The atmosphere seemed pretty good, but I didn't eat it as it was only a takeaway order. However, I did have a very long wait for 2 pizzas over 45 minutes! I get that it was busy, but for just 2 pizzas, that's pretty ludicrous. Pizza was nice but not worth the wait.

I am really disappointed!! Me and my partner went here last night. As our food came out my partners pizza tasted not right at all so he only ate half a slice. As for me my pizza tasted fine not the best but edible. After we came home my partner didn’t feel right at all and was being sick all night. As I woke up this morning the exact same thing has happened to me. Me and my partner had to call in sick for work as we haven’t gotten any better. It’s very disappointing I will not be having no food from here again. The service and staff was good. They gave my partner his money back as they saw he didn’t eat his food. But as for the food it’s not edible or something was very wrong last night with the ingredients.

Outstanding pizza! The dough is good but it's the sauce that does it for me. Nice, simple and delicious San Marzano tomatoes and basil, seasoned well. I got the half and half, Gattuso and Holy Pepperoni. The Holy Pepperoni was definitely the favourite. The garlic & parmasan dough sticks were good but I did find the portion a bit small. The Belgian chocolate brownies were yummy but I have the same complaint about the portion size on the caramel sauce. Overall, very pleased and will definitely have again.

Pizza was amazing and good value service was grea,t place was lovely apart from the cellar dam smell which was a bit off putting

Love this place, for sit-in or takeaway. They've hit that magical balance of being inventive with their menu whilst ensuring they've got the basics right first; great dough/crust, quality ingredients, and made with care and attention. Get the cannoli too (especially the pistachio if you like them), they're delicious. Customer for life!

Had a large group booking for a colleague's leaving do in Pizza Boyz and everyone had a fantastic time - food was delicious and timely, even for a larger group like ours. Special thanks to our kind and patient servers - Georgia, Kimberly and the funny Onos (apologies if I have misspelt your name)!

Absolutely amazing pizzas but the garlic bread is on another level.

I use to really enjoy eating here, but they’ve since drastically paired down the dairy free/vegetarian offerings and become quite mean ( Basil should not be a charged extra!) service and atmosphere remain good but that’s sadly not enough to make me want to come back.

If you want a pizza in Swansea look no further. They are as close to authentic Italian pizza as they can be, whilst made in Wales. It helps that the staff are very warm and welcoming. It’s a regular spot.

I really enjoyed the food here, especially the honey chilli dough stick things! (Can't remember the official name). My friends and I came here on a Saturday, plenty of seats available and really nice staff. The pizza was delicious, I had the holy pep and rosemary chips - but we shared around the table. The pizza was delicious! Staff were really lovely, attentive and had good service. You have to be lucky with parking, but we found a space quickly. Will definitely be returning with my husband! 😋😋

Best pizza place in South Wales! They make proper pizzas and do incredible toppings... Plus the dough sticks are out of this world! It's a place you go and then become obsessed with.

Food was great you can pretty much half and half any pizza you want which I love. Super tasty & plenty of toppings. We had the fries as well which came about 5 mins before the pizza so they were cold by the time pizzas came. We couldn’t get the QR code to work to order so had to go up to order, only 1 diet version of drinks they’re pretty limited. It’s expanded since the last time I visited which was great but was pretty cold in the left hand side. I sad with my coat on. But overall, super yummy food & quick service we enjoyed our food there

Had a few takeaways from there main restaurant which have been good but today went to the outlet in Founders and co. Very disappointed, as you can see from the picture there is very little cheese on the Margherita, queried it (at the pizza boys desk) and it apparently the 'standard amount'. So poor quality attitude of the staff and poor value pizza (it was effective tomato source on a pizza base) . So would not recommend.

Always enjoy coming here as it has some of the best pizza and desserts in the area, well worth a visit!

Great pizzas. We are an Italian family and we are fussy with pizzas but this place is great. The staff are very friendly and talkative. They make sure your happy and the atmosphere is good. You can see them cooking your pizza if you want.

My gf and I have been customers since you opened and live locally. We have seen a drastic change in the quality and delivery service over the past six months. Arrived stone cold tonight, 3rd time we've had to reheat an order from you. Last time it was under cooked and a sauce we had paid for was missing. We drove up to the store to get the sauce and the lady behind the counter was quite rude about it. I phoned up tonight to complain about it being cold and was told bluntly to make a complaint to uber to get a discount. I said it's really bad service isn't it and he said yes. And I said I won't order again and he said fine. Great service. £45 down the toilet.

We love pizza boyz and the half and half feature means we got to try more than usual. The buttery, cheesy Parmesan dough sticks were a highlight.

Rather nice. Overpriced though. Plenty stone bake venues charge much less. Bit tight on the toppings too. Okay is as far as I would go.

