The store management is so bad i would never recommend this outlet i ordered for collection it took them more than an hour to get my order correctly the staff has no clue what they are doing , nobody comes to the till they keep messing up my order and this is not the first time this has happened and neither the manager cares about this nor the staff even the area manger was at the store he is no good as well not able to manage anything Its just not this store I usually order from burgess road or avenue store they are even worse than this they could never get my order right like literally not even once i got fed up with this and i came all the way from there to get pizza from eastleigh so that i can get my order right and they are the same Better get the franchise sorted or the name dominos is taking a dip

Ordered chicken strips, wedges and a cheese pizza that were cold, pale, hardly cooked and soggy. On top of that they forgot my garlic pizza bread and didn’t offer any kind of compensation for their mistake

Dont be fooled by the buy one get one free on pick up! Prices are totally rigged! Trading standards would have a field day!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars Just paid £13 for some chicken kickers and they look like this?!?! Upon calling the store to complain their response was - "sorry our chicken kickers are very poor quality at the moment"!!! If you are already aware of that why are you supplying poor quality food at full price? And not making customers aware in advance so they can choose not to buy?? Shocking

First time going there had a feeling it would be a bad experience when I saw all the workers wearing no gloves or hair bands shouldn’t have ordered , ended ip with hair in the food

I ordered on Saturday 2 pizza for delivery I get delivery 1& half hours delivery and the delivery driver he leave the piza next door he haven’t call us I get notification your pizza been delayed I went out side I saw my in next door he left pizza on the floor and after opne the box both pizza wrong I ordered 1 vegetarian 1 tandoori chicken pizza and thay send pepperoni 🍕 mix pizza and proper cold pizza I am not happy with service

Ordered the same order twice by mistake online as I didn't get confirmation for first order. Called immediately to cancel first order. Not a problem. More than rwo weeks on and three phone calls, all acknowledged error. First call 'allow five days for refund' still nothing, £60 for two medium pizzas and one side! I'm done. Pappa John's or Roccos from now on

Driver was rude because we didn’t hear his knock and yelled at my girlfriend. Called the place to be told “we’ll look into it” and heard nothing we didn’t hear it because we’re on the first floor and there is a doorbell.

Totaly shocked dominos eastleigh allow there motorbike delivery drivers to ride there bikes up the high stree the wrong way and with out a helmet, thats fantastic advitisin, today 15.11 he was happy smiling wigglin the bike with out a care, yeh untill u hit a pedestrian, bang out of order, needs sacking and all on cctv

I accidentally ordered my food to the wrong address, when i rang the store they were super helpful and nice about everything, which i really appreciate as i felt super bad. My food got delivered to the right address and was perfect. Thank you so much ❤️

Found a fingernail in one of the pizzas we ordered for our office. £160 order and I just got asked if I wanted another. Like it was nothing serious at all. I also got told it was probably “a bit of gristle” or “hardened cheese”…….. from the pictures you can see this isn’t the case

Complete disappointment. No problem with the food or the service. The ' manager ' was extremely rude and abusive towards a member of staff. It was completely unprofessional and I am very disappointed in the company. Is this how things are behind closed doors ? I found out that unfortunately this is a well established manager ( always seems to be the case ) that seems to feel it is acceptable to treat a person like this. I am put off my food and now can't eat it. I will be taking this as far as I possibly can through hr and its compliants process. I will also be making people aware of this in the local comunity as far as I can. Bullys need to be stood up to. This is what I intend to do in the most professional way possible. I phoned the manager and made him aware of his display of manhood, he said I am sorry you feel that way. It isn't just the way I feel it is what I physically witnessed. Discussing behaviour. Karma is a batch, he better watch out because what goes around comes around. I would not recommend Eastleigh branch poor service and attitude. Ordered pizza online. Got to store screen said pizza was ready. Was told it wasn't quite ready a couple of minutes, which was fine. Then, to wait 30 minutes to find the pizza hasn't even been made. Then, I waited a further 20 minutes for the pizza to be cooked. Really disappointing and ruined our night sat in the front of a cold domino's. Manager unhelpful and has an uncaring attitude. No compensation for time wasted and night ruined. Treatment from uncaring staff was unacceptable

The employees working the phone have no clue what they are doing. Wanted two large Hawaiians and the way they tried to process the order was like I spoke a foreign language. It’s not that hard. Price was also incorrect.

