3 doner kebabs for almost £30, and all orders were wrong in some way. No pittas either, food was unappealing, most of it went in the bin.

Horrendous service, extortionate price for two kebabs and when challenged over the price the staff laughed at us and it was very belittling. Awful staff, Awful Price and probably Awful food.

Ordered food at the counter and when the man called me to see if I wanted anything on my burger (salad sauce etc), I said no thanks then continued to wait while it the order was completed, I found the guys there a little grumpy but didn’t think anything else of it. I then collected my order but when I got home the burger was full of everything I’d said I didn’t want. As the shop is local to me I popped back down expecting there to be no issue and simply be replaced . The man behind the till started to make out I was lying and took the food back off me. He then proceeded to throw all of what I don’t want in the burger away then warmed the burger back up on the grill as if that was good enough. The attitude from the workers there was disgusting no empathy towards me (food allergies) no care for me or others buy putting the old burger back on the grill. Just rude and full of attitude.

Not surprised to see such appalling reviews on this place. Used to be a favourite but has gone downhill. Terrible customer service- gave us a wrong order and when I called just apologised. No offer of refund. I told them to collect the wrong meal but they would not do that. 5 tiny bits of chicken in a plain kebab £8.50. Very expensive for what it was. I never have a problem paying for a good quality meal but this was shocking!

BEWARE! The availability of online ordering and actual opening hours of this business DON'T match up, although they will take your money anyway and make you jump through hoops to get it back. Ordered a family meal via the website, opted for collection - we'd had incomplete orders, wrong orders, cold food previously so wasn't taking any chances - and were told to collect within the hour. When I turned up to collect the place was shut - just some guy doing some painting. I have been back three times to get my money back, every time I go back there this some other excuse or they tell me "wait another 2 or 3 days". On the last occasion i complained, I was given a lecture on online ordering systems, supply chains and debt recovery - all to try and prove a point that them holding MY money wasn't their fault. It's been over 2 weeks, and I still haven't had my money back, with no respect to customer service, sincere apology or any form of goodwill. I will not be returning and would urge others to avoid. You have been warned.

We ordered and collected chicken shish kebabs that we always have with mint and chilli sauce in separate pots. When we got home both kebabs were covered in hot chilli sauce which was almost inedible without large quantities of cold water. This was really disappointing and a waste of money. No clear explanation given and no apology when we called. We will not use these again.

This is the third (and last) time that we have been let down. Ordered hours ago, website says delivered? Contacted them not even started the order and not interested in being helpful or apologetic

Terrible service through Deliveroo. Accepted the order with an hour delivery time. And hour later they messaged saying they were trying to allocate a driver. 5 minutes later the order was cancelled. A family left hungry late at night as we decided it was worth the wait and no apology or explanation on why they accepted the food and took more than the allotted delivery time to cancel the order. Any company that treats chat like this should be avoided at all costs. You have been warned.

Really disappointed as we've never had a bad experience before but the service was terrible. We had received the wrong order so they sent the right one but the delivery drivers attitude was appalling. He wanted the wrong order back, which is highly worrying as what are they going to do with it. We didn't give it back as that's disgusting. Never going back.

There is a great menu to choose from which covers everyone’s taste. I ordered pizzas , nachos, fries, chicken wings and more. All the food was tasty and hot, great to have this takeaway vertually on our doorstep during these difficult times. Staff really helpful and pleasant.

It does what it says on the tin!!! good quality take-away food and good prices, always a good sign when you don't feel a little tender the next day

Booked online one evening to save venturing out as you do.. Normal order for 2 I’m not going to bore you all with what we had.. The average wait on their website estimated 40 mins ( ok fine with that saves going out ) 40 mins passes .. so we rung up to ask if the delivery has been sent - to be told this is the second time we have rung up! Very rude response - then food rocks up 30 mins later! If you can’t fufill your orders don’t offer the service.

We waited nearly 2hrs for our delivery! It was cold and did not taste fresh! Ok food if you are coming home from a night out but we wouldnt eat/order from here again!

Had a couple of different kebabs today , absolutely delicious, came with a lovely mixed salad , nothing not to like , really fresh

Love the freshly cooked chicken shish kebabs from here , pitta bread is fresh as is the lovely salad. Highly recommendable

Have used Saporito on a few occasions and always very pleased with the food. The delivery service is also very useful.

Opened the takeaway to find that it wasnt what we have had before. Rang the shop to say, And they were not interested at all. They couldn't care less,discracefl behaviour of the man on the phone who couldn't care less, was not prepared to rectify the poor service that we received, even though we are local and have ordered a good few times. Guess they got less custom from their lack of a professional service. Outside the shop also was dirty with food wrapping and pizza boxes that were empty. Not a good welcome anyway to a food establishment. Just don't bother a visit and waste your money

ive had a takeaway here a few times. always have chicken kebab which comes with salad. food always fresh and tasty. a more healthier alternative to a Chinese or indian curry

What an absolute health hazard. Ordered a family kebab last weekend and had string hair and grit throughout my wife's meal, when I complained they were very nonchalant about everything and eventually conceded I would have the same order replaced. Well we waited a week and oh dear the whole order was messed up the food was disgusting and the owner told me where to go when I called. Awful place.

Pizzas are ok but staff need some serious training. Don't try ringing an order through as you won't understand a word they are saying. On collecting a telephone order today ( which they eventually got right ) was told the card machine wasn't working. On asking why they hadn't told me that on the phone I was met with total abuse! Ok there is an ATM very close by, but that is not the point. Left the entire order in the shop and certainly won't bother using their services again.

Popped in here last month to pick up a couple of pizzas for the family as had heard good things about the place. Must say we weren’t disappointed.

This newly opened takeaway pizza place is just what Killay needs. We couldn't decide what we wanted, there's lots to choose from. Eventually settled on the Hot Pizza with stuffed crust. It was delicious. We got chatting to the team there who were so friendly. Highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back!
