Pizza Hut in Swansea

Ordered 3 pizzas for collection. They were promptly in the oven and collected. On sitting down to eat with family we immediately noticed they were drowned in garlic salt, bottom of boxes also covered in it. Ruined all the pizzas, completed email feedback and nothing further heard. Don’t waste you money

Ordered double pepperoni and pineapple and toppings you could count on one hand. If this is double toppings , then it means single toppings gets you 4-5 slices of pepperoni and same with pineapple. Service is meh on collection and a chain that has gone right down the plughole. Dominos, papa johns or any other local on st helens road stratospherically better. Never again.

I ordered pepperoni pizza and garlic baguettes for delivery. Only half of the pizza had pepperoni on, the base was dripping with grease and the sauce tasted cheap and nasty. The baguettes were cold and soggy. Absolutely disgusting, will never use Pizza Hut again.

We ordered from St Helens Road as we are in isolation, I have to say they been amazing. They are so friendly staff are great and accommodating and the delivery Drivers are amazing . Great pizza

I've had take-aways from other delivery huts in my time but twice the pizzas from this place have been amazing - just what I remember them being like in the restaurants. Excellent service, fast and so many deliveries going out - they were really busy. Great experience!

Haven't ordered that place for years after got ill by it. So we been order twice this month and last ordered, we got ill AGAIN! Never ordering that St Helen Road again!

I know take aways do get bad feedback but I've had about 15 pizzas from here in the last 12 months and Ive always been pleased with the service. They deliver on time and on the odd accession which something is not correct it's rectified promptly . the drivers are always polite . like I said all takeaways get mixed reviews but I can't fault pizza hut.

This place is a joke, they are constantly getting my orders wrong. If it isn't my pizza they fail to get right then it's my girlfriends. I've ordered a vegetarian pizza from them previously and it had meat on it! I hadn't ordered from them in a while so thought I'd give them another go, and guess what? Yes the order was wrong again...My girlfriend ordered a Supreme with bacon minus mushrooms and spicy beef, and what they delivered is what appeared to be a Super Supreme but with the modifications she requested. I know it doesn't seem like much of a big deal and if it was a one off fair enough, but that hasn't been the case. The quality of the food delivered hasn't been great either. If you fancy a Pizza Hut pizza then order from the Neath Road store. They've rectified the St Helen's Road store's mistakes in the past, when that place has been very unhelpful and the food and service is so much better there. If the Neath Road store won't deliver to your area then do yourself a favour and go collect from there, rather than get a wrong order from St Helen's Road.