Worst domino’s pizza I ever eat

Six stars! Huge thanks to the Eastleigh Domino's staff, I made a mistake with my order (completely my own fault) they sorted it out no questions asked in a quick and friendly manner. Excellent service 👍🏻

We ordered food to be delivered at a specific time for a family gathering. The food turned up 30 minutes early so by the time we got to eat it, it was past its best. When we did sit down to eat I noticed one pizza was missing. I called the store and the best they could offer was the pizza to be delivered in another 45 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up. Needless to say the pizza never arrived. I raised a ticket with their CS team to get a refund for the missing item and two weeks later I got an email from the store offering me a credit note which I politely declined as I wanted a cash refund to my card. This was met with silence so I raised another ticket, this time asking for a full refund for the value of the meal ordered to compensate for the missing food, the disruption caused to what should have been a simple family get-together and for their total disregard for any kind of customer service. I also asked NOT to be contacted directly by the store and to speak directly with the franchisee owner. Again silence so I raised yet another ticket, again asking for the full refund and again NOT to be contacted directly by the store. To which I receive an email a week later from the same store manager asking what the problem is? Now I'm really angry. I detailed as politely as I can the chain of events and he offers me a refund for the value of the missing item. I declined this saying that I want a full refund and to date this has been totally ignored. I haven't even got the refund that he offered me.

30 minutes after we was told that our pizzas were out on delivery, we was told that a cyclist tried to take them (even tho it’s -1 outside) and then had to wait another 20 minutes for a driver to deliver them. Naturally the pizzas were stone cold and half my toppings were on the lid of the box where it’s been squashed. Absolutely shocking service!!!

Have eaten pizza from a few places in Eastleigh and domino's seems to be the best. Fast delivery and the food is HOT and tasty. Take note republic of pizza, it was edible and cheaper.

Great food, quality great even late at night.

Had a problem with my pizza spoke to the manager on the phone and immediately sorted it out with another pizza, credit for my next order and free cookies. Very pleased thank you !!! Great manager

Only writing this review having tried relentlessly to get dominos to address the issue. £55 spent, no food received after a booking error. This was in store and the senior staff member promised me a call back the next day to refund my money which never materialised. This was after establishing there was an error after 1/2 waiting and then being told I had to put it through again but there was a further hour wait. My twin 6 year olds were already irritable. These things happen, they were flat out and it wasn’t worth a battle so I left details and walked over the road to grab some food. I have been back and forth on email with the last comms asking me to provide proof of payment for the area manager to approve the refund. I have provided this and have now had no further comms in over a week.

Pretty poor service. Delivery guy couldn't find my address so made me hunt him down and was very shouty/frustrated on phone. Several sides/extras were all missing, dude called me a liar even with the order in front of him. He called the restaurant to confirm and said will take all food away and come back in an hour with it complete... I told him to just refund the missing stuff he said was impossible and left. Called the restaurant who told me I'd have to send all the food back if I wanted any refund.. it was already being eaten so obviously we didn't. it's been a long time and still no replacement for the missing items and I'm guessing no refund is coming... Yeah food was still good but service is poor. And we're out of pocket.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking pizzas, couldn't make a decent pizza to save their lives. Crust was so thick, it was like eating a loaf of bread. Toppings non-existent. Having worked for Dominos I know this pizza is not upto standard and should never of left the makeline let alone making it out the oven and actual given to a customer. Should of been remade. Just completely avoid this store in Eastleigh since they had a new management team come in a few months ago its gone massively down hill. If you want quality for the money you are paying just go up the road to the chandlers ford store and collect from them and you will get what you asked for!

My order didn’t even arrive apparently the delivery guy from dominos, doesn’t know how to press a door bell was waiting an whole hour and a half. Soo I’m looking for a refund. I went Just use deliveroo instead. Great stuff Domino’s

The food was cold when I called up I was spoken to by a rude individual who called me mate after telling him I was making a complaints and I was not his mate he managed to call me mate a further 3 times. I then speak to a manager well turns out it’s not a manager after all and could not care less about the complaint. Then wen taking my name for the order he got this wrong 3 times. Not only that they round up all the pizzas so yes it may be only 6 p on my order but if they do that to every customer every night they are banking a lot of extra cash so watch your bills. One thing for sure the food was awful and the attitude of staff matched.

