Delivery food to wrong address and then claim it was right address

Ordered pizza for collection. Website was up and running, took my payment, but when I went to the restaurant it was closed and information online suggests it might be insolvent. Disgraceful that they didn’t shut down the website and continue to accept orders when the actual location doesn’t even operate.

Asistí al almuerzo buffet con mi esposa después de unos años de no visitar aquí. El edificio es ahora un poco anticuado y parecía que podría hacer con una reforma. Tienes que ser experto en tecnología para comer aquí ahora ya que aparentemente ordenar solo se puede hacer a través de la ap. No es una gran idea para mí, pero presumiblemente funciona para ellos. Una vez que superamos ese obstáculo nos sentamos y comimos, la ensaladera fue genial como siempre lo ha sido. El buffet de pizza era muy agradable, pero tienden (no estoy seguro de si a propósito) a ser lentos sacando algunas pizzas frescas. Parecía ser una eternidad esperando una pizza de peperoni y se fue casi tan pronto como salió. Habiendo dicho que tenía un montón de Tom comer y sin duda obtuvo una buena relación calidad-precio. Volveré, pero quizás no me apresure por un tiempo.

Ordered 4 takeaway pizza's yesterday. I felt sick shortly after eating and had very bad tummy pains. Which led to vomiting and diarrhoea all night long. When I got up in the monring the 3 other people that ate those pizzas equally have had a bad stomach. Won't be ordering again. £52 for FOOD POISENING!

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to order from here under any circumstances. Honestly, if you were on your deathbed and this pizza was supposed to save you, it would be better to accept your fate — that’s how terrible the experience was. Absolutely unacceptable.

Love collecting from this venue. The ordsrs are alwayd right and it only takes them 5-7 minutes to bake, so I generally have my pizza on the table within 20 minutes. I really appreciate we have Domino's in Slateford :)

Really disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Papa John’s. The pizza I received was awful — the crust was so thin it was practically paper, and the onions tasted off. I also ordered potato tots, and they arrived completely cold. The food took around 30 minutes to arrive and felt rushed and low-quality overall. I called the store directly to complain, but they told me they couldn’t offer a refund — only a replacement order. Honestly, after how bad the first one was, I didn’t want to risk getting another poor-quality meal. I expected better customer service, especially when the whole order was clearly not up to standard. Won’t be ordering again unless something changes. Really disappointed.

Placed an order over phone, wrong food delivered and no answer at the restaurant when calling to send it back, purposely hanging up the phone. Would not recommend the Uxbridge restaurant at all, poor customer service.

Not a big pizza fan but was pleasantly surprised, especially with the salad bar selection. Staff vey friendly, special mention to Tracy who looked after us well. Only disappointment, no thin crust pizza option. Surprised as thin crust is widely sold at all supermarkets & other shops presumably as it’s popular.

Lentos sirviendo, la comida no estaba del todo mal aunque poca, las bebidas muy caras (escrito en bolígrafo detrás de la carta) todo tiene un recargo del 12.5% y no se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito.

Visited Pizza Hut, which we haven't been to since the pandemic, but won't be going to again. It was just a total rip off and Pizza Hut are cashing in. Me and my husband usually share a large pizza half and half, but were told that they weren't doing that anymore!!!!! so we had to have an individual one each instead, which were dearer. The salad bar was closed, which I understood that individuals couldn't crowd around the salad bar. We were offered a green salad which consisted of a very small bowl of a couple of lettuce leaves, a little shredded carrot and a couple of cherry tomatoes!!!!! If you wanted more salad you had to pay £1 for exactly the same again. Surely they could keep the salad bar open and the waitress gets you what you require. Plenty of places are doing this. The waitress was lovely, but sorry Pizza Hut I understand times are hard, but I won't be paying more money out for less food.
