I choose the deal include 2 any pizza 10 hot wings 2 portion garlic bread and 1.5 drink, I but just received 2 pizza both different size and drink :( there’s no wings and grilic bread) I called the restaurant and they said there’s nothing else in deal :( I paid £31.28 for two medium size pizza and drink :(

Ordered via Just Eat: 1. They did not provide an order receipt 2) I ordered a large mixed kebab and they provided me with a) a box with half filled with salad and less than half with meat for £10? b) they gave me a lamb donor kebab instead of mixed c) the meat quality was horrendous, literally like hard plastic 3) I ordered chicken nuggets and chips for my kids which was supposed to include 6 nuggets and it did not

I made the mistake of thinking this place was Sam's Chicken. They are generous with the portions but MY GOD... the food was bad... mind you it was my first meal of the day and i was starving. Could not finish it, absolutely criminal. This place needs to be shut down or brought under new management. DISGUSTING! VILE! Do NOT eat here! Be Warned.

Made an order on Just eat for me and my kids Monday evening , I was waiting for 25 mins then just eat cancelled my order. Called up the restaurant and spoke to a very rude and non apologetic man, he just said they don’t do just eat orders and he just hung up on me in mid conversation. Sam’s in South Harrow, you have just lost a customer… Appalling customer service… And normally service in the shop is REALLY SLOW.

made courier wait nearly an hour. chips were rock hard and had been cooked more than once in very old oil. chicken was slimy. sauce all over the bag. all went in the bin. waste of money

Please don't go to this place. I got two chicken burgers from there and me and my brother got food poisoning. I was in a lot of pain. I will be reporting them and hope they get closed down.

Everytime I order something from here these guys keep forgetting some or the other item which we have already paid. This time i have to send back delivery guy to get my drink which they didn't checked while packing... even fries quantity was less in the box.

The boss man is friendly and he works very hard. The prices are really good for the portions and the flavour. I will highly recommend this take away restaurant.

Wrong size pizza delivered contacted the shop manager stated will see and maybe send another one. Requested for an update 15-20 mins later. Lady on the phone picked up I asked if driver coming or not she said coming but idk?? If you don't know then why are you saying they are coming either it's a yes or no, not an idk. To top it off this lady is SHOUTING on the phone literally SHOUTING. Bit confused why u feel the need to shout explained to her do not shout like there’s absolutely no need she responded “I AM WORKING I AM WORKING” don’t know what correlation there was in that and then passed it to the manager whose also SHOUTING says “why do you keep calling” ( called twice he hung up the first time, the second for an update) maybe because I have 6 people here waiting to eat and you you made a error yourself in the first place and because you said "will see" and your employee said “idk” therefore, not confirmed whether coming or not. Blaming Uber saying "it does not work” not sufficient. You can simply turn Uber off for the day. Manager stated can't turn it off, well It's very possible as I have worked in restaurants before as well and know very well you can. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO MANNERS WHATSOEVER NO NEED TO SHOUT POINT BLANK. Never ordering again after being a customer for so long have never experienced this type of service anywhere either. ZERO STARS.

Was recommended by friend a long time ago, so decided to try. Not so great experience. Ordered and paid online but order not accepted by the seller for about 30-40 minutes so called the shop and was told that they are busy so cannot deliver, instead asked me to collect. It had already been an hour so decided to collect. It took another hour to get the order. On top of this, the prices on-line are more than double for some items. Paid double price for delivery and ended up collecting. Food average taste, hygiene not so great..

Ordered 4 kebab with 2 special kebab and the Store contacted me and said they don’t have special kebab and they didn’t offer anything extra. Asked about the price difference and they said they will send some hot wings . After hour received the orde and when I opened the box , it’s just chicken kebab without any Nan and no wings as well instead of that some chips . Contacted the shop and that are apologised , and agreed to call back to enquire about the hot wings and Nan and have not recorded any call from them . Irresponsible and untrustworthy shop . Not at all recommending the shop . Zero rating

Pizza is decent but you get what you pay for. We usually order the spicy chicken tikka, it’s not very spicy the amount of toppings is pretty good. They do lots of deals so the price is fair and good.

Very disappointing. Sams used to do very good food. The burgers and pizzas were nice before but the food seems to have gone down hill. Pizza was soaking wet. Burger wasnt cooked properly and didnt taste right.

Specifically asked the driver not to ring the doorbell and he still did it. Burger was nice but delivery let them down. I also asked for chilli cheese bites but was given mozzarella sticks instead?

I ordered devils meal box, the chicken fillet in the burger was over cooked, the chicken was hard, chewy and plasticky. I couldn’t eat it. I reported them on Deliveroo and they asked me to report it to the food outlet directly. When I called them they weren’t speaking properly and when I was explaining what happened with the order they were laughing and commenting on me in Hindi saying that I’m not VIP. These people who don’t know how to do their job properly should not be allowed to work.

0/10 would not recommend.The cashier definitely has hearing problems, as he messed up my order.I asked for chicken wings and two pizzas and upon arriving 20 minutes later the wings weren’t even prepared yet. They then took another 10 mins to give us not only the wrong type of chicken wings , but completely burnt , undercooked inside , and bland cheap chicken wings for £8 (apparently two portions). The pizza was rubbery and the sauce smelled weird. Do not go to this pizza place .

