Domino's Pizza in Tonbridge and Malling

Always fast, piping hot and delicious pizza from Kings Hill Domino’s Pizza. I recently ordered and the pizza was missing a few toppings, not the end of the world as it tasted really nice anyway. But I rung just to mention and the Manager was extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to rectify. Excellent customer service - well done! (-:

The worst place to order food. When they get it wrong they don't try and help you out they don't even refund the money back to you they just rob people

Thats be fair takeaway pizza is never going to be first class dinning, but my experience this evening 30/6/24 was dire, after a long day tried to order a delivery, site said unable to deliver so collection it is, on arrival loads of delivery drivers!! Collected my order returned home ( should have looked in store) opened my order and seemed that half of the ingredient’s had failed to make it to the pizza. My conclusion they really don’t want your order and if you insist that will do, need to find another takeaway

Needed a quick dinner and as we were passing, popped in. Fabulous, polite service and really efficient. Would not normally review this sort of place - but worth a shout out that on a Tues evening service was top notch!

Ordered here for years but had two thin crust pizzas and probably worst over done pizza I’ve ever had hopefully just a blip but was really bad

Lovely pizza, good deals, clean and tidy store. It’s a favourite in our house. Would recommend.

Swaped over staff that don't seem to be able to apply deal's for your or your families needs within store

Got a takeaway from here for about 8 people and to be fair all of the pizzas were correct and tasted pretty good. However, as seems to be a repetitive complaint with this store, we were missing items on our order. I don't understand how difficult it is to look at an order and ensure everything is there prior to handing it over to the customer but it seems for this store it is too difficult. One of the pizzas was also a very odd consistency and basically fell apart when picked up. Not the best experience.

Echo all the other bad reviews missed stuff off our order despite checking it with them twice when ordering and no refund offered. Bad attitude no customer service won't use again

Rude and aggressive staff. Multiple errors on my food, when I phoned the store to complain I was dealt with by a rude, careless manager (Dan) who started swearing at me when I told him his attitude was awful. Visited the store hoping for an apology and the manager continued to give nothing but attitude, laughing and saying that he didn't care about swearing at me down the phone because 'I started it'. His attitude and language was absolutely disgusting, didn't get a single apology for the food being terrible OR for being sworn at down the phone. Not the first time I've been disappointed with the staffs attitude, but certainly the first time I've been sworn at by a manager. Avoid this place at all costs.

I get the impression they use the bare minimum of the ingredients advertised on the topping . Smallest chunks of one or two pieces! On each slice A 9 inch pizza cost nearly £20 with coleslaw and it was mainly dough!! I think there should be a minimum that’s allowed to be used for the prices paid! I only use the place if I’m starving and don’t want to go out! Like most things up here a rip off as they think everyone is made of # money!

Absolutely rubbish. Tried them a few times and for the third time they’ve missed items off the order. The last time this happened I phoned and spoke to the manager who said she would refund the order then said she mis spoke and couldn’t do that so would have to send the missed item out 30mins after everything out. Then when it did arrive it looked like it’d be dragged along the floor. Avoid at all costs.

This store is customer service at its worst. Charging for delivery now, but still incapable of delivering a correct order of overpriced pizza. Offered a free delivered pizza but on attempt to claim, this store couldn’t stand by the offer. Out of principle I shall no longer use them.

Its a Domino's, it sells pizza, its on Kings Hill, it's not bad? Oh and salt, get your annual salt intake with every large pizza 🤣

We have the occasional Dominos from Kings hill. I’m convinced each time they make pizza even more delicious!! Not great for the waistline but great staff and hot delicious pizza.

We ordered two pizzas and tailored them to our liking adding extras. Guess what they turned up with just the extras not the pizzas we ordered plus extras. This happens mistakes are made, however the manager didn't even want to speak to us after the lad on the phone said speak to them. They demanded we put the pizza outside to deliver another fair enough. I then realised that my wife's pizza was completely wrong too however shed eaten some. I called two point this out but guess what the manager was not able to speak to us even though the lad on the phone said to us speak to them. I was offered a refund but must put the pizzas back to them to be collected, I then received a phone-call to tell me they now won't collect the pizzas if they give me a refund. Basically this is a shoddy outfit and if this was a diet specific pizza due to allergy issues DONT TRUST THEM your risking a medical emergency. I will not be using ever again, and more importantly i don't ever do trip advisor so there's the point..

The advantage of Domino's is wherever you are you know what to expect. Good pizza and quick service.

As a family we order from here about once a month for the past 2yrs. Have always been satisfied, delivery time is usually within 45mins even on busy weekends, and the delivery staff have always been friendly.

Placed my order on the app and received an order number. The dominos delivery tracker didn't update so I called the store. No order came through to them and they wouldn't take order over the phone as they were too busy to speak to customers. Asked me to re-order on the app that had stopped working! Manager advised I wouldn't be charged as payment pending and would be cancelled their end, but I have been charged £30 and chasing a refund.

Tried the personal pizza with pepperoni, and yes it was a small satisfying Domino's pizza. Servers quick and hot.

What to say about a Domino’s? It’s like other Domino’s branches, the staff are friendly and the pizza is great.

Ordered online, order wouldn't complete, rang up 3 times and the waitress hung up half way through ordering each time, finally reordered online and the wrong order was delivered, they accepted no responsibility, poor customer service, always chose cash as you won't get your money back for incorrect orders!!

Just had £1 Lunch @ Dominos showing O2 code. Normally its £1.50. Good times :)

Great quality always arrives in good time, piping hot. We have never had any missing items or problems.
