Just Pizza in Tonbridge and Malling

UPDATE 2024: The personal meal deal (4 slice pizza, garlic bread and fries with a drink) is my favourite, so glad I came back to try this again. This has replaced Dominos in our household. The only issue is that on more than one occasion I have not received my drink when ordering through JustEat. 2017: Ordered online, received the wrong order. Emailed the company to tell them about my experience, they said they would ring me the next day to discuss it and I never heard back. Wrote a review on their website and it was removed.

We always order a lot of pizzas for staff hospitality and they are always delivered on time, hot, well presented and incredibly tasty. They don't last very long! We are impressed that the GF option is also very tasty. Service is great, amazing value for money.

Terrible! Ordered a delivery, arrived within 30 mins, so far so good, but…. The burger was served in some horrible crusty roll and not the brioche bun as advertised, the quality of the meat was awful!! Tough, tasteless rubbish. The rustler type burger! Avoid avoid avoid

Just moved into the area, we were feeling lazy so googled local pizza restaurant. Just Pizza is about 5 mins away from our house. We ordered 3 X 15" Pizzas. With delivery and extra toppings it came to 35 pounds. They arrived at 5.30pm on the dot, the pizzas were still lovely and hot, plenty of toppings, friendly delivery guy. Perfect. Will be ordering from them once a week now if they stay as good as this

This place no costumer service staff are so rude never go again

A wonderful service, from my first call to enquire about a large order for a party, great help in getting the most cost effective number of slices, all the way to the punctual delivery of ten delicious pizzas. So many of my friends asked me where they came from I hope you get some new customers! I’m definitely recommending to everyone 😋

An absolute dump of a place! Pizza was disgusting, clearly not fresh ingredients, and not once did anyone wash their hands! Honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever had! To make it worse, the staff were rude and abusive when i had the audacity to question why my pizza tasted so bad

Had takeaway pizza tonight. It was delivered quickly and kids enjoyed it but it was really overpriced. £32 for a normal and a small pizza and a bottle of coke. Don't think we'll try again!

As far as pizza takeaways goes, I found it quite mediocre. A little bit pricey and the garlic bread was overcooked (a bit burnt). The pizza was nice as was the chicken side we had.

Only ordered ice cream an 4 chocolate cookies an taken over an hour to deliver so cancelled it kids waited for there pudding had to let them down

Great pizza really fast delivery

Three standard pizzas and one gluten free all really good. Deliver driver was lovely and practiced good social distancing, however we ordered a side of chicken wings which smelled and tasted of lard. Only one was eaten from the box as we didn’t want to become ill. Bit of a letdown.

Every time I had a pizza from here I had diarrhoea the day after. I’m sorry but I will never order from here again.

Pizza absolutely delicious, as well as the side dishes, not like the pile of greasy sloppy junk dominoes deliver. Delivered on time by pleasant delivery guy too, unlike DOMINOES!

Walked upto york parade feeling hungry spotted they did burgers in justpizza so ordered a 6oz burger with cheese and red onion and mayo in a brioche bun had a meal deal so got chips too it was absolutely delicious easily the best tastiest burger I have had, will definitely be trying there pizzas this week for tea.

So, food is acceptable when everything goes to plan. However, when the website doesn't work properly (charged twice for no food), and you speak to the manager, he tells you to "F*** Off" and hangs up (he really did, I have the call recorded if you're interested). He also refuses to provide a trading name and address for the company. So, reasonable food if you're hungry but if you have a choise, please choose elsewhere.

Spent over £200 here over the past year, only for the website to seemingly change/shutdown within the past month or 2 and our account with all our points built up is now gone, shame as we used to enjoy the Pizza from here.

I ordered before 9pm and it got to 10:20 which is 20 mins after they close and my order still hadn't been delivered this is the only problem I've had with them but would've been nice to be notified that they wouldn't do it as they said it would be with me by 9:45

Have used this establishment for a while mainly for ease and buy one get one free offers . Just introduced 18” pizzas , ordered said pizzas went to collect , queried the price and pointed out that it’s bogof !! Foreign guy went ballistic, totally embarrassing for him and staff . Wouldn’t listen and then refused to serve me !! Great . Will not be using again and will tell everybody I know not to bother !!

Friendly fast delivery and the Pizza was Yummy.

Never had any problems but then I do always have the same thing.

Got our delivery tonight after over 1.5 hours wait. We knew it would be an hour as they told us this when ordering. I phoned a little after 1 hour and they said the driver had already left. 15 minutes later still nothing so I phoned again and they phoned the driver direct and he said he was on his way. Still another 10minutes later he arrived. It arrived almost cold and the delivery driver never even appologised! I have no issues with the pizzas or staff in house but the driver was so late and rude not to appologise!

Ordered 2 pizzas, buy one get one free. Food was ok, tasty, nothing spectacular. Ordered on the site, staff were pleasant. Just needed something after a long day and it fitted the bill. No doubt will visit again.

Sent half the wrong food, called them up and they wasn’t helpful at all and was rude and wouldn’t do anything about it, the burger was bland and tasteless

Got a meaty pizza from here and it was awful, it was all cheap cheese and was under cooked will not be going back.

This used to be our favourite pizza/burger takeaway and we used to order from here regularly but the last 6 or so orders have been either burnt or undercooked and have had things missing. Don’t know if there’s been a staffing change or something but it’s certainly gone downhill and we probably won’t order from here again.

I ordered a small pizza yesterday and it wasn't up to scratch. It was cold by the time I got home. I thought they could do with better packaging as the box wasn't keeping in the warmth. The pizza was pathetic I didn't enjoy it. Today I ordered a chicken burger meal. I made sure it was hot after I left the shop. I didn't enjoy that either and the salad in the burger looked old. Plus the packaging the burger and chips came in looked manky and old. I thought is this safe to eat. It's my local area and I'd rather go there to save money but it was disappointing. Plus the manager is a grumpy man. It's not welcoming at all. There is no proper greeting. It's all a mess in there. I won't be going back.

Worst food ever food wasnt cooked properly corn on the cob was gone off and had teeth marks already burger smelt like fishy fanny and all the chicken wings was absolutely nasty. Milk shake gave us all diahorrea and being heavily pregnant asked for money back almost spending £50 on it all and thats Including flat pepsi. Never ever again should of known better tonbrigde is full of retards.

Half the BBQ sauce was in the box rather than the pizza

Nothing wrong with their food - it's the staff that are the problem. They offer various deals, as do all pizza outlets. We wanted 2 of their deals - one included delivery - the other was collection only. As they were coming to deliver anyway I couldn't see why they wouldn't bring the "collection" deal with them. Common sense did not prevail - l was informed that they were happy to make the delivery deal but I would have to come to them for the other pizza. I said that that lacked any logic and if that was the case l'd rather forget the whole thing. "Whatever" was the erudite response.

If you want takeaway pizza in Tonbridge then try these guys. Way better than dominoes and great service too.

Pizzas are ok and not too expensive. We use it cos it's local. We would use others if it wasn't for the location.