Amazing pizza! The garlic bread was actually beautiful. We had the fried ravioli, garlic bread and two pizzas between four and a half of us and it was all super tasty. A little gutted we didn’t think about the room for desserts when ordering so took them to go! We had the banoffee cheesecake and also the biscoff one which were stunning. Only negative would be using the app and no table service. Would much rather order and use a card machine to pay as would have liked the option to tip after food/ split bill.

My wife has a cow's milk protein allergy and this was explained to the chef who was happy to proceed with a vegan pizza. We checked with the waitress when it was brought over and she confirmed that the food was in keeping with the allergy status. The parmesan tasted suspiciously milky and the baby projectile vomited all night and developed a rash. Otherwise very nice place with good people and eccentric pizza, would highly recommend

The best pizza I have tried in Swansea for sure

They were fantastic for our two groups of families today and accommodated us with absolute five star service and fantastic food, we were already long time fans, but cemented star status today with the service our families received after attending our graduation ceremony. Can’t recommend highly enough

Just left after an absolutely fantastic meal and experience! We had ordered takeaway Saturday night from here for the first time and sadly our order came minus two items which was my meal so my partner had his pizza and dough sticks but they were also quite cold so it was a bit of a disaster! At the time I was quite upset as I ended up doing us a ready meal each! Anyway my partner rang and spoke to a member of staff who apologised and said we could be refunded for the missing items but my partner wasn’t happy as I had not had anything. Next day Tony from the pizza boyz contacted my partner and then last night said that as a good will gesture he invited us to eat at the restaurant with some complimentary items. We went today and ordered a pizza each and some out of this world dough sticks and I can honestly say hand on heart they were the best pizzas even over the ones we have had in Italy 🇮🇹 by a mile!!!! We are absolutely blown away by the standard and taste of the pizzas and the dough sticks that come smothered in honey, Parmesan cheese and red chilli flakes, I could easily dip my whole daily food in that dressing it was outstanding!!! I wanted to do this review to make sure people knew that the staff and Tony especially went above and beyond to totally make it up for the takeaway night and proved that their food was not the problem perhaps just their delivery guy! Lol Anyway my partner is Italian and his mama and papa are visiting soon and you bet we will be taking them along to Pizza Boyz again! A stunning place too lovely atmosphere and great staff! We also bought a mixed bag of cannolis to have at home in our pyjamas later! I’m sure they to will be amazing! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and now full tummies! 5 stars isn’t enough! Delivery for 2 margarita pizza Delivery time- 5/5. Came within 20 mins (3 mile journey) Hot/cold- Food was very warm as delivery was also fast Portion size- one pizza is large, i would say 12 inches and enough as a meal for 1. Or if ordering sizes could make 2 meals . Pizza base- I have had pizzas in many different countries including Germany, france, italy and the base on this pizza matches that! Amazing base, so fresh. so thin, and baked perfectly. Taste- great taste.

Ordered from there on uber eats and its the best takeaway I've had in such a long time. I think as it was new to Uber they were cheaper as a promotional thing, but it was SO SO SO affordable. I was able to get a pizza, a drink, dip, 2 sides and 2 desserts with delivery for £25. That's incredible. Taco bell/Burger King etc is at least £10 each these days and you barely get anything. It was delicious. Cannot fault a single thing about it. I loved it. Everything was fresh. It didn't feel heavy or greasy. Everything was just so tasty and the butter with the garlic bread....I could eat that all day and dip pizza crusts into it omggg

We had to wait about an hour for our pizzas to arrive, despite the restaurant being less than half full and the fact that it felt like a fast food restaurant. The restaurant was very cold and we had to keep our coats on throughout the meal (and we were not the only ones). £4.50 for a small bottled lager seems pretty steep and £4.50 for a small portion of chips unreasonable (which we ordered because we had to wait so long for the pizzas to come and we were starving - it would have been nice if we had been offered these on the house as a goodwill gesture for the wait). When the pizzas finally came, the dough was fantastic, but the toppings were a real letdown: - The Sweet Marmellata had way too much chilli jam, which made the pizza exceedingly sweet, and it had hardly any sausage (and what there was didn't have any taste); - The Dirty Harry was described as having a ranch drizzle, but was actually drenched in it, which masked the flavour of the rest of the toppings; - The Cauliflower Stampede had hardly any cauliflower, and what there was was pretty tasteless; the main issue was again the ranch dressing which was very sour and completely overwhelmed everything else. It tasted like a ranch dressing flavour pizza, we had to scrape it off but it was still very strong; - The only pizza that was liked was the Truffle Shuffle. Price would be okay for a proper Italian wood fired pizza (as they are advertised on the website), but not for what turned out to be a standard American takeaway chain-style pizza. The overall impression we got from the atmosphere and service was that we were just an add-on to what is essentially a takeaway venue; paying upfront also meant that there was no obvious opportunity for us to contest the bill or give our feedback (the staff did not show any particular interest in our experience).