This used to be the best pizza in Eastleigh. Not now, customer service is absolutely shocking, food is either over/under cooked.

Absolutely great customer service, so pleased I can make my own gluten free pizza as they are delicious, delivery lad got a little lost but so apologetic when he arrived, thank you Dominoes for making dinner.

Ordered a delivery for a pepperoni passion and double decadence meat fielder with just a little extra cheese and herb spread in the decadence to find there was hardly any in it. I specifically asked for extra and the person on the phone reassured me it'll be done. Terrible pizza although the pep passion was fine. Threw the meat fielder in the bin. It's as though they didn't care about the food they send out. Delivery was quick even though I was told an hour wait, proof it was made very quickly so poorly made. Delivery driver was very pleasant.

Usually very good, I would consider myself a regular. But 1hr 45min and I had to call them to find out where it was. Very disappointing. (Written whil eating barely warm food). Edit: food too cold to eat just threw it away. Wasted 2 hours of my day.

Buy a Donino's pizza and they ask for your phone number. they then text you and text you until you send "stop" to their number, which is a premium phone line. So, they will spam you until YOU PAY THEM TO STOP! Scam.

Just had delivery from Eastleigh branch and I have to say the pizza’s were horrible!! I am extremely disappointed! Ordered it as a treat for my daughters birthday during this tough lockdown period! They were completely overcooked. We ordered extra cheese but it was so over cooked that the cheese was rock solid and dry! We ordered thin and crispy but it was literally crisp like and totally dry!! I will not be ordering from them again!! Not happy at all!!!

This is the third time we have ordered now were the order was not right. We recieved a voucher from our previous order which was wrong. We rang up, placed the order to which we made two changes to each pizza and requested new toppings in their place. Neither pizza turned up with the requested extra cheese, on ringing the restaurant i was told there was nothing they could do as the changes wasn't on the pizza, although I'd requested when first ordering. The worst thing about it is they both turned up with barely any cheese on anyway! Won't be ordering from Domino's ever again, 3 times is ridiculous.

Ordered before and always been brilliant, this time I swapped a topping for extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza, the wedges was under cooked n still hard inside not a very good experience, shame on you to who ever cooked my order..... never usually complain but if you can't cook wedges right then should you cook at all?

In these difficult times it's not easy finding someone to deliver food to Fair Oak. We've had a Domino's delivery twice in the last week and all I can say is 'delicious' and 'really fast'. I thought the contrived pricing and discounts on the website is odd but overall that team in Eastleigh deserves a 10/10 and I even enjoyed the webpage telling me what the chef was doing and today, 4 April, tracking the driver in real time on the map. He did arrive a minute earlier than was forecast but that's smart too. Good job!

So I take it that if they’re busy they turn the belt up on the oven so you get a raw pizza ??? Definitely stay away from this branch or you could be very unwell. The Eastleigh branch brings shame on such a great brand

So ordered pizza from here around 10:15pm. It was delivered really quickly all piping hot. However the highlight of this review is delivery guy James. James has made the evening. It’s not everyday your delivery guys says love you to my brother as he walks down the path!! 😂made my night. Give the guy a pay rise!!!

The garlic mozzarella bites were nice, not much garlic flavour to them unfortunately, but filling. Pizza toppings are a bit sparse (even when you add an extra topping), very unevenly placed on the pizza too. Some slices with reasonable toppings, some with barely any. Onion was dry, overcooked, and tasted like paper. Mushrooms were OK, but a lot more mushrooms than chicken. Obviously more veggie amounts added to the pizza than the meat ones, shame. BBQ base, could hardly taste it, definitely lacking in sauce (and cheese). Even with an offer they're expensive. 2 medium pizzas and the bites were around £20. Not rushing back here. Plenty of other places in the area to get pizzas with more (and better quality) toppings from for less cost.

Phoned to place an order for delivery, was quoted 3 hours, at 7 pm. What a piss take, no prizes for next company to go to the wall.

