Delicious Pizza in Poole

I tried first time n the pizza is delicious n more than dominoes I em lovin it… Higine level 👌

The guys in here are really helpful. Especially if you're local and get to know them. They take care of loyal customers and are always accommodating to weird requests. Even coming in 10 mins before they close, they've been good enough to serve me and delay going home. Pizzas so legendary I've had to take them to Cardiff because you can't get as good anywhere else.

Very rude staff, wrong food delivered and this is the 2nd time ordering from them and both times they sent out wrong order, person on phone couldn’t understand what was said as was foreign, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from there and they wanted us to pay extra money to deliver chips to us

The food is delicious, but they barely speak English and you can't pay by card. What's most annoying: I've been there several times and went shopping 30 minutes after opening and was told that I had to wait another 25-30 minutes because the meat wasn't cooked enough. Human!!! If it opened at 15.00, then at 15.05 let me ask for food b+! Come in to prepare things for two, that's all! 🤬

The cheesy chips were cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. The pizza tasted horrible and also they put a pot of garlic and herb sauce in with the pizza which exploded in the box. My brother hates garlic and the pot went on his pizza. They should state that they add sauce with the pizza. Spent £30 on food and we chucked it all away.

I ordered food online. The food was tasty, but the order came completely different from what I ordered. I ordered chicken and it was donner. Only because of this 2 stars

I've been a regular for quite a while and recently ordered two pizzas which were incredible vale as they were buy one get one free. We ordered our pizzas which they cooked fresh while we waited. They arrived in good time,hot and very tasty. Will be going back again soon. Staff were friendly as always.

Gorgeous food here, And amazing service from the guys!. Nothing is ever too much for them. They are all so nice and helpful. I’ve been coming back for years and now the boss mans son runs the place and he is a lovely young Man. I’m vegetarian and always order cheesy chips with double cheese and they are the best around!. Their veggie burgers are amazing too especially with all their fresh salad and garlic Mayo. They offer buy one get one free on all pizzas Mon-Thursday and they are fresh as can be!. The kids meals are huge especially the kebab meat and chips with Salad and sauce. We never go anywhere else as the quality and value you get is spot on!. Thanks Guys x

Ordered on a Thursday night at 10 for delivery, took an hour and a half to get to me. Turned up cold and missing items. Rubbish customer service over the phone as well. Rude staff. Nothing positive to say other than, do yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE else

Mind your order! I placed an order earlier today, and they didn't respect it. Very disappointed in how they behaved when I called back to let them know what they did. They messed up my order and didn't care, yet still took my money for unpleasant service.

Fast delivery and delicious burgers and pizza

Disgusting service. I ordered 2 pizzas and a drink. First it took 1 ½ hrs to arrive and when it did they forgot to send the drink. Then when I get upstairs and start eating it was luke warm. I measured it at 40.9 ⁰c. Phoned and told them and was told they won't replace as I had started eating. Never again.

Amazing quality! Very generously sized portions, they don’t skimp on the meat! lots of really good quality, big chunks of chicken meat seasoned perfectly which I don’t always find in some kebab houses so that was a nice surprise! The delivery was super quick and it was still really warm on delivery and tasted really fresh. Again, they were very generous with the salad too. I will definitely be coming back, was so impressed with the quality and freshness.

I actually ordered food from here after a long and late shift at work and couldn’t be more impressed with it. I ordered a chicken Shish wrap with salad and cheesy chips. I was so happy when it came As they are extremely generous with their potions with lots of big chunks of quality meat (presumably chicken breast) meat, they even added a variety of meat free of charge. Having ordered a small, it was definitely enough for 2 which was a nice surprise and the cheesy chips were delicious. They didn’t skimp on the salad either and it was all so fresh and good quality which you don’t always get from some kebab houses. I will definitely be going back, it made my night!

I used to live in poole and would use you regularly even after a few beers now grown up but now live in Boscombe but we still come to you for our pizza's. no one even gets close to the food. always piping hot. even my boyfriend says can we go to Poole for pizza

Delivery service is a joke. Three minutes drive from my flat and yet the delivery never turned up due to “traffic” (this was at 1am in the morning)! Complained to Just Eat. App is filled with customers bemoaning the dreadful delivery service. Stay clear of this place as they refuse to offer a refund (delivery never arrived). Shocking way to treat customers.

