Reliable, well made pizzas and great delivery drivers - Ayesha was ours for last night's order and was super quick and friendly.

Quick delivery Pizza still burning hot Ayesha was very smiley and friendly when we opened the door.

So order 4 pizzas the base on one was completely wrong should have been BBQ but it was tomato the other large pizza was meatball and sweetcorn so explains why there was 4 lumps of mushroom on the pizza and 1 bit in the corner of the box. Call up the staff are rude and don’t careless CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A ZERO all need training I think. The place has gone down hill big time wrong food no help just a GOT YOUR MONEY WE DONT CARE

This should be a five star review and I rarely give low stars (kind of know what places to avoid). The saying you get what you pay for is/should be true. I've tried other Pizza places and I'm happy to pay the extra for quality and flavour. As a previous employer to a couple of their other stores I know the high standards and quality control they follow. The Pizza was hot, reasonable waiting time as walked in. Tasted great. What let's this store down is attention to detail or rather lack of care. The pizza wasn't cut all the way through properly. Over half the edge showed no sign of pizza cutter. This wasn't the first time but it was the worst time. It also makes me question what other tasks are being completed half heartedly. For the price (which I'm not disputing) this should not be happening. I had to get my own pizza cutter out and do the job properly. This shouldn't be happening with the way the company takes pride in every aspect of their service. I will use them again and hopefully they will pay more attention to the details.

Shocking service ordered on line went in to collect after waiting for told one of our pizzas had been given to a different customer so they would re-cook on getting home the first pizza was cold also the garlic bread was cold the 2nd one that was recooked was not cooked when the slice was picked up the topping just slipped off we called the store and after a battle told we would get a refund. 5 days later no refund so call the store and got told it would be in the bank Friday morning. This came and went so called the store Friday spoke the the manager who said it had been processed it takes 3-4 working days I replayed that means it should have been in there yesterday his response was well may be next week Monday or Tuesday I asked for this to be escalated and a call from the area manager but nothing at all. AVOID THIS PLACE AS THE PIZZAS ARNET GREAT AND THEY DONT FOLLOW COMPANY POLICY SHOCKING

Amazing team. Came in just now with cash not thinking that it's card only. The gent who served me got a colleague and that colleague he grabbed paid for my pizza and I gave him the cash. What a legend I really appreciate your kindness.

The store management is so bad i would never recommend this outlet i ordered for collection it took them more than an hour to get my order correctly the staff has no clue what they are doing , nobody comes to the till they keep messing up my order and this is not the first time this has happened and neither the manager cares about this nor the staff even the area manger was at the store he is no good as well not able to manage anything Its just not this store I usually order from burgess road or avenue store they are even worse than this they could never get my order right like literally not even once i got fed up with this and i came all the way from there to get pizza from eastleigh so that i can get my order right and they are the same Better get the franchise sorted or the name dominos is taking a dip

Ordered chicken strips, wedges and a cheese pizza that were cold, pale, hardly cooked and soggy. On top of that they forgot my garlic pizza bread and didn’t offer any kind of compensation for their mistake

I wish there was an option for 0 stars Just paid £13 for some chicken kickers and they look like this?!?! Upon calling the store to complain their response was - "sorry our chicken kickers are very poor quality at the moment"!!! If you are already aware of that why are you supplying poor quality food at full price? And not making customers aware in advance so they can choose not to buy?? Shocking

I ordered on Saturday 2 pizza for delivery I get delivery 1& half hours delivery and the delivery driver he leave the piza next door he haven’t call us I get notification your pizza been delayed I went out side I saw my in next door he left pizza on the floor and after opne the box both pizza wrong I ordered 1 vegetarian 1 tandoori chicken pizza and thay send pepperoni 🍕 mix pizza and proper cold pizza I am not happy with service

Ordered the same order twice by mistake online as I didn't get confirmation for first order. Called immediately to cancel first order. Not a problem. More than rwo weeks on and three phone calls, all acknowledged error. First call 'allow five days for refund' still nothing, £60 for two medium pizzas and one side! I'm done. Pappa John's or Roccos from now on

Driver was rude because we didn’t hear his knock and yelled at my girlfriend. Called the place to be told “we’ll look into it” and heard nothing we didn’t hear it because we’re on the first floor and there is a doorbell.

Totaly shocked dominos eastleigh allow there motorbike delivery drivers to ride there bikes up the high stree the wrong way and with out a helmet, thats fantastic advitisin, today 15.11 he was happy smiling wigglin the bike with out a care, yeh untill u hit a pedestrian, bang out of order, needs sacking and all on cctv

I accidentally ordered my food to the wrong address, when i rang the store they were super helpful and nice about everything, which i really appreciate as i felt super bad. My food got delivered to the right address and was perfect. Thank you so much ❤️

Found a fingernail in one of the pizzas we ordered for our office. £160 order and I just got asked if I wanted another. Like it was nothing serious at all. I also got told it was probably “a bit of gristle” or “hardened cheese”…….. from the pictures you can see this isn’t the case

Complete disappointment. No problem with the food or the service. The ' manager ' was extremely rude and abusive towards a member of staff. It was completely unprofessional and I am very disappointed in the company. Is this how things are behind closed doors ? I found out that unfortunately this is a well established manager ( always seems to be the case ) that seems to feel it is acceptable to treat a person like this. I am put off my food and now can't eat it. I will be taking this as far as I possibly can through hr and its compliants process. I will also be making people aware of this in the local comunity as far as I can. Bullys need to be stood up to. This is what I intend to do in the most professional way possible. I phoned the manager and made him aware of his display of manhood, he said I am sorry you feel that way. It isn't just the way I feel it is what I physically witnessed. Discussing behaviour. Karma is a batch, he better watch out because what goes around comes around. I would not recommend Eastleigh branch poor service and attitude. Ordered pizza online. Got to store screen said pizza was ready. Was told it wasn't quite ready a couple of minutes, which was fine. Then, to wait 30 minutes to find the pizza hasn't even been made. Then, I waited a further 20 minutes for the pizza to be cooked. Really disappointing and ruined our night sat in the front of a cold domino's. Manager unhelpful and has an uncaring attitude. No compensation for time wasted and night ruined. Treatment from uncaring staff was unacceptable

The employees working the phone have no clue what they are doing. Wanted two large Hawaiians and the way they tried to process the order was like I spoke a foreign language. It’s not that hard. Price was also incorrect.