Nice polite staff, but the pizza was undercooked, some of the dough was raw. Ordered 16:00 Saturday, so when it's busy do they bother to cook it at all?

Personally love domino's, though due to being on the health kick recently and calorie watching (as time consuming as it is) it was a wake up to see how many calories are in just one slice. Admittadly most people don't care about this element though it would nice if measures could be made to reduce the fat content so that the likes of me can binge again 😁 overall think domino's are great, quick turnaround on food, easy to order, delicious and tasty fast food and is my go to place for pizza (cheat days of course)

The great thing about this global chain is consistent product, you know what you will get. That can be a negative of course but sometimes you just want what you know and how long it will take. I visited and ordered and in the evening at this location parking on street is free if you can find a place. If you order online be careful about where your order is rooted as often people don't realise and offer is directed to chandlers ford branch....ooops

The staff are very helpful and find you the best deal and try to get best value for your money..

Bit shambolic. Placed order at 20:30 to be delivered at 21:30. Food arrived after 22:30. Pizzas were cold and unappetising. They did refund the order, but I think I’ll be using Papa Johns as I’d rather get hot food on time than free, cold food over an hour late.

Try to order online and they didn't have my adress so phoned them they said they couldn't take my order over the phone because what I wanted was an online only deal and that if I wanted it order it to a different adress then ring them up to change the adress. What a rubbish way to run a business I have been using dominose eastleigh for years but no more

Me and my partner ordered from here on the 17/12/2018 spending around £32. After waiting 45 minutes we received a phone call stating it will be another hour. The wait wouldn't have bothered us if we where told sooner the would have been aware of a waiting time before. We assume they just wanted to close up as by the time we received the call it was nearly closing time. We where offered to wait or a refund, we chose refund which has still not been received. I went in there on the 24/12/2018 and was told it's on a go slow because of Christmas but they will look into it. A week later we complained to the head office but still no refund. As regular customers we have now decided not to order from here again. We understand things go wrong and mistakes happen but shouldn't take this long for it to be resolved all we want is our money back as promised.

Ordered a Margarita, arrived with no cheese. Called them, girl on the phone wouldn't rectify it until pushed, they sent me out another with no tomato sauce? What a joke these cretins are. Am I meant to merge the pizza's into one? Think I'll go to Papa Johns, much better.

No peppers requested, see photo, not impressed! Nice pizza base, good BBQ flavour, short on toppings though. Good online service, quick delivery. £9 each for a large pizza on a deal still seemed expensive, bearing in mind local competition and meagre toppings.

This place is a complete shambles about time it was shut down, food disgusting how the council give them above 1 for food hygiene I will never know

Unless you order directly in store and check your order before you leave.... there is a high chance your order will be wrong. We received FREE PIZZA because of all the wrong orders we have had and guess what?? we received HALF of a wrong order!!! come on Dominos.... you should get this right!!

Bit hit and miss to be fair. Find the deals on the app are great but have had a fair few issues with orders being wrong or rogue things like hairs have cropped up. Staff are friendly in the main.

This is our local domino and they are always really quick with delivery! They pizza are great and there has never been a mistake! Also the delivery drivers are super friendly and always wish us a great evening!

The food arrived late, cold and incomplete with Chicken wings missing! Not for the first time! I agree with the other comments completely , Other Dominos have much better deals and service and the Pizzas tastes a lot better. The Eastleigh store manager was very unhelpful when dealing with complaints, insisting this store has improved...yet to be seen? I wont be a customer at this Store! Went in for a collection with my Girlfriend on a cold snowy night ordered the 2 tasty deal and a desert the lad serving took our order and said it would be 15 mins, I said no probs can I pay by card now but was told no pay when there ready, again no problem, 15 mins later the pizzas were up on the counter but on trying to pay a blonde haired lad handing the pizzas over now decided to announce they can't take card, asking why we weren't told when ordering meaning we could of gone to the hole in the wall the lad simply said your not from around here are you? To which we replied yes we are but didn't fancy walking up and down eastleigh high st in the freezing weather getting cash while our pizzas now got cold. Again asking why waznt we told when ordering the lad said because I've been out the back alot. At this point we exited hungry and went up to pizza hut. Summary Food = n/a Exterior = ok Interior = clean but cold Staff = shocking 3 stars food smelt good and was ready but sadly due to the communication skills or lack of from the manager and staff the food never got to be tasted

There are some half-decent dominos branches locally, but this is not one of them. They are stingy on toppings, the pizzas aren't as well made and they don't offer as many deals as Romsey or Winchester.

