Absolutely terrible service. If you go alone you'll be ignored. Over cooked doughballs and almost an hour for a bit of spag bol. Not even a glasses of water offered. Avoid and go to another branch or better yet find an actual Italian restaurant!

We went out with a couple of friends and enjoyed every second of it. The service was very nice and pleasant. They took good care of us and of our orders :)) The atmosphere was relaxed, and it felt like you got a taste of Italy. We will totally be back for more!! ♡

Piroska is a great waitress, fun and bubbly. The kids enjoyed their three course meal, great value and I enjoyed the adult pizza for £8. Good value, taste and atmosphere.

Ordered a delivery. Large La Reine. Had it from Pizza Express many times before and no issues. Today however. The person who made it, must be thinking how much profit can I make. Instead of what it should look like. I got 4 slices of ham, hardly any cheese. And as for mushrooms, we’ll must have been short in stock. For £20.20 it should have had loads. Well penny pitching Pizza Express Chef, you done well. I definitely won’t be going back to Pizza Express. Shame really. Only takes one bad apple in the team. If you lose one customer. I’m sure others will follow.

I visit last week for dinner every single pizza base is not fresh vegetables are smelly totally west of money

It took 15 minutes just to place an order and another 25 minutes to receive the bill. I eventually had to get up and ask if I could pay. Meanwhile, I noticed two staff members sitting around doing nothing. They could have been more helpful. I ordered food, and while it took 15 minutes to arrive, which is understandable, the calamari was completely burnt. The smell of it was noticeable even before it reached the table.

Pizza Express Harrow never fails to disappoint in terms of its total lack of service. We had to wait approximately 10mins to be seated. We were ignored several times whilst standing at the front. Once seated, it took about 15mins for someone to come to our table to take our order and another 20mins or so to have the food served. It was just delay after delay, including waiting to have to pay our bill. In the end, we put our coats on and got up and then a waiter scuttled over to take payment. An alarm was going off (presumably from an oven timer) the whole 1hr15 we were there, which was incredibly annoying after a while. There wasn't a hope in hell of summoning someone to turn it off as they were always otherwise engaged and avoided eye contact when doing other tasks. Food is average at best. The core menu never changes and is just boring now. There is no delight to the palate, surprise or joy in eating the food. The whole concept really needs a revamp, including the decor, dining experience and menu. The few staff there are so rushed off their feet with deliveries, they cannot pay any mind to the customers actually in the restaurant and this has to change if they are to keep the footfall in the restaurants themselves. They need more staff! I definitely won't be going again out of choice.

Food was very good. I had carbonara. Small portion. Real disappointment was the service. Long wait for order to be taken then for food. Only 3 servers that I saw. They need more staff.

The place offers great taste, food and environment. Even the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend their vegan 🌱 pizza.

We always enjoy coming here. The service is great. I had the new soho pizza and it was delicious. My friend had the carbonara pasta and enjoyed it too. The only thing that lets it down is the fact that it is open plan-ish with the rest of the shopping centre so it can be quite noisy.

I decided to give Pizza Express another shot after many years of avoiding it, and I was very pleasantly sirprised. I came with my two children who are 3 years old and 2 years old, and I was provided with a high chair for the youngest. As well as activity sheets, crayons, and paper hats that kept my kids distracted as we waited on the food. I wish others restaurant's followed this initiative, as children really can not sit for too long before bordam strikes so this was very helpful. The food itself was delicious, and I can easily say that it is probably my favourite pizza place by far. For starters we ordered some hot honey doughballs that actually had a kick and came with a side of honey, as well as mozzarella bites that come with some pasta sauce type sauce on the side. The doughballs actually had a bit of a kick too which was nice, and the mozerella bites had a lovely crunch to them. For the mains we ordered a margarita pizza and a lovely fresh bowl of salad, which had so many things in it. It was probably the best salad I've eaten till date. Crunchy, tasty, well dressed, and full of flavour. Definitely a 10/10.

Great server in Zia. Was eating to celebrate son's 16th birthday - brownie with ice cream and candle ensued. Disappointed by the Arancini mushroom risotto balls but pizzas good.

Service really bad. Wasn't very busy and yet such a long wait for food and to give an order. Someone else was shown a seat, waited for his order to be taken for 15mins, he was ignored so left. Food not great. Not correct ingredients and missing items. Service a very big concern.

Had delicious dinner with my girlfriends this evening. Zia provide superb timely service. He accommodated our request for a round seating for six. The place is clean, with great food and friendly staff.

Having eaten here 50 times or more and always used tesco club card vouchers it appears that it now takes 3 people to manage the bill and they all need to have it explained to them how the vouchers work !

Saturday evening dinner for the family ordered from Pizza Express St George’s in Harrow. 2 pizzas, 1 cannelloni and 1 portion of halloumi bites. The order was via Uber Eats. The full dinner arrived cold and tasteless. I immediately complained to Uber Eats. It was hard, chewy and cold. We had to throw away half of the food as it was not edible . Uber eats refused to help. Unfortunately, as a customer all I can do is raise a complaint, there is no way for me to prove that the dinner is cold and tasteless. So disappointed in Pizza Express for ruining our family weekend dinner. And disappointed in Uber Eats for refusing to help Moral : never do take away from Pizza Express! If I could only give you a negative rating!

First time here and what absolute delight mainly due to the amazing service we received from Zia, very impressed by him, warm welcome, attentive, friendly, asset to pizza express. Food was quite good too 👌

The food quantity was atrocious ! I was in a group of 4 ordering a cheese cake for £7.75. This was not worth the prize as we barely ate anything and the cake was the size of an eye ball! This also applies to the margarita pizza worth £11 and we all ate bite size prizes

Ordered a pizza and they were kind enough to give me 1l of oil for later use. Managed to oil all the door hinges in the house and the car is up next on the list. With all due respect, you cannot send me a pizza with this ammount of oil. I take a bite and I feel like U.S.A will invade at any time. I understand everyone has bad days but when you crave for a pizza and this shows up, ruins your day

Terrible service from Anna who found the problem of wrongly ordered food ‘not my problem’. Now left with no food, someone else’s order who has ordered something I’m allergic too.

We got here waited about 20minutes before getting served, the people next to us getting served first when we got here first. We ordered starters and main, everyone who came after us have got there mains, we are still waiting on starters, it was another 30 minutes in and no starters. Worst place for service, don’t even care, bunch of idiots

One on the worst places to eat. One of the staff members actually told me to “get lost” TWICE in front of everyone there and the manager of this place did not say anything which was absolutely disrespectful and rude. One of the worst customer services I’ve ever come across, do not recommend for anyone. Staff are not trained at all. The manager was very rude and was very disrespectful and was actually shouting at me. Absolutely disgusting place.

Alex the (waiter) was extremely helpful and accommodating. He made our evening very pleasant. The only thing I would mention that was off putting would be the constant flies coming around our food as we're eating which is not health and safety!

Absolutely abysmal, hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service felt begrudging and extremely patchy, the food was tepid and the pasta simultaneously crunchy and chewy. My sons meal was forgotten about and delivered 10minutes after mine, one side didn’t even arrive and they tried charging for it. Had to remind them we’d ordered drinks and didn’t apologise when I asked not to be charged for my inedible main or the side we didn’t get - this is basic 101 service stuff and the epically failed on all counts.

Recently we had a pizza making party at Pizza Express on 14th October . We had the amazing experience as well as kids and parents. Well organised staff, handled kids with warmth and love. Can't thank enough all the staffs of Pizza express at Harrow on the Hill shopping centre , especially Manager and staff Puja.