I waited nearly 2 hours for pizza ordered at 2100 and pizza came 2245 they said it will take 40m ok I understand they may be busy but it was terrible service and also the lady on the phone taking orders had no common sense or no customer service knowledgement . I called the person at the shop they said the delivery guy left as I spoke to her from there I waited another 25m bare in mind I live exactly 7 to 10ms away by car from the shop....then I called the shop back and this time i was fuming it was 22.15 family was so hungry by now.... got so angry I wanted my money back I called again the lady said no wait another 5m pls and apologised she said 'I don't know what's happened to the driver"....after that the delivery boy come after 10ms of that conversation...I asked the delivery driver what happened why did you take long time? he replied ' I just got this order from the shop like 5ms ago I don't know' I was so shocked I asked again so you just received this order 5 mins ago and your coming straight to me now he replied "yessss " and showed me his phone... This shows me there was something really dodgy about this didn't know what to believe...I did not like the service at all the food was so cold and dry. Never again ordering from here again.

Poor customer services. The Manager is Rude and don’t want to listen what actually customers need. In half /half they are charging extras. And if you want change toppings they won’t allowed you to change.

Terrible slow service which needs urgent attention

My order chicken went to beach for cooling off because of the heat weather's at 22pm when come to collection after 20mins.

Ordered 1 pizza... Took 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there, granted they had orders but they were working at a very leisurely pace. Ordered and said it would take 10-15 minutes for it to be ready. 15 minutes go by and 3-4 customers come and go with their food, thought it'd be in the oven so only a couple more minutes. Nope, 20 minutes in and I see one of the staff only just starting to make my pizza, slowly at that. Coming up to 30 minutes and finally my pizza is here, I quickly checked the pizza upon receiving and it was covered in cheese and thought it was ok, so went home quickly as I was quite hungry after waiting longer than expected. Got home, sat down, opened box, went to pick up a slice but nope, the pizza was not even cut. Got up got a knife, sliced up some slices. Sat back down, took a bite and tasted a bit of Pepperoni, my pizza did not have Pepperoni, I lifted the layer of cheese and turns out I got given a pizza with random toppings, about half of the toppings I asked for was there and the other half was just other toppings. If the pizza I received was what I ordered, it would've been like the price of it, cheap. Of course I still ate it all, as mentioned previously, I was very hungry at this point. Would not order from here ever again, lesson learned. TLDR: Don't order Pizza from here.

Didn't bother to take the order number from the till and hung the phone up quickly too. The lady seemed disinterested in her job too. Worst customer service and bad cold food. Never go there!

Ordered 6 large pizzas for a kids party online. Nothing came an hour later. Rang them, they said driver left. 5 min away. 20 min no driver. Rang again they checked. Then said oh order didn't come through. And need another hour!! As driver busy. I said I come collect. I went to collect. Still not ready. Staff unprofessional, unhelpful, unhygienic. Saw a cockroach on the floor near the grill!!! Will never ever order here again.

I ordered at 12.44 and had an estimated delivery of 13.50. I called the restaurant at 13.50 and they said the driver left 10 minutes earlier. I called back at 14.25 and they said wait for 10 more minutes he will be there. I called maybe 50 times after that they did mo answer the phone once so I raised a refund with just eat. Just eat replied they are refusing the order because the delay was due to the storm. I hadn't received my order and it was 15.30. I contacted just eat and the driver turned up at 16.00 I refused the order due to the fact that the food was two hours late why would I pay for cold food and bad service. Never ordering from here again atrocious service.

Ordered 2 large pizza one was veggie and other was chicken. Both were veggi and the sauce container was empty and 3 of the slices were gone. And i call the store the disgusting lady was on phone. I explained what happened and she literally said you already got the pizza so eat it. I was like are you crazy and she hung up the phone and after i called her again and she didit even picked the phone. SHE LITERALLY AVOIDED EVERY CALL I MADE. SHE IS DISGUSTING AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU DONT WANNA GET SCAMMED. THE LADY ON A STORE IS CRAZY ANIMAL. SHE DONT KNOW HOW TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The food was poor quality particularly the naan (hard), meat over cooked, salad under meat, no sauces...should I go on! The customer service was extremely poor, actually no customer service. Food took over an hour, and tried to call for over 15 minutes after order arrived and no pick up. Overall I want to give in 0 stars, but Google won't let me.

Even one star is more to rate nowadays. Since the owner ship been changed they cant find a perfect pizza maker, and they cant find delivery drivers, got my order in 1 hour 35 mints, ordered pizza with extra sweet corn and green chill and got a pizza dough cheese on top and by count 12 cubes of chicken. I didnt wanted to leave a bad review but it's not the first time.

I didn’t like the service and it’s say open on justeat and Uber eats but it’s closed. I have called the restaurant but they way the staff was talking to me wasn’t unacceptable which I didn’t like and I don’t recommend it to anyone. No manners no respect. Then called the restaurant about this. They pretended that they couldn’t understand us and then when we asked to speak to a manager they gave us fake times that he would be in the store. Not one employee was wearing PPE. They got my order wrong. The staff then handled my food with bare hands, then served it to me. Absolutely disgusting, dirty staff. You can imagine what their kitchen and food storage is like.
