This place is so good. Food is always so good and people in there are nice too. Love this place

I really love the food. But the delivery is so poor that I have had problems several times.

The best take away in town and the staff is so friendly and I really enjoyed it. If you wanna try a real food visit Pan and Grill 😋🤤.

not a very nice place i had a pizza on 25/6/2024 and it was burnt too overcooked and a load of standing kids inside couldn,t move and too top it all dirty bins outside the shop full of flies nah took too long and well overcooked

It's only a small take away but that takes nothing away from the food because it was lovely. Grandchildren had wings and chips we had kebabs the portions you have could actually serve 2 people with plenty of fresh salad and coleslaw will definitely be ordering from here again x

We ordered for delivery. Email confirmation said it would be 10 mins over our alloted time and it arrived at exactly that time. Friendly delivery chap. My hubbie really enjoyed his Lamb kebab wrap, my chicken shish kebab was ok bit dry but plenty of salad. Pitta bread was thick and heavy so did not eat it. Chips were cold soggy and tastless we threw most of them away. Would give it another try to taste other dishes. Great chilli sauce.

We’ve had deliveries and have also been walk-in customers when we’re in Mumbles. The food is delicious, especially the fries and the kebab wrap. The staff are always friendly. Thanks.

Winging it .......no good guys.....delivery charges are way over the top.....tiny bit of salad on kebab....forgot sauce twice.im done .....thats your last

Quite often the orders are incorrect and tonight was no different. We stopped ordering from here for a while as it was becoming a little embarrassing. I think we'll have to draw a line under this one, and order elsewhere in future. If you get the orders right, people wont call up and complain.

First order ever from pan and grill, absolutely outstanding lovely food, and plenty of it, no skimping, well happy, this is now my new food place

Absolutely lovely food, always has been the past three years I’ve lived here, I m guinely so surprised to read the negative reviews!!.. I’m a lover of kebabs and pizza, and great food!.. I’m 45 yrs old and this is one of my favourite places alongside Morriston kebab house! The food is delicious, i prefer theyre pizza to actual pizza places and they’re kebabs are so tasty and the staff are fab, unfortunately being in mumbles in the summer it gets really busy! But the food, the staff, the service doesn’t change, it’s just understandably longer to wait in the summers!:: I have noticed lately with another food place in mumbles, that I nearly complained about!.. that sadly we normally write a bad review when the food is bad as opposed to writing a great review when it’s deserved, this place for me has always been 100 💯 maybe we all need to start reviewing the good not just when we are disappointed ❤️

Made an order of a pizza, chicken wrap and some cookies online. The order came two hours later when I only live up the road, and it was only a Monday night, nothing too busy. We rang up after an hour and a half of waiting for our food and after about 4 phone calls trying to get through the person couldn't speak English properly so very hard to communicate to them and they were quite rude about it too. Once it arrived, the wrap was stale and hard, and the chicken in it was dry and hard to eat. The pizza sauce tasted as if it had been sitting around for months, so I couldn't eat it. The cookies tasted fine but were all stuck together. I think new staff is needed here, I've gone here for years and it's gone very downhill.

Owners attitude is absolutely disgusting!!! Served me out of date ice cream which he then took offence to me complaining about and told my friends and I to get out because we were apparently in the way despite no one else wanting to use the seats,ordered from here many,many times so was really taken aback by the staff being so s**ty and making out like we were causing a scene,even involved other customers purely to try and embarrass us and threatened to call the police (which i clearly laughed at) on the basis that I dared to call them out on their behaviour,having mentioned this to other friends I've now found out this isn't an isolated incident and the owner in particular is known for being extremely rude,you'd think loyal customers would be treated in a far better manner given this is quite a close knit community where opinions spread like wildfire,very disappointed.

Absolute offensive people who work here. Think they are smart when they talk to you in their native language and call you names but in reality a little knowledge goes along way.. I won't be eating from here again..

Love this place, by far the best kebab I’ve ever had. The meat is so succulent and juicy, just wish they gave me more salad with my large chicken shish!

Waited over an hour for it to arrive and it never did. It said it would take 30 minutes. I’m glad I selected to pay cash otherwise they would’ve taken my money

This restaurant is the jewel in the crown of Mumbles, or so my niece tells me. It’s a great little place to get tasty food and then eat your delights in the wonderful outdoor space they have provided. I’m told the chicken wrap is divine and the prices are reasonable too. Keep up the good work team.

Shocking ! Late delivery, was cold. I counted 7 slices of pepperoni on a 12 inch and when I called them,they don't care

I was feeling tired and uninspired cooking wise so I ordered in falafel, hummus, tabbouleh and garlic bread. It was all lovely and arrived well ahead of the estimated time. Two things particularly stood out: first their delicious creamy hummus that clearly didn't stint on the tahini, like lots of places do and second they have tabbouleh, that yummy, intensely green salad that goes so well with hummus and falafel. I'm a really happy customer and will definitely order again. Thanks for making such high quality food at such reasonable prices.

Ordered a £9 kebab and chips and ended up with about 10 chips and little bit of kebab meat. For the price I paid and the amount of food I was given absolutely dreadful

I request the sea food pizza, there were no fresh ingredients, they all tasted plastic. Before you decry this, I'm professional paid to test locations. This was not on my list, but this is not a quality restaurant.

Would rate 0, ordered for collection and paid, went over to collect when it was supposed was ready, waited an extra 30 mins, was told I needed to pay? after showing them the order email they only just started to make the order. Absolutely awful and wouldn't even give a refund, don't bother wasting your time with this place...

Don't waste your time eating from here. I'd rate zero if you could. Ordered and paid for collection from FoodHub with waiting time 15 minutes.... 1 hour later we get the food, after the till operator says 'the system was down' and haven't received payment. I was also dismissed a refund due to their rubbish 'systems' excuse.

Service was good food tasted good as well. Price was okay.

Don't bother ordering nothing from this place. After ordering two pizzas around 6.30 to be delivered to my house after almost 3 hours I had to get in the car and collect my order and the owner not even apologize or gave me a refund of the delivery charge.

Ordered doner kebab and garlic bread for delivery, arrived 20 minute after delivery time stated and cold. After a while on the door step with driver insisting I'd ordered a pizza, after I'd insisted I'd ordered garlic bread he finaly said that what he had was garlic bread, it wasn't it was a pepperoni pizza. When I rang to compain the person who answered the phone said they would send someone round to collect the pizza, when I said fine he said that he was sorry but they couldn't refund me because I'd paid online and to contact just eat, I did this, they will not refund but put this towards your 'next order'. No chance I will be ordering from either of these companies again.

This is a big container of food ! No greasy oily donner meat here. Properly spiced and char-grilled chicken breast, lean donner meat and lamb shish with salad and pita bread. Awesome.

sometimes the delivery is a bit late, but the food is always hot and really delicious. would definitely recommend