Online order so hard to understand how they couldn't get the toppings right, again! No plain chicken at all on my pizza, ridiculous. Very expensive for sparcely topped pizzas. With so many pizza delivery places in the area I'm surprised this company have many customers.

Lovely Gluten Free pizza from here, I didn't suffer from any cross contamination. shame you can only get one size pizza in the gluten free range but just glad we could still eat a dominos pizza after being diagnosed as a celiac. we had a cheese and tomato pizza with extra cheese and sweetcorn and a bbq sauce based pizza with chicken peppers and onions, both Tasted lovely and would go back

Collected an order from the store around 4 weeks ago now, opened the pizza up when I got home and it looked undercooked. Took one bite then threw it in the bin. I emailed dominos 3 times to complain and have still not heard anything back. I have also directly messaged them on Facebook and still nothing. Will not be ordering again.

Fuimos aquí para darles otra oportunidad y qué desastre fue todo. Ordenados en el teléfono y fui a recoger. La primera persona que me atendió fue servicial inicialmente. Dijo que volvería a ver mi pedido y luego volvimos y nos dijeron que no habría 5 minutos. Esperé los 5 minutos no apareció entonces mi pedido en la pantalla diciendo listo. Esperé más de 5 minutos y un chico diferente (Keiren) preguntó si podía ayudar. Le dije que sí mi pedido pizza está listo, así que me gustaría para recogerla. Él se fue, y nunca volvió. El chico rolling la masa luego gritó "puede alguien servir" entonces una tercera persona salió a servirme. Entonces ella dijo "puedo ayudar? "Yo dije que sí mi pedido pizza dijo que estaba lista a hace cinco minutos, así que me gustaría pagar. Entonces ella disparó nunca volver de nuevo. Ella nunca me dio una actualización sobre mi pedido. Durante todo este el hombre rolling la masa claramente no fue feliz y solicitaron más bandejas de masa. -gritó en un co trabajador delante de nosotros y otros 2 clientes y la bandeja en el suelo. Este fue tan malo y raro. ver. Después de todo esto la persona servicial volvió y dijo enfermo revise su orden. Entonces, él se fue, y otro dijo que 5 minutos después fuimos y pizzas. Finalmente La pizza llegó. Casi me fui antes de recoger, me quedé tan avergonzados por el servicio y el desorden del lugar. De todos modos nos fuimos con nuestra orden y cuando llegamos a casa para finalmente asentarse a cenar mi pizza había queso. Me llamaron y me explicaron y me dijeron que me pudieron traer uno nuevo, pero luego en el tiempo llega mi compañero hubiera comido en su propia vida. Al final, el hombre dijo que siento y que me Agregue esto a mi cuenta, así que puedes conseguir una gratis la próxima vez.

Order pizza at 12.30 then they ring me to say my pizza won't be at my door in till 2 hours later so 2.30 in the morning how stupid not happy with that at all

He usado la app para realizar mi pedido y recibido un texto para decir que era 8 minutos de estar listo para la recogida. Cuando mi pareja llegó a recoger, le dijeron que se habían olvidado de ponerlo en el horno. Se le ofreció una botella de Fanta para solucionar esto.

Have been very loyal to domino's for years, but have just recieved my pizza and it is fat in dough in some areas and thin in others, cheese was only just melted, no crisp at all... ordered extra mushrooms and recieved less than normal. Although driver was pleasant... and delivery service was quick!

Ordered a chicken box with my pizza and got a garlic bread instead, to make matters worse it was 5 minutes before closing and they wouldn't answer the phone. Not happy

The manager on duty (Ash?) was fantastic. I queried a missing drizzle upon my pizza and they sent me a replacement pizza immediately. I have ended up with too many pizzas but that's no bad thing. I do feel that from my experience, the staff are trying their hardest to deliver the best quality service possible.
