Pepinos in Swansea

This place is usually good but tonight it was pretty awful. The chips were ‘chewy’!!! Like they had been cooked from the day before or at least half a dozen times. The onion rings were the same. The burger was okay if a bit over cooked and dry - also it would be nice to be able to choose, for example, lettuce AND tomato, etc. rather than having to choose one thing. I worked in fast food for years in a previous life and honestly? I’d be embarrassed to ask for more than a couple of quid.for that.

Normally fast food comes with numerous little issues, but I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I got from them. From the time it took to deliver (well over 30 mins early), the very pleasant delivery lady and the quality and taste of the food, I'll definitely be ordering again. Even the pizza looked like it had just come out the oven as it was piping hot and perfect. Thanks to all the staff.

" chicken shish kebab" we have used this take away for many years and really enjoyed but the last two orders have included one slightly suspect piece of chicken amongst mostly great chicken.

Order never arrived, Driver must of delivered to my neighbours instead of me. terrible service.

was basic , u don't get much for the price, I had quarter pounder and wedges which cost nearly 9 pounds, I don't think it's worth the money tbh I asked for coleslaw to be put in separate container but they didn't seem to listen to that request, oh well

Food is brilliant but the service is so bad afew times there has been afew people waiting to be served and staff are in no rush or just don't care about taking orders

Has to be the worst kebab I've ever tasted 😫. There was no taste just big chunks of chicken very pale looking and absolutely no flavour not even salt . Even the lamb once found was cold greasy and also pale and no flavour. Between 4 of us nobody ate it went straight into the bin Shall NEVER order from here again can't comment on pitta as didn't look that far down. Warm cans of pop in same bag as food but on the plus side onions were OK

Do not buy, since this so called new owner took over, meat is not fresh, (they will tell u its freshly cooked, but its old meat that its cooked „fresh” Been a customer for years never had issues with food there untill last few months, Food poisening 2 times and uncooked food multiple times now. You go complain and bring food back amd actually try to show the problem u meet so called owner who is rude as hell and chopes back in his own language, rude as hell!! I feel so sorry for all the staff working for this human, he always find excuse for everything even taking his staff tips box away to pocket money for himself. U go complain multiple times coz he dunno what he is doing and he will just tell u ohh its always a problem with you. Yeah mate if u cant cook and u want to poison people dont run a takeaway and leave the cooking to the staff that have been there for a while.!!! Absolute a hole ..!!! When food arrived half of the order was missing . Pizza had a raw chicken on it and chips was covered with mouldy cheese on top. Driver refused to take the food back and give me refund I try to contact the shop and they constantly put the phone down on me when I complain about it .

Even tho i have ordered the pizza through the phone for a collection, turned up in the shop 5 minutes after the phone call i have made, Came to pick up pizza that was not cooked and all the toppings sliding off due to the dough being raw.

I have had kebabs from practically every kebab shop in the swamsea area and you can actually tell the quality of the food absolutely amazing guys I will.bever use another kebab shop again

ETA given was 45mins and although we are 5mins away, they just made it with minutes to spare.... Not complaining about that as it would have been ok except the food was barely warm. The paper wrapping was soggy, so it was obvious it had been in the plastic carrier for some time and probably in the delivery vehicle some time. Disappointing. I didnt bother to complain because when I have previously phoned with an issue, they were quite rude, blunt, unhelpful and made it plain that they didnt like the fact that I wanted a replacement. ...

I ordered food that never arrived. When I phoned to ask where it was they hung up on me. When I requested refund through just eat they tried claiming they had delivered the food. I was a regular customer but will never order again.

Never had a late delivery . Food always hot. Good value

Topping just slides off the pizza.. dough is slightly undercooked .. could of been cooked for another 3-4mins

First time I've ordered from here last week. Now any time I have delivery it's ONLY here I will order from.. Chicken kebab, Potion of chips and onion rings was absolutely delicious.. It's 2.30pm CAN'T WAIT TILL 4PM FOR IT TO OPEN, I'M STARVING..🙂

Another fab meal tonight off these guys!!! Ordered off the pepinos app, so easy to order off it. The delivery only took 10 minutes to arrive. Their own delivery people are so lovely always got time for a little chat, knocks the door with a great smile on their face ..... genuinely lovely guys

food was lovely chicken n chips meal delisouse plus plenty given

when order arrived delivery driver forgot an item but after I pointed out what he had missed and he checked the receipt to see what was missing he went all the way back to the restaurant and came back with the missing item. my hat goes off to him and his brilliant customer service

Food was absolutely awful, £6.50 for a dry wrap with 2 chicken strips in which were dry and hard to chew, no salad or sauces in the wrap. The wrap was the size of a meal I’d give to my 7 month old daughter. When we phoned up to complain the attitude we had from the staff was awful, we explained how the wrap was tiny and we paid £13 for 2 of them and they didn’t care. Will never ever go back here, and don’t advise anyone else to order from here either.

Wrap didn’t come with salad or sauce, no option to add it when ordering. Chips were soggy

Charged extra to add sweetcorn on the pizza yet there was no sweetcorn on it.

Food waa absolutely horrible, pizza was rubbery, luke warm.

Good was poor, talk about portion distortion! Literally had about 15 small fries in my burger meal, it was absolutely disgusting. I wish I could upload the photos for evidence. I could see the bottom golf the carton! Shocking. We order so much from these guys, it was disappointing that there’s no consideration for loyalty!

Extremely disappointed!!!! Only 3 out of 4 items delivered, even more disappointed that it takes 29mins for something as simple as chips to be delivered under 1 mile away from original delivery!!! Now whole meal cold as waited for chips! Not even an apology!!!! Very, very disappointed as I'm a regular customer, I obviously need to find myself a better service food outlet!!!

Just paid for their special kebab and it wasn’t cheap but they used chips to make it look like there was more meat than there actually is, I am very annoyed at the lack of actual meat, they also charged me a lot for a quarter pounder which was a slice of burger in a roll, no salad, no sauce nothing, quality has drastically decreased at this place, unsure if new owners but I feel as though I have been scammed

Everything was dry. No option for sauce or salad on kebab no option for sauce or salad in burger literally a dry burger in a dry bun! Garlic bread was dry and tasteless. Only nice thing that got eaten was the strips

Had this delivered a few times and never once had a bad meal, amazing portion sizes, very tasty and just amazing. Will forever keep coming here!! Highly recommend

Pepinos also delivers fantastic food and great prices, really good portion sizes , I try other places occasionally but keep coming back to Pepinos

Hi my food was cold when arrived. This is the second time in 2 weeks where my food hasn't arrived or turned up cold.

In all honesty the food was quite good, it all arrived super hot and tasted freshly cooked. Portion sizes are generous. Mixed kebab although quite greasy is super tasty. Burger nice and chicken really tasty. 25 minutes after having a message to say it was on the way we called the restaurant to be told it was just leaving and the dispatch button had been pressed in error. Apologies from both the staff member answering the call and the delivery driver was a good touch though. Order notes were taken into consideration too. Thank you.

First time ordering was hot fresh and delicious the drivers even delivered it to our door we live in flats and not many will come up to us we work and it was nice to get it delivered so quick and efficient definitely be ordering again soon thank you the pizza was amazing

Shish kebab was burned. Donner kebab smelled not right and had grissily bits running through out had to chuck it in the bin. Not happy as I always order here. Very disappointed.