Worst domino’s pizza I ever eat

Six stars! Huge thanks to the Eastleigh Domino's staff, I made a mistake with my order (completely my own fault) they sorted it out no questions asked in a quick and friendly manner. Excellent service 👍🏻

We ordered food to be delivered at a specific time for a family gathering. The food turned up 30 minutes early so by the time we got to eat it, it was past its best. When we did sit down to eat I noticed one pizza was missing. I called the store and the best they could offer was the pizza to be delivered in another 45 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up. Needless to say the pizza never arrived. I raised a ticket with their CS team to get a refund for the missing item and two weeks later I got an email from the store offering me a credit note which I politely declined as I wanted a cash refund to my card. This was met with silence so I raised another ticket, this time asking for a full refund for the value of the meal ordered to compensate for the missing food, the disruption caused to what should have been a simple family get-together and for their total disregard for any kind of customer service. I also asked NOT to be contacted directly by the store and to speak directly with the franchisee owner. Again silence so I raised yet another ticket, again asking for the full refund and again NOT to be contacted directly by the store. To which I receive an email a week later from the same store manager asking what the problem is? Now I'm really angry. I detailed as politely as I can the chain of events and he offers me a refund for the value of the missing item. I declined this saying that I want a full refund and to date this has been totally ignored. I haven't even got the refund that he offered me.

30 minutes after we was told that our pizzas were out on delivery, we was told that a cyclist tried to take them (even tho it’s -1 outside) and then had to wait another 20 minutes for a driver to deliver them. Naturally the pizzas were stone cold and half my toppings were on the lid of the box where it’s been squashed. Absolutely shocking service!!!

Have eaten pizza from a few places in Eastleigh and domino's seems to be the best. Fast delivery and the food is HOT and tasty. Take note republic of pizza, it was edible and cheaper.

Only writing this review having tried relentlessly to get dominos to address the issue. £55 spent, no food received after a booking error. This was in store and the senior staff member promised me a call back the next day to refund my money which never materialised. This was after establishing there was an error after 1/2 waiting and then being told I had to put it through again but there was a further hour wait. My twin 6 year olds were already irritable. These things happen, they were flat out and it wasn’t worth a battle so I left details and walked over the road to grab some food. I have been back and forth on email with the last comms asking me to provide proof of payment for the area manager to approve the refund. I have provided this and have now had no further comms in over a week.

Pretty poor service. Delivery guy couldn't find my address so made me hunt him down and was very shouty/frustrated on phone. Several sides/extras were all missing, dude called me a liar even with the order in front of him. He called the restaurant to confirm and said will take all food away and come back in an hour with it complete... I told him to just refund the missing stuff he said was impossible and left. Called the restaurant who told me I'd have to send all the food back if I wanted any refund.. it was already being eaten so obviously we didn't. it's been a long time and still no replacement for the missing items and I'm guessing no refund is coming... Yeah food was still good but service is poor. And we're out of pocket.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking pizzas, couldn't make a decent pizza to save their lives. Crust was so thick, it was like eating a loaf of bread. Toppings non-existent. Having worked for Dominos I know this pizza is not upto standard and should never of left the makeline let alone making it out the oven and actual given to a customer. Should of been remade. Just completely avoid this store in Eastleigh since they had a new management team come in a few months ago its gone massively down hill. If you want quality for the money you are paying just go up the road to the chandlers ford store and collect from them and you will get what you asked for!

My order didn’t even arrive apparently the delivery guy from dominos, doesn’t know how to press a door bell was waiting an whole hour and a half. Soo I’m looking for a refund. I went Just use deliveroo instead. Great stuff Domino’s

The food was cold when I called up I was spoken to by a rude individual who called me mate after telling him I was making a complaints and I was not his mate he managed to call me mate a further 3 times. I then speak to a manager well turns out it’s not a manager after all and could not care less about the complaint. Then wen taking my name for the order he got this wrong 3 times. Not only that they round up all the pizzas so yes it may be only 6 p on my order but if they do that to every customer every night they are banking a lot of extra cash so watch your bills. One thing for sure the food was awful and the attitude of staff matched.

Absolutely great customer service, so pleased I can make my own gluten free pizza as they are delicious, delivery lad got a little lost but so apologetic when he arrived, thank you Dominoes for making dinner.

Ordered a delivery for a pepperoni passion and double decadence meat fielder with just a little extra cheese and herb spread in the decadence to find there was hardly any in it. I specifically asked for extra and the person on the phone reassured me it'll be done. Terrible pizza although the pep passion was fine. Threw the meat fielder in the bin. It's as though they didn't care about the food they send out. Delivery was quick even though I was told an hour wait, proof it was made very quickly so poorly made. Delivery driver was very pleasant.

Usually very good, I would consider myself a regular. But 1hr 45min and I had to call them to find out where it was. Very disappointing. (Written whil eating barely warm food). Edit: food too cold to eat just threw it away. Wasted 2 hours of my day.

Buy a Donino's pizza and they ask for your phone number. they then text you and text you until you send "stop" to their number, which is a premium phone line. So, they will spam you until YOU PAY THEM TO STOP! Scam.
