger and 2 chips, we got 2 chips, kebab with a teaspoon of coleslaw, no onion, no chilli sauce, burnt burger, no cheese, no bacon, avoid this place at all costs

Where is my order its saying its arrived?

App doesn't give the option for more than one sauce on a Doner Kebab. Added a request for Garlic sauce in the notes as well as the chilli I'd selected and it wasn't added. Also not a lot of Chilli sauce and a very small portion of coleslaw. Good amount of meat though, and well cooked. I think I'll just go in and order next time

The service was awful! Not very informative when I asked for the price of the item, the order taking was very slow likely that the item didn’t exist but say it did on the menu, waited over ten mins for something very simple and straightforward, when I arrived I was shocked how little they gave me and not what I was expecting! Either they thought wrong of me or didn’t want me there in the first place. Wouldn’t want to go there again!

2 minutes drive away literally. Got it home and found the meat in the kebab stone cold heated it up in microwave to find it tasteless. Never again.

25-45 minutes delivery? 2 hours later, no food, told 30 mins after the first call to be told 15 minutes for a second time? Get new delivery drivers

If your food arrived that might be a start !! I had to say 60 minutes as it doesn't go past that but it's two hours later and nothing !

6years of having a 5* review, 2 consecutive bad orders from here, tonight all leuk warm food, things missing, 1hour30mins and kebab and chips so burnt making it totally not enjoyable, wont be back again unfortunately.

Went there for a chicken burger takeaway and it was the best one I had in years! - bit salty, but amazing! Fries were also crispy and the portion was really good.

Totally disuscting what we recieved tonight.. Ordered a mushroom burger ( no mushrooms) arrived on burger . Chips was stone cold and hard totally inedible ( vile ) no salt or vinegar either .! Ordered chilli sauce with kebab ( no chilli sauce so was completely wasted and rubbery We called and called and called but could not get through. Website had a problem saying it was closed 😕 Please avoid this place and don't waste your hard earned money . 1* is only because I couldn't leave a fat 0

Always missing something ie pitta bread, or no salad at all. Order a mixed kebab and get a lamb doner instead.

Out of 3 orders, I have had only one that wasn't warm enough. The first 2 were much quicker than the previous one (last night, Tuesday) ... I would give a 5* otherwise. I have had 3 times, Chicken doner, Chicken Nugents, Lamb doner, Chicken wrap, onion rings, side salad, garlic mushrooms. It was tasty! I will try out more and definitely going to use Superb Pizza in the future! Mind you, I did order through the website! Very convenient, easy to use. Also, you gain loyalty points then you are free to use at any time! They are sending you a text message and call you when your food at your doorstep. And you have the invoice by email. On the website you can have a look your previous orders so, if you lazy just click to order the same again. Love it! Keep up the good work guys! (It's impossible to please everyone!) ;)

The food is well flavoured but the smallest medium I’ve ever had. My chillies were mushy and I was all round underwhelmed.

The name 'superb' should not be used when describing your kebab it was anything but!! Tasted like it had been left on the side for a week and then heated up. It was stale and the salad was not fresh. Really bad experience

Ordered my food last night. my food took nearly 2 hours. i constantly called the restaurant and they told me it was on its way for an hour, they are about 10 minutes from me. i ordered it around 10.40pm and it arrived at 12.20am. doner arrived stone cold and the shish was so bloody i couldnt eat it so none of it was edible and most likely got food poisonig. this is not acceptable and i want a refund

Both wrap.and rings were cold on delivery. Had to disassemble the wrap and reheat. Onion rings were unsalvageable

The food, especially the Lamb Shish, is always very good. And the ability to select individual salad items with the kebab when ordering and to have it provided separately is really convenient.

Superb Pizza delivers an outstanding experience. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommended!