First delivery, 10 mins early. Chicken doner wrap excellent. Roast chicken and chips great portion and the mushrooms with lettuce and sauce superb. Nothing greasy. Will be ordering again soon. Top job👍👍👍

Bunch of wasters. Ordered food, told 45 mins. Waited over an hour, phoned for n update, asked us the address, left us on hold and ended the call and wouldnt answer again. Still hungry and now short of 40 quid. Incredibly unprofessional and very very unsatisfied customer to say the least

Ordered delivery twice from here and both times food arrived with items missing. Staff saying they’ll deliver the missing items as soon as, but they never do. Won’t be ordering again.

The chef in there is very good he's professional he's a bald Guy the food is very good juicy the pizzas are very nice they don't cut down on the toppings just because there's a recession it's by one get one three I believe every Thursday and Sunday on delivery burgers pizza chips onion rings chicken nuggets it's all amazing

This is probably one of the best pizza places I've ever ordered from! The food was delivered to my house very quickly and the pizza and the chips were really nice. If I fancy another pizza at some point, I'm definitely ordering again from this place!

I ordered a kebab a kebab wrap the service was poor I drove home to wareham to find I only had my kebab no kebab wrap I phoned the shop I was told they would deliver it one and a half hours later no delivery I have used this takeaway for years but service and food quality is disgusting will not use again

Okay, I did order quite late but still… I ordered a doner kebab and they said they had none left but mixed doner.. I ordered chips and then I had them delivered with a note saying we had no chips left just cheese and chips. Clearly those cheese and chips have been left for a while.. chicken was burnt and felt like all I had was the left overs. Drivers were rude also. Do not recommend. Wish I took pictures actually.

Ordered from here at 11pm at 12am I called to ask if my order was on the way they told me 25 minutes and it will be with me .. I called at half 12 still wasn’t here told me 5 more minutes the food arrived at 1am and was cold. Definitely will never order from here again very disappointed at the customer service ..

Don't bother! Charged an extra £1 for asking for items separate, didn't say that when ordering only when querying the change given, kebab meat not brown and anemic, kebab meat tasteless, ordered a large chips, 1/3 of a bag, cold chips, got given a salad, didn't ask what we wanted, the chillies were really salty. Will not be going back.

Customer service was great, especially the small guy. Food was also delicious! Like the name!!

I ordered and between being cooked and delivered I had both pizzas have had a slice missing. Called and the man on phone was very rude. All I’m asking is for a refund on pizza and fresh ones. It’s not acceptable at all for this poor customer service. Poor service Poor customer care Rude Will NEVER order from here again! Dominoes or Capital would’ve done a far better job.

Low hygiene rating. Cash only - why? Work that out for yourself. I prefer businesses that do things properly. Send you to a cash point a few doors down that charge £1.50 to withdraw. Very rude and arrogant staff. Terrible food and expensive. They won't be there much longer especially if they get an inspection.

Great place. Lovely service from the person who took the order to the delivery person. And of course the pizzas themselves imo are better than you would get in the large chains. And amazing value as well.

I had a text with free pizza and when i went there to collect it turned up I had to pay ,I paid 18 pounds when supposed to be free and i can say the peperoni pizza was ok but the one with chicken was horrible. Honestly I don't recommend it !!

If I could give this -5, I honestly would, I have never been to a kebab with sucH lack of care in producing food. All of our food was stone cold and they decided to server some really nice half cooked chicken. I would definitely go to one just down the road. If only it would let me post the photos of the half raw chicken they served us

We came to shop for takeaway this evening. Was appalled at the service and food. We ordered a hawaiaan burger with onion rings and a donner kebab with salad and sauce separate. When we arrived home the kebab meat was missing. My partner rang to explain and asked them to deliver it to our address as it was there mistake. The bloke on the phone was so rude and even had the audacity to ask us to check under the salad....it was separate!!! Then when it did arrive it was cold and didn't even have the pitta bread, that was over an hour waiting after repeatedly ringing them and getting told it be half an hour, then 40 mins then hung up. The burger was soggy and the guy making it was far too busy talking in his language he wasn't even gunna put salad in it. The onion rings was also burnt and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in god knows when. I would advice you never go to this place unless you want abuse, neglect and awful food!!!!
