Worst pizza ever very bed test not acceptable

Extra large pizza (16")for a £10 is not a bad deal that can feed 4 to 5 people depending upon the sizes of people.Taste was good

A pizza was just delivered now to my address and it looked like in the attached photo, called the restaurant and they said to order another one, and obviously pay agin for it 🤣🤣, what a joke they become.

You buy 24 inch pizza but there is not even one dip.

I ordered 2 mini deep pan pizzas and 1 thin crust pizza, all large 13", the pizza was cooked to perfection like in a pizza oven and the green chillis did have a nice kick to them. As long as you actually read what you are ordering you will be happy when it arrives.

Used to love coming here for 20+ years but now they won't do a small pizza after 4pm? What silly rule is this I don't want a whole big pizza to myself. I presume it's under new management and not being run by Ali anymore.. I guess I'll go to a competitor

The delivery men was accusing me for putting the wrong address when he couldn’t find the address right and raise his voice at me! How rude? My bf even went to look for him to make it easier but he was just plain rude. Never had such issue before!

food quite good but delivery driver was very rude - asked why clear delivery instructions not given to find flat, then shown they were on his own receipt and did not apologise. in future, should read the information.

driver threw my food receipt on my garden .when asked him to pick it up he told me it's my receipt I should pick it up. VERY VERY RUDE

Delivery was for 1245. Arrived 1306.. driver couldn't work out where our address was. Driver called me and I explained we are at the bottom.. in the end, we had to go out in the cold and find him. He was just outside but could not understand the directions. There are only two doors, one on the middle of the hill and one at the bottom. Pizza could've had a bit more cheese but had lots of other toppings. Tasted pretty good.

the food was really cold and was delivered really late. so was a waste of money snd mushroom was missing.

We’ve been ordering from here for over 15 years now but recently the last few orders they keep messing us around. We’ve never had an issue with swooping topping for another topping in the pass but now they want to charge us for this. They’ve also said we were prank calling them and wouldn’t take our order when they have our number on the system. They’re customer service has really gone down hill. I shall be going somewhere else because of this.

I usually order food from pizza chalet for collection but todays food disappointed me. The pizza was unreasonably smaller compared to the price , the toppings were just thrown on and not even cooked properly . The pizza was burnt and soggy . They don’t update you on the app if the food is out for delivery and you can’t track the driver .

It's not first time when I don't receive, or I receive less items than ordered. for example, one of the item that was missing today was garlic mushrooms, I payed for 8 pieces, but I received only 5.

Forgot our cans of drink and gave us the wrong dips. The last time we ordered they forgot the dips altogether.

1. The curly chips were hard and burnt. Plus the chips were not hot. The order was delivered by car. We are just 2 km from Pizza chalet. 2. Tandoori Pizza was hot and tasty. 3. I had to ask for the receipt.

Waited nearly an hour for the delivery, and it arrived 10 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. Food was lukewarm and the pizza was overcooked.

Very good food. Highly recommended! Next time please use actual chilli sauce and not rocket chilli’s. Says sauce in the description, but you use rocket chilli’s which many people cannot handle. Thanks

I am a pure vegeterian by birth/religion. I was served non vegeterian food instad of vegeterian food in a restaurent! We also waited for more than 2 hours for the food to arrive on table. When we called the shopkeeper ,he was rude too! I am a hindu and I have values and morals. Its more of this than the non veg fuss. I expected them to understand this and apologise which din't happy. I gonna sue them/teach them a lesson in any way. Please advice.

SERIOUSLY PEOPLE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ANY FREAKING COST. The owner in glasses and the person cutting our pizza did something which we never expected in our entire life. It was 11:20 PM ,29th January 2024. We ordered 2 Pizzas One Chicken and One Vegetarian. My friend is strictly vegetarian. When we saw the person cutting the vegetarian pizza cutter with the red cutter (used for chicken, bacon, other meat) instead of green cutter (which is used for vegetarian or vegan pizzas) When we told them both stop using this cutter and asked them they freaking replied saying “ Do you want the pizza or not I dont care I use the same cutter for all pizzas if you want it take it or go away” I said “are you serious” to which he replied back “its closing do you want it or go away” We paid £10 by card and he gave us back £10 in cash. I wish I had the time to take video from my phone and send to council and health and food safety. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THISE TAKEAWAY RUDE MANAGER AND DISGUSTING RESTAURANT WHICH DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR DIETARY REQUESTS!

I took a punt on this place and was very pleasantly surprised. I was a patient at Northwick Park hospital and really wanted a nice takeaway. The pizza was perfectly prepared and one of the tastiest pizzas I’ve ever eaten. On the downside they are not keen on delivering to the hospital and when I placed a new order a few days later they refused the order, which was really disappointing.

excellent delivery time, but the food arrived cold, a few mins the the oven resolved, as it does with most takeaway food, however, the chicken on the pizza was cubed and seemed very inauthentic, would’ve preferred shredded but overall not the worst (: the sides (wedges, chicken wings and chicken tenders) were all very dry, but also weirdly soggy underneath

Delivery driver was extremely RUDE and AGGRESSIVE. He raised his voice on me for not physically being able to go outside to collect my food. He kept shouting that he was not a just eat driver and works directly for Chalet pizza and that if I can't collect my food I shouldn't order from them again.

