Domino's Pizza in Harrow

Terrible service, incorrect food and rude staff. They got my pizza wrong, called me a liar told them they can come and collect the pizza / ill send a picture then he finally came, I asked for zero toppings this time so they couldnt get it wrong... it came with toppings.. called back and he basically said he dont care go make a complaint. Long time customer lost especially as this was not the first error.

On Sunday 1st October 2023, I phoned Domino’s Belmont Circle at 12.44pm. They picked up the phone and I said I would like to place an order. I was told that we are busy and don’t take orders over the phone and need to place it online. So I asked him, why did you pick up the phone if you are busy? He replied “I have to answer the phone to tell everyone to place orders online!” We were nearby so went inside, they were not busy at all. Being busy was his excuse, I think he is lazy and can’t be bothered to take the order on the phone. A load of crap!

Recently the service is going downhill. They messed up on my order last time, so they had to compensate me. The manager Andrea told me one thing over the phone and I confirmed what they were offering me as compansation. Today I went into the branch to order using the credit they offered me, but they denied what they agreed. The same issue happened to another customer while I was there!! Some of the staff are argumentative and unhelpful. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very bad service.

We have been ordering from here since it has opened. The service was always poor but now it is worse. It is more expensive than going and eating in any Pizza restaurant.

Ordered 8 pizzas for a party and collected,ready on time . Cooked well and worth price paid Surprised did not follow up if wanted to buy extras like drinks or starters to go with the pizza,s .

Who doesn't love getting food delivered to your door. Delicious but expensive when compared to supermarket prices. Do love a hot fresh baked pizza once in a while though, not to mention the cookies!

They always deliver and serve Friendly young guys work very hard all the time to deliver the pizza in a quality service

Got the 2 large pizzas and 3 sides for £25 deal. All the food came in good time piping hot and tasted amazing. The only problem is the pizzas are really expensive unless you get one of the special offers.

We have been ordering from this restaurant for many years. Its good food for a quick meal. We mostly order the same food but have never had any customer care. We used to always pay by card but in the last year they have always made an excuse the card machine is not working.

We ordered 2 pizza's for collection from Domino's today. They made the wrong pizza's. When I phoned to complain about the pizza's instead of apologising the assistant manager was arguing. Very bad customer service.
