Worst pizza I’ve had in years didn’t even cook the dough thx

Everything is right with an 18” pizza for under £20!!! There is nothing that can upgrade this pizza offering, and I am lucky enough for you in my local area for years already!! Thin crust and 18” are unbeatable. And the other day I received a 10% discount voucher, very unexpected, and the day after I decided for pizza or groceries and cooking (lol)

Best pizza round here for sure love them ps not open Monday.

First time ordering pizza etc from here and will def be the last, very rude man who took my order and pizza didn’t look very appetising but my friend had a couple of slices and the rest we put in the fridge for the next day. We were goi g to reheat it but when opened the box over half of the pizza left over had blue mold on the slices. Not happy at all!

I love the pizza from Fanellis. The pizzas are huge and really good. Delivery is always prompt and courteous.

Excellent food and a really nice driver.

Disappointed. Tried this as it appeared to deliver to me for the first time. The base of the pizzas tasted like cardboard, the topping didn’t have a lot of flavours. The best but ended up being the potato wedges. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The food was okay until my partner bit into his pizza and found a piece of metal. It looks like it came from a can or something. It’s so sharp, he could’ve cut his mouth open. Tried calling and no answer. Now neither of us want to finish our food. So after waiting over an hour for the food we’re still hungry.

Really average pizza. It says dough 100% fresh I wouldn’t say this is correct you can tell it’s a pre made base

I have ordered from here several times and I must say the food has always been good, but tonight the food was exceptionally good, absolutely perfect. It was fresh, hot, very tasty and delivered before the expected delivery time, well done guys 10/10 and will order again very soon 👍

Food was absolutely fine.. I ordered a thin crust pizza and got a deep pan with stuffed crust... I dont like stuffed crust personally so had to lick the cheese out of the crust and left the general pizza dough as was too mushy for my liking but ultimately was fine.. worse things have happened so yeah.. Sooo quick on delivery which was great, Greek salad was fab but I was expecting lettuce in the salad but that was my mistake as I didn't read the menu properly ahha.

First time ordering and without a doubt the last! Well my wife received the wrong pizza and the tango we received was over 7 months out of date and it was brown! Disgusting! The pizza was alright but massively over priced, we paid just under £30 for a medium and a small! No deals, no discount no f all. Mouldy and overpriced

Bland Pizza and arrived luke warm.

Waaaaayyyyyyy over priced. It's pizza. Pizza! Slash 1/3rd off the price and they would be relatively reasonable. Absolutely over priced for a mediocre return!

For a predominantly pizza takeaway restaurant the burger was great. Pizza was good too. They need to add an option for extra sauce on the pizza.

Used to order here regularly but have recently found pizzas are overcooked with toppings missing. Shame….

I have ordered once before. I said no mushrooms. It came with extra mushrooms. The guy got all defensive and said i ordered extra mushrooms. I hate mushrooms. I ordered for 7pm. See the app had 18:20. Said to them i ordered for 1900 the guy got all defensive and didn’t listen. It turned up burnt. Garlic bread was ok tho. Live and learn. Never give someone another go when you were burnt the first time. Shocking

I tried this place for the first time and was really pleased. Our pizzas were great, the only downside was that there was no massive difference between the thick and thin crust. Otherwise, nice - something between the classic Italian pizza and those popular delivery ones.

Hot food, arrived quickly. However, I would love to see recyclable packaging used, instead of styrofoam burger boxes.

H We had quarter pounder beef burger and quarter pound pineapple burger with curly fries. Both my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our respective burgers. Will definitely order again.

It smelt and tasted of Milton couldn’t eat it.

It’s becoming a bit hit and miss. The bottom was not crisp so hard to eat. Needed another 5 minutes in the oven!

I was given a vegetarian lasagna instead of a meat one, for the second time this year, and the portion seems to have got smaller. Apart from that is was good.

Great service, but really poor taste I’m afraid. The ribs were unedible, wings only just tolerable, and I would’ve enjoyed a frozen supermarket pizza more than this. A real shame.

If there was a minus rating we would give them less than 0. Food didn't arrive. Rang and asked and they hung up. Rang them on repeat for a long time ( approx 1 hour) with no answer and they arrived 3 hours late

Ordered for delivery at 6pm and it arrived at 7.15. The food was cold and the ice cream was warm. Chips were a soggy mash, pizza was cold and rubbery. Just not very nice. I wonder if the food would of tasted any better if it was hot. I phoned to complain and they offered my discount on my next order... I dont think I will be ordering again somehow.

Delicious and reasonably priced.

Ordered amongst other things a "spicy hot". Hot it was not - basic pizza with the extra toppings I paid a quid each for, and had to look for the pepperoni as it was that transparent. Not impressed at all.

Great pizza, haven't used them for a whole as Dominoes is cheaper, this this pizza is miles better and worth the extra money.

Just ordered today and it was the best pizza we have had in years, ordered online and was cooked and delivered within 20 minutes of ordering, generous with toppings and cooked to perfection, will definitely be ordering again, fabulous service x

Food was inedible! I asked for a beef burger, the beef tasted so bad that I couldn’t even take one more bite! It tasted like it has been cooked a year ago!

Very good pizza and very nice staff

It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for a small cheese and tomato pizza with chips at 8 o’clock at night on a Sunday. Shocking service, rang and were not polite. Just told it will be there in a minute and miraculously received the ‘it’s on it’s way’ message straight after getting off the phone. Will not be using again.

Family got to try the food for the first time - they were really excited when they saw the size of the 18" pizzas, and even more excited when they tasted them. Definitely recommend!

Potato skins were excellent and piping hot! Pizza was lovely too. And arrived quicker than expected which is always a plus.

Standard quality food but delivered quickly, politely and hot

Please make a 20inch and then 30 inch pizza for my belly.

Incredibly bland food. No seasoning, wings were soggy, pizza had no flavour, poor chefs in general.

Beautiful fresh tasting pizzas, big menu with lots of additional dishes and sides. Loads of multi buy and meal deals to choose from too.

Top rate pizzas from here. Forget Domino's etc. This is one to go to! 😁👏👏👏

I ordered our family dinner from here tonight through Just it. It was delicious, could have been a little warmer... but that's the nature of the beast. The salad was lovely and fresh. The meat and vegetables lasagne were wonderful. Too full for dessert at the moment. But I will be ordering again, without doubt. Thank you

2 hours late to deliver, cold and my daughters spaghetti was hard. We had to phone 3 times to find out where our order was! We where told we would revive a discount for our wait.. and the driver told us we had to pay full price. Will never order from there again.
