Domino's Pizza in Eastleigh

Gutted that our go to pizza Mr Pizza has gone,we decided to try this for the first time.Lots of deals on to entice you,we ended up with 2 large pizzas and some sides for £30 or so.They were nice in all honesty,the website was painless and delivered bang on time.It is what Domino's do and they do it well,which is why they are still around.

We order from dominos hedge end fairly regularly as they are always quick and the food is always hot. HOWEVER, you don’t generally get the pizza you ordered Apparently this is DOUBLE chicken, DOUBLE beef, mushrooms and peppers?! There is no beef and hardly any chicken. Annoying to change it as you don’t want to have to wait for them to deliver again.

1. Get the ingredients ... [ tick ] , 2. Cook the pizza ... [ tick ] , 3 Box and cut the pizza ... [ could not be ar5ed ] .... tasted ok but I did 1/3 of their job for them and paid for the privileged ... hashtag-uber-lazy-considering-the daft-price.

Really poor gets worse each time we order absolutely no toppings on there looks weeks old so dry no cheese at all looks nothing like the advert

Ordered pizza at 530pm for delivery was told half hour - after an hour rang to find out where it was - they have no record of order - even though payment of £26.88 taken from my bank, funnily enough they can’t give me a refund, they can’t tell me who to complain too !! The complaints phone number is not recognised- absolutely fuming - will never use again

Ordered on website. Paid ,, All fine and To collect in 10-15 minutes time. Arrived to collect. Face masks to be worn and 1 customer in store at a time. Upon entering could see my name on the screen behind the counter. Stating my order was in oven (6mins) to wait. I was told to wait outside and would be called in when ready. At this point I was customer number 3 waiting outside. After 10mins the first 2people had got fed up and gone in to see where their order was. Leaving with pizza boxes in hands. At this point tried to catch the eye of who served me. No luck. Looking behind him could see 2small pizzas sat waiting. Another 5mins pass, with another 2people waiting. After another 5 mins starting to get a little inpatient. And every time go to walk in to the store someone else goes in to order/collect. Finally get into the store. 25mins+ from arrival. Gave name and was then handed the 2small pizza that had been sat there under the heat lamp for over 10mins! When stated this, the lad shrugged his shoulders.. Like was saying “and so,your point is”. 😡 very rude. if there wasn’t so many people waiting outside, then probably would have kicked up a bit of a fuss. And it was cold/windy and raining.... Over half an hr extra from my collection time. All in all, I think...... could do with a system for letting people know their order is ready. Rather than the ,, expecting people to use their mind reading powers. And new staff, ones with better attitudes.

I was stopping in a local hotel and decided I wanted pizza so went on the Dominos app which for some reason only brought up the tennis club next door when entering the post code. However a quick call to the store and a helpful young lady called Grace let me know that if I completed my order online and then called the store she’d be able to manually change the address which I did and she did. I was told it would take around 40 mins for the pizza to arrive and it arrived in 25, it was lovely and hot and tasted great. All in all a great experience.
