Dominos Pizza in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Great customer service and pizza delivery. It was custom ordered for us in advance so we could have the pizza delivered to the beach and eat it amongst family. The pizza was very tasty and very hot which actually surprised my and exceeded my expectations.

A big thank you to the staff Mark and Katie for helping my son. He went into Helston without his phone and had no money for the bus home. He called into the Helston store and asked for help. Not only did they track me down on Facebook they gave him pizza and paid his bus fare home as I was out of the area at the time. I did call into the store on the way back to repay them but they would not accept the money saying it’s all part of the job to safeguard youngsters in need. So thank you again.

Ordered at 8.40pm, 40 minutes when they said out on delivery. Came cold and pizza brokencand all middle stuck to box, chap saux he had delivered a few before me, sent order back and now gone 11.15pm and still no pizza. Did ring up a few time prior to closing, phone put down once and lady saud he would be 2 minutes. No refund, no pizza. Awful would not Recommebd to anyone.Hopefully i will get money back tomorrow.

Hair in my food. Ordered online and when it came there was a hair stuck in a chicken strip.Probably the worst Domino’s about.

Always ordered from Helston Domino’s and was always correct order and delivered on time. Shame Falmouth store don’t operate the same way. We have just moved to Falmouth, not good service here compared to Helston.

As it was two for Tuesday I ordered from the helston branch to have it delivered. The pizza was soggy and sloppy. There was soo much bbq sauce put on the pizza it was quite sickly and I couldn't finish it all. The worst bit was the customer service when it got delivered by an old hunched over man with glasses. He put me off my food as he didn't look like he has washed for the year. On top of that he didn't speak or say thankyou! Very disappointed

ive ordered from dominos plenty of times and never had a problem but it seem that was because I wasn't using the Helston brach. I thought I would order a from Helston as I was on a long evening shift and the Heston brach is closest to me but what a mistake. I placed the order online and paid for it so it only had to be collected. I wasn't the one collecting it but the person who went in to get it was then charged again even though he told them I had paid online and they would have been able to see that if they had bothered to look on the system, but no.. I then phone the store up where I spoke to the manger but he just didn't seem to care, he did kind of apologies and did say he would refund one of the amounts but was very eager to get off the phone which after this was their mistake was a bit rude and rushed, I understand they would be busy but maybe a little more care would have been nice.the pizza its self was very disappointing, no flavour and it was terrible, no garlic sauce with the pizza as they forgot it. it was just a sloppy mess.. never again will I be ordering for the Helston store.

Ate in and was welcomed by the friendly staff who cleaned a table for us quickly after other customers had left. Pizza toppings were great and a quick service was provided.

We have ordered many times before from this store with no issue. However on this one occasion, we waited for our pizza to be delivered for 1hr 15 minutes after which we phoned the store. The store claimed our driver (despite being their most experience one) was unable to find our address. We live in a small hamlet about 200m from a main road and the postcode takes you directly to the house. They resent out our order immediately and the second driver had no issues in locating our address utilising just the postcode (as had always been the case).We were disappointed that having waited an 1hr 40 mins for a pizza since placing an order that no compensatory discount was offered. To add further insult they actually just sent out the original food which was now stone cold.

Called in for a gluten free pizza at lunch time. No offers available even though gluten free is already more expensive.Came uncut.When asked the chap to cut it he said they not allowed to,(all it needs is a clean,separate cutter). No cutlery available so had to pull it apart with my fingers and all the mess. Very unhelpful. Unsatisfactory. Wont go to Dominos again.

Not what you want when your spending £15 on a pizza but they refused to let us have a glass of tap water and said we had to buy a bottle even though it was quite hot. We are trying to cut down on plastic bottle usage, obviously as a business your not!! Asked for persons name-Tom

We stopped in to order a pizza on the way home. The lady at the counter clearly didn't agree with my choice of pizza toppings which I wasn't too happy about but then she gave me 'forces discount' which kind of made up for it. Pizza was nice, just as expected.

I ordered delivery last night and since the new women Manger has come in 100% better ! Food was perfect. The potato wedges were actually cooked right through... Pizza was to die for !! Which never happened before and the driver who delivered was kind and happy for once. The new manger is just what Helston Domios needed! Well done.

I used to come in for collection a lot and it was tidy but recently it's gone down hill ! Muck on the tables, all the till surface is filthy, behind the counter all stuff on the floors I've seen them clean the stuff on the floors up regularly but everytime I've been in atm, their not bothering... The service is lack, they're not polite and are fairly moody all the time and don't look at you when they're asking for orders and things... With the food the Potato wedges are dry and bland! Poor

GF pizza is good, never been infected. My vegetarian daughter loves the cheese and pineapple pizza. Lots of options. Great delivery too. Personal pizza offer is good, something for the kids to look forward to for after school on birthdays!

Never had a bad Dominos from any that I've been at, and this one is no exception. We've done two pickups, and two takeaways. No problems with any of them. Recommended.

Well, nothing wrong with the pizza, service is good, however I don't get the pricing here. You pay a different price at lunchtime to evening and there are so many voucher offers that it is mind boggling. I ended up with one of the buy one get one free for 25 pounds offer. When has a pizza cost 25 pounds? Please get the management to sort these ridiculous made up offers out. I could go into a pizza restaurant and eat for less. Very expensive for family pizza night but as a lunch more affordable.

rang my order through at 1630 for my collection at 1800. when i arrived at 1755 my order was tracking on screen for 1800 , ready on time but 10 mins later still no food ! other customers had come in ordered pizza & had already left . no member of staff kept me updated on my order so when i asked to see the manager the stand in manager informed me my food had only just gone into the oven .finally at 1825 my food turned up with a weak offering of a bottle of soft drink as an apology !! i left very angry with the shocking bad service id received.the side orders were also cold.
