The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

Very poor service, delivery over 1 hour. Cold pizza and cookies. Only 6 chicken strippers and hardly any chips - complete rip off for 11.99 Will think about ordering from here next time

I went down to the shop to get buy1 get one fee which was advertised on the shop window went to order and they would not onner the advert I rung head office and they where no help I would stay away from domino's and go somewhere else just lost a very good customer as we go there evey week

Noticed they had a 'Nduja Pizza , love this Italian spreadable Salami Sausage - well wherever this one comes from I'm pretty certain that it isn't Calabria - if you can imagine a flat bread spread with cat food and Tabasco then I am thinking this would be close - Avoid at all costs ! It is that horrendous , whoever did the NPD work on it needs shooting immediately . Also their prices have risen considerably and you now cant get the 50 % discount unless you use an App which not all of us have access to . Complained to Dominos H O and they blamed the store as Franchises - so now you know , if you want to pay approx. twice as much as Giovanis do for their quality sit down Pizza then buy from Dominos in Crewe -

Reading Evelyns review below is very very disappointing yeah you work with the NHS you chose to work there what about the people that were OUT of work due to the corona virus that weren't getting paid and lots off business that went to the wall I'm pretty sure people were very happy with the great discounts this company offered but no they should have given all the emergency police fire brigade nurses doctors and the list goes on free pizzas no I don't think so I would rather family's that were left with both parents out off work were helped it's them that struggle not people in jobs that weren't effected

We have been using Firezza Wimbledon for a while now.....the pizzas are truly amazing and the customer service its always great .....Thank you so much to chef Atik for a fantastic service 5☆

Absolutely disgraceful service! We rang with our order to be told they had no tandoori chicken. So we had to change our order. The order came and was all wrong. We rang them back and asked for a new pizza and wedges to be sent! We had to wait an hour for this! My little boy was supposed to enjoy he’s take away with us but instead had to sit and eat on he’s own! We spent a lot of money ! The woman on the other end of the phone could not understand a word of English. I’m not happy at all! Your customer service is awful!

Whatever happened to this place. Look at the reviews it's clear there's a problem. Unwilling to take feedback or listen to a paying customer. I won't ever be using dominos again. Dry, burnt cardboard tasting pizza which arrives cold.

I ordered a delivery of pizza and bbq chicken wings. I received dry wings instead (apparently I ordered hot and spicy wings, either way they were bland and so unappealing I couldn't eat them). The pizza was over salty and I couldn't eat it, so overall I didn't enjoy my meal and I am £21.78 ( including delivery charge ) out of pocket. I contacted Domino's and the manager was very rude, I told him I would write a negative review because he wasn't trying to be understanding or reassuringly. He said he didn’t care and shouted and swore at me before hanging up. I am aggrieved , upset and very disappointed. I've never been treated like that before and I will never order from Domino's again.

Atmosphere 5/5, food 5/5, people 5/5, biggest laughs with the chefs, I think that some of the toppings shouldn't be on the menu but that's for other people and not me!!

Horrendous service was sent out a pizza where half the toppings had come off the base then a new one was send and the exact same thing had happened again the driver even witness this so I called up and was told they can either call the driver up and send back the second damaged pizza or give me a refund for that pizza after all my family had finished there’s for a birthday meal the manager was so rude

This place has recently moved to Glasgow Road and is a takeaway exclusively. As usual, the menu requires a maths degree to decipher with all the different combinations of pizza deals. One deal was clear though - 50% off if you order through the app, which I proceeded to do. When I reached the order button it was unresponsive. So I hit on it a couple of times until it registered. It transpired that my labours had resulted in my ordering two extra pizzas! Stupidly, I had paid for them before I noticed. Panic! Fortun, the store manager was reasonable enough to correct the order. It's a salutary lesson though. The pizzas were great and arrived in good time.

I placed an order online at 4pm, it is now 5:55pm and I still have not received my order. I tracked my order at 5:20, it stated that its was "out for delivery", then minutes later it said "Quality Check" and so I decided to phone them. I phoned them to find out what was going on, explained my situation but when then horrified by the fact that it seemed as though the phone had been put aside and the employee who answered the phone was having a conversation with another colleague and then the line cut out. I phoned up once again very upset and was then told in a rude manor that my "food was the next one to be sent out within the next 10-15 minutes".

Pizza came burnt and missing toppings. Almost not even edible. Also took 35 mins for a collection for ASAP. Avoid at all costs.
