My pizza was black like a black board don’t recommend this place thank you

The food is delicious, the chef is a true craftsman, try the pizza or kebab from here and you won't be disappointed.

Great food. Was extremely hungry and needed fast food. The wait time is terrible but the food is reliable. They usually go over up to 15 minutes when it's delayed, likely to be understaffed. Hopefully they resolve that but cutting cost on staff will impact massively if this goes on for too long. Ordered 2 pizzas and 3 chickens which was made fresh every time I ordered here. Solid food.

We 11:00pm and it arrived at 12:25am. Besides that the food was good.

I Ordered Food for me and my wife and I’m yet to receive it. It’s been 2 Hours since ordering. Never answered my calls or texts nothing at all. I’ve tried contacting them again still nothing. It’s New Year’s eve and they have spoilt it for me. I HAD TO ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE AFTER 3 hours now absolutely rediculous you better refund me ASAP

pressed out for delivery and i haven’t even received my food. I will definitely be getting my money back or i will be paying a visit in the shop. really disappointed

Should be a minus option available. These guys are abusive crooks. Food not delivered and swore a my 15 year old daughter when she contacted the restaurant. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and I get 4 mini pieces of chicken wings, and I ordered special Venice burger with donar kebab I got the burger but without the doner, my experience with this restaurant is good but today was really bad, unfortunately

The doorbell wasn’t even rung? The food was just left outside with no notice. I have no idea how long it could have been left outside for. Luckily it wasn’t taken or the food wasn’t spoiled

ordered at 6pm for delivery at 7:30pm arrived at 8:50pm

After waiting 2 hrs getting lied to that our order is on the way never arrived after waiting 2hrs will never order again

This place has amazing meal deals. I get the meal 7 which has 2 14 inch pizzas, chips, onion rings, garlic bread and a bottle of pop. I find this amazing value and the pizzas are amazing

Burger was rock hard and tasted gone off even my dog wouldnt eat it says enough my gf had chicken strips and said that they taste gone off absolutely disgusting food would never order again

Just seen a shocking post on Facebook of someone from here trying to get young girls to go to his shop for free food and asking them to eat at their house😡 not just word of mouth, there's texts and a video. KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY FROM HERE EVERYONE!!!!!!

I wouldn't order from here they chat up young girls and was asking them to get into there car beware very creepy

everything was great, the food was hot, portion size was good, delivered early, theres only 1 thing l got a diet coke which l don't drink

usually we order pizza but tbf their burgers tasted really fab, they also read the notes section and they sent us the wings they forgot in the last order! extra 5* plus for these guys food arrived early, hot, fresh with excellent customer service

Ordered doner kebabs in house got home no bread in either, and Luke warm just doesn't taste right. Hoping everything will be ok

pizzas were delish! got a call from staff member to reconfirm order and I realised I had gotten it wrong; he came through for me though and corrected it 😫 so grateful! 10/10 food and even better service x

The only issue was that the cold can of drink was in the same bag as the wrap, which made it cold by the time it was delivered.

Lovely + tasty food, however I ordered a large portion and it was on the smaller/medium side.

Not very good. One pizza was burnt. Jalapeños weren't baked with the pizza but sort of just thrown on top. As if they've realised they needed to be added post-bake. Wouldn't be that bad if it actually had tomato sauce. Just tasted like bread with burnt cheese. The guys on the phone were awesome but wouldn't order again.

Absolutely awful, my food arrived freezing cold and when I rung the shop to complain they hung up on me.

Had to wait for the kebab but worth it. Was fresh and one of the best I’ve had in a while. The pizza dough was actually fresh too which was surprising. Pretty good pizza.

Ordered large coleslaw didn't turn up. No extra cheese on the burgers and no cheese at all on one of the cheeseburgers. Chips dry, probably hot held. Overall, edible but not great. We ate it because we were hungry.

Ordered from here to have a call an hour later saying that the driver has delivered to the wrong address.. that's fine, it happens. I'm told it will be maximum 30 minutes, just to call them a further hour later and be told the order hasn't even left the store. I decided to cancel the order. Honestly what a waste of time.

Pizza was really nice, flavour of the sauce was amazing. As a visitor from out of town, I did find the price were too high. Smallest pizza for £15.99, however they did have a buy one get one free offer. 4* because of price.

My food was left on the doorstep at the side of my house where there were obviously no lights on. My food was partly wet. And nobody knocked my front door where the lights were on. Not happy at all.

- Frequently doesn't bring items that I've paid for. They take the money but often refuse to send someone out to bring the missing items. They always say that I can have my missing items when/if I place another order so it feels as though I have to buy more from them to get the items I paid for a previous time. This happens so frequently. I am going to be going to trading standards about this. You can't say "well, order more food from us and then I will give you your owed items". - The fried chicken is the worst I've ever seen. It's cold, dry, stiff. - The nuggets and chips frequently look old and dry. They look like they have been cooked once, left to cool and then warmed up in oil again. - They can't seem to cook a sausage without splitting it right down the middle which looks unappealing but also affects the taste - I have noticed a pattern where the burgers give me a bad stomach. A few weeks ago I had gastritis from eating a burger - They haven't done it the last few times but at one point, it was very evident that they were watering down the mayonnaise The only good thing I can say for them is that their kebabs are nice (although that is hit or miss whether I become sick from that too) and they are friendly. Whenever I eat there, I feel very limited with what I can have because of the above ^. I have been ordering from there a lot less lately because of these issues. Then last night, not only did we receive nuggets that looked like they were double dipped in the oil, but yet again they didn't bring all the items that I paid for and they think it's acceptable that I only receive those items when/if i place another order. I'm not even going to bother going through just eat for a refund because it's so much hassle so they can keep my money for nothing but I won't order from here again and I will be making a complaint to trading standards

please dont order food from here, they are pesky scammers who are ust focused on looting peoples money, their business plan is opening up the restaurant up till late night , take the order and money while not delevering the order, at the same time lying to deliveroo that the order is delivered , i hate this restaurant so much , kept me up for 3 hours , lost my sleep coz of these restaurant and for compensation they cant even say sorry coz they not answering the call at all . How worst the management can be to do this type of thing, shame on this restaurant

worst place to order food from , they are a scam , will take an order money on the food delivering app and never deliver the order atall, didnt picked upmy phone , didnt got a refund yet , hate this place , scammed me for 40 pounds and wasted 3 hrs, read some reviews on deliveroo and for my suprise this happened with others as well , they are running a scam , please stay away from this restaurant

Ordered pizza and few items. Ordered two 1/2, pound cheese burgers. Only got 1/4 pound without cheese.. chips was very disappointing like they was cooked in a microwave