Yummy Italian pizza. No stodgy pizza base. Lovely attentive staff. Highly recommend the pizza with chilli jam, leeks and lemon ricotta pizza.

Both pizzas arrived stone cold. Called the restaurant who said to go through Uber eats. Uber eats were no help at all. We’ve paid £30 for 2 freezing cold pizzas. Very disappointing as normally food is of a high standard. Delivery slot was booked for 6:30 and food arrived at 6:37.

Pizzas were delicious and well-priced! Will definitely be back again! We had a margarita and then a pulled pork pizza! The sides looked good so will be back to try them!

Food was good. Service was non existent. Having to order and pay by scanning a code on the table is a big turn off for me eating out at any restaurant. I waited 40 mins for the £4 tiny bottle of wine to arrive and 50 mins for the pizza to finally come to the table. If you want to eat some food within reasonable time then this is not the place for you.

The pizza is exceptional! Super authentic flavours, wonderful dough and cooked to perfection. The cheesy pizza garlic bread and the ravioli side were also great. I'm so happy that I found this place!

Bad order received tonight burnt pizza both above and below, cold pizzas and instead of Coke they put me 2 diet coke I am very disappointed and angry last time I book a pizza or other.

We booked about 6 weeks ago but were asked on arrival to sit right next to the door when it was -4 degrees c outside! Had to argue to be moved to table 3 which was still freezing and ended up spending £60 and eating in our overcoats freezing cold as the heating wasn't switched on until about half way through our meal. Even then, the covid screens prevented anyone on our table feeling the benefit of the heating. No kids menu either and garlic breads were brought out 5 to 10 minutes before the mains....food was great but the overall experience was poor...and it shouldn't have been.

Terrrific selection of pizzas here, my favourite is the Holy Pep which is spicy with a honey drizzle. The truffle one is great too. Definitely try the pistachio cannoli!

A chicken pizza minus the chicken,but based on the fact that your only getting £1:00 worth of chicken,according to the delightful member of staff,not surprised

We ordered two pizzas one which said on the menu there was chicken on it but ours only had in total 5 small bits,I called the business to tell them we were disappointed, Tony was very dismissive and aragant.The pizza base was nice certainly no better than a dominos its a shame as we had been looking forward to A Delicious Artisan pizza as described but what we got was nothing short of a bog standard pizza base minus toppings and a heavy price

Swansea is somewhat lacking in good pizza restaurants but Pizza Boyz fill that gap. They serve great neapolitan pizzas and also have vegan options. I have ordered takeaway before but nothing quite compares to eating it fresh from the pizza oven in the restaurant. My go to when I want great quality pizza.

I would normally start a review talking about the food, but the service here deserves to be praised. The staff were very accommodating (despite us leaving it late to book) and were helpful throughout while not being a bother, or interrupting, at all. The pizza itself is amazing, quality ingredients setting the bar far above your bog standard, high street pizza franchises. Oh, and the cheesecake jar I thought I wouldn't have room for was deliciously indulgent. Thank you!

Went with a friend, lovely atmosphere and very kind staff. my pizza was a little greasy but absolutely lovely taste. unlike allot of vegan options theirs flavour wise is superb and serve nice beer, not too pricey! good location near centre.

Fantastic food fab staff very clean well worth a visit

A well deserved 5 stars for this cute little gem in Swansea. Staff is a plus, the two girls were extremely kind and available throughout the whole service. Pizza was very tasty, light, and the dough is very well treated, meaning you can digest it properly! The atmosphere was relaxing and not crazy busy for a Sunday evening meal. Absolutely TRY the cheesecake in the tubs, so yummy. Only “down” side are the drinks, as I feel they could offer a wider selection.

This was my first visit. Had to phone restaurant few times to find out where my order was. They said they’re contact back but nothing The food arrived 45 minutes late and was cold. Needed to reheat everything.

Ordered food via Uber. When it arrived it was cold, the crust had gone soggy. It must’ve either been sitting in the restaurant for long waiting on the Uber driver to arrive or simply giving the Uber driver loads of deliveries at once. We called the restaurant as soon as the delivery arrived and the response was “contact Uber” pretty much brushing me off. Unacceptable!

Received my first swansea Boyz pizza today, got it delivered, ordered half & half, Stateside Swirl and Truffle shuffle, OMG Stateside Swirl flavours are absolutely amazing, Truffle Shuffle was good too. Tasted realy fresh and delicious, The pizza dough is so light and got to say perfect, I've never had a pizza that I've enjoyed so much and actually finished before, looking forward to trying the rest of your menu. Very happy customer and will be recommending you to family and friends. 5*****

Honestly, the best pizza I've ever had.

Last minute booked a table Lovely guy serving us who was fantastic nothing was to much trouble. He was passionate & spoke so highly of how proud he was of his children who are the owners. Beautiful pizza and the cheesecake in a jar.....wow!!! 1000% il be going back it was delicious! So chuffed I got a loyalty card too x
