Pizza Milano in Swansea

First time there, ordered food, didnt know it was cash only, i didnt have my card on me, it was late& pouring down, the very kind man who served me,trusted me, let me have the food& i paid through a link he sent. Thankyou for your trust& kindness.

STAY WELL CLEAR!!! Food arrive 1.5 hours after ordering. Arrives hard and cold. Wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs. Phoned the shop and was just shouted at by the vile person answering the phone! Didn’t rectify the problem and didn’t care!!! Absolutely disgusting place with disgusting people and DISGUSTING FOOD!

I've had food from Milanos many times and it is always lovely jubbly. Nice people, great food👍

Although this shop has changed hands a few times the pizzas here are great value for money. Staff pleasant and friendly. Cash only if you haven't been before. Would recommend.

never delivered food and no attempt to contact me, when i contacted them they have refused to give me refund as it’s apparently my fault. £25 down the drain

So the food tasted good, no complaints there... It has however given me the worst food poisoning I've ever had- non-stop throwing up (unable to keep even water down) and a really upset stomach. My boyfriend who had the same as me got away with a bit of indigestion and feeling odd so clearly I was unlucky but I will never be going back.

Speedy delivery, always hot and exactly what was ordered. Staff are friendly and the food is delicious.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a kebab. Delivery time was quite quick too. All very nice will definitely order again 👌👌

Ordered food from them but never arrived, called to find out were it was they said they will redo the order but still didn't arrive for nearly an hour, at wedges and bbq wings were overcooked

Made an order online for delivery only to have a message half an hour later that they can’t do it. Money taken and going to be refunded 3-5 days!!! That’s not good enough!! I can’t afford another meal and have to wait for a refund!! Why did you take the order if you can’t deliver????

Been going here for months! Just had a kebab from there now, there was no salad there my kebab is cold! I barely got salad on it which I orderd lamb Donna kebab with all salad and I got cucumber and just onions on it! I recommend no one to go here again, it's disgusting!

If you want a reliable, unreliable food joint then you've come to the right place, guaranteed to be late and things missing. Also good for fish tasting wedges 😋

Been a customer since it first opened, unfortunately the people who run it now are cowboys and can't follow simple orders. The last 3 times something has been missing and been extremely late. I won't ever buy from there again,thats for sure.

Bought this and DAMN the tandoori seasoning is awesome , brilliant taste and large portions, enough to keep for the next day when it still tasted great. Will defo visit this small halal shop again.

Been randomly ordering food here since i moved to the area 3 years ago and the food I have had from here has always been good. Mainly the pizza, chicken wings and chicken kebab meat and chips. I ordered through just eat on sunday night and wrote asap please on the message part and they delivered in 15-20min. If you are looking for a kebab house I would recommend Nice guys in there as well and often chuck in a box of free wedges and a couple of wings.

After eating a pizza from here I became very ill. I threw up for the next 2 days. I don't recommend anyone to eat from this place

Shish kebab great, pizza ok. delivered when they said they would.

This was the worst pizza I have had in a long while. The base was doughy and had a plasticky taste, reminiscent of early budget frozen supermarket pizzas. The potato wedges weren’t great either. No credit card facilities and a subsequent check of food hygiene rating online make this one to avoid.

Pizza Milano are always excellent. These guys really stand out.

Excellant quality food as usual. Unfortunately on this occassion, they didn't put the chilli sauce on the kebab. I didn't contact the shop as couldn't wait, I was starving, so eating a dry kebab wasn't very pleasant.

ordered once for £18.50 delivered fine but ever time since I’ve tried to order they decline it and say it’s to far, even after putting in the post code and the take away saying it’s within their delivery area. absolutely disgusting service.

Food was early - bought for my little boy and heard no complaints, in fact he ate nearly the whole thing (10" pizza) to himself lol No issues at all :)

Delivery driver came with the wrong order so had to go back to the restaurant to then be brought cold food. Normally quite good from here but not impressed tonight.

I love Pizza Milano and normally they are always on time or even early with the food delivery but last night we waited nearly 2 hrs with time added on and when we rang it was only just leaving the shop that said the food was hot and tasty.

we ordered and it came within 10 minutes, great food, great quality, awesome people 👍

The food was fantastic but the original delivery time of 50 mins was extended to an hour and 20mins, which was disappointing. Quantity and quality of the food was great though.

The food was much earlier than anticipated, that’s a good thing. The pizza was slightly undercooked, pretty mediocre. Have never had a pizza from here before would stick to kebabs next time.

The food was absolutely delicious 😋 last time we ordered the restaurant forgot the kids lolly pops and drinks due to them being so busy on black Friday but they gave me a lovely apology and ordered again tonight they gave a lovely note and extra lollies and drinks for the kids (they were very happy!) I ordered a mixed kebab with chips and it was amazing, really tasty, food was on time, hot and delivery driver was lovely, 5* thank you xx

Normally food is very nice but unfortunately today the chips were a bit soggy as they had been sweating in the box (delivery driver couldn't find me) and ordered 3 kids meals but children weren't happy that they didn't get their kids drinks or lollypops :(

Food is always great! Delivery was extended by 40 minutes. I was greeted by an extremely rude delivery man who told me basically don’t order again because we don’t deliver to this area.... if they don’t deliver to my area then why is it on the list that comes up for my area and why am I given the delivery option?

Ordered a meal which came with chicken wings and wedges. Order was 20 mins late from collection time and I sat waiting. When I was handed my order I Was told on the house and the cook showed me a box that he added into the bag (box of wedges and chicken wings), they were supposed to come with the order anyway. There were no other wings and wedges in the bag so had nothing for the inconvenience. I'd avoid personally