Guys, this pizza place sells pork, has no halal certification, and its customers are awful.

I've been using Pizza Chalet for 20 years and generally like their pizzas: They are reasonably priced and well made. However, as a customer, I feel they need to make sure they tell the customer to understand know what exactly they're ordering: Is it a 'Deep Pan' or what they describe as 'Mini Deep'? Which I assume is a stretched dough from the Pizza Size below (I actually prefer this option as a 'Deep Pan' is far too thick and doughy!) In fact I would say this should be their standard option, and the 'deep pan' a cost option extra... The other issue is, (and this is probably a personal matter), The pizza comes far too 'well done': The cheese on top has gone beyond being melted, to becoming something towards becoming burnt... Please guys, just turn the oven down a notch or two and clarify what the options of your base are!

Great taste & consistency of flavours

Food is always great but delivery is always late. Very annoying when you have children to feed. Have contacted the company several times about this but nothing changes.

The Driver was EXTREMELY RUDE, he was SHOUTING and telling me not to order again if I won't come outside to collect the food.

I bought a medium pizza through Uber and when it arrived I was shocked. It is the smallest pizza I have ever seen in my life. I read the reviews and saw that there are more stupid things, but I said I'll try to see with my own eyes. All reviews are true. you have confirmed another customer with this order. The newest stake in London is this. You order a medium pizza and you get a small one, you order a large one and you get a medium one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Poor quality!

Very poor service - I was waiting consistently and a few people came after me and were served immediately. I was completely ignored and disregarded the whole time and ended up leaving as a result. Very rude and poor service. No acknowledgement at all.

Food is excellent, but little bit of a disappointment with one of the thin pizza. It was really thin and one of the slices had hole with in the pizza. It’s ok any way my children and my family enjoyed the food.

Great pizza! Had the Chicken lovers, mid deep. The curly fries were such a big portion, and the chicken pieces, best! Will def order again, it was for a kids playdate (quite fussy eaters:)), and they absolutely loved it all.

This is an awful takeaway shop if your ordering from 14 November 2033. Their phone service is awful and rude. The person on phone lies and doesn't answer your questions.

Very slow customer service. Ordered three large pizzas for collection and stated it has to be halal. While we were waiting for our pizzas we saw they had only the one cutter for their pizza orders so my friend asked do you sell non halal pizzas too and they said yes ofcourse! He turned to me and said how is he going to cut our halal pizza orders. As soon as the pizza before us was being cut up for the customer who was waiting for his ham and bacon pizzas we saw the worker cutting the pizza with the same cutter which then he used for our halal pizzas. When we went to confront him he said he didn’t do it but me and the friend clearly saw it and he still denied so we requested for it to be made again but he refused and told us to go. Definitely be careful with halal orders as they only have one cutter for both halal and non halal ingredients.

I had ordered tandoori chicken pizza, but they sent me another meat pizza. I am very disappointed with the service. How can they be do careless.

The staff were absolutely rude who stands on till who wore black always! They showed zero professionalism and their behaviour was unacceptable. Would not recommend at all! Please teach your staff some manners.

Need to train your one of the staff how to behave properly with customer. Instead of behaving calmly and apologies, he was showing attitude. One suggestion train him how to behave and deal with customer otherwise the days are no longer where there will be no customer in your store. You did mistake by making wrong size of pizza after asking the correct one what we ordered, saying to stand outside and still wait for 20 mints more, does it make a sense. As you did mistake we were already waiting for more than 20 mints you should provide the order as quick as possible. Very Bad behaviour and bad customer service!!

Worst experience yesterday Firstly, we are waiting for our order for 20 mins and they make wrong size of pizza after 20 mins staff said that by mistake I make wrong we ordered X large pizza means 5-6 serving and they make medium size pizza 1-2 serving so staff said we gave you 2 medium pizza means 4 serving its not my problem if they make wrong size of pizza after that we told one of staff I want my order only I don’t want mediums and secondly, one of the staff (black tshrt guy) was rude and show attitude instead of apologies he is showing attitude! Please teach him how to speak with customers he said wait now 15 20 mins stand outside come-on man this rudeness is not mandatory with customers we are paying for pizza we are not taking it for free so please learn how to speak with customers!

I placed the order at mid-day (12.15pm) to be specific and we received the food at 2.08pm. We placed the order antipating the delievery to be around 1.20pm the latest . All my staff were desperately waiting for the food and when it arrived , the delivery driver was very rude when we asked him why it was late. This is a very poor service and we want a full refund for the order.
