Pizza Go Go in Tonbridge and Malling

We ordered online and the pizza turned up without two of the toppings. Very annoying as you pay per topping. They told me to call up and get money off next time but this happened before and when I did call the next time they conveniently didn’t know anything about it. Frustrating as the food is good.

An hour and a half to get a pizza. Phoned the store, they laughed. wWhen it came the delivery driver tried to give it to next door. The pizza was missing the burger topping and came with no dip. Do yourself a favour and try elsewhere.

Driver Point Blankly Took My Money And Never Gave Me The Change Until I Personally Had To Ring Up The Store.

Great pizzas and they deliver to paddock wood great prices will use again they do special offers which is always useful

Use this place probably once or twice a month for take away and their food is very nice, a really fast delivery and good value for money, people are nice and friendly to, so all in all a good place to order food from.

A collection deal on the night of my visit, any size pizza £6.99... of course we went Super size ! The biggest pizza going ! Chinese chicken... delicious!! Staff were helpful, didn’t wait any more than 15 minutes.. really happy !

We occasionally get pizza for lunch at work, pizza go go offers a great price on collection, the pizza is nice & they usually get ypur order completely correct

We have ordered a few times from here and never had any problems nor have we ever made any complaints.. BUT today we were half way through our order and was at first enjoying it, but then my partner picked up a slice of pizza and there was a dark/black longish hair stuck to the base of the pizza. I rang the store and got a very rude member off staff on the phone with no apology, nothing but well im bald and can send you a picture if you like.. and that it must be my hair!!!! For a start my partner has short thin blonde hair and i have very fine reddish/auburn hair. Also we hadn't taken anything out of the boxes, we were eating from the box so nothing had been moved apart from when we picked the food up to eat it. They sent someone to pick the food up and the driver seemed very polite. The man that i had spoken to on the phone said he would get his manager to phone just after six but we heard nothing so in the end i phoned back at around 5 to 7 to be spoken to very rudely AGAIN and sill NO apology!!!! But offered 20% off our next order.. ok yeh my order only came to £14.99 but £3 off my next order is a DISGRACE!!! I will be contacting the council and the environmental health tomorrow.

we only do collection. never had a problem. unlike some well known brands you don't have to order extra cheese just to make sure you don't see the dough.

Over an hour wait initially for our takeaway, we called to chase the lady on the end of the phone was rude, patronising and blamed us for the delivery being taken to the wrong address. Finally approximately nearly two hours later our pizza was delivered it was tasteless and cold - please don't waste your money

Tried them 3 times for pizza delivery - nothing wrong with the food but don't trust their offers. They usually offer a bonus of some kind if you spend over a certain amount. Not once has our "bonus" arrived. The poor guy making the delivery has to front it out as it being an unfortunate error. First time it was fair enough, 2nd was something of a coincidence - the 3rd was clearly their policy. How does a business expect to get long-term repeat customers when they happily rip them off.

Pizza go go is a very average pizza parlour, it deals only in cash (most probably tax fiddle!) they offer quite good deals but if you really enjoy pizza, I would suggest looking elsewhere

Been to Pizza go go a few times as they do a collection deal for £6.99'on any pizza any size which makes it a fair bit cheaper than Domino's. They have a good choice of pizzas and, in my opinion, they taste better than what I have had from Domino's in the past. A super size deep pan Alligator that has loads of meat and tastes great for £6.99 seems a good deal to me !

Quick and friendly service the last few times i've visited. I've not tried home delivery yet but it's fairly cheap for a good tasting pizza.

Substandard food, missing toppings, phoned up and got rude staff. I ordered the alligator, see what you think. So disgusted with food and service I will be on to head office. This in the picture went in the bin

I used to be a huge pizza gogo fan but this place is a shame to the company. We have ordered a few times and hoping it would improve but no luck. Last time we ordered I got very ill due to the pepperoni and beef pizza. Will never order again.

Ordered my usual American Hot and for 1st time in 4 yrs was very disappointed! Barely any pepperoni or cheese, more veg and tomatoes! Not the usual flavor it's missing Pizza GoGo taste:( wont be buying from you again.. Sorry

I've just received my order from the Tonbridge branch (which came to £14.95) however when the delivery idiot delivered it he tried charging me £20!!! When I challenged him about it he said " I have no change" to which I replied you better go get some then! Don't trust the delivery person when it comes to paying always check the amount before handing over your cash!

Despite being a (sober) designated driver I ended up really ill after a lackluster pepperoni pizza purchased from Pizza GoGo (as did the other person who shared the pizza). Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

I have unfortunately ordered from pizza go go a few times in different towns including this one.The food is very cheap if you use their offers but the price reflects the quality.Numerous occasions My order has been wrong, usually due to missing orders sometimes just completely the wrong stuff altogether.Definitely much better similar places to order from.

The food was great tasting and looking . The delivery was fast but unfortunately I ordered a big bottle of coke which I payed for by card and I only got a can of coke with would of cost me 70p for a can but I payed for a 1.5L coke for 1.95 which I can't get my money back from . Otherwise great but disappointing . Wouldn't of happened if they took notice of what I ordered .

... and we've tried a few!! Good service and great food. Ideal for a takeaway night in with a film...
